0:10 attracting online fitness coaching
0:11 clients especially when you first get
0:12 started this is something that a lot of
0:14 online trainers neglect and as a result
0:16 they never sign the clients they never
0:17 make the money and they never grow their
0:19 coaching business and that is setting up
0:21 your social media profile to be a magnet
0:23 for your ideal client now I'm going to
0:24 give you an example okay let's say that
0:26 you walked into a job interview and you
0:27 were dressed like a bum your hair was a
0:29 mess and you and brush your teeth you
0:31 nasty we would never do that because we
0:33 would always want to set ourselves up
0:34 for the best chance of success plus you
0:36 would walk into that job interview and
0:38 immediately the guy would look at you
0:39 like you're a psychopath why because
0:41 First Impressions matter there's a
0:42 famous quote that says you never get a
0:44 second chance to make a first impression
0:45 and so when you have a video that
0:46 performs well in your social media
0:48 profile what will end up happening is
0:49 somebody will come to your page now when
0:51 they come to your page essentially what
0:52 they're going to see is your business
0:53 card they're going to see your profile
0:55 picture they're going to see your bio
0:56 they're going to see your PIN post and
0:58 they're going to make a decision on
0:59 whether or not to follow you hire you or
1:01 reach out or to completely scroll away
1:03 what we want to do is we want to set up
1:05 our social media profile so that when
1:06 our ideal client finds it they know that
1:09 this is the social media profile that
1:10 they've been looking for now what does a
1:12 bad social media profile look like a bad
1:14 social media profile has a photo of you
1:16 as the profile picture with two other
1:18 people I bad social media profile has a
1:20 photo of you in a dark room in a
1:22 basement on your iPhone 3 a bad social
1:24 media profile is essentially any profile
1:26 that does not clearly showcase you at
1:28 your very best now now in terms of your
1:30 bio if your bio isn't optimized to speak
1:33 to the person that you're trying to
1:34 reach or it doesn't at least say that
1:36 you're a fitness coach then how are you
1:37 expecting people to want to reach out
1:38 and work with you how are you expecting
1:40 them to follow you or trust you if you
1:42 don't have photos on your page of
1:43 clients are are getting amazing results
1:45 how can you expect people to trust that
1:47 you're going to be able to help them get
1:48 results essentially you have a bad
1:49 profile picture you don't have a niche
1:51 you're not verified you're not posting
1:52 social proof which gives people no
1:54 reason to follow you cuz you blend in
1:55 with the c of everybody else with that
1:57 being said let me give you the seven
1:59 steps to set up your Instagram profile
2:00 to be a money-making machine step number
2:02 one the profile photo there's two
2:04 options for Fitness coaches for profile
2:05 photos option number one is a clear
2:07 photo of you
2:09 smiling just like that the reason this
2:12 works really well especially if you work
2:13 with women is because it makes you seem
2:15 super approachable most of my best
2:17 clients that have amazing social media
2:18 profiles especially the ones that work
2:20 with women have a clear head shot of
2:22 them smiling now another reason this is
2:24 important is when you're sending a DM to
2:25 a prospect what's going to pop up is
2:27 that little profile photo you want to
2:28 make sure that that profile photo says
2:30 something good about you now a second
2:32 option for your profile photo would be a
2:34 photo of you looking your very best this
2:35 could be a gym photo this could be a
2:37 selfie this could be anything where you
2:38 show how good your physique looks I see
2:40 a lot of men and women with successful
2:42 profile photos that look like this
2:43 especially if you have the body that
2:45 your avatar wants another hack for your
2:47 profile photo to make you stand out on
2:48 Instagram is to remove the background go
2:50 to remove.bg upload your profile photo
2:53 and remove the background then you can
2:55 add a color to the background by going
2:57 to your Instagram stories choosing a
2:59 color and then adding the photo saving
3:01 that and uploading that as your profile
3:03 photo step number two is an optimized
3:04 username now with your username you
3:06 always want to put your first and last
3:07 name and we'll talk about why in Step
3:09 seven but then you also can have
3:10 keywords related for your Niche the
3:12 reason that this is important is that
3:13 Instagram operates as a search engine
3:15 and so when somebody's searching fat
3:17 loss coach for men you want your name to
3:19 pop up you at least want to be in the
3:20 conversation and so whatever it is that
3:22 your Niche is whether that's men busy
3:24 moms fathers parents fat loss put that
3:28 as your optimized username so mind say
3:29 Brian Ron Mark business coach for online
3:32 trainers if somebody's looking for a
3:33 business coach for online trainers my
3:35 name is going to be in the conversation
3:36 third is an I help optimize bio this
3:39 should be the first line in your bio
3:40 because when somebody comes to your
3:41 profile the first thing that you want
3:43 them to read is that this profile is for
3:44 them I help busy moms lose 10 lbs or
3:46 more without restrictive dieting now if
3:48 I'm a busy mom that needs to lose weight
3:50 I'm going to follow you because you've
3:51 made it clear that your profile is for
3:52 me a simple formula that you can follow
3:54 for your ielp statement iel X Avatar get
3:57 X result without something they don't
3:59 want to sacrifice
4:00 or I help X Avatar get X result with
4:03 tangible benefit so I'll give you two
4:05 examples I help busy moms lose 10B or
4:07 more without giving up their favorite
4:08 foods another example is I help busy
4:10 moms lose 10 lb or more with only three
4:13 workouts a week do this and instantly
4:15 your profile will stand out on social
4:16 media fourth is a key word to DM you now
4:18 the reason this is important is because
4:20 some people are lazy so even though
4:21 we're going to have an opportunity for
4:22 people to apply in our bio some people
4:24 are not going to want to fill out the
4:25 application they're just going to want
4:26 to shoot you a message having a keyword
4:28 to DM you in your bio will will give you
4:30 an easy 3 to five extra leads per week
4:32 with you doing absolutely nothing now
4:33 the keyword that you want to choose to
4:35 get people the DM is one that your
4:36 avatar wants an example is Fat Loss
4:39 booty six-pack mine is 10K in my bio it
4:42 says DM me 10K for more info because
4:44 personal trainers that want to start and
4:45 scale their online Fitness business want
4:47 to get to $110,000 a month putting a
4:48 keyword to DM you in your bio will
4:50 instantly give you more leads on your
4:51 social media and now every time somebody
4:53 comes to your profile you're doing a
4:54 call to action fifth is the application
4:56 link now your link in your bio should be
4:59 a tight form application link that
5:00 should have seven questions first and
5:02 last name phone number Instagram handle
5:04 what's your biggest struggle right now
5:05 what's your biggest goal right now if
5:07 you like what you hear on the call and I
5:09 present you some coaching options what's
5:10 your budget for a fitness coach right
5:11 now I have the money and I'm willing to
5:13 invest I have the money but my budget is
5:15 tight I don't really have the finances
5:17 right now or I'm just looking for some
5:18 free advice last question on a scale of
5:20 1 to 10 how committed are you to
5:22 achieving your goals this should be the
5:23 only link that you put in your bio the
5:26 only one not a link tree not a solo. not
5:29 any the other dumb that people are
5:30 putting in their bio because anything
5:32 else that you put in your bio will
5:33 decrease your conversions when somebody
5:34 comes to your profile and they want to
5:36 work with you you want to make it easy
5:37 for them to reach out the only link that
5:39 you have on your profile is an
5:40 application link that's it now sixth are
5:42 the pin posts on your Instagram you
5:44 should have three pin posts pin post
5:46 number one should be your best client
5:47 transformation if you don't have a lot
5:48 of clients right now don't worry just
5:50 post your transformation a before and
5:51 after of when you started your fitness
5:53 journey to where you're at right now pin
5:55 Post Number Two should be something
5:56 about you and your story the reason for
5:58 this is when people come to your page
5:59 you want to make make it very clear who
6:00 you are what you're about what your
6:02 mission is and why you became an online
6:03 fitness coach the third pin post should
6:05 be an offer that you currently have you
6:07 can talk about your training nutrition
6:08 and accountability program and how you
6:09 help people through online coaching this
6:11 should be a detailed description of the
6:12 service that you offer without the price
6:14 point involved you want to save the
6:15 price point for the sales call and the
6:17 seventh part of setting up a proper
6:19 social media profile is to get verified
6:21 I know I know it's $14.99 a month but
6:24 that little blue check mark makes all
6:25 the difference between you looking
6:26 credible and you looking not the truth
6:28 is there's a lot of scammers on line
6:29 with fake profiles that are doing weird
6:31 and so you want to make sure that you're
6:33 not one of those people and you want to
6:34 make sure that you are standing up from
6:36 the crowd because you are a verified
6:37 account it makes a difference when I get
6:39 a DM from a verified account versus a
6:41 non-verified account I pay attention
6:42 versus not paying attention and your
6:44 prospects will be the exact same so
6:45 spend the $14.99 to get your account
6:48 verified so that you look more credible
6:49 and you look more legit so again we're
6:51 just going to quickly recap a good
6:52 profile photo an optimized username an I
6:55 help optimize bio a keyword to DM you
