0:40 Don't wait to get the thing to feel the
0:42 way you want to feel. You have to assume
0:45 it's already yours. See, back in 2020,
0:47 COVID hits and I have no tennis courts
0:48 to coach on. So, we got no way to make
0:50 money and I'm thinking to myself, we are
0:52 completely screwed. But then I remember
0:55 what Neville Goddard said, assume the
0:56 feeling of the wish fulfilled. So, we
0:57 did something that felt totally
0:59 ridiculous. My wife and I would see
1:02 ourselves in meditation walking out to
1:04 this beautiful backyard with our own
1:07 tennis court and I'd be coaching on that
1:08 court. Now, this wasn't just a
1:10 visualization. This was a total
1:12 immersement. Immersement? Is that a
1:14 word? I don't know. It was a total
1:16 immersion. And a few days later,
1:18 synchronicity brought two of my tennis
1:20 students together. They found out they
1:22 both knew me. One of the students says,
1:24 "Call her because she's got this court
1:26 that I can coach on." And one phone call
1:28 later, we were set up to live in the
1:31 house, which is now where we live. See,
1:32 the universe had been waiting for us to
1:34 feel abundant first and then the
1:36 manifestation came. So, here's an
1:38 exercise you can use called the 5-minute
1:41 end state. So, sit somewhere comfortable
1:43 with your eyes closed and imagine today
1:46 is the day after your desired reality
1:48 has begun. Engage all five of your
1:50 senses. See what you see, hear what you
1:53 hear, smell. Use all of them. Don't wish
1:56 for it, but feel the gratitude, the
1:58 calm, the abundance that is coursing
2:00 through your body. Set a timer for 5
2:02 minutes and don't break character until
2:04 that timer goes off. Abraham Hicks said
2:06 it really well. You don't attract what
2:08 you want. You attract what you're the
2:10 vibration of. See, your vibrational
2:13 frequency is like a radio station. And
2:15 the universe is responding to the signal
2:17 that you're putting out, not the words
2:19 that you're saying. So, three months
2:21 ago, my wife and I take a group of
2:24 amazing friends to a private pickle ball
2:26 excursion to Estapa, Mexico. And we're
2:29 on this private beach. It's absolutely
2:30 gorgeous. We're soaking up the sun and
2:32 playing pickle ball, having a great
2:35 time. And we meet this aspiring pickle
2:37 ball coach. And he starts asking me
2:39 questions about how I would structure a
2:41 certain program. And he gave me this
2:44 idea that I took and ran with. So, I
2:46 created the same program that we built
2:48 together. And now that program brings in
2:52 about $480 per hour that we run every
2:53 single Sunday here. Now, here's the
2:55 thing. That opportunity was always
2:58 there. But you can only perceive what
3:01 you are the vibration of. So when you're
3:04 in this joyous, excited, passionate, and
3:07 abundant state, you become magnetic to
3:09 those opportunities. So here's how you
3:10 can feel this. It's an exercise called
3:13 the morning vibe tuneup. Each morning
3:16 before you touch your phone, choose the
3:17 three emotions that you want to live by
3:20 that day. Put on some music that make
3:22 you feel that way and start moving your
3:25 body around. Breathe deeply. Embody that
3:28 energy and take that energy with you to
3:30 the first thing that you do. Dr. Joe
3:32 Despensza nailed it. Your personality
3:34 creates your personal reality. So,
3:37 here's the brutal truth. 95% of your
3:40 life is determined by your subconscious
3:42 beliefs or programs. These are beliefs
3:44 you don't even realize that you have.
3:47 And for years, my beliefs were, "It's
3:49 really hard to get rich, will never be
3:52 wealthy, girls are not interested in me,
3:54 and all of these other limiting
3:56 beliefs." Deep down, I knew these
3:58 thoughts were sabotaging me, but I felt
4:00 powerless to change them. Then I
4:02 remember one day I get a call from a
4:03 friend. He says, "Meet me for breakfast
4:05 and bring your permanent address and
4:07 your social security number." And I'm
4:08 like, "Is this guy going to kill me?"
4:11 and you know give Raquel the the life
4:13 insurance money and we have this amazing
4:16 conversation and he says Ramon I want to
4:18 leave you a couple hundred,000 in my
4:20 will and in that moment something deep
4:23 in my subconscious mind shifted someone
4:26 saw me as worthy of wealth and that
4:28 belief of I'll never be rich started to
4:30 crack if any area of your life isn't
4:33 working I guarantee you you have
4:35 subconscious beliefs around that topic
4:37 or around yourself that are getting in
4:39 the way of you manif manesting what you
4:41 desire. And that's exactly why I created

4:55 said something really brilliant. I'm
4:57 paraphrasing here, but it's your job is
4:59 to know what you want and embody it. And
5:01 the universe's job is to figure out how
5:03 to bring it to you. So the dream house
5:04 that we live in, I thought, okay, I'm
5:06 going to work really hard. I'm going to
5:07 make a lot of money. and then one day
5:10 we'll be able to buy a house. But that's
5:12 not how it happened. It happened through
5:14 this random occurrence. Although nothing
5:17 is random. Two people synchronistically
5:19 who both knew me met. They got to
5:21 talking. I came up. We had a phone call.
5:24 I started talking to this woman and you
5:26 know, as a joke after she said I could
5:27 coach here, I said, "I'm going to buy
5:29 the house from you one day." Even though
5:31 I had absolutely no money at the time
5:34 and no way to buy the house, she took me
5:36 seriously. And the details I have on
5:38 other videos in the channel, but the
5:40 idea is that's how it happened. The
5:43 universe had a much better way to bring
5:45 me what I wanted than anything my mind
5:47 could have perceived. The key thing to
5:49 understand is when you attach yourself
5:51 to one specific outcome of the way it
5:53 needs to look, you're ultimately
5:55 limiting yourself. You need to be open
5:57 to all of the possibilities that are
5:59 possible because everything is possible
6:01 in order for the universe to bring you
6:03 what you need. And you can do that by
6:06 using the universe to-do list. Step one
6:08 is to take out a piece of paper and draw
6:09 a line right down the middle. On the
6:12 left of the piece of paper, write my job
6:14 and list all the things you can think of
6:16 that you can take action on that'll take
6:18 you closer to your dream. And on the
6:21 right, write the universe's job and list
6:23 all of the things that are out of your
6:25 control. Commit to only acting on the
6:27 left side and allow the universe to do
6:30 what it needs to do. Rhonda Burn, the
6:31 author of The Secret, said that
6:33 gratitude will shift you to a higher
6:35 vibration and you will attract much
6:37 better things. So last year, my wife and
6:39 I are on this amazing vacation at the
6:41 beach in San Diego that we take every
6:43 year and we both made an agreement not
6:45 to work during this time. So we're
6:46 sitting there, we're laying in the
6:48 beach, we're having an amazing time, and
6:50 then we get an email from this company
6:52 called Lar Ro Poseay, which is a
6:55 cosmetic brand. And it turns out that
6:57 they wanted to shoot a commercial with
7:00 tennis star Taylor Fritz in our
7:02 backyard. They're going to pay us $6,000
7:04 a day and we didn't have to do a thing.
7:06 And here's what hit me. When we were on
7:08 the beach, we're feeling so grateful
7:10 just to be alive and to be in this
7:12 amazing place. And when you're in that
7:15 state of gratitude, the only thing that
7:17 can come to you are more things to feel
7:19 grateful for. So you can practice this
7:22 using the gratitude cascade. So, when
7:23 you get up first thing in the morning,
7:25 list three things that you're grateful
7:27 for in that moment. And these don't have
7:29 to be crazy things. It could be the
7:31 coffee that you're drinking or the bed
7:33 you get to sleep in or your family or
7:34 your health. It could be anything. And
7:36 for each one of those, say why you're so
7:38 grateful for those and how they make you
7:41 feel. Let that feeling of gratitude
7:43 spill into the next thing that you're
7:45 going to do and just continue that the
7:47 entire day. Now, Wayne Dyer taught that
7:50 manifestation happens in the present
7:52 moment. So the more present you are, the
7:53 more synchronicities and the more
7:56 opportunities become available to you.
7:57 So three years ago, we're driving up to
8:00 look at a uh investment property up in
8:02 the mountains. And that morning, I had
8:05 done a Dr. Joe Despensza meditation. And
8:07 on the car ride, I'm listening to a book
8:09 called The Celestine Prophecy, which is
8:12 a great book. And we get to this first
8:14 property that we're going to look at. I
8:15 go up the stairs and hang a left and
8:18 there on the bookshelf in the bedroom
8:21 are a stack of books and at the very
8:23 bottom of that stack is Dr. Joe
8:26 Despensza's becoming supernatural right
8:30 over the Celestine prophecy. I scream at
8:32 the top of my lungs. My wife thinks what
8:34 you know bloody murder or something and
8:35 I'm going to say you're not going to
8:37 believe what just happened. That
8:39 synchronicity was the universe saying
8:41 you're exactly where you need to be.
8:42 When you're present, when you're paying
8:45 attention, this magical stuff happens
8:47 all the time. So, here's an exercise
8:49 called the 60-second presence reset that
8:52 you can use many times a day. So, just
8:54 pick one mundane activity that you do
8:56 every day, like washing your hands or
8:59 brushing your teeth or whatever. And for
9:01 60 seconds when you're doing this, give
9:04 it your full attention. As you're doing
9:06 this activity, let the thoughts come and
9:08 go, but stay totally present in that
9:11 act. And do this every time you do that
9:13 activity. And you'll train yourself to
9:15 stay in the present moment. And you'll
9:16 start to notice these synchronicities
9:18 and opportunities coming towards you.
9:20 This is a relatively new one and it is
9:22 one of my favorites and it comes from a
9:25 teacher called Bashar. Every moment of
9:27 the day of all the options you have
9:29 available to you, act on the thing that
9:32 most excites you. do it to the best of
9:34 your ability. Take it as far as you can
9:36 until you can't take it any further with
9:39 absolutely no insistence on what the
9:42 outcome is. So, every morning I do a
9:44 live talk for our community and a couple
9:46 months ago I mentioned that I play
9:48 violin. One of the members reached out
9:50 to me and said, "I have this bow that my
9:52 mother used to use and it's a really
9:54 nice bow and nobody's using it. Would
9:56 you like to use it?" And she loaned it
9:57 to me and I got to play with it. And
9:59 here's the thing. When I was doing this
10:01 talk for our community, this is one of
10:03 the things that most excites me. I was
10:05 doing my passion and then this
10:07 opportunity came out of left field. When
10:09 you follow this formula, you
10:11 automatically raise your frequency and
10:13 you begin to attract more good stuff to.
10:15 So use the formula every moment that you
10:18 can act on your highest passion. Do it
10:19 to the best of your ability with no
10:21 insistence on the outcome and you'll see
10:23 magical things start to show up in your
10:25 life. Earl Nightingale said that we
10:27 become what we think about. to your
10:30 reality is a feedback loop that is
10:32 mirroring back to you your dominant
10:34 thoughts, feelings, and actions or your
10:37 energy. So, in my 20s, I was into sex,
10:39 drugs, and classical music. You know, I
10:41 believed that I needed substances to
10:42 cope with the challenges in life. And
10:44 one day, I'm driving back from a
10:46 concert. I've got an open alcoholic
10:49 container and some, call it illegal
10:51 substances in the car when all of a
10:53 sudden the red lights flash behind me.
10:55 Cop pulls me over. He walks up to me and
10:57 says, "Do you know why I pulled you
10:59 over?" And I said, "No." And he says,
11:01 "Well, you were texting and driving."
11:03 Now, I'm freaking out because I know
11:05 that I'm about to get busted. So, I just
11:07 blurted out, "Officer, you should know
11:09 that I've got an open alcohol container
11:11 and I've got some weed in the car." And
11:14 he looks at me like, "Who is this guy?
11:16 Why would he even admit this?" And he
11:18 says, "Well, what in the heck were you
11:19 thinking?" And I said, "I don't know. I
11:21 was celebrating because I had this
11:23 concert." He says, "You know, what do
11:25 you play?" And I say, "Violin." And he
11:27 says, "I like the violin." Hold on. I'm
11:29 going to go write you up for a texting
11:32 ticket. Make all this stuff disappear.
11:34 That day, I vowed to change because I
11:36 realized that the outer chaos in my life
11:38 was a reflection of what was going on
11:41 inside of me. So, here's an exercise you
11:42 can use to put this to work for you.
11:44 It's called the mirror journal. When
11:46 something in your external world bothers
11:49 you, pause and ask yourself, where
11:51 inside of me is this being reflected
11:54 from? What belief might this be showing
11:57 me? And write for 3 minutes without
12:00 editing anything. End this writing with
12:02 what would I rather believe? And repeat
12:04 this belief three times out loud. Now,
12:07 what does this all mean for you? These
12:09 eight principles aren't just theories.
12:12 They are literally based on physics and
12:14 the way that three-dimensional reality
12:16 actually works. And that's why all of
12:17 these teachers agree on these things.
12:19 I've seen them work for myself and
12:21 hundreds of other people that I've
12:23 coached. But knowing these principles is
12:25 just the beginning. The real
12:27 transformation happens when you start
12:29 reprogramming your subconscious mind.
