hello there and welcome back to the
closet historian and back to my series
side hustling these are the videos where
I talk a little bit more about myself
how I'm doing how my business Endeavors
are doing if we can count YouTube as a
business which it is my full-time job
now so I suppose it is my business as
well but I'll talk a little bit more
about my career stuff kind of at the end
of the video uh first I want to go over
my goals from 2022 and talk about how I
did on those because it should go
pretty quick I do have some notes here
um so some of my goals for 2022 were to
take weekends I did manage to do this a
little bit this last year
um to like actually just plan work only
on the weekdays and then leave weekends
empty and fill those with like
off-camera sewing projects or crafting
projects or playing video games seeing
friends doing things like laundry
um that were not related to work because
mostly I work at least a little bit
every day and don't ever take like
actual full weekend days it's pretty
rare that I do maybe one or two a month
if that so I was going to try and learn
to take weekends this last year I did uh
okay I dipped my toe in the water of
taking weekends and now I need to learn
to properly swim then I wanted to do a
sort of semi-no buy or at least a low
buy and not to buy any fabric so
so
yeah I also wanted to take like a real
vacation or break like a couple days or
a small trip or vacation of some kind
where I didn't do any work of any kind
on that and I guess I went to Moab with
my parents which was another gold mine
to go back to Moab I went for a weekend
and I took my parents to show the Moab
um which was like a no work trip but I
was still kind of on because I was
showing Moab to my parents and I was
staying with my parents all the time so
um it wasn't very much like the relaxing
kind of like really tune-out kind of
vacation I meant by this goal to take a
couple days off
um so hopefully I'll be able to achieve
that some other time a goal that I had
from last year that did manage to get
done but not so much due to my efforts
is I wanted to upgrade my PC and what
happened here was and warning uh very privileged
privileged
child situation coming up here um I
complained about my computer crashing
and freaking out while I was trying to
render the Motion Graphics from the
shine lookbook video I had all these
like motion title graphics and each one
of those Graphics took around a half hour
hour
um if not a little bit longer to render
the graphic and it would crash several
times so obviously doing any Motion
Graphics on my old computer for some
reason was just not happening so I
complained enough that my dad surprised
me with a new pc
um he just he just went online secretly
figured out what he thought I would need
and then just had it delivered
um so that was a huge surprise and
present and gift which that would have
been rather a large business expense I
would have had this last year if I did
update my uh PC but I was just very
lucky and my dad gifted me one which is
not the case for so many people out
there not a lot of people have people in
their life who can or would do something
like that and so I feel very lucky to
have a new pc thanks to my dad and as a
reward I made him walk around Arches
National Park a bit now my biggest goal
for 2022
was to write more and to finish the
third book in the series I've been
working on for several years since 2018.
that book is not done I have about 75
000 words of it I don't know how many
more that is from the year before I
would have to check
um I don't think I wrote a ton of new
stuff for that this last year because I
didn't make a lot of time for writing I
was watching my old recap of 2021
um where I said what I was essentially
about to say to you for this video which
was that like I did pretty well at
keeping my writing time the first half
of the year and then uh since summer I
haven't had made any dedicated time to
do it which is basically exactly what I
did here in 2022 as well so
um I did pretty well in maintaining my
writing time at the beginning half of
the Year taking my writing breaks like I
wanted to my little like writing
sabbaticals that I take and then the
second half of the year after summer I
was a little bit behind and then when it
started working on my fall stuff I got
way behind mostly because of doing the
mandragora jacket project because that
took weeks longer than
um that I had scheduled to do a project
for September so that put me behind
making that like kind of Couture beaded
jacket which I'm really glad I made that
jacket I really like it it was a
creative Endeavor in itself but also did
cut into lots of other things and push
lots of things back and so it pushed my
false sewing back
and then I got coven which I'll talk
about in a minute
um so I just got really scheduled all
out of whack and the third book this is
all the way of saying the third book did
not get done this year but again I will
talk about writing more
shortly but my other silly goal was to
try and get a new tattoo and I I am
I got more than one new tattoo this year
I got two new tattoos and one of them as
you can see is on the large side so
looking at this last year and what went
well and what didn't go well what goals
I was managed I managed to hit and which
ones I did not so my scheduling still
got out of hand in 2022 and that was
also partially two and something else on
my list of bummers which was that I I
got covered in October
um it wasn't I mean obviously I wasn't
hospitalized I was home I was fine I
recovered okay I don't think I have any
long-term covered symptoms but like
knock on wood because I know that they
can show up later and stuff
um I did have a lingering cough for
about a month if not a little bit longer
but I did have covered in October which
is like my favorite month and full of
lots of projects for me usually I had to
scrap a costuming project I was planning
on doing here on the channel I had all
the materials ready I just the week that
I was in bed for covid I was in bed for
like solidly eight days I was isolating
of course from my parents because I
didn't want them to get sick I did give
covet to my younger brother but my
parents didn't get it so that was really
good that they were fine had were able
to like Drop food off in the hallway for
us because we were not well it was kind
of just miserable so uh I now need to
get a new booster soon but like I had to
wait a little while because I was still
recovering from covet and so now I need
to get a new booster before I go on a
trip this next year so I need to
schedule my vaccination situation out
because I'm not doing that again that's
right no no thank you and then trigger
warning for pet loss
um just skip to this minute if you don't
want to hear me talk about it because
fair enough but we did lose our cat
gunny this last year
um this big fluffer lovely boy here
um he was 16 years old just like well I
guess almost 17 years old just like my
Clio because they were from the same
litter although they didn't look very
much alike I lost Clio in September or
September or October of 2021 and then we
lost our gunny in this last spring he
um was frail and old older and like not
taking care of himself he's a
long-haired cat too and he didn't like
to be brushed anymore so we didn't like
to torture him with it too much but then
he would get mats because he's a long
fluffer guy or he was
um so he wasn't like doing 100 but he
seemed okay and then he decided to stop eating
eating
um and as you know with animals this is
not a good sign so we I took him to the
vet my parents were going out of town so
it was kind of suddenly I didn't know
the cap the cat was fine and then the
cat wasn't Vine and then I was on my own
trying to deal with it all so I took the
cat to the vet he had a heart murmur
they didn't want to do the kind of like
rehydration and IV kind of stuff that
they sometimes can do when you have a
cat um animal that hasn't been eating
and drinking
um it's probably some sort of advanced
kidney problem again just like we had
with our Clio cats are pretty prone to
kidney problems so that's a risk
um and he just they they would let me
know that he wasn't doing well and I
could see that much and he had kind of
decided to stop eating so they gave him
like something to increase his appetite
and it didn't work he had just stopped
eating so I had to make the call all
pretty much on my own I mean like in
consultation with my parents and my
family but
um they were like you're there
make the call so I had to call someone
to come out and help us put him down I
say us but it was actually just me that
morning with him and I hadn't slept much
the night before so
but he was obvious that he was
struggling a lot and it was hard to see
you know this little fluffy innocent
creature that you love so much in so
much pain so I would have done it sooner
if I could have gotten an appointment
sooner to have him um eased out of that
I would have because it was obvious that
he wasn't himself and he wasn't feeling
good so
um I dealt with that in Spring which
wasn't great obviously emotionally to
lose a little friend like that and to do
that kind of in it almost like
semi-traumatic way all on my own because
of my family being out of town and
things being kind of whack uh wasn't
awesome so I can now uh securely
recommend not being home to lose the pet
and being there with the pet and also
not recommend not being there so really
they both suck turns out so that's
the verdict on that one and then the
other sort of missed opportunity or not
failure but not success either uh I
guess two other people would sound like
a success if you watch my everything I
made in 2022 video
it looks like like a success I made
over 80 items of like wearable garments
clothing in 2022 which is twice what I
want to ever do in a year like if I
could somehow cap it at like 40 Projects
a year that would be great
um my numbers did get bumped up by knit
projects because knit skirts and little
tops like this actually I didn't make
this one
um are very fast to make so I can make
more than one in one day which bumped up
my numbers a little bit this last year
because I made so many of those stretch
skirts but in general
I sewed too much I went to school for
fashion design I wanted to be a fashion
designer since I was 15 14 15 16 years
old I love designing clothes I love
playing with Fabrics I love mixing
textures and colors and playing with it
I don't make clothes because I need
clothes uh I feel like it's important to
say like no one needs to make no one
needs 80 garments in general let alone
80 garments a year I make clothes
because I have like this fuel or desire
to design and make clothes like I like
doing it so for me it's like painting or
any other creative thing like I enjoy it
in addition to enjoy wearing the things
I enjoy making things as well so but
it's too much
along with my other stuff I mean I sew
for work for videos for demonstrations
not only here but also an additional
project over on patreon every month so I
end up making a lot of things just for
work and then there are things where I'm
like oh I would like something like this
to match with this to do for a lookbook
so I make additional things for my
lookbooks because I like putting
collections together as well and that's
how a lot of additional garments get
made um to kind of fill out Collections
and uh like put together an entire
Vision or a theme that I have in my head
and more stuff gets made that way as
well sewing for me is both my work and a
hobby and also kind of a creative Outlet
so between the three of those factors I
get a lot of sewing done but it is too
much I almost have to like
I just have to hold myself back like I
have to
in my scheduling make it so that it's
not possible to fill with more sewing
projects because I will I have so many
ideas way more ideas than I ever have
done I actually do have that question
sometimes I get that question actually
quite often anymore is like why haven't
you replicated a costume or done cosplay
of something like from a film or
anything like that
um like replicate things directly or do
you take like design submissions and
it's like I have more of my own ideas
than I will ever have time to do so and
I'd rather get to those so I don't
really feel any desire to replicate
anything that isn't my own there's my
brain is already overflowing you know I
don't need any more
the ideas are fine the ideas are not the
problem the time is the problem so yes
tying back into scheduling I sewed too
much this last year like I'm really
happy with everything I'm really happy
to have I think I made some really
awesome garments this last year I'm
super excited about wearing them in the
future I plan to keep them
for as long as they fit me and I'm
excited to make I'm looking at a big
pile of fabric over here because I'm
excited to start working on all this
stuff that I have going on for this year
as well I just
must balance it better so I'm really
trying to like I I plan like behind the
scenes side hustlingness here I plan to
hopefully only do
three projects a month as like a base
and then maybe like one hobby project
and that should give me some better
totals and numbers for this next year
but I'll talk about goals for 2023 in my
next video but then let's talk about
some of my wins and random good things
that happened this year uh first being
finding a tattoo artist that I like who
also has availability finding someone
who has talent is a nice person and has
availability is like the golden weird
triangle of trying to find a tattoo
artist if you are a person like me who
happens to like tattoos a lot of the
greats are very very booked it's not
even uh you know the cost thing a lot of
really good artists are can charge a lot
for their time and it makes sense
because they've perfected an art
um and they're in high demand so you know
know
good for them but I managed to find
someone who is a newer tattoo artist
they are in their second year of
tattooing now and she is amazing her
name is Kayla I will link to her
Instagram below if you also want to book
time with her although don't book her
too much because that's
my job and yes I saw Kayla post this
design that I now have here on the back
of my forearm I guess is that a forearm
yeah forearm
um and she posted this design as a
pre-drawn on her Instagram and said that
it was up for grabs and I've always
wanted leaves back here for whatever
reason so I saw leaves with spooky
spider webs and a spider and I thought
now is the time go go so I emailed her
immediately I was actually in the middle
of filming the Hat video from earlier in
the year this video
um and I was in the middle of that video
and I needed to wait for my battery to
charge and people to stop being so loud
in the house so I like ran emailed her
trying to see if I could NAB this design
and it worked so I was able to get an
appointment with her and I got this
lovely buddy on my arm here and I love
the way my spider like dips when my hand
does I like the little
buddy coming onto me I kind of want more
stuff on my hand now
don't tell my mom and then I have a
couple pictures I could probably put in
here uh when I finished writing my
second novel
um which of course none of these are
published that always is a question if
you haven't seen the rest of this series
watch the rest of sign hustling to find
out my thoughts about publishing
um still unpublished but I finished my
second book I was feeling very happy
about that and I bought this is back in
2019. yeah and I bought myself some
flowers at the grocery store and there
were two chrysanthemums as part of that
bouquet chrysanthemums are very
auspicious flower in a lot of cultures
and then also our fall flower and my
favorite flower and I decided that
because it was the second book and I had
had these two chrysanthemums that I took
pictures of as kind of a celebration of
finishing that book that I wanted to
chrysanthemums and now I have two
chrysanthemums because after getting
this tattoo and loving it so much and
loving meeting Kayla I knew I wanted to
work with her further and so I asked if
she could give me two spooky
chrysanthemums and so now here they are
I can put in a picture from her
Instagram that she took the day they
were done but here are my slightly
spooky spider webbed chrysanthemums that
I'm super super happy with obviously
this is a massive tattoo I'm now as she
said you're leaving here a much more
tattooed person than you came in and
that is correct so
um but I've always loved tattoos and
I've kind of always
my parents don't like them my mom hates
tattoos she's gotten better about it but
she still is not a big fan so all my
life I've grown up with this like you're
not allowed to have them kind of a thing
and you know I'm 31 now and uh there's
also this like oh vintage girls can't
have tattoos like it's trashy
um or like it's not uh authentic as if I
am somehow authentically a 1940s person
ever which is not the case and so
there's like all this like stigma around
having tattoos for me
um and I kind of now that I'm 31 we've
been through a plague and I've waited a
long time for certain things aspects of
my life to start I
screw it you know like I'm gonna do do
what I want with my own body especially
after some of the things that have
happened in the United States
where people don't think that I should
have rights to my entire body I guess it
there's something empowering and feels
good about doing what I want with my own
freaking skin that I get to keep forever
um and yes it was an investment to get
these tattoos this year
um it's not cheap to get
tattoos but I plan on keeping my left
arm for a very long time so I always say
cost per wear very low so yes I did
manage to find a tattoo artist that I
love working with and I'm really excited
to do a couple more things I think you
know the inside of this although that's
going to hurt needs let's just face it
we're filling in this arm probably you know
know
just how it is if you don't like tattoos
if you don't like my tattoos that's fine
just maybe keep it to yourself because like
like
I can't do anything about it now I like
them and then yes back to kittens we did
adopt we can't live in a countless house
the people me and my family we all love
cats way too much uh we're big cat
lovers in this house I love them
so much so we decided about I think it
was maybe a month or so after losing
gunny that our house was just too quiet
like we had to like take all the cat
stuff away and it just felt weird we've
never lived in this house without our
cats so to have them gone and then have
there just be no cats like you can be sad
sad
and have no cats or you can be sad and
there are just kittens there and like
rather be sad with kittens that's just
better so we decided to get kittens my
mom prefers to get kittens these are
technically my family's cats I might
kidnap them but currently and
technically they are my family's cats my
parents cats um through a rescue we went
to go visit two kittens that were with
the Foster family so we went and we
visited our little orange buddy and um
my little Sophia who is our Tour de that
we have now and they had a third kitten
at that foster home that was from a
different litter
who's Ollie and um we he has a very cute
meow he goes he like rolls his r's he's
exceedingly cute accent I guess for a cat
cat
um and so he was making this little
ringing sound so me and my mom went to
go get uh pick up two kittens and we
came home with three which always a good
day in my book excellent um I did put a
video up of them when they were kittens
and we just got them so if you want to
see our kittens back when they were very
small check it out but if you want to
see them any other time I'm constantly
putting them on Instagram because I love
them so much and they hang out with me
all the time and I love
cuddling with them and Ollie is actually
obsessed with me and therefore I'm
obsessed with him he's my I don't know
what is with me and silver tabbings but
we just I had my Cleo and now I have my Ollie
Ollie
um that was like my one request when we
were getting kittens is to like not have
a silver tabby or a gray one because we
just lost those
um and just like having a I don't know
out of the corner of my eye I just
wanted them to look different
um but then we ended up grabbing Ollie
while we were at the Foster and he's a
silver buddy but he's I think something
about him being a boy instead of a girl
like makes it easier for me I don't know
why so he's my little buddy boy and he
is such a cuddle bug with me like two or
three times a day he has to be like on
my chest up nuzzled under my neck he
like wants to push his face against my
face and just like be super close to me
and he'll climb on my back and stuff
he's my little buddy now so that's nice
to have and then our torty girl Sophia she
she
um now likes to cuddle usually in the
morning and then also in the evening
she'll just come and like settle like
right here like in my in the nook of my
arm if I'm like laying in my bed or
something she'll come and hang out with
me and fall asleep and she's super soft
and she likes to sit in my sink as well
so kittens great I also love our orange
boys and he is just his name is Xander
sorry I call him zanzan and pumpkin
because he's Orange
um he's our biggest
buddy so far he's a big orange kitty but
he is kind of a loner so far so he likes
to like hide under the bed for most of
the day and if you find him or if you
see him and you start petting him he's
like happy to be petted and he purrs and
he's like way into it but he just
doesn't really get it yet so hopefully
he will chill out a little bit more um
he's still a little bit nervous and
still likes to hide but we have hope
because he is he's a very loud purr and
he likes to talk to us and walk around I
just feel like he hasn't totally gotten
it yet so hopefully we'll get there and
then a personal finance sort of goal
that I had last year was to save money
for a house and I was able to save about
I want to say like two-thirds maybe like
just up to two-thirds of a down payment
for the kind of house that I can afford
which is
not spectacular but I'm looking at you
know slightly uh need some updating
houses fixer-uppers I guess yes what
they're called fixer-uppers in the north
east area
I'm not really picked about which state
New Jersey New York Connecticut
Massachusetts these are the main ones
I'm looking at
um but I'm looking for a great house in
an okay neighborhood not necessarily
looking because of the place all those
places seem quite compacted together to
me I feel like you can hop on a train or
you can drive to Boston for the weekend
or whatever so I'm looking for the right
house less than the right State I don't
really care what state I live in as long
as it's
relatively blue because I would like to
feel slightly safe but I do have you
know a good portion of the down payment
that I want to have saved and I will
continue to keep saving because this
next year I'm going to be looking to
move and buy a house so we'll see how
that goes and then the biggest like goal
hit or um like achievement for me for
this last year it would be impossible
for this not to be it honestly is that
this channel hit 100 000 subscribers a
few days before Christmas so it was
quite the Christmas present to me thank
you all of you and I have been making
videos for several years now it's I've
been a slow process to get to this point
it definitely is something that becomes
like exponential like once you have 1000
it's easier to get to five thousand five
thousand it's a little bit faster you
get to 10 10 50 50 to here
um I you know initially I wanted things
fast I wanted to be here a couple years
ago because I wanted this to be my
full-time job a couple years ago and
this has been my full-time job since I
think it was 2019 no 2020 early 2020 is
when I was like completely went full
time on YouTube and
patreon I open my patreon and I had no idea
idea
if that would work I was very afraid
that I was going to have to get another
part-time job because I had left a
different part-time job that fall
um I've had a lot of part-time jobs
since College where I was working for a
small like kind of family-ish business
where they expected a lot out of me and
like expected me to invest a lot in this
hustle this dream that they had when
it's like I had my own dreams that I
would like to be spending my time on and
so I kind of made the decision
in 2019 that I couldn't have one foot in each
each
you know boat anymore and I wanted to
just dive in on my own Endeavors as much
as possible
um of again that's only possible because
I had this support system here like I
live here in this house for free
um which meant that if it failed I still
had somewhere to live
um so that's not the privilege that
everyone has and I want to recognize
that because I was you know this has
been a lot easier Journey for me because
of the Privileges of having a dad who
will randomly buy me a computer having a
place where I can live have rent and
food taken care of so I don't have to
worry about that side of it like
obviously I'm still worried and do worry
about this disappearing about it going
away about not having a livelihood
because it's not like you know you can't
just like go and be like hi I haven't
worked for five years but I've been a
YouTuber that time and now I'm not
please hire me
does it is scary but I have to
acknowledge the amount of
like luck and uh like institutional and
also just Personal Privilege I've had in
being able to get to this point
um and then I've been exceedingly lucky
um to have the amount of patronage that
I have had patreon has changed my life
and is the reason this can be my job and
can can continue to be my job it can
continue to it's not easy to say is
because of patreon because with a
hundred thousand like behind the scenes
with a hundred thousand subscribers I
make around a thousand dollars a month
here on YouTube which is a lot of money
um it would not cover half of rent in
the place that I live so I could never
afford to like move out of this house it
is not like a livable income for most
people uh you know obviously 12 14 12 to
14 000 a year is not a livable income it
should be what the base income is but
I won't stand on my socialist soapbox
and that is just YouTube Revenue with
the ads that they show before my videos
and the um like YouTube premium cut that
I get from when people who have YouTube
Red watch my video as well um which is
usually a little bit higher than an ad
rate would be and I don't have a ton of
ads turned on on my channel you can turn
on like different types of ads and I
just have pre-roll ads I don't have any
ads in the middle of my videos because I
figure gosh if you sat through an ad to
be at the start like we're good like
we're more than even so I don't do any
like mid-roll ads even though sometimes
I do do longer videos and I think that's
like probably
uh like my my brother for example who
knows a lot about uh online video
um and like streaming stuff like that
thinks that that's a bit crazy to not
have any AD breaks but I just you know
sometimes my videos have trended a
little bit shorter actually so it hasn't
been as
um much of a huge block of time that I'm
taking that I could be putting ads in
that I'm not but I just don't want to
have advertising in the middle of my
video in any way which means I also
don't work with sponsors which is the
other way a lot of YouTubers make a
living out of doing this is by taking on
um like private sponsorships private
deals with individual sponsors to have a
segment of the video where they talk
about that product or whatever
product or service and I don't do those
and I don't want to have to and the
reason I don't have to do that is
because of patreon I I'm sponsored by my
patrons instead of buying various
companies who want me to sell you things
like I could be making more money if I
took those bunch of deals if I turned on
more ads but that's not something that
interests me I'd rather just like live
at the level like I don't need to live
in any level more than I'm accustomed to
and I have just finally
reached this level here on my channel
where I feel secure enough in this as my
job between the channel reaching 100 000
subscribers which feels a little bit
more stable somehow even though like I
still only get 10 000 views per video so
it's not like that translates to videos
going viral or doing really super well
particularly and it's the views that
mean that people watched ads that mean
you get money so I don't get any like
extra monetary there's no monetary
incentive to have a higher subscriber
number it just makes me feel a little
bit more legit because Google's gonna
send me like a plaque to put in the
background yeah but I for the first time
in my life feel like I have a secure job
and it's working for my own small
business instead of somebody else's but again
again
I've only gotten here because of so much
help along the way including my family
and also the world I live in and of
course all of you who are my patrons all
of you who watch these videos as well
especially these side hustling videos
especially to the end of a long rambly
side hustling videos you're the reason I
can keep doing this you're the reason
that I can keep sewing and working on
any idea that I want to
um and put those things and put that
creativity here online and share as much
as I can about how I make the things I
do with all of you um I want to continue
to do that and the only reason I can is
because of your help
um and watching the videos and leaving
me comments and for some of you going
over and supporting me on patreon as
well um I do have over a thousand
patrons now which would be like even
more of a goal than having a hundred
thousand subscribers is having a
thousand people who want to support me
and my work and see me continue doing it
it means everything to me to know that
there's that base of people who want to
see what I'm doing
um so thank you you know there's no way
there's no real way to put it into words
how like lucky I feel and you know to
the next hundred I don't really want
another 100 000 subscribers
um I would like my videos uh to have a
little bit higher view numbers just
because I put a lot of work into them so
I feel like I would rather grow my watch
numbers as opposed to my subscriber numbers
numbers
um because that about the ratio between
the subscribers and the like amount of
views I actually get per video is so
wildly different which is for most
people like most people do not have like
if they have the same amount of Watchers
every video as they do subscribers that
would be amazing for everyone's bottom
line that's for sure
um and for confidence levels but I would
rather I would like to you know if
there's anything on the channel numbers
wise that I have a goal for anymore it
is to bump up the watch numbers so make
I guess more content that people want to
see but I do because of my uh patrons
and because of those of you who have
supported me for so long and are so like
loyal to my work I I feel like I can
really just do what I want to do most
and what I would love to make and see in
the world as opposed to have to cater my
content to what I think the internet
wants to see and I think weirdly enough
the things that I'm most passionate
about tend to do better anyway so I do
try and lean into that so I would like
to grow my watch numbers on each video
but not to the point where I'm going to
sacrifice doing what I want to do most
if that makes any sense so it's kind of
like I'm just gonna keep doing what I
love and hope for the best as opposed to
change anything about my content to make
it more internet friendly although I do
think my content is getting better like
if you go back and watch my old videos
please don't uh because I think things
have improved quite a lot over the years
but thank you so much for listening to
me go over my 2022 as you can see things
are still kind of a miasma of nonsense
up in my brain I haven't really fully
contextualized everything that happened
last year
um the good and the bad I guess I
haven't really made time for that I've
just been trying to kind of rest up like
physically almost been chilling a little
bit after getting a lot of work done to
get synapse done
um and like put all that content
together I kind of needed a break so
I've just been kind of
relaxing and refreshing a little bit I
have sewn some things over my break here
because no one's surprised I can't stop
sewing so I've made some hobby things
off camera that you'll be seeing in
lookbooks coming up because I do have
lots of ideas for this next year I need
to balance things and slow things behind
the scenes but hopefully you won't
notice that much of a change here on the
channel because no matter how fast my
wheels are spinning usually it's one
video a week for you so
um but I just need to learn how to
balance it but yes thank you so much for
your support and for listening to me
ramble today I'll be back with my goals
next time another side hustling video
this week and then next week we'll be
back to sewing of course and I have lots
of sewing and costuming and crafting and
all kinds of stuff coming up for you
this year so I hope you'll stick around
