my heart and I say, "Thank you for
everything in my life.
Father, I want to thank you not only for
what you've given me, but for who you
have become to me
through every season. You have been my
provider when I didn't know how I would
make it. You have been my comforter when
nobody understood my tears. You have
been my defender when I was surrounded
by pressure and accusations.
You have been my healer when pain tried
to take over my body and my mind. You
have been my teacher when I needed
wisdom, direction, and truth. You have
been my shepherd when I felt lost and
unsure about the next step. You have
been my strength when I felt like I had
nothing left. Father, thank you for
being enough.
When people disappointed me, you were
enough. When money was not enough, you
were enough. When my strength was not
enough, you were enough. When my answers
were not enough, you were enough. When
my heart felt empty, you were enough.
Lord, thank you for the unseen work you
do in my life. Thank you for arranging
things behind the scenes. Thank you for
connecting me to the right places at the
right time. Thank you for protecting me
from conversations I didn't need to
hear. Thank you for shielding me from

shoulders. Thank you for pulling me out
of pits I could not climb out of by
myself. Lord, I thank you for new
beginnings. Thank you that you don't
define me by my worst day. Thank you
that you don't label me by my mistakes.
Thank you that I can start again. Thank
you that I can heal again. Thank you
that I can hope again. Thank you that I
can dream again. Father, thank you for
your love that is steady. Not a love
that changes with my performance.
Not a love that disappears when I
struggle. Not a love that runs away when
I fall.
but a love that stays,
a love that covers,
a love that restores.
Lord, thank you for teaching me to be
grateful even in the middle.
Even in the middle of waiting, even in
the middle of building,
even in the middle of not knowing, even
in the middle of prayers that are still
in process.
Father, I thank you because you are

when I feel small.
Lord, I thank you for the gift of time.
Thank you for the years that shaped me.

Thank you for the times you said, "This
is not for you." Father, thank you that
you care about every detail.
You care about my peace. You care about
my health. You care about my family. You
care about my dreams. You care about my
needs. You care about my tears.
You care about my future. And Lord,
because you care, I can rest.
Now, Father,
I want to thank you with specific
gratitude. Gratitude that doesn't stay
general, but gratitude that becomes

moment. When I was about to give up, you
encouraged me. When I was about to break
down, you strengthened me. When I felt
alone, you reminded me I'm not alone.
When I felt afraid, you spoke peace.
When I felt confused, you gave direction.
direction.
Lord, today I want my gratitude to rise
higher. So I say, "Thank you for what
you saved me from. Thank you for what
you healed me from. Thank you for what
you delivered me from. Thank you for

grow where anger tried to spread. Thank
you Lord that my home will be a place of
safety, prayer, laughter, and blessing.
And Father, I thank you for my future
because I trust you with it. I may not
know everything, but I know you. I may

right now because you are worthy right
now. Father, today I make a decision.
I will live as a thankful person.
I will not allow my heart to become
bitter. I will not allow my mouth to
become negative. I will not allow my
mind to live in constant worry. Lord,
help me build a lifestyle of gratitude.
Gratitude that speaks. Gratitude that
serves. Gratitude that trusts. Gratitude
that worships.
Father, when I am tempted to complain,
remind me of what you have already done.
When I am tempted to compare my life
with others, remind me that you are
writing my story with purpose. When I am
tempted to fear the future, remind me
that you are already there. When I am
tempted to doubt, remind me of the times
you carried me. Lord, I don't want to be
the kind of person who only thanks you
when things go well. I want to thank you
in every season. I want my gratitude to
be steady because
you are steady.
So, Father, I thank you for the good
days and I thank you for the challenging
days. I thank you for the victories and
I thank you for the battles that made me
stronger. I thank you for the blessings
I can see and I thank you for the
blessings I cannot see.

over my life. Thank you for the accident
that didn't happen. Thank you for the

Thank you for the plan of the enemy that
didn't work. Thank you for the confusion
that didn't destroy me. Thank you for
the burden that didn't break me. Father,

chosen.
Thank you that I am not powerless. I am
strengthened by your spirit.
Father, thank you for the Holy Spirit.
Thank you for the spirit who comforts
me. Thank you for the spirit who teaches
me. Thank you for the spirit who warns
me when danger is near. Thank you for
the spirit who gives me strength when I
feel weak. Thank you for the spirit who
reminds me of your promises.
Thank you for the spirit who helps me
pray when I don't know what to say.
Lord, I thank you for the gift of
worship. Thank you that I can worship
you in my room. Thank you that I can
worship you in my car. Thank you that I
can worship you while working. Thank you
that worship can shift my heart, shift
my atmosphere, and shift my focus back
to you.
Father, today my heart rises in worship.
You are good. You are faithful. You are
holy. You are kind. You are merciful.
You are strong. You are patient. You are
wise. You are close. You are enough. I
praise you for who you are, not only for
what you do. Lord, I thank you for the
cross because the cross is my hope.
When I feel unworthy, the cross reminds
me I am loved. When I feel guilty, the
cross reminds me I am forgiven.
When I feel weak, the cross reminds me I
am strengthened.
When I feel afraid, the cross reminds me
I am protected. When I feel uncertain,
the cross reminds me you are in control.
Father, thank you that my prayers are
not wasted.
Thank you that my tears are not ignored.
Thank you that my worship is not unseen.
Thank you that my faith is not forgotten.
forgotten.
Thank you that when I plant in prayer,
you bring harvest in your timing.
Lord, I choose to thank you even for the process.
process.
Thank you for what you are building in
me. Thank you for what you are removing
from me. Thank you for what you are
teaching me. Thank you for what you are
preparing me for. Father, I want to
thank you for my calling and purpose.
Thank you that I am created for more
than fear and survival. Thank you that
you have assigned meaning to my life.
Thank you that my gifts are not random.
Thank you that my journey is not empty.
Thank you that my future is not hopeless.
hopeless.
Lord, help me live in a way that honors
you. Help me walk in humility. Help me
speak with kindness. Help me work with
integrity. Help me love with patience.
Help me give with joy. Help me forgive
with grace. Help me remain faithful even
when nobody is watching.
Father, thank you for blessing my life
with new chances.
Thank you for second chances.
Thank you for fresh starts. Thank you
for new mornings. Thank you for new strength.
strength.
Thank you for new ideas.
Thank you for new opportunities.
Lord, I refuse to live as if my best
days are behind me. Because with you, my
future can be better than my past. With
you, my next season can be stronger than
my last. With you, what looks impossible
can become a testimony.
So, Father, I speak blessings over the
rest of this Wednesday, 11th February, 2026.
