with my world? So yesterday was a
very intensive day. There was a big
meeting with the
um administrator of Marvel International
and their team and some a lot of lawyers
and so on and so on. Um

and
they she it's a it's a lady it's a
product doctor she told us um that she
will not accept the monthly subscriptions.
Um based on the fact she say she cannot
do this because if uh
platform is not uh or the company is not
there anymore people cannot use the
shopping points. what they purchase in a
monthly subscriptions. So based on
compliance on and her decisions,
it's impossible. So
this uh change everything because the
entire um plan for for going through
this administration were the biggest
portion was based on monthly
subscriptions of course
and this do not work like we want. So we
she will reject them and send them back
to everyone.
So in this case
um the
this the rescue plan is failed. Yeah,

that's the bad news. Um
Um
that means no career points from monthly
orders in the decentralized system, no
commissions from June and July.
Everything is in a package and this is our

situation in the moment.

partners she will let the platform open
for shopping and and for customers and merchants

until end of September. And today I got
the information
we have to find a cooperation partner
and make the deal until the end of

fintech partners and other ones, there

new application
with uh the other 150,000 merchants and
the existing technology, open banking,

we have to do everything that that work.

because as long the customers can
purchase and the merchants are invoiced
the the business is warm.

technology from our existing new
partners. They are professionals in that
and on top of that we will have the
double amount of merchants and open
banking and and and card linking in
addition and this worldwide. So this is
now the major goal.
Uh I was yesterday really really shocked
that she said no
she don't care about this money she sent
it back it will be not accepted accepted
and this um destroyed all the plans of
course um but
this is not the end for us because we do
never give up as long there is a chance
and the chance is there because you have
been in these calls in the beginning of August.

These partners can now start to act
because they can make an official deal.
We will support them that they uh buy
out the platform and they are able to
integrate that very fast. They are uh
Bish told me also 10 days ago they are
working on a monthly subscription for
other customers. So this is also not far
away and then we can come back with
exactly that what we have monthly subscriptions

even better for merchants. I see huge
potential to give the ver the merchants
their own small white label
and uh a monthly subscription what what
also stabilize the revenues for for the
company and for the network.
So this is in the moment the actual
situation. I I know this makes nobody happy,
happy, but

in these days I have not that much good
news. I'm
I'm quite sure we can do this and we
will do this because you know me so
since so many years. I'm I'm not the guy
who who gives up this this is my baby.
This is your baby. And it is worse to
fight because
if this works and I think
why should this not work? They're doing
uh cashback programs for hundreds of
companies. Why not for us? So this
should be not that big deal. It's just a
question of time and organization.
Then we have more than we ever expected
because we are in old-fashioned
technology. We are binded with old systems
systems
and there is no way out. Everything
takes so long. All the organization is
old fashioned.
If this uh goes in the completely modern
fast dynamic way with the best people
with the best technology,
that's the only way and then everybody
has fun again. And the most important
part is if the customer loves it and we
saw it that we as we increased the cash
back the first 10 days the revenues was
completely completely different a bit
too late. Yeah. But customers like cash
back and as more they get as better and
if the customer is happy then we have
the biggest business on the planet.
But for that you need the right
technology, the right people and a lot
of merchants and uh all the
possibilities with vouchers and
everything. What is a part of the daily consumption
consumption
reusable cash back is mega. I think this
this is the approach to bring the money
back to the merchants and create new revenue.

It's the right track.
It came a bit too fast around the corner
this uh situation.
But maybe by the end it's even better
than ever before because with our
technology a rescue plan for my world
means we have to keep all the subsidiaries.

This will be a tough month for everyone
because there is just
the decentralized network in the moment.

months subscriptions also. Also, I'm
sorry for the for the for the
commissions, but here is everything in
absolutely chaos
and my major focus is to make the deal
with the right people and of course I
thinking about the the technology
fintech group and some other people who
brings also some money in that we can
start really doing that what we always
want to do the best and most powerful
cashback program on the planet.

I'm these days makes me crazy.
Me? Yeah, actually I'm always the guy
who always sees something some light at
the end of the tunnel, I would say. So
maybe I'm not the the best guy to talk
at that moment, but in my opinion for
our customers at the moment, nothing
changes. they still can't go shopping.
So we get the new technology we always
asked for. We don't lose our shares. So
it's a pity that we don't have our
monthly. So everybody will have a two
intense weeks to come back with the
career. But actually I think we get
super nice infrastructure
for sure at the beginning a bit
complicated with with all these
decentralized things. But yeah we have
had a lots of changes in the last 20
years I would say. Yeah, we changed a
lot of logos, a lot of names. Yeah. And
still we are here. Still everybody's
earning money. And still we have a good
network that always we just all started
because of that vision to earn on
world's purchases and now it comes on a
tricky way that we are finally getting
to the point where everything comes
true. But yeah, if that's the last step
we have to take, why why should we stop
on the last mile, you know? So, I think
Bish is a good cooperation partner.
Here's everything we need. For sure. Uh there
there
huge potential because with us in the
background, we builded up my world. We
brought every single merchant. We
brought every single customer and now we
are having the technology we always
asked for. So actually maybe I'm seeing
it too bright can be but yeah I don't
see it really bad it's bad for careers
but actually we are coming back
everybody starts earning money again
with new technology with new infrastructure
infrastructure
and yeah so if we are making the last
mile we are at the point where what we
always told our people one day yeah
we're the biggest shopping community in
the planet one day we earned on every
purchase so in that one day
is just yeah the last step. So in my
opinion it sounds everything a bit too
bad as it actually actually is because
for us what changes you know
yeah it's it's not easy to to transfer
and deliver the message because
nobody expected that even me it was
uh this is so tough time but we have to
keep focus on that what we have what we
build it yeah problems are everywhere
around the world companies going into
events and bankruptcy every day. Maybe I
didn't saw it before, but now I see it
in the some news push-ups coming around
the corner non-stop.
But we have value. We have built
something what is so powerful and it's
just missing now the an element. It's
called a key platform and and the
company infrastructure. But is this
if you have that not a rocket science
and and science and they have it. So
but I think we learned the great lesson
and the greatest lesson of all is that
we don't have to do it ourselves. That's
something we the network always did.
Yeah. We know that alone you are lost.
So and that finally comes back to
corporate and we doing the right uh
connections, right?
therefore um leveling leveling up really
fast and I think that's actually a good thing.

energy in and then yesterday she said no
that's it changed everything but it
brings us also to the point to a new way

again or even it's a new name okay it's
also not the first time in our history
but uh if it's possible we will keep the
the brand because
uh in the moment we think it's damaged,
but the reality is nobody cares on the
planet. It's this some small messages,
who cares? If we having the most
powerful application then where the
customer just connects one dime the
credit card and is happy and get the money,
money,
nobody will care about the past. Every
big company has in the past some a bit
of brand damage. So, this is not not the
big deal. But in the next days we we

So I would say we're doing continuous communication

um week by week or at least every two
weeks now because the negotiations
discussions platform setup who will what
what parts they take
that's the next big steps. And today the

find a corporation partner until end of

platform worldwide open maybe also two 3
months more
because to find somebody within 6 weeks
this is one thing but to integrate it in
a completely new technology with

six weeks is

these people are very simple. They say
as long it brings money to the company,
they don't care.
So in six weeks there has to be a deal
on the table and of course in the
background we prepare everything because
we don't want to wait two three months
if it's not needed
that we are back with regular shopping.
So the goal is to have a smooth transfer
customer has a marbled application or
whatever. Yeah. Um log in because this
we can also or she can also deliver.
just has to confirm it's okay and the
customer the merchant too and the
marketer too and everything can be like

faster and with the double amount of

the only issue. But as soon in let's say
two, three, four months, whatever, as
soon as the the app is back, that can continue
continue
as before. So anyway, for us, it's for
you probably one of your hardest times
ever, I assume. But for us, it's already
has been prepared in a way that we at
least affected. For sure we are affected
with the monthly orders before our
career but we have still a possibility.
We still have a team. We still have
everything we had before. Yeah. Shopping
merchants customers. So actually we
still have it in our hands if we want to
earn money with the new way with the new
technology with that what comes or if we
say okay that's too modern I don't like
it. It's a choice. But anyway, we are
now getting everything we asked for in
the last few years. We're getting it on
a tricky way. Yeah, that's that that's
true. It could have been smoother, but
yeah, at the end for us, as long as an opportunity,
opportunity,
we should and we have to fight because
all of us are responsible for people we
brought in. And uh it is worse to fight because
because
um it's it's too great. There is there's
nothing better on the planet as as our
business. It's just needs a re restructuring
restructuring
to make the procedures easy, simple and
clear and super technology and the right
people in charge and that's it. But the
business and this is the reason why this
business is now more than 22 years and
there are not a lot of networks
who survived that. Um the reason is
because the idea and the and the basic
the need is there. people uh needing
need exactly that what we have even in
these times again cash back is needed
merchants need revenue and a lot of
people millions of people want to earn
something in addition and uh I think
some some face lift modern way modern
time and I'm sure we will handle it
before Christmas that our business is
back better than ever before.
That's the goal. And I just can um ask
that you help that you are fighting also.
