The speaker is shifting from a mindset of waiting for the "perfect time" to start a health and fitness reset, recognizing that life is inherently unpredictable and embracing a slower, more focused approach to achieving goals.

Hello and good morning. It is Saturday.
Um, today I decided to get up uh get
ready and get dressed first thing in the
morning. I've been going through like a
weird transition lately coming from like
a two week vacation from Philippines and
I'm still adjusting from the jet lag. I
don't know what it is or it could be
maybe just perry menopause. But today I
decided to get ready and get dressed and
I feel strong. So, what I've realized
lately is that I've definitely been
procrastinating. Coming back from that
two week vacation, I haven't really done
anything in terms of um my own health,
my workouts, my eating healthy, and uh
things around the house. Um everything's
been put off. But I'm giving myself
grace. But I did realize that I'm
waiting for the calm, waiting for the
perfect time to come. I'm supposed to be
scheduled to do my fat loss phase in
January. And um yeah, we did have that
vacation, which is not usual. Typically,
I time my fat loss phases during the
winter. So, when summer comes, that's
when usually the vacation happens and
I'm ready for that. And I'll be ending
my fat loss, but not this year. this
year we decided to go somewhere in
January. So that kind of screwed up my
um fitness schedule, but that's okay. Um
I felt like but right now I've realized
that I felt like um I'm just waiting for
the perfect time to get ready um to get
back in shape and for waiting for life
to calm down. But
I'm just realizing, and that's why I
propped this phone up so I can document
it, is that life is never going to calm
down. There there's never going to be a
perfect time. So, this time I am
stopping the weight and I'm going to
start with a new protocol, but still the
basics, high protein, a focus, um,
approach things in a calmer way, slow
things down. Um, it's not always about
rushing and being productive and being
busy, but doing the right things at the
same time. Sometimes I find myself that
I need to remind myself. I get so into
it sometimes that I just feel so rushed
and I feel good being productive, but at
the same time, I'm real I'm also
realizing that I'm losing the enjoyment
of the process along the way because
everything just comes in a blur. So,
this time I'm going to be focused, but
I'm going to be slow. I'm going to take
my time. I'm going to have slow
routines, slow mornings, and just enjoy
every second of the journey. So, still
the basics, high protein workouts,
movements, and mindset, and nutrition,
but this time with calm and focus. So,
if you're a busy mom like me who is
wanting to do a reset and if you're
coming back from a vacation and just
just really you're in the process of
trying to find yourself again, then this
