I went from barely scraping by in a tiny
two-bedroom apartment to living in my
dream home with a tennis court. And if
you've been trying to manifest money,
freedom, or the life of your dreams, but
you're still struggling to pay your
bills, you're not broken. You're just
missing the core principles. See, I've
studied 27 of the best manifestation
teachers on the planet. From Neville
Goddard to Dr. Joe Despensza to Abraham
Hicks and Wayne Dyer, and I discovered
they all agree on eight core principles
that create real change. Today, I'm
going to give you those eight core
principles along with eight practical
techniques that you can use today to
start creating the life of your dreams.
So, here's what every teacher knows.
Don't wait to get the thing to feel the
way you want to feel. You have to assume
it's already yours. See, back in 2020,
COVID hits and I have no tennis courts
to coach on. So, we got no way to make
money and I'm thinking to myself, we are
completely screwed. But then I remember
what Neville Goddard said, assume the
feeling of the wish fulfilled. So, we
did something that felt totally
ridiculous. My wife and I would see
ourselves in meditation walking out to
this beautiful backyard with our own
tennis court and I'd be coaching on that
court. Now, this wasn't just a
visualization. This was a total
immersement. Immersement? Is that a
word? I don't know. It was a total
immersion. And a few days later,
synchronicity brought two of my tennis
students together. They found out they
both knew me. One of the students says,
"Call her because she's got this court
that I can coach on." And one phone call
later, we were set up to live in the
house, which is now where we live. See,
the universe had been waiting for us to
feel abundant first and then the
manifestation came. So, here's an
exercise you can use called the 5-minute
end state. So, sit somewhere comfortable
with your eyes closed and imagine today
is the day after your desired reality
has begun. Engage all five of your
senses. See what you see, hear what you
hear, smell. Use all of them. Don't wish
for it, but feel the gratitude, the
calm, the abundance that is coursing
through your body. Set a timer for 5
minutes and don't break character until
that timer goes off. Abraham Hicks said
it really well. You don't attract what
you want. You attract what you're the
vibration of. See, your vibrational
frequency is like a radio station. And
the universe is responding to the signal
that you're putting out, not the words
that you're saying. So, three months
ago, my wife and I take a group of
amazing friends to a private pickle ball
excursion to Estapa, Mexico. And we're
on this private beach. It's absolutely
gorgeous. We're soaking up the sun and
playing pickle ball, having a great
time. And we meet this aspiring pickle
ball coach. And he starts asking me
questions about how I would structure a
certain program. And he gave me this
idea that I took and ran with. So, I
created the same program that we built
together. And now that program brings in
about $480 per hour that we run every
single Sunday here. Now, here's the
thing. That opportunity was always
there. But you can only perceive what
you are the vibration of. So when you're
in this joyous, excited, passionate, and
abundant state, you become magnetic to
those opportunities. So here's how you
can feel this. It's an exercise called
the morning vibe tuneup. Each morning
before you touch your phone, choose the
three emotions that you want to live by
that day. Put on some music that make
you feel that way and start moving your
body around. Breathe deeply. Embody that
energy and take that energy with you to
the first thing that you do. Dr. Joe
Despensza nailed it. Your personality
creates your personal reality. So,
here's the brutal truth. 95% of your
life is determined by your subconscious
beliefs or programs. These are beliefs
you don't even realize that you have.
And for years, my beliefs were, "It's
really hard to get rich, will never be
wealthy, girls are not interested in me,
and all of these other limiting
beliefs." Deep down, I knew these
thoughts were sabotaging me, but I felt
powerless to change them. Then I
remember one day I get a call from a
friend. He says, "Meet me for breakfast
and bring your permanent address and
your social security number." And I'm
like, "Is this guy going to kill me?"
and you know give Raquel the the life
insurance money and we have this amazing
conversation and he says Ramon I want to
leave you a couple hundred,000 in my
will and in that moment something deep
in my subconscious mind shifted someone
saw me as worthy of wealth and that
belief of I'll never be rich started to
crack if any area of your life isn't
working I guarantee you you have
subconscious beliefs around that topic
or around yourself that are getting in
the way of you manif manesting what you
desire. And that's exactly why I created

the description. Florence Scoville Shin
said something really brilliant. I'm
paraphrasing here, but it's your job is
to know what you want and embody it. And
the universe's job is to figure out how
to bring it to you. So the dream house
that we live in, I thought, okay, I'm
going to work really hard. I'm going to
make a lot of money. and then one day
we'll be able to buy a house. But that's
not how it happened. It happened through
this random occurrence. Although nothing
is random. Two people synchronistically
who both knew me met. They got to
talking. I came up. We had a phone call.
I started talking to this woman and you
know, as a joke after she said I could
coach here, I said, "I'm going to buy
the house from you one day." Even though
I had absolutely no money at the time
and no way to buy the house, she took me
seriously. And the details I have on
other videos in the channel, but the
idea is that's how it happened. The
universe had a much better way to bring
me what I wanted than anything my mind
could have perceived. The key thing to
understand is when you attach yourself
to one specific outcome of the way it
needs to look, you're ultimately
limiting yourself. You need to be open
to all of the possibilities that are
possible because everything is possible
in order for the universe to bring you
what you need. And you can do that by
using the universe to-do list. Step one
is to take out a piece of paper and draw
a line right down the middle. On the
left of the piece of paper, write my job
and list all the things you can think of
that you can take action on that'll take
you closer to your dream. And on the
right, write the universe's job and list
all of the things that are out of your
control. Commit to only acting on the
left side and allow the universe to do
what it needs to do. Rhonda Burn, the
author of The Secret, said that
gratitude will shift you to a higher
vibration and you will attract much
better things. So last year, my wife and
I are on this amazing vacation at the
beach in San Diego that we take every
year and we both made an agreement not
to work during this time. So we're
sitting there, we're laying in the
beach, we're having an amazing time, and
then we get an email from this company
called Lar Ro Poseay, which is a
cosmetic brand. And it turns out that
they wanted to shoot a commercial with
tennis star Taylor Fritz in our
backyard. They're going to pay us $6,000
a day and we didn't have to do a thing.
And here's what hit me. When we were on
the beach, we're feeling so grateful
just to be alive and to be in this
amazing place. And when you're in that
state of gratitude, the only thing that
can come to you are more things to feel
grateful for. So you can practice this
using the gratitude cascade. So, when
you get up first thing in the morning,
list three things that you're grateful
for in that moment. And these don't have
to be crazy things. It could be the
coffee that you're drinking or the bed
you get to sleep in or your family or
your health. It could be anything. And
for each one of those, say why you're so
grateful for those and how they make you
feel. Let that feeling of gratitude
spill into the next thing that you're
going to do and just continue that the
entire day. Now, Wayne Dyer taught that
manifestation happens in the present
moment. So the more present you are, the
more synchronicities and the more
opportunities become available to you.
So three years ago, we're driving up to
look at a uh investment property up in
the mountains. And that morning, I had
done a Dr. Joe Despensza meditation. And
on the car ride, I'm listening to a book
called The Celestine Prophecy, which is
a great book. And we get to this first
property that we're going to look at. I
go up the stairs and hang a left and
there on the bookshelf in the bedroom
are a stack of books and at the very
bottom of that stack is Dr. Joe
Despensza's becoming supernatural right
over the Celestine prophecy. I scream at
the top of my lungs. My wife thinks what
you know bloody murder or something and
I'm going to say you're not going to
believe what just happened. That
synchronicity was the universe saying
you're exactly where you need to be.
When you're present, when you're paying
attention, this magical stuff happens
all the time. So, here's an exercise
called the 60-second presence reset that
you can use many times a day. So, just
pick one mundane activity that you do
every day, like washing your hands or
brushing your teeth or whatever. And for
60 seconds when you're doing this, give
it your full attention. As you're doing
this activity, let the thoughts come and
go, but stay totally present in that
act. And do this every time you do that
activity. And you'll train yourself to
stay in the present moment. And you'll
start to notice these synchronicities
and opportunities coming towards you.
This is a relatively new one and it is
one of my favorites and it comes from a
teacher called Bashar. Every moment of
the day of all the options you have
available to you, act on the thing that
most excites you. do it to the best of
your ability. Take it as far as you can
until you can't take it any further with
absolutely no insistence on what the
outcome is. So, every morning I do a
live talk for our community and a couple
months ago I mentioned that I play
violin. One of the members reached out
to me and said, "I have this bow that my
mother used to use and it's a really
nice bow and nobody's using it. Would
you like to use it?" And she loaned it
to me and I got to play with it. And
here's the thing. When I was doing this
talk for our community, this is one of
the things that most excites me. I was
doing my passion and then this
opportunity came out of left field. When
you follow this formula, you
automatically raise your frequency and
you begin to attract more good stuff to.
So use the formula every moment that you
can act on your highest passion. Do it
to the best of your ability with no
insistence on the outcome and you'll see
magical things start to show up in your
life. Earl Nightingale said that we
become what we think about. to your
reality is a feedback loop that is
mirroring back to you your dominant
thoughts, feelings, and actions or your
energy. So, in my 20s, I was into sex,
drugs, and classical music. You know, I
believed that I needed substances to
cope with the challenges in life. And
one day, I'm driving back from a
concert. I've got an open alcoholic
container and some, call it illegal
substances in the car when all of a
sudden the red lights flash behind me.
Cop pulls me over. He walks up to me and
says, "Do you know why I pulled you
over?" And I said, "No." And he says,
"Well, you were texting and driving."
Now, I'm freaking out because I know
that I'm about to get busted. So, I just
blurted out, "Officer, you should know
that I've got an open alcohol container
and I've got some weed in the car." And
he looks at me like, "Who is this guy?
Why would he even admit this?" And he
says, "Well, what in the heck were you
thinking?" And I said, "I don't know. I
was celebrating because I had this
concert." He says, "You know, what do
you play?" And I say, "Violin." And he
says, "I like the violin." Hold on. I'm
going to go write you up for a texting
ticket. Make all this stuff disappear.
That day, I vowed to change because I
realized that the outer chaos in my life
was a reflection of what was going on
inside of me. So, here's an exercise you
can use to put this to work for you.
It's called the mirror journal. When
something in your external world bothers
you, pause and ask yourself, where
inside of me is this being reflected
from? What belief might this be showing
me? And write for 3 minutes without
editing anything. End this writing with
what would I rather believe? And repeat
this belief three times out loud. Now,
what does this all mean for you? These
eight principles aren't just theories.
They are literally based on physics and
the way that three-dimensional reality
actually works. And that's why all of
these teachers agree on these things.
I've seen them work for myself and
hundreds of other people that I've
coached. But knowing these principles is
just the beginning. The real
transformation happens when you start
reprogramming your subconscious mind.
