大家好我是大头 最近做了一个盲盒工作流 它可以根据人的面部特征 来生成一个盲盒公仔 这个是通过Flux 还有一个盲盒Lora 还有pulid pulid是用来保持面部特征的一个技术 这三者放到一起 做到的这个效果还是蛮不错的 我们先来看一下 这个还是能把握住她的发型 还有一些面部神韵的 而且画面非常的清晰 其实 之前我也用pulid做过其他的工作流 比如说这个小红书工作流 但是呢它的工作就非常的不好 这个是没有加pulid的 就是小红书模型直出 那么就挺有小红书的那种 网红的风格的 但是一旦加上pulid之后 可以看到她的面部就变得 比较糊了 就没有刚才这么清晰锐利了 然后整个画面的风格 还有细节都被改变了 这个都是面部有点糊 这个是实际跑的 这个是高清放大前的 这个是高清放大后的 那么这个 整个是有小红书的那种网红风格 但是加上pulid之后 这个面部就没法看了 但是在这个模型里边呢 在这个盲盒模型里边 pulid对它的影响非常少 我也不太清楚为什么 然后我问这个模型的作者 你这个跟其他的模型有什么不一样吗 他说可能因为我训练这个模型 用的都是高清大图 所以说 不管怎么样 它这个图片出来都是非常高清的 那有可能是这个因素 导致了pulid的负面影响变小了 就让它变成 了一个能和pulid相配合的Lora 这个盲盒lora出来的效果就非常的棒 我们来看一下 整个工作流的大体的流程 首先是载入一个Flux模型 然后呢载入了一个盲盒Lora 这个Lora的地址在这边有写 嗯在这里 在这里可以去下载这个lora 然后载入了一个8步加速模型 但实际上我喜欢用12步去渲染 那这边的比例 画面比例是可以选的 1:1也好啊 3:4啊什么之类的 这个都可以自己选 然后这边呢就是pulid的模型的加载 那我们现在是0.9版本 它现在的效果确实也不是1.0版本 有各种各样的瑕疵 然后载入一张图片 这边上面是一个切脸的步骤 就是通过这个Florence2把面部给切出来 这样的话 方便pulid来捕捉面部的特征 这个完成之后 接下来就到了绘画的这一块 绘画用的是之前的潜空间（噪音）注入工作流 就是保持这个画面的尺寸不变 但是给它注入了两次潜空间（噪音） 来实现了增加细节的效果 先是第一次来生成这个图片 然后第二次给它注入一些噪音 第三次注入一些噪音之后 再重新生成这个图片 那么就得到了这样的一个图片 这边呢是第一次生成的 这边是注入噪声之后生成的 可以看到她的眉毛啊 眼睛啊 还有一些高光啊都有了更好的细节 看起来就更加的真实可信 然后这一部分呢 是一个overlay 就是把切出来的面部 跟这张图片叠加到一起 其实是为了发封面图效果图用的 真实使用大概不太会生成这样的图片 还是中间的这个 实际产出的效果比较好 这个就是整个工作流的流程 跑起来其实是挺快的 好我们又得到了一张新的图片 这个是增加细节之前的图片 那么这个是增加细节之后的 眉毛啊 眼睛啊嘴唇高光啊 这些都好了不少 这个就是盲盒工作流 它的下载地址 我会放到视频的说明里边 大家可以到说明区自己去找 还做了一个诺贝尔奖的工作流 这次诺贝尔奖 用了一种非常有意思的美术风格 有点像毛笔画 然后周围的阴影呢 是用金箔贴上去的 挺漂亮的一个风格 但是呢 也没有时间去训练一个这样的lora 我就用了之前的简笔画的工作流 给它做了一个差不多的效果 有点像但是并没有完全那种 墨水的那种笔触 还有很多的这种画的细节 只能说是有点像 并不是非常非常像 其实它并不是很贴近真人的 这个里面是有很多的艺术 夸张和变形 凑合能用图一乐玩一玩吧 这个工作流是在这 我也会放到视频的说明里边去 然后这个工作流就不想展开讲了 因为 它和我之前做的这个简笔画工作流 是几乎一模一样的 就是在简笔画的基础之上 更换了一下提示词 更换了一下参考的画面 大家可以来看这个视频 这个喷黑神话悟空的这个简笔画工作流 这个视频在这边可以去看 最大的区别就是 把之前的简笔画给替换成了 4张诺贝尔奖的获奖者图片 这个诺贝尔工作流 我也会放到我的视频说明里面 大家想玩的话可以下载来玩一玩 它不是非常的精确 不是非常的诺贝尔 但是是可以玩一玩的 那今天这期视频就到这里拜拜
