This content explores the concept of self-destruction, defining it as an unconscious act of sabotaging positive outcomes, and links it to the distinction between "positive joy" (rejoicing in values and divine grace) and "negative joy" (exulting in material possessions or fleeting desires).

Good morning, full of good deeds, blessings, and laughs. I am recording this episode from Tunisia.
I made a mistake last episode. It seems that Jordan’s energy is still affecting me, so I recorded, saying it was
from Beirut, Jordan! I'm afraid that's not right. I was in Beirut in Lebanon, not Jordan, of course, and now I am in
green Tunisia, I was doing “The Energy Balance and The Power of Love” course, and this is a leaked snippet.
Because there are some people, I see who fall into trouble.
The common thing for all people is self-destruction. I named this episode ‘How to Protect Yourself from Self-destruction
and what is the concept of optimistic (positive) joy and pessimistic (negative) joy?
In this course, I made a crazy move when I started the course with the guys in Tunisia. I would like to
something nice, let's see it quickly, From Green Tunisia.
Greetings to all the guys. Welcome, and this is a big greeting from all,
attendees to everyone who hears me all over the world, Allah willing! people were coming from Iraq and from
Algeria and coming from Syria and from France. I respect everyone who travels
to learn any knowledge, and I always say whoever applies this information in his life is the one who has
made a real effort to achieve it, Allah willing! I’m confident they will see inspiring results.
I'll tell you some information from “The Energy Balance and The Power of Love.” course.
Self-destruction, to understand self-destruction, I must know its meaning.
Self-destruction means that we are in a continuous state of attraction, either by attracting the positives or by attracting,
the negatives of life according to the type of feelings I have. Pay attention to this part! When I feel that,
my feelings are enormous and higher than the goal, so it entices strongly to my life.
And when my feelings and I feel lesser than the goal, it repels, and I attract the opposite. I will repeat.
I will give you a simple example of all the things that you know how to do in
Life, the one that you are currently living. Familiar things that you see as standard, in a deeper sense you
might see yourself bigger than it, and you can do it easily for that, you attract it to your life easily, and the things that
until now, you haven't achieved it, are the ones which you see bigger than you, and you want it, and you wish
for it to happen. That's how you see it: it's bigger, and you're lesser, and therefore attract the opposite. Self-destruction.
means that when a person attracts something, once it gets close to it, it starts to enter the range of
his energy. He does a particular thing subjectively as self-destruction that makes it go away, and the energy that attracts it
vanishes, and the opposite happens quickly. This is because of the terms positive joy and negative joy or
if we call them by the words of the Qur'an ‘sustainable (exultant) joy’, and ‘unsustainable ( not exaltent) joy.’
What does this mean? If we say that life is energy and matter, and if we say that life is about values and desires.
The person who rejoices by desires or material does self-destruction. He who sees
himself less than something. Contrary, the man who rejoices with values sees himself as bigger because values are from Allah
Almighty which is something higher. They call them higher values; the more values they achieve. The more they achieve,
the more they grow by God, of course, and easily achieve more, more and more
in his life. The person who rejoices with negative joy, you know, in the Qur'an, for example, there is a verse that says
“Allah does not like the exultant,” and another one, “So that you do not despair over what has eluded you and not exult [in pride] over what He has given you.”
And focus here, I want to add information outside this topic. When there is a text in the Qur'an, try to,
pay attention if Allah said it as a command from him. Or God tells us about it on behalf of the prophets,
for example, or God tells us about it on behalf of one of the lost or from ordinary people. There are words on behalf of,
the lost like “And the Jews say, "The hand of Allah is chained “A text found in the Qur'an, but it is
on the tongues (behalf) of the Jews and not Allah, I cannot say that God said, "The hand of Allah is chained. "This is impossible, surely!
For example, when Noah said, "My God, indeed my son is of my family.” This is the saying of our master Noah, not the words of God
and God responded, " he is not of your family; his work is unrighteous." The saying of our master Noah here is not a
rule, but tells the story to us so we contemplate and think about it: the verse that says
“Allah does not like the exultant.” This is not the words of God, but of the people of the Qur’an told him:
“Do not exult. Indeed, Allah does not like the exultant”, and therefore, as long as it is a saying on the tongue (behalf) of the people
of the Qur’an, it must not be taken as a religious rule.
We will remove it from the topic. Because it is words on the tongue of
the Qur’an people.
But God Almighty forbade us from the joy with materialists or sensual things. Don't be happy.
I mean, “So that you do not despair over what has eluded you and not exult [in pride] over what He has given you.”
Don't be sad and feel upset about something that you lost, and don't be happy with something that came to you materially
there is another one, “That was because you used to exult upon the earth without right,
you rejoice without right; there is joy with right and without right.
and you used to behave insolently.” This is a negative joy.
The joy of materialists makes your energy
flop quickly and become less and less to this thing.
So, you apply ‘self-destruction’ and make it vanish. There is a beautiful verse that describes this accurately;
Pay attention, “Until, when you are in ships, and they sail with them by a good wind, and they rejoice therein, there comes a storm wind.
and the waves come upon them from everywhere.”
Joy with materialists,
if you are happy with something, it might change. And the opposite comes to you, a stormy wind and waves with the utmost strength,
after it was a good wind. This explains,
in marital relations, for example, when a good girl gets married, and she doesn't believe in herself and feels happy to marry.
This joy self-destructs her, and then her partner might say it’s not working between us,
or would abandon her, and she does not understand the reason and may some might tell her untrue words as you are envied,
or that’s black magic or malicious actions and would be telling her non-sense and relating this to Jinn and black magic in everything
negative, and they forgot you are the root: “What comes to you of good is from Allah, but what comes to you of evil, [O man], is from yourself”.
It's essential to understand this. I’ll give a second example of the joy with material, which is also self-destruction.
An example related to business: a young man who applied for a job and started to approach the job,
he is about to get approved. The intense happiness makes him overwhelmed, so the intense happiness and his heartbeat fast.
Everything goes with exaggeration, which shows that it is not ordinary; something would happen suddenly, making him unable
to continue in work, or someone else might take his place or attract someone with the authority to replace him.
What’s important is that he attracts self-destruction, which reverses what he wants.
A third example, you might find someone who enters a contest to win, for example, a car, a house, or a sum of money. So, when he gets it,
out of unimaginable happiness may lead him to self-destruction, which can stop his heart, but the important thing is
eventually, he won't get it because of this intense joy of materialism.
The intense joy of materialism means that in the subliminal, I’m less, and it is higher. It means in the subliminal that
I’m hanging my happiness on materialists, which leads to self-destruction.
How can I find happiness? I find happiness in higher values, in divine matters. What do you mean? There's something about it.
In the Qur’an, it says (Say, "In the bounty of Allah and in His mercy - in that let them rejoice; it is better than what they accumulate").
I rejoice in Allah's grace. I am in the company of Allah, and Allah is the Greatest. So, I am joyful, reassured, in a state of peace
and contentment. Thus, I am joyful due to the grace. I do not burden myself with material concerns or details.
Grace is a sublime value that manifests in various forms: in children, knowledge, sustenance – grace in everything.
All forms of sustenance. Thus, I am joyful in the grace. Allah, the Sublime and Exalted, provided me with a car. I am not
joyful merely about the car; I am joyful in Allah's grace. I am joyful in Allah's grace, and I know that more will come to me.
I am reassured and calm. Even when I am joyful about the car, that's not all I dream of. This is my happiness. This is the negative
joy that makes you forget the Creator. Let me give an example. It won't be accurate
of course, because it's up to the Creator. But I'd like to give a human example to clarify the idea a bit. Imagine, for instance,
if a husband's wife wants a car or some material possessions. She focuses on the material, then because her husband loves her, he gets
her a gift, that material possession. She focuses on the material. Then, because her husband loves her, he gets her a gift, that
material possession. She forgot about her husband and the whole matter. For instance, she took the jewelry or the car and went out
to enjoy herself, forgetting her husband, who stands there astonished. If you care about the material, not the one who provided it suddenly,
you start feeling emotions – not positive, and not true. Not positive and not true. Imagine this happening multiple times. For example,
let's say you, as a woman, brought a gift for your husband. Not positive and not true. Imagine this repeating many times. For instance,
imagine you, as a woman, brought a gift for your husband. He rejoices in it, takes it, then leaves without even saying thank you,
or even when he thanks you. The material possession is more important to him, and he rejoices in it. He focuses on it today and tomorrow.
And for the rest of his life. Or when a person is grateful for the gifts you offer.
And feels gratitude.
And when this blessing comes, he rejoices that you gave it to him, and he enjoys it. You are his primary focus or the foundation.
So, I enjoy, I enjoy, and my enjoyment increases with this material possession. Then I come back to you, enjoying it again.
I feel generosity and gratitude towards you, then I enjoy it. It replenishes me and comes again a second time and a third.
This is not my concern. My concern is your giving. My concern is you. You are a human being, and I love you.
your positive qualities, your personal attributes. This is what occupies my thoughts. Someone is passing by, looking at me.
Hello, I will show you the view shortly.
Of course, this analogy came to my mind. Using it as an example regarding Allah might be inappropriate, but it illustrates the concept a bit.
It clarifies the picture a bit. Joy in values is joy in grace. I am reassured, joyful in mercy, and thus, I am reassured.
And I know that it's excessive, and I always focus on God and the blessings, while enjoying them with all my strength.
Do you know a verse in Surah (Ar-Rum) says: “They will be victorious in a few years. To Allah belongs the command before
and after.” So, the believers will rejoice in the victory of Allah. The joy in the victory of Allah is
very important. For I am not happy with the materialistic details, whether I hit him, hurt him, took revenge on him, or acquired something.
I strive for it materially. No, I am happy with the value of victory. I am victorious by the grace of Allah. So, I am reassured, and
I feel as if I am greater by Allah. I am reassured, with increase upon increase. There won't be a state of self-destruction.
The heartbeats, emotions, and pressure change. The pulse is higher. All these are negative indicators.
I will create an episode later on about the difference between numbness and normalcy because some people also misunderstand this
psychological concept. I'll explain it in detail in a coming episode, Allah willing. I received some peculiar questions, and I hope
that young women pay attention. Because the majority of those who send me questions are girls. Dear doctor. I used to do attraction exercises,
and a person approached me with the same attributes. I was afraid. The situation began to calm down, and I didn't know what would happen.
And maybe he would leave me. This is self-destruction. This is what rejoices in the material and often causes it to be lost.
If she's happy with values, I'm happy with the grace of Allah. Allah provides.
Thanks to Allah, when I did the exercises, Allah, by His grace, sent me someone, whether he came or not. My God is present if He wills.
This is not appropriate, and something better will come. I trust in Allah's grace. If one goes, someone else will come, someone
better because Allah is present and everlasting, never fading or ending. So, I am reassured and enjoying
joy in the value, not in the materiality.
Joy in materiality is attached to earthly things, things that are related to it. You'll find him stressed and losing his feelings if they are lost.
Joy in the value means knowing that it's coming, whether the material has gone or come. I'm happy with the value and enjoy it.
This was a quick overview of self-destruction and the concept of positive and negative joy.
I hope from Allah that I was able to present the information smoothly. It's now around nine o'clock in the morning.
I woke up early at sunrise and enjoyed the beautiful weather here by the sea.
The weather here, I'll show it to you.
That's right, these people are the ones who used to look at me.
So, I took some pictures before sunrise, and the clouds looked stunning. I captured the sea. I'll let you see it.
With enjoyment and comfort, I'll see you in the next episode, Allah willing. Bye!
