0:04 exact strategy that myself and the team
0:05 at morning side are executing on right
0:08 now to make $100 million within the AI
0:09 space within the next 5 years so I'm
0:11 going to be giving you sort of the
0:12 behind the scenes of exactly what we're
0:14 doing I wanted to be keep things very
0:15 transparent on this channel um I try to
0:17 be as much as possible and throughout
0:18 this video you're going to see exactly
0:19 what we're doing and you'll understand
0:20 how the different businesses that we're
0:22 running fit together into this strategy
0:24 so um I think it could be very helpful
0:25 for some of you to see what
0:27 opportunities are out there in the space
0:28 and how you could potentially build
0:29 something that's bigger than just
0:30 starting an agency that makes you
0:32 $220,000 a month there are much bigger
0:34 opportunities we're still so early in
0:35 this that there are ways that you can
0:36 make a lot more money if you play your
0:39 cards right so I want to start off with
0:40 lining things out here so we have $100
0:43 million that's the plan 5
0:45 years okay so we can start off by
0:48 plotting out the three uh gu divisions
0:51 or wings of morning side right now so we
0:54 have morning side AI morning side
0:59 education Ms Ed and Ms Ventures so
1:01 morning side is our AI development
1:03 company our AI agency our AAA AI
1:04 automation agency whatever label you
1:05 want to give it morning side education
1:07 is the umbrella under which all of our
1:08 education businesses for and morning
1:10 side Ventures is what our software
1:12 products and other things like that and
1:20 side I guess you can call this
1:23 Holdings so this is the parent company
1:24 and it's holding all of these inside so
1:25 we have morning side AI morning side
1:26 education morning side Adventures so
1:28 first things first we can plot over here
1:30 100 million this is what we trying to go
1:33 for all right 100 m pop that there and
1:34 now we can walk through each of these
1:35 businesses and how they play into this
1:38 end strategy so morning side AI our Tria
1:40 our AI agency um as you know if you've
1:41 been watching the channel I posted a
1:42 video recently talking about how we're
1:44 niching down so we're going from a
1:46 custom AI development firm taking on
1:48 fully custom spec projects to an AI
1:49 automation agency that's focused on
1:51 education and coaching businesses so we
1:53 build AI solutions for Education
1:55 coaching business I think some of you
1:57 misunderstood what I said in that video
1:58 um but yeah that's a bit of
2:00 clarification so under morning side
2:02 we're going to have various products so
2:05 we might have product one product one
2:07 might have product
2:11 two might have product
2:14 3 Etc so we have various products on the
2:15 morning side AI that fit within the
2:17 education and coaching space because we
2:19 have our own education business we're
2:20 basically just putting our AI
2:21 development team onto our own business
2:23 saying hey look make this thing as
2:25 scalable and as smooth operating and as
2:27 valuable as possible for our in clients
2:28 and in the process we're creating a
2:30 bunch of projects that we can s so
2:33 morning side AI is then going to be uh
2:34 we can give these prices these might be
2:37 like I don't know $8,000 a piece this
2:38 one might be
2:40 $3,000 Etc when you bundle them together
2:42 we might be talking about I don't know
2:47 20 to 30k bundles for people so you're
2:48 selling these to other education
2:49 businesses right morning side AI is not
2:50 only going to have products for
2:52 education and coaching businesses we're
2:53 also going to offer should probably put
2:55 it here uh Consulting so we're going to
2:57 have a a morning side AI Consulting
2:58 division where we offer consulting
2:59 services to businesses on not
3:01 necessarily we're going to build it all
3:02 for you but we'll tell you how to do it
3:04 and advise over the implementation so we
3:06 have products under warning side AI we
3:08 also have the Consulting and that is
3:09 where we're going to be generating a lot
3:10 of cash flow but also as you're going to
3:12 see The Authority required to run
3:14 education businesses successfully so
3:17 under the education uh umbrella we have
3:19 first C the accelerator which is my AAA
3:20 accelerator program which is our
3:22 Flagship education product for
3:23 entrepreneurs looking to start their own
3:26 AI agency so this is aimed at the solo
3:28 entrepreneur or the people watching mean
3:29 if you're watching these videos but we
3:32 also have the program for businesses so
3:33 we think there's a massive Market in
3:35 business education not only for
3:36 entrepreneurs looking to get into the AI
3:38 space but for business owners who are
3:39 currently already running a business and
3:41 they want an education program to for
3:43 them to up skill for their team to up
3:44 skill as well and so this is part of
3:45 what we're going to build that's not
3:48 done yet but it is soon to be coming so
3:50 this is same here Consulting not
3:51 properly set up yet neither is a
3:52 business education but we have the
3:54 accelerator set up we are building out
3:56 these products currently and over on
3:57 warning side Ventures which is where we
4:00 put our Tools in our software we have
4:02 our first tool or our first software
4:03 which is ative if you guys have had a
4:05 play around we've done a big update on
4:06 that recently and I'm going to be making
4:08 a lot more videos on this over the next
4:09 while we're still rolling out a lot of
4:10 features but the idea is that within
4:12 morning side Ventures we're going to
4:14 have multiple different tools or maybe
4:16 we roll them all into one um depends how
4:18 we want to do it strategically but we
4:20 have maybe tool two here and Tool three
4:22 or these all get put together into just
4:24 one big tool depending on how how things
4:26 play out but the idea is that morning
4:28 side Ai and morning side education of
4:30 course creating these especially when
4:31 ative we haven't charged a dime for a
4:33 agentive yet you guys can all use gen of
4:34 I'll leave it down below for free if you
4:36 want to create Tex based agents and sell
4:37 them to your to your clients now these
4:38 obviously going to take a lot of funding
4:40 and and money to build these platforms
4:42 out if you've ever tried building a SAS
4:43 you'll know how much money and time it
4:45 takes so in order to fund these and we
4:47 did consider taking some going go to VCS
4:49 and trying to raise around but we looked
4:51 into it and after working on our own
4:53 myself and my business partner Josh
4:54 we've been working for our sales for me
4:57 for five and for for seven years once
4:58 you've been working for yourself for so
5:00 long it's kind of hard to take money
5:01 from someone and then become the
5:02 employee to some degree and they might
5:03 kick us out of the business they might
5:05 replace us so we weren't willing to give
5:07 up that amount of control of businesses
5:09 and we want to continue to run it how we
5:10 want so that wasn't really on the table
5:12 for us after we did a bit of digging so
5:14 the fact that we can't get or we don't
5:15 want to get VC funding to build these
5:17 tools out properly means we need a
5:19 ton of cash to to bank roll it ourselves
5:22 and bootstrap it so that is where these
5:31 this and this is cash flow/ Capital so
5:32 all of the money we make from our
5:33 education businesses and all the money
5:35 we make from morning side Ai and our
5:37 Consulting is all going into building
5:39 out new tools that are able to better
5:41 serve our existing Market of businesses
5:43 over here at morning side AI but also
5:44 people who are starting agencies and
5:45 selling to businesses here the tools
5:46 that we build over here as we've seen
5:48 with a gentv are going to be based off
5:50 the needs and demands that we see emerge
5:51 from running these two businesses so
5:53 gentv is a great crossover between
5:54 morning side education and morning side
5:56 AI because it allows you to build text
5:59 based agents for your clients and for us
6:00 at morning side AI we can use agentive
6:02 to deliver our own projects for our own
6:04 clients but also people in our programs
6:05 say someone starting an AI agency in my
6:07 accelerator will be able to use tools
6:09 like agentive to deliver services for
6:10 their clients and at the same time in
6:12 our business education course when we
6:13 train up other businesses on how they
6:15 can stay on the front foot and how their
6:16 employees can Implement AI within their
6:18 own roles we can put agentive and these
6:21 tools as part of the training as well so
6:23 we get to plant our own products within
6:24 all of these education products and of
6:26 course these are all coming from things
6:29 like YouTube and the attention that we
6:30 need to sell these products are coming
6:32 from YouTube and the platforms that I I
6:33 run myself so all of the views that we
6:35 get on YouTube and other platforms is
6:36 funed into all of these businesses
6:37 depending on the kind of person who's
6:39 interacting with the content so if
6:40 you're a business owner and you want
6:42 some Consulting Services morning side AI
6:43 can help you there if you're running an
6:45 education or coaching business we can

6:48 education on how you can actually
6:49 Implement AI throughout your business we
6:51 have a program in our education business
6:52 we also have the accelerator for
6:53 entrepreneurs and one thing I want to
6:54 point out about morning side AI as a
6:56 whole is that it is so crucial to the
7:01 strategy because it gives us the or
7:02 Authority and the authority from
7:04 Morningside Ai and everything we do is
7:06 like the lubricant that makes everything
7:07 else work and if you look closely
7:09 morning side AI is really keeping
7:10 everything alive here because not only
7:12 is it providing cash flow to fund the
7:14 creation of these products and also the
7:15 marketing services that we need to get
7:17 things out there but the authority that
7:19 we're getting for all of the education
7:20 products that we do that also contribute
7:22 to the cash flow uh is so critical as
7:24 well so if you're an AI agency owner and
7:25 you're looking to build an agency
7:27 without the credibility and authority of
7:28 what we're doing at morning side AI
7:30 there's only a certain limit to how much
7:31 you could charge for an educational
7:33 program in the same way no business is
7:34 going to in their right mind is going to
7:37 buy how to implement AI throughout the
7:38 business and how to train their staff
7:40 from a company that doesn't have solid
7:41 results themselves at the same time we
7:43 can't sell Consulting if we don't have a
7:45 track record of delivering high quality
7:46 projects and doing well as an agency at
7:49 morning I so this really is the key
7:50 thing and a lot of people in the online
7:52 space I'm not pointing fingers but they
7:53 get to this point and then they think
7:54 they can just shut this down and then
7:56 just do this uh but they don't realize
7:58 that as a whole this is the most
8:00 important part because the authority
8:01 that allows you to sell these programs
8:03 at a high price and to also have the
8:04 credibility to sell to businesses and
8:06 also identify use cases it all comes
8:08 from this to some degree so morning side
8:10 Ai and everything we're doing over there
8:11 is so important to everything we're
8:12 trying to achieve and also the genius
8:14 part about all of this is that the
8:15 hardest part of creating a s platform
8:17 that you can eventually sell for $100
8:19 million is the utility what does this
8:20 thing actually do where is there an
8:22 opportunity within the market to build
8:23 something that people need and we get
8:25 all of our ideas from what everyone at
8:27 the accelerator is saying they need from
8:28 what our business education clients are
8:29 going to need from what we're building
8:31 at Morningside AI as well so we able to
8:33 build a set of products based off what's
8:34 actually needed in the market and that's
8:35 why I urge all of you when you're
8:37 starting these businesses to see it as a
8:39 vehicle to just drive deep into the
8:40 space and then you can start to see
8:41 opportunities from there but if you
8:43 never build a successful AI agency
8:44 you're never going to be in a position
8:45 where you have cash flow and you have
8:47 capital and you have your sort of ear to
8:48 the ground you're working with clients
8:50 you're getting real experience in the AI
8:51 space of where the demand is for certain
8:53 products and services you're never going
8:54 to be able to identify opportunities for
8:56 these as well so we've got our first one
8:57 in agentive and we're still building
8:59 furiously over there and what I love
9:00 most about about everything we're doing
9:01 here is that there's such an alignment
9:04 of incentives because in order for us to
9:05 create these successful SAS products
9:07 that we can sell for 100 million which
9:09 is going to go appear wo in 5 years we
9:11 need to get users for it and I've said
9:12 this in a bunch of my videos but in
9:14 order for us to get users for our
9:15 software products and for everything
9:17 under morning Adventures we need to have
9:19 successful Agency on us you need to be
9:21 consistently using our products you need
9:22 to be using them for a long period of
9:23 time and not churning off of them so
9:25 that we have some kind of decent
9:26 valuation here so for our business
9:28 clients and our accelerator clients and
9:29 everyone that we're educ through our
9:31 platforms we are incentivized to make as
9:33 many successful AI automation agency
9:34 owners as possible because you're going
9:36 to be the users of our software so
9:37 whether that's through the accelerator
9:39 through the business education program
9:40 through my YouTube through our school
9:42 Community whatever it is we need you all
9:43 to succeed and get up and running
9:44 because you're never going to become a
9:46 long-term user software if you're not
9:47 actually succeeding and making money
9:49 with your agency and I've been really
9:50 looking forward to making this video so
9:51 that I can get all of this out there and
9:53 you can be fully clear about why I'm
9:54 trying to do these things and why making
9:56 the videos that I do because I'm not
9:57 going to sit you like some YouTuber and
9:58 tell you that I'm not trying to make
10:00 money out of this thing of course I am
10:01 as are you you're watching this video
10:02 because you're one day hoping to make
10:03 money we're all driven by our own
10:05 selfish and sensors and desires when I'm
10:06 not going to try to pretend that that's
10:08 not a thing but the way that we have
10:11 things set up is that I want to get here
10:13 you likely want to start a successful
10:15 agency it's I'm incentivized to not only
10:16 show you how to do it through my
10:19 business but also educate you on how to
10:21 do it and give you the tools in order to
10:22 create your successful agency because
10:24 that's going to allow me to get here so
10:25 if you don't create a successful agency
10:27 you're not going to become a user of my
10:28 software I'm never going to be able to
10:29 sell it so that's my plan plan that's
10:30 what we're going to be doing over the
10:31 next few years and you can take
10:33 inspiration from it you can copy it you
10:34 can do whatever you want but the main
10:36 thing you need to take away from this is
10:37 that we've started off with some kind of
10:39 personal branding and building a
10:41 building an audience and we're using
10:42 that audience to tell us what kind of
10:43 product so we're not going to try to sit
10:45 here and just randomly take a dig at at
10:47 a product that we think the market needs
10:48 no we're going to run an agency and then
10:50 find products that people want in this
10:51 case gen we're going to start an
10:52 education business and see how we can
10:54 make that better with AI so we're using
10:56 data to determine what products and
10:58 services we Niche down to and ultimately
10:59 what we're building out in our side
11:00 Ventures and how we're going to sell
11:02 that so using data from the market
11:04 rather than just taking a random stab is
11:05 the smartest way of doing things and
11:06 that's what we're going to keep doing
