Hi. I'm Mio Sakuma.
Today, I'm going to tell you what the title of this video says,
I got a message on Instagram about serious issues the other day.
Since then, I have recieved more from girls about similar worries.
To be honest, I used to have a hang-up about my big breasts.
I didn't do anything special to get them at that time.
But, I vaguely know about its cause.
I really hope my experiences will help you.
So, I'm going to do what I can do for girls today.
Let me start talking about my current size of the breasts.
It's around G or H cup. It depends from day to day, though.
I didn't have big ones at first.
And it was not because of the genes.
I wore bras for B or C cup when I was in junior high school.
Well, do you want to know why my breasts grew such big?
OK. There were 2 steps.
They grew from B to F cup in my student era.
Then, they grew from F to H cup since I was 20 years old until now.
The reason why I divided those periods in two is that the ways of their growing were completely different.
At the time of the first step from B to F, I didn't even know how to wear bras in a correct manner.
And I was a big fan os Minimoni that is an idol group.
So, what I wanted at that time was not sexiness but childlike cuteness.
That made me think I shouldn't be taller than 150cm on body measurement.
And I hunched my back then not to be tall.
In terms of underwears, I strongly desired that my breasts should be around B cup.
I remember I actually had C cup and the underbust was around 65cm.
But, I used to wear smaller bras by choosing ones with larger underbust.
After that, when I was in high school, I measured them in the right way.
And I started wearing bras of D cup.
I guess that never tightened my breasts.
Then, they finely grew up to F cup.
You may think I originally had big breasts.
If you think so, your real size could be bigger than you thought.
Measuring the breasts and choosing bras in a correct manner helps the breasts grow bigger.
If you chose bras in a shop without thinking about anything special,
this will be a good chance to ask staff there how to measure your breasts and wear bras. It's good just to try them on.
But, some staff are taught the size of breast cup is the difference between chest girth around top position and underbust.
If I follow that rule, my size is D.
Once a staff told me like that and brought a bra for D cup.
But, it didn't fit me, of course.
Although I don't mean I'll show you I really have big breasts, this is a bikini for G or H cup.
It looks really big.
But, when I put it on, it fits them like this.
So, don't think my breast are not such big when you see it.
Just try many types on.
I asked my friends with big breasts about the way of measuring the size.
They answered that was not correct.
So, I'm confident to say that way of measuring it is not always right.
I recommend you to visit many shops and ask a lot of staff to find the best advisor for your breasts.
Especially if you don't have a habit to wear bras with the correct size on your growing years,
that can be complete waste to get bigger breasts.
At the same time, I think the diet habit had a huge impact.
In my case, thanks to the great education from my mother,
I grew up by being taught chicken is better than beef or pork.
So, my favorite meal was fried chicken.
And cabbages were served with fried chicken.
Moreover, there was a bakery whose bread was made of soy milk.
That is why I was into soy milk at a time.
I love natto and meals made of soy that contain isoflavone, too.
I was too stupid to know the truth.
Looking back from now, I took in food that got the breasts bigger.
Let me give you sum-up of the step from B to F cup.
1.Learn how to measure the size of the breast and wear bras in a correct manner.
2.Eat meals that help the breasts get bigger.
Try being careful about those things of outside and inside of your body.
In addition, the most important thing is that I had love affairs because it was the very time.
So, it's good to have a romance or read romantic comics.
3.Boost secretion of female hormone.
It's amazing for girls on their growing years to do these three things.
By the way, one day, an elementary school student asked me how to get big breasts like me.
So, I recommended her to do these three.
As a result of that, she is a junior high school student now and has bigger breasts than mine.
We all start wanting what we don't have.
Just think about whether you really want to get your breasts bigger and how big you want to get them grown.
Well, it may sometimes be hard that you can't reach your goal in terms of how big you want to get them grown.
If your breasts grow much bigger than you expect, you can't get them smaller.
If you want to get them bigger with considering it, or
if you already passed the growing years and don't think these 3 steps could work for you,
you can try the following way of getting my breasts grown from F to H.
To put it simply, massages worked well.
I actually wanted to get thinner upper arms rather than bigger breasts.
That means if you master the massaegs, your upper arms will get thinner and the breasts will grow bigger.
Before introducing them let me measure my size to make it clear.
I'll take this off.
My current size is 82cm.
Then, let's start.
First of all, get the correct posture.
Japanese women tend to have the posture with swayback and gibbosity like this.
When we go on a diet or something like that, the most important thing is to get the posture correct.
So, I recommend you to gain a habit to keep it.
Sit down with opening the shoulders outside and get the line from the back to the buttocks straight.
Then, let's do massages together.
It's alright to rub something that makes your skin smoother like cream.
But, I'm a lazy person and can't spend much time in massages.
So, I usually do them when I wash my body in the bathroom.
That helps you have better blood circulation and make the massages more effective.
Well, I'll rub it for my skin this time, though.
First, pinch thick parts of the upper arms and crush cellulite in this way.
We should do this strongly to some extend to crush it.
It's a little painful, but bear it for your beauty.
Next, we have the lymph nodes in the armpits that are like a bin, though it's more like a hole, for cellulite and waste materials.
They are around this indent.
Put 4 fingers in the armpit like this.
Then, stroke and massage this part with the thumb.
Imagine that you are delivering waste materials accumurated here to the hole.
Do the same thing for the opposite side.
I don't feel any pain because I do this everyday.
But, you may feel pain if you are not used to this.
So, stroke in this way about 10 times without doing it too strongly.
Then, waste materials that were stuck around the trash hole go into it and now it has more room for other waste materials.
Thus, stroke the arms to put the waste materials and cellulite you crushed before.
Stroke from the elbow to the armpit slowly.
The same for the opposite side.
You know why the upper arms look thick?
One of the reasons is this part around the blade bones.
In my case, I do the massages everyday and it looks thinner now.
But, I used to have more fat here and look much thicker.
So, do this for these parts around the blade bones.
From all the parts of upper arms, the back and the blade bones, too.
Do your best to get them slim.
Try to carry all of fat of these parts to the armpit.
I highly recommend you to do this movement if you really want to get thinner apper armss.
I made a success of losing fat around here with this.
Do the same movements for the opposite side, too.
Well, it's a little hard to do because of this string.
But, when I usually do this, I'm naked and the skin is smooother with soap.
So, I usually take and carry more fat from here with crossing like this.
Up to the armpits.
I guess this movement helps fat that have gone to the back come back to the breasts.
And this stimulates around here, so the condition of my breasts got better at the same time.
If that helps, I learned how to massages lymph nodes in the armpits and other lymph nodes when I worked as an esthetician in Fukuoka before coming to Tokyo.
Everything we experience in our life is never useless.
By the way, my goal at the time was to get the upper arms thinner.
So, I stopped it when I reached there.
But, in the case that you want to get the breasts bigger, it can be more effective if you stroke up to the decollete.
The current of lymph is really slow.
So, don't do this too fast.
So, try stroking as slow as the current.
This movement helps you get back fat that has gone to the back from the breasts while sleeping.
I usually massage more parts of my body with washing my body.
So, I was thinking of massages for the breasts when I wash them.
I vaguely remembered there was a massage not to get the breasts saggy.
So, I started trying and you'll see the result here.
So, the information I'll tell you from now can be useful.
To improve the shapes of the breasts, it's hard to do it when the blood circulation is not in good condition because fat around there is stuck.
Put your hands on the top and the bottom of the breasts.
Move the upper hand from outside to inside.
And the lower hand from inside to outside.
Stroke the breasts like rotating them softly.
After doing this 5 times, replace each hands and do the same thing.
It's the same for the opposite side, too.
Next, in order to get good-looking healthy breasts by stimulating stiff lacteal gland, stroke upward from the bottom this time.
Well, I shouldn't do it as usual because I'm filming now.
But, I usually do it more strongly like this to stimulate lacteal gland. Just try it.
Same thing for the opposite side.
This helps us get not only good shapes of the breasts but also good blood circulation and fluffy ones.
Then, stroke from the bottom again.
In the end, massage the lymph nodes in the armpits again.
Now we can easily put waste material into the hole thanks to the massages we did so far.
So, try putting all of them into the hole.
Well, I usually massage other parts after this because I do this with washing my body.
But, today's topic is the breasts. So, that's all.
Now let me size my breasts again.
It's about 85.5 or 84.
Yes.
They got 1.5 or 2 cm bigger.
Of course, this doesn't last forever.
Now I just carried fat and get it together here thanks to the current.
That doesn't mean it's fixed here.
If I don't do these massages from tomorrow on, it will go back.
But, we can do it in the bathroom and we wash our body everyday, so we shouldn't miss this great chance.
Fat stays here by continuing to do these massages everyday.

2 weeks after I started this, they looked really different.
I was like "I always had fat here, but now it has gone!".
Since then, I was attracted by the effect of massages and have continued to do them everyday.
As a result of that, my breasts started getting bigger.
So, my bras didn't fit and I went to a shop of underwears.
Then, I was recommended to wear one for H cup there.
I was like "Are you kidding me?".
Wondering why my breasts got bigger like this, one of my friend told me that she started massages for breasts.
So, I asked her how to do them.
They were completely the same movements as I do unconsciously.
So, if you do massages without thinking any thing or if you don't want bigger breasts, though I don't think they are watching this video,
If you don't want bigger breasts, be careful.
As you watched, I introduced the way for B to H.
To sum up, the first one was trying to carry fat around the upper arms and blade bones to the armpits and the decollete.
It's for moving the fat back to its original position.
Next, get the blood circulation better, and the breasts well-shaped and healthier.
If you do additional exercises, this will be more effective.
It takes me a lot of time to explain about it, so I may tell you later.
In the end, stimulate the breasts and loosen stiff muscles by massages to get the breasts bigger and more fluffy.
That is the secret that my breasts grew unconsciously though I experienced wearing bras from B to H cup.
