0:02 these are the four best smartest and
0:03 most profitable businesses that you
0:06 could start in 2025 as the co-founder
0:08 and president of a $100 million business
0:10 that has analyzed $5 billion doll worth
0:12 of businesses over the past 5 years I
0:14 see every single day what kind of
0:16 business models succeed and which ones
0:19 fail and based on the current markets
0:21 there are four business opportunities
0:23 that I would personally go into if I
0:24 wanted to start a million-dollar
0:27 business in 2025 before we even get into
0:29 the four business models of 2025 we have
0:31 to go over what makes for a good
0:33 business there are two things that you
0:35 should focus on when deciding what kind
0:37 of business to start the first is the
0:41 buyer income the idea is sell to rich
0:44 people go up Market better to start with
0:47 premium High ticket low volume then
0:51 scale with small ticket and high volume
0:54 why is that people with more money are
0:56 willing to have their problems solved
0:57 the second decision when deciding what
0:59 kind of business to start is looking
1:01 atone market growth rate now you can
1:04 easily Google this to find out how fast
1:06 a market is growing in order to decide
1:08 if right now is a good Market to start
1:09 your business in what's really cool
1:12 about 2025 is we are going to have a
1:14 golden era of growth in our economy
1:16 there has never been a better time than
1:18 right now to start a business and to
1:20 make a lot of money especially in the
1:21 United States of America creating an
1:24 online coaching business is super cool
1:25 and awesome and I know a lot of people
1:27 who have found success doing that but at
1:28 some point there is a cap in what that
1:30 person can actually generate because it
1:33 is a business based off of them in an
1:34 industry that might not have the growth
1:36 rate that they're looking for the idea
1:38 behind this is now probably wouldn't be
1:39 the best time to choose the opportunity
1:42 to go into the printing business all of
1:45 the world has moved on digital now sure
1:46 is there opportunity for certain things
1:48 to be printed of course there is and
1:50 somebody somewhere can make money doing
1:52 that but is that the most strategic
1:54 business to start right now probably not
1:56 you can make money but there's not the
1:58 Headroom to be able to truly grow and
2:00 scale a large business and think of how
2:02 many printing businesses or faxing
2:04 businesses are no longer in business
2:05 because that's not how we do business
2:07 any longer if they would have chosen to
2:09 go into the streaming business there
2:11 would have been tons of Headroom so this
2:13 is the type of thought process that you
2:14 have to have if you're looking to start
2:16 a business that's going to scale in 2025
2:18 because the growth rate is so important
2:20 let's go through these four best
2:22 business models in order of how fast
2:25 their markets are growing starting with
2:28 pet care this one is unexpected but the
2:29 Pet Care Market has been growing
2:32 annually by 5% so let's talk about some
2:34 stats in the United States the Pet Care
2:37 Market is expected to grow from 151
2:43 billion in 2024 to $251 billion in 2030
2:44 so if you want the entry point for the
2:47 Pet Care space you should focus on
2:50 high-end services like pet sitting pet
2:53 grooming or Premium Pet treats what's so
2:55 cool about the Pet Care space is you're
2:57 trying to solve the problem not
3:00 necessarily of the pet but of the owner
3:02 so sure you could focus on making the
3:05 world's fanciest treat but what problem
3:07 does the owner of the pet have and how
3:09 do you associate your service Your
3:11 solution with that owner now I think of
3:13 all of the team members that are
3:14 required to travel inside of our
3:16 business and some of them pay a hefty
3:20 amount to send their beloved Pooch to a
3:22 pet hotel and then the pet hotel has all
3:24 of these additional Services all of
3:27 these ways to be able to look at and
3:29 watch the dog or cat to be able to
3:31 communicate with the dog or cat and it
3:33 is solving this huge guilt related
3:36 problem that my team member has because
3:38 they can't be with their pet all the
3:39 time or throughout the day so if I was
3:41 going to cut out my piece of this
3:43 industry that's exactly what I would do
3:45 I would focus on premium solutions for
3:48 busy business owners busy moms busy dads
3:50 who can't spend time with their pets but
3:53 feel very guilty about it and that guilt
3:55 will drive them to invest and spend more
3:57 money on their pets and making sure that
3:59 their fluffy little loved one is well
4:00 taken care of throughout the day if I
4:02 was looking to create a business I would
4:04 lean into the guilt that pet owners have
4:06 about not being with their pets the
4:08 wildest types of products have been
4:10 created for pets in the last decade
4:14 everything from snout soothers to spa
4:16 treatments where pets actually have
4:19 cucumbers on their eyes there is so much
4:22 money to be made as the urbanization of
4:23 the United States continues to happen
4:26 people live in smaller homes smaller
4:28 Apartments they are busier and have more
4:30 demands therefore cannot be with their
4:32 precious Pooch but want to be able to
4:35 provide their most beloved family member
4:37 with something that removes their guilt
4:39 and treats their pet the second
4:42 strongest business opportunity for 2025
4:44 is in the health and wellness space the
4:46 health and wellness industry is a gold
4:49 mine for new businesses with a projected
4:52 compound annual growth rate of
4:55 8.6% I know this to be true because one
4:56 of our primary Investments inside our
4:58 Ventures business is in the health and
5:00 wellness space we made a small
5:02 investment 3 years ago in a business
5:05 that was generating $2 million and this
5:06 year that business will do over $100
5:09 million why people care about their
5:12 health longevity is not just a trend it
5:14 is something that people prioritize in a
5:16 post-pandemic world where we feel like
5:17 the healthcare system failed us
5:20 consumers want better information more
5:22 data about themselves and more options
5:24 that they truly understand where they're
5:26 actually in control of how they feel and
5:28 the future of their health with the
5:30 traditional Healthcare System failing US
5:32 during the pandemic if you love the
5:34 health and wellness space you no longer
5:36 have to use that you don't have a degree
5:38 as your barrier to be able to start a
5:40 business in the space because you have
5:42 access to real time information that
5:45 doctors have access to a doctor who got
5:48 their medical degree 20 years ago has to
5:51 entirely understand what has evolved in
5:53 the field of medicine and most of them
5:55 don't keep up to date on this so the
5:57 health and wellness field has never seen
5:58 the opportunities that are about to be
6:02 created in 2025 and Beyond because of
6:04 this barrier that has practically
6:07 evaporated in front of us now if you do
6:09 have a degree there is still hope for
6:11 you because the global Wellness economy
6:16 was valued at $5.6 trillion in 2022 and
6:19 is projected to reach $8.5 trillion by
6:22 2027 what does this mean for you people
6:24 are still investing in their health they
6:26 want Solutions and you are trained
6:28 specifically to be able to provide those
6:30 things to them so how can you pivot your
6:32 products and services to be able to be
6:35 more focused on Med spas or tele
6:37 medicine or Wellness treatments and
6:40 centers that cater to high-end clientele
6:42 people want these solutions they want
6:44 these products you can just change the
6:46 service offering instead of going
6:47 through traditional Healthcare
6:49 traditional hospitals and partner with
6:52 somebody who is business savvy to create
6:54 the health and wellness Empire of your
6:56 dreams the third business model that's
6:58 worth starting in the next year is an
7:01 industry with nearly a 10% compound
7:03 annual growth rate and it's sustainable
7:05 and eco-friendly products sustainable
7:08 and eco-friendly products have a 5year
7:10 compounded annual growth rate of
7:14 99.9% compared to 6.4% for conventional
7:17 products so what does that even mean
7:18 well what's wild about sustainable
7:21 products is you could apply it to
7:24 anything that people purchase so the
7:27 barrier to entry is ridiculously low
7:29 because this can apply to cosmetics it
7:32 can apply to Skin Care it can apply to
7:35 fashion clothing garments shoes the idea
7:36 of sustainability and products that are
7:38 sustainable can be looked at from so
7:40 many different lenses because there's no
7:42 shortage of things that are made in a
7:45 non-sustainable way 2025 brings no
7:48 better time to hop on board this shift
7:50 that really started two decades ago into
7:52 more sustainable products and creating a
7:54 more sustainable lifestyle as the
7:57 perfect example this founder Vicky Sai
7:59 took her small sustainable Beauty
8:00 business business from completely
8:02 unknown to getting celebrity deals with
8:04 Jennifer andison and Drew Barrymore and
8:07 eventually sold her business for $500
8:10 million the key to tatcha's success were
8:12 unique ingredients that merged this idea
8:14 of being eco-friendly with a sense of
8:17 Premium luxury there is often the stigma
8:20 of eco-friendly products being flat out
8:22 boring so in order to succeed in this
8:24 space with these types of products
8:25 you'll need to combine this idea of
8:28 sustainability with a fun and sexy brand
8:30 that stands out and the key to making
8:33 money in this market is to avoid the
8:35 traditional granola type brands for
8:38 these products instead develop a brand
8:40 that emphasizes fresh and clean
8:43 Aesthetics focusing on household goods
8:46 beauty products pet supplements and make
8:48 them eco-friendly finally we have the
8:51 largest fastest growing Market where I
8:52 would recommend starting a business in
8:54 2025 the demand for this kind of
8:56 business is expected to reach a value of
9:00 around $10.2 billion by by 2030 with a
9:03 compound annual growth rate of 14% from
9:07 2022 to 2030 and it is social media
9:09 Consulting specifically for businesses
9:12 not creators I work with thousands of
9:15 business owners and what I know is they
9:17 know nothing about social media they
9:18 don't know how to leverage it in their
9:20 business they normally hire somebody who
9:21 is very Junior and just because they
9:24 think that they're young they think they
9:25 understand how to communicate on social
9:27 social has evolved so much over the last
9:30 15 years and you can no longer have your
9:32 cousin your nephew your niece your
9:34 daughter just handle your social media
9:36 and have results you need somebody who
9:38 actually knows what the heck they're
9:39 doing if I was actually starting a
9:42 business in the space I would Niche down
9:45 so far I would pick one industry and I
9:47 would pick one platform I would not just
9:50 do social media because Instagram is
9:51 very different from YouTube is very
9:54 different from Tik Tok Twitter X I don't
9:56 even know is Tik Tok still around by the
9:57 time you're watching this so much
9:59 uncertainty the point with that is you
10:02 should pick one platform for one type of
10:04 Industry where you are able to drive
10:06 results for that business owner there is
10:08 no shortage of opportunity in the space
10:10 because what's so cool about this is you
10:12 can actually make a business owner more
10:13 money which means that they're willing
10:16 to pay you more money the more you focus
10:17 on business models that allow you to do
10:19 exactly this the longer you're going to
10:22 have retention with these customers if
10:24 your products make somebody more money
10:25 not just make them look better or feel
10:28 better but actual dollars are generated
10:31 it's easy to charge what you're charging
10:33 and then charge more because they see a
10:35 result and results can be created in the
10:38 social space so one platform in one
10:41 industry and you go Gang Busters
10:42 learning how to get them results and you
10:44 will have no shortage of people who are
10:47 banging down your door in that space who
10:49 want your services so here are two
10:50 obstacles that I want to help you get in
10:53 front of the first is onboarding and
10:55 offboarding your client yes you might be
10:57 fantastic inside the application and
11:00 posting the content but if you were so
11:02 great as a technician in the platform
11:04 you might not be great on setting
11:06 expectations and communicating what the
11:08 process is for no longer utilizing your
11:11 services you will get more business and
11:12 create more confidence in the person
11:14 that you're doing business with if you
11:16 have a dialed in onboarding plan and a
11:18 dialed in offboarding plan and you can
11:20 even talk about the offboarding plan
11:22 when you onboard them just so that they
11:23 know that they're not going to be held
11:25 hostage by your business and your
11:27 primary responsibility is to set them up
11:29 for Success that is how you gain trust
11:31 with the business owner the second
11:32 potential obstacle that you might run
11:35 into is a talent acquisition there are
11:37 so many different ways that you can try
11:39 to solve this problem most people when
11:40 they start a business like this think
11:42 that they should offshore the talent and
11:43 I would strongly recommend that until
11:46 you have fantastic processes that you
11:48 can prove work and that you can prove
11:51 can be duplicated over and over again I
11:53 wouldn't recommend bringing on offshore
11:55 talent because it is going to create
11:57 more of a lag and you're cutting a
11:59 corner instead of really understanding
12:01 what is working and what is not working
12:03 before you bring somebody on that
12:05 potentially has a language barrier and a
12:06 time zone barrier as you build this
12:08 business you being the person that
12:10 understands it first then creating
12:12 documentation to train somebody else who
12:14 could then train somebody who lives in a
12:16 different country how to do it is the
12:18 best way to set yourself up for Success
12:19 because I work with thousands of
12:21 business owners I know what they are
12:23 willing to spend in order to solve this
12:27 problem and it is Mega dollars but the
12:29 people who are providing these Solutions
12:31 for them are very confused you are not
12:33 going to be confused you could at least
12:37 charge five if not $10,000 a month if
12:39 you could guarantee that the results
12:42 that you're driving would equate to5 or
12:44 $10,000 a month plus the brand
12:47 recognition so when you think about it
12:49 like that it's very easy to start a
12:52 business and create real value through
12:53 leveraging social media but you have to
12:56 gain the expertise first I know our
12:57 business spends hundreds of thousands of
13:00 dollars a month on social in order to be
13:03 able to support the ads that we run and
13:04 many businesses don't look at the fact
13:06 that they run ads and that they're
13:08 social should be complimenting what that
13:11 ad strategy looks like we used to lose
13:13 hundreds of thousands if not millions of
13:15 dollars all because our ad strategy was
13:18 not in alignment with our representation
13:20 on social and when these two things are
13:22 combined there is an exponential effect
13:24 that can take place in a business if you
13:26 want to take the first step towards
13:27 starting a business and envisioning your
