0:01 All right, so YouTube's new AI update
0:03 just absolutely nuked thousands of
0:04 YouTube channels. So in today's video,
0:06 we're going to cover 13 different niches
0:08 that number one are guaranteed to never
0:10 be affected in today's update and also
0:12 any updates months and years down the
0:13 road. So we're going to number one be
0:15 covering all these on this tier list so
0:17 you can see exactly from difficulty,
0:19 interest, and saturation where they
0:21 actually belong. Number two, I'm going
0:22 to show you exactly how to execute them
0:24 with precision and excellence to ensure
0:25 you can actually see this thing
0:27 realistically making six figures and
0:28 beyond. And number three, I'm going to
0:30 show you the tool that I use to find all
0:32 of these niches within minutes and how
0:34 you can do the exact same thing because
0:36 choosing the niche is arguably one of
0:37 the most important decisions you will
0:39 ever make in your YouTube automation
0:40 journey. So, it is absolutely essential
0:41 to know exactly how to find the best
0:43 niches, how to filter them out by
0:45 saturation and interest so you can make
0:46 the right decision when it comes to
0:48 finding yourself in the right boat.
0:50 Also, as you can see here, I have some
0:52 niches that I've put risky and
0:53 difficult. So, it's really important you
0:54 guys watch until the end to make sure
0:56 that you don't choose the one that
0:57 happens to be the most difficult or if
0:59 you do, you at least know what you're up
1:00 against. So, guys, without further ado,
1:02 let's get right into it. The first thing
1:03 I want to do is go over the YouTube
1:05 partner program update because a lot of
1:06 people have been spewing a lot of
1:07 different information, and I just want
1:09 to clear the air so you understand
1:10 exactly what is being affected and
1:11 what's not being affected. So,
1:13 mass-produced content is really what's
1:15 going to be affected. And what that
1:16 means are channels that uploaded
1:18 narrated stories with only superficial
1:20 differences between them and a channel
1:22 that uploads slideshows that all have
1:24 the same narration. All right, so let me
1:26 just briefly explain. If you are posting
1:28 videos where there is one image all the
1:30 way through with a bit of shaking
1:32 effect, some grain, very minimal
1:34 editing, those channels will very very
1:37 likely basically 100% be demonetized.
1:38 Now, if you're going to the next level,
1:40 which is a slideshow, basically just
1:42 image after image after image, you are
1:44 much more at risk. Not 100% but
1:45 definitely much more at risk if you're
1:48 only adding images with just like a
1:50 slideshow effect which they clearly say
1:52 here slideshows with same narration
1:53 meaning okay there's a voiceover that's
1:56 fine but it's just slideshow images
1:57 that's not enough effort so you need to
1:59 turn those images into videos using AI
2:01 or actually just using stock video or
2:03 other people's content and using it in a
2:04 transformative way and then you can get
2:05 away with keeping your channel
2:06 monetized. So, these are main things I
2:08 want you to keep an eye out for because
2:09 honestly, there's some people in the
2:10 space that are sharing different
2:11 channels and they're saying that these
2:13 are still working after the AI update,
2:14 but I almost guarantee they're not. So,
2:15 please be very careful who you're
2:17 getting information from because you
2:19 might be being misled and deceived in
2:20 terms of what's working and not working
2:21 and then you put a bunch of time and
2:23 money to the channel doesn't make any
2:24 money and nobody's happy. So, guys,
2:26 let's start with the first channel we're
2:28 going to start ranking, which is the
2:29 hidden menu. So, like I said, I almost
2:30 guarantee all these channels I'm going
2:32 to show with you today, you very likely
2:33 have never seen. They're all new and
2:35 they're all absolutely exploding. Plus,
2:37 the niches are super unique. Not many
2:39 people come up with these niches or
2:40 think of these niches when it comes to
2:41 doing YouTube automation. So, I want to
2:43 show you a very diverse list in today's
2:44 video. Starting off, the first one is
2:46 the hidden menu. So, like I said,
2:47 there's two main reasons that makes this
2:49 a good niche. Number one, they only
2:51 actually started the channel 2 months
2:53 ago. And you can see there's only 37
2:54 videos on the channel, which is not too
2:56 bad, averaging about like 16 videos a
2:58 month. The videos average between 20 to
2:59 25 minutes, some of them around 40
3:01 minutes. But a lot of the structure of
3:03 the videos is actually kind of based on
3:04 fear-mongering. Now, I want to show you
3:05 something very interesting. I'm not sure
3:06 if you guys have come across this
3:08 channel called Epic Economist. They've
3:09 been around for a very long time. So,
3:11 look at the thumbnails. Look at the
3:13 packaging and look at the actual essence
3:15 of these videos and the kind of
3:16 direction that they go and everything.
3:18 So, crisis in Russia, bank failures,
3:19 massive inflation, Russia's entire
3:21 economy is on fire. All these things are
3:24 very like fear-mongering. Now, look at
3:25 the thumbnail style and the topic style.
3:27 Look at this. Avoid this deli. Stop
3:29 going now. Stop ruining your health.
3:30 Look, the thumbnail style matches
3:32 exactly from Epic Economist. the red
3:35 fade and the dark kind of like
3:37 post-apocalyptic stuff. This is the
3:39 exact same thing. They've taken the same
3:41 structure, the same essence of the epic
3:43 economist because it's proven to work
3:46 and just now incorporated it into food.
3:48 And that is super interesting because
3:50 now they're taking proven concepts from
3:51 other niches and just introducing to
3:53 niches where there's no competition.
3:54 These guys have basically paved a brand
3:57 new path by using a proven concept. This
3:58 is what I teach my students all the
3:59 time. take something that's working,
4:01 whether it's an editing style or a
4:02 niche, and incorporate it in something
4:04 else. Kind of mix and match these
4:06 niches. And you can see incredible
4:09 results to have 37 videos and already
4:11 have generated 5 million views. Now,
4:12 let's take a look at how much this
4:13 channel is earning per thousand views.
4:14 So, now there's two things I really want
4:16 to teach you here. Number one, the
4:17 videos are much longer, right? So,
4:18 because a video is longer, it's going to
4:20 intrinsically get paid a lot more. And
4:22 by the way, guys, this number over here
4:24 is $6.55.
4:26 This is the RPM. RPM essentially stands
4:27 for revenue per mill. It's how much we
4:29 get paid for every thousand views. Now,
4:31 this number will fluctuate based on the
4:32 niche, who's actually watching our
4:34 content. If we had a bunch of kids
4:37 watching, uh, you know, underage people,
4:39 teenagers, people with low buying power
4:41 in low buying power countries, that
4:43 price, this this target price here, this
4:45 dollar amount would be significantly
4:47 less, maybe $1 to $2. But because we're
4:48 dealing with people that are mostly from
4:50 United States and first year countries
4:52 and also people that are in this age
4:55 group 65 plus because what we can see
4:57 here as well is that all these videos
5:00 are targeted towards seniors. So seniors
5:02 we can see seniors beware, seniors be
5:04 careful, seniors beware. So they've now
5:07 found a subniche. So not only is it
5:09 food, but it's fear-mongering around
5:11 food. And then third subniche is
5:14 seniors. They found a perfect entrance
5:16 into the market because seniors actually
5:18 end up paying a lot more because these
5:20 people typically have more buying power.
5:21 They're more susceptible to buying
5:23 things online and spending money. So the
5:24 advertisers are willing to spend a lot
5:26 more money on these videos to run ads on
5:28 them. Right? So now it says that the RPM
5:31 is 6.5. I argue it's actually closer to
5:33 like 8 to9 maybe even $10 per thousand
5:35 views because again the audience is very
5:37 high level and this tool unfortunately
5:39 can't pick up when it comes to like the
5:40 longer form videos cuz most of these are
5:43 between 20 to 40 minutes which means
5:44 already they're going to be paying a lot
5:46 more um just because you can insert a
5:48 lot more ads in between. The more ads
5:49 you can insert in between the more money
5:51 you can make on your videos. So I argue
5:53 this is about $8 to $9. If you take the
5:56 5 mil views and you divide that by a,000
5:58 you get 5,000. And if you take that
6:02 5,000 and you multiply that by 8 to $9,
6:03 you're going to actually receive
6:08 probably closer 40k to around maybe 45k.
6:10 That's actually much more realistically
6:11 what this channel is earning, which is
6:13 absolutely absurd. But let's just say on
6:15 the worst case, lowest end, we're
6:17 receiving about 14, maybe 20K. That's
6:19 already an obnoxious amount for a
6:21 channel that has only actually been
6:23 around for a couple months. As we can
6:24 see here, the oldest video was literally
6:26 2 months ago. the first video they
6:28 posted got 300k views. All right, so I'm
6:30 going to rank this channel an absolute
6:32 10 out of 10 for the multitude of
6:34 reasons. Number one being the audience,
6:36 age group, where they're targeting from,
6:37 and just how unique this is, and the
6:39 fact that they took a proven concept and
6:40 incorporated with something else that
6:42 was also doing very well. Food has
6:43 always done well, but they've mixed it
6:45 now with the fear-mongering, and that's
6:47 exceptional. So, now we're moving on to
6:48 the second channel. All right, so the
6:50 second niche is called airport tips and
6:53 tricks. Very interesting niche. Not many
6:54 people think about going in this
6:56 direction, but it is lucrative because
6:58 everyone travels via plane. Everyone
7:00 does it at least once or multiple times
7:01 a month. You know, people for heavy
7:03 travelers. And then imagine seeing tips
7:04 like this where it's like surprise
7:06 airline rule changes catching more
7:09 travelers offguard. 14 senior travel
7:10 secrets you may have never heard in
7:13 2025. Again, look at this little keyword
7:15 here. They put 14 senior travel tips.
7:17 All right. So, again, they're targeting
7:18 an older demographic, which
7:20 automatically is going to pay more money
7:22 and having them subniche into this
7:24 smaller category of viewers. Now, they
7:25 don't do that for every single video,
7:27 which is fine, but the ones that do, I
7:28 already know for sure they're going to
7:30 be paying significantly more. And they
7:31 should definitely put more interest into
7:33 doing this because they got 57K views on
7:35 one video versus the average is about
7:38 17K, 3.5K, 10K, 7.8K. So, I think they
7:39 should definitely look more into niching
7:42 down into the seniors niche because they
7:43 do incredibly well. uh number one for
7:45 paying out and number two just because
7:46 the audience is very interested in this
7:48 type of content and all this is
7:49 completely faceless. This doesn't
7:51 require any AI other than AI script
7:53 writing, AI voiceover and realistically
7:55 these are also AI thumbnails, right?
7:57 With a bit of Canva. So that's what I
7:59 love about this. Like this thumbnail
8:02 right here is 100% done with AI. They
8:03 use Trai or Grock or something and they
8:05 made it with with AI. So basically it's
8:07 all done with AI but it's proper AI.
8:09 It's AI is not going to get shut down.
8:10 All right. This is really good quality
8:12 editing. It's you know there's a good
8:14 story. this value. Somebody can watch
8:15 these videos and get value out of this.
8:17 So, this is a great niche. Let me look
8:18 at the analytics. So, this channel
8:21 generated $4,728 this month with an RPM
8:23 of 6.68. I think this is quite accurate
8:25 based on the audience group and also the
8:27 length of the videos. And they've only
8:29 done half a million views this month,
8:32 but they've done a total so far of 1.9
8:33 million views. And that was in the
8:36 duration of about 3 months. All right,
8:38 so 3 months, 2 million views. Let's see
8:40 what that generates here. So 2 mill
8:43 views divided by a,000 equals about
8:45 2,000. Now if you take 2,000, you
8:48 multiply that about $7, which is kind of
8:50 like the 6.68, you're going to get about
8:53 $14,000 that's been generated total in
8:55 the last 3 months off this channel off
8:56 of very simple videos explaining just
8:58 tips and tricks to do when you're
8:59 flying. So I'm going to give this a 10
9:01 out of 10 simply because the niche is
9:02 super unique and number two, if you're
9:04 targeting seniors, you have a very
9:06 powerful and lucrative demographic that
9:07 you're chasing after. Also guys, if you
9:09 want this document with the list of all
9:10 the channels and where they rank and all
9:12 the information I'm sharing in today's
9:13 videos, I highly suggest you click the
9:14 first link in the description. It's
9:16 going to take you to my free school
9:17 community. We have a massive course if
9:19 you're interested in learning more about
9:20 YouTube automation, how it works. We
9:22 have a free course, all these different
9:24 modules. We even go live literally twice
9:26 a week with myself for free. I don't
9:27 charge a dollar for this information or
9:29 for my time. There's also a community
9:31 with over 5,000 people that have joined
9:32 here that are posting actively asking
9:34 questions, sharing their wins. It's
9:35 definitely a community you need to be a
9:36 part of. So, I'll leave a link in the
9:37 description. Make sure you guys join
9:38 after the video. I'll see you guys
9:40 there. All right. So, this next niche is
9:42 an absolute gem. I've talked about this
9:44 before, but in a different context, and
9:46 maybe you remember when I first brought
9:49 up this channel, primate economics. This
9:51 is basically taking a niche that's been
9:53 proven to work for decades, which is
9:55 economics. But obviously, it's just way
9:56 too saturated. If you tried to post a
10:00 video about explaining what crypto is or
10:02 credit cards or tariffs, your video
10:04 would get drowned out so quickly with
10:06 the thousands of videos that are being
10:08 posted on a daily basis about the same
10:09 kind of topics. But doing it in a very
10:11 interesting and unique way like this was
10:13 able to basically permeate the
10:15 saturation and create an entirely new
10:17 market demand because of how interesting
10:19 and unique the display of the
10:21 information was. Right? So, a channel
10:22 like this has done really well. And
10:24 what's come out of this channel is other
10:26 people who do the same thing, following
10:28 the same route, creating these videos in
10:30 like 2D animation style and just making
10:32 them very dumbed down, very simplified,
10:34 right? So that everyone can absorb this
10:36 information and also be entertained at
10:37 the same time. So we have primitive
10:39 education, right? Capitalism, modern
10:41 life, how do mortgages work, but
10:42 explained by a caveman. And then here we
10:45 go again with apes explaining fitness.
10:47 All right, how to get big biceps, how to
10:49 get abs, how to get big shoulders.
10:51 Fantastic, fantastic niche. I honestly
10:52 think this is such an incredible way to
10:54 do this because number one, you're able
10:55 to get into very difficult niches and do
10:57 incredibly well because the market is
10:58 obviously here. People are very
11:00 interested in fitness, health, finances,
11:03 education. But to get into those niches
11:04 is super difficult, right? You can't
11:06 just post any video and go viral. You
11:07 have to have really high quality videos
11:09 and production values has to be crazy.
11:11 But this doesn't have to be that crazy
11:12 because you can literally use AI to
11:14 write the script. You can use AI to do
11:16 the voice over. You can use AI to do the
11:17 thumbnails. And you can hire somebody on
11:19 Upwork to create these videos for very
11:20 cheap. And what I mean by very cheap is
11:23 because these videos are only actually 2
11:25 minutes long. 2 to 3 minutes long, you
11:27 only need 2 to 3 minutes worth of
11:29 animation. So if you go on Upwork and
11:31 hire somebody, you can find somebody who
11:34 can do this quality between $10 to $15
11:35 per minute. So if that adds up, if
11:37 you're doing a 10, 20, 30 minute video,
11:39 but if you're doing a 1 to 3 minute
11:41 video, it's not that much. Imagine a one
11:42 minute minute video is only going to be
11:44 $10, maybe $15. A threeminute video is
11:46 only going to be $30 to $45, which
11:48 realistically is not that expensive
11:49 because if you hire someone to make a
11:50 regular faces video, it usually costs
11:53 between $30 to $50 to edit it. It's the
11:54 same price range. So now we're just
11:56 focusing on shorter videos because you
11:58 don't need 10, 20, 30 minute videos for
12:00 these to blow up and get a lot of views.
12:01 So that's why this niche is so
12:03 interesting because you can get away
12:04 with not spending much and actually
12:06 yield a lot. Now obviously because the
12:08 videos are shorter, it's not going to
12:10 pay as much. you won't get as many ads
12:12 shown in the videos since you don't have
12:14 a minimum 8 minute video. Uh, which is
12:16 kind of a threshold for inserting more
12:18 ads. But still, even then, if you're
12:20 able to get millions of views on a
12:21 channel like this, it is still very
12:23 worthwhile. It's still a lot of cash
12:24 flow coming in. And when you're
12:26 generating cash and you're making, you
12:28 know, $500,000, $2,000, you can always
12:30 reinvest that money to make longer
12:31 videos. As we can see here, it's
12:32 actually not that bad. It's getting
12:35 almost a $5 RPM and made almost $1,000
12:37 this month. And now keep in mind that's
12:39 only this month. Since they've started,
12:41 they done 400,000 views. And so this
12:43 $1,000 is only based on the 200,000
12:44 views that they've accumulated. Meaning
12:46 if you double that, the 400,000 views
12:47 they've done total, they've done about
12:49 $2,000 in revenue. And I'm telling you
12:51 guys, videos that they've done so far,
12:53 these four videos probably cost them
12:55 less than $200 to create total. So I'd
12:57 say it's a pretty good return for very
12:59 simple work and not much effort to be
13:00 honest because they've just copied the
13:02 concept from someone else and just made
13:03 very simple 1 to three minute scripts in
13:05 the fitness space. So again guys, I'm
13:06 going to have to rank this one all the
13:08 way to the top. This is a 10 out of 10
13:10 niche because you're taking this proven
13:12 concept, very simple videos. They're not
13:13 that expensive to do and you're just
13:15 crushing it by finding your own medium
13:17 of executing while maintaining the same
13:19 style of editing. And now we move on to
13:21 the next niche, which is rodeo rush. I
13:22 don't think you guys have ever thought
13:24 about doing videos about rodeos and
13:26 obviously all the attacks and the
13:27 drastic moments that happen during these
13:30 rodeo videos. This is a very unique and
13:32 very interesting niche. This channel
13:34 only started 2 months ago and they've
13:37 posted 13 videos and accumulated a total
13:40 of 2 million views, 2.1 million views,
13:41 which is actually phenomenal. Again,
13:44 within 13 videos in a very unique niche,
13:46 right? So, let's look at the analytics.
13:47 All right, so unfortunately, the plugin
13:48 is not really giving me the right
13:49 information here. I think this niche is
13:51 closer to about $4 to $5. Let's just say
13:54 $4 to be safe. So, if they've done $4
13:56 time 2 million views, again, we do the
13:58 calculation. 2 million divided by a,000
14:02 is 2,000. 2,000 * 4 is about $8,000. So
14:04 imagine making $8,000 in your first two
14:06 months of business while only having to
14:09 spend probably about $50 to $70 a video.
14:11 And for simplicity sake, let's just say
14:14 $7 per video times 13 videos, we have a
14:18 total of $910. So imagine spending $910
14:20 on a brand new channel and already
14:23 profiting about $8,000. Again, just to
14:24 prove why this business model is
14:26 absolutely elite, but only if you find
14:28 yourself in the right niches with the
14:29 right strategy and the right kind of
14:31 content. This is the kind of results
14:32 that you can get. Many people don't get
14:34 these kind of results in 13 videos or
14:36 even 30 videos because they're not doing
14:38 things the right way. And that's why I
14:39 always suggest guys, if you're unsure of
14:40 how to do this, make sure you're getting
14:42 the right information, join my free
14:43 school community. I literally give away
14:45 every piece of information that I know
14:46 for free to make sure that you guys are
14:48 setting yourself up for success that you
14:50 don't take the wrong information because
14:52 there's so many people out here spewing
14:54 different strategies, different ideas,
14:56 different channels, and most of them
14:57 don't work and you're just absorbing
14:59 information from every single person
15:00 trying to do something right. But
15:02 because you're so split, you're not
15:04 actually able to understand and
15:05 comprehend what works and what doesn't
15:07 work and you end up just quitting or
15:09 running out of money. And that's awful
15:11 either way. So I say just stick to one
15:13 to maybe three people max that you trust
15:14 and you know their information is
15:17 concrete. It has proof and evidence and
15:19 it's actually well researched and then
15:21 you can go behind that and do this thing
15:22 correctly because otherwise you're just
15:24 getting analysis paralysis and you're
15:25 spreading yourself completely thin. So
15:27 that's why I give this free free school
15:28 committee to everybody. I don't charge a
15:30 dollar for this. You can jump in and
15:32 have all of your concerns answered on a
15:34 free live call or through the course
15:35 itself and again through my YouTube
15:37 videos as well. I always make sure to
15:39 give the most accurate information so
15:40 that I'm not misleading you guys and
15:42 putting you in niches that are just
15:43 going to drain your bank account. So,
15:45 just to explain this niche a little bit
15:47 further, they obviously focus a lot on
15:48 clickbait. As you can see, an AI image
15:50 like this where it shows like the ground
15:52 shaking underneath and and falling
15:55 underneath and then the bull. That is
15:56 absolute clickbait. Obviously, this will
15:58 never ever happen in the video. Same
16:00 thing with this, the guy's legs being
16:02 cut off. It's not going to happen in the
16:04 video. Absolutely not. Same thing here.
16:06 The guy dead on the floor. Not gonna
16:08 happen. The bull going through his face,
16:10 not gonna happen. All right, but this is
16:12 what clickbait is. It's just intriguing
16:14 the person to watch the video. And once
16:15 they watch the video, if you've done at
16:17 least a good job at giving them good
16:20 information, good video, good value,
16:21 good entertainment, they won't be mad
16:23 about the clickbait. All right, the key
16:25 is people will get mad if you give them
16:27 a bad thumbnail like this, like a
16:29 misleading thumbnail rather, and a
16:31 garbage video. That's when they get mad.
16:32 But no one's going to get mad if you
16:33 have a great thumbnail like this that's,
16:34 you know, it's very interesting. It's
16:36 very peing a lot of curiosity, but then
16:38 you don't show it in the video, but you
16:39 also gave them a bad video and you
16:40 wasted their time. That's when they get
16:42 mad. I never see people complain and be
16:44 like, "Oh, I didn't see a guy get tossed
16:47 through the gate where he's connected
16:49 through the gate like that." No one's
16:50 going to be like, "I didn't see that.
16:52 You know, I'm I'm very mad." They don't
16:53 care as long as you give them a good
16:54 video, right? So, that's just the game
16:55 of clickbait. People understand that,
16:57 too. All right? So, this is the game. As
16:59 long as you can learn the clickbait, I I
17:01 I'm pretty sure 80% of the success that
17:02 they've seen so far in this channel is
17:04 simply because of the amazing job
17:06 they've done on the thumbnails. Great
17:07 job on thumbnails, great job with the
17:09 packaging overall. So, the titles are
17:11 also very well optimized. This is an art
17:13 you need to learn. If you don't
17:14 understand how to create quality
17:16 thumbnails that are clickbaity and peak
17:18 interest and curiosity, there's a very
17:20 strong chance you won't be able to see
17:21 these kind of results on your videos.
17:23 You can do the same channel. you can go
17:24 right into this niche, do the same
17:26 channel, not see the same kind of
17:27 success because your thumbnails are
17:29 going to be not as good and your titles
17:30 are going to be packaged worse than this
17:32 person. So, there's also those factors
17:33 to take into place whenever I show you
17:35 these niches. It's more than just the
17:37 thumbnails, titles, and the topics. It's
17:39 actually the overall packaging and how
17:41 well you understand your audience as
17:42 well. This niche I'm going to go into
17:44 great, but B tier simply because I don't
17:46 know how big the audience is. And also,
17:48 I think this is really quite niche and
17:50 if you're not interested at all in rodeo
17:51 stuff, it's going to be much more
17:53 difficult to sustain the channel for a
17:54 long enough period of time for you to
17:56 see success. So, I think just because
17:58 it's so niche, it's going to be Btier.
17:59 Not that it's bad, and I wouldn't
18:01 suggest it to absolutely everyone. I
18:02 just think because it's so niche, it
18:03 might be more difficult for most people
18:05 to execute it. And that brings us to the
18:07 next video, which is Projectified
18:11 Discontinued. One video, brand new
18:15 channel, got 273,000 views in one month.
18:17 All right, the video itself is very,
18:19 very simple. It's literally just a
18:21 typical video that shows mega projects
18:24 that are under construction in 2025 in
18:26 Texas. They've niche down to Texas. Mega
18:28 project videos. There's nothing
18:29 interesting to this video. There's not
18:31 even like text on screen, which is
18:33 insane. So, videos like this are
18:34 absolutely going viral. I also have
18:35 students that are in these mega build
18:37 channels. They're doing fantastic. I
18:39 think it's a great niche overall. And
18:40 this just shows how great it is. If you
18:42 can have one video on a brand new
18:44 channel getting 200,000 views, this goes
18:46 to show that the niche demand is there.
18:48 People love watching, consuming this
18:49 type of content. Now, I'm not saying
18:50 you're going to post your first video
18:51 and get these kind of results.
18:53 Absolutely not. Um, but just to show you
18:54 as well, one other thing I want to prove
18:56 to you. When people are like, "What's my
18:58 logo and banner look like? Is it good
19:00 enough? Did I do I have to change it?"
19:02 You don't even need to have one, guys.
19:05 No logo, no banner, no information, a
19:08 short little bio, absolutely nothing.
19:09 This just proves to you guys the whole
19:11 optimization of the channel is complete
19:12 BS. You don't need any of that stuff.
19:14 It's such a waste of time. Not saying
19:15 don't do it. I'm just saying don't lose
19:17 sleep over it because at the end of the
19:19 day, it's the topics and the packaging
19:21 that matter. If you dial these in,
19:23 you'll get views regardless of what your
19:24 channel looks like. It could be named
19:26 something completely crazy and have a
19:28 logo that makes no sense to anything. It
19:30 doesn't matter, guys. I'm showing you
19:31 this because I want to show you how low
19:33 the barrier of entry is with YouTube.
19:34 Back in the day, you really have to
19:36 optimize all these things and this and
19:37 that. You don't have to do this stuff
19:39 anymore, guys. Just post good content.
19:41 Learn what good content is. Learn how to
19:43 create good content and that's all that
19:44 matters. You don't have to worry about
19:46 all these nuances anymore. It's simple.
19:49 It's clearcut. Just post good content.
19:51 Don't worry about the packaging of the
19:53 channel and stuff. Just the topics. That
19:55 is the highest leverage lever that you
19:57 can pull in this business model is
19:59 learning topics and packaging and you're
20:00 good to go. So, I'm going to put this
20:02 one in solid niche, but it is more
20:03 difficult because this is not a unique
20:05 niche by any regard. It's obviously a
20:06 niche that's been around for a while.
20:07 Some of you guys may even know about
20:09 this niche, but I just put it in there
20:11 because I want to prove to you guys you
20:12 don't need to go crazy above and beyond
20:14 on packaging and things can happen very
20:16 quickly if you just target the right
20:17 kind of audience with the right niche
20:19 and the right videos. All right, moving
20:21 on to the next one. Here we have
20:22 Massacre Media, which is essentially
20:25 like a documentary style channel, but
20:26 for the rap game. All right, so here
20:28 they have Suge Knight and Jimmy
20:31 Henchman, the untold deadly war. It's
20:33 literally just a documentary of this
20:35 feud between two different rappers. It's
20:37 an untold deadly war. All right, so if
20:38 you're interested in any of these two
20:40 rappers, you'd be very interested in
20:42 knowing about their feud in a bit of a
20:43 documentary. And it's just pretty decent
20:45 editing, nothing too crazy. It's a
20:47 20-minute video, and between two videos,
20:49 they've already done 177,000 views in
20:50 one month. And then 2 months ago, the
20:52 first video got 5.4K views, which is
20:54 phenomenal results for a brand new
20:55 channel. This obviously proves that
20:57 there's a lot of demand and interest in
20:59 these rappers lifestyles behind the
21:02 scenes. uh untold stories. People love
21:04 this kind of stuff. They want to have
21:05 information that other people don't have
21:07 so they can share with their friends.
21:08 That's something that always sells.
21:10 These videos always always do well. And
21:12 so let's look at the RPM on this channel
21:13 as well. So the RPM is actually
21:16 incredible. We're looking at $9.29.
21:18 Let's just say $9. And they've already
21:21 done a total of 182,000 views. So if you
21:24 look here, we say 182,000 views divided
21:28 by 1,000, we get 182. and we multiply
21:33 that by $9, we get a total of 1,638,
21:34 give or take. And by the way, guys,
21:36 these videos don't cost much to make
21:37 because they're documentaries, because
21:39 they're higher edited. It probably cost
21:42 a maximum of maybe $100 to make total
21:43 with script writing, voiceover,
21:45 everything. About $100 total, maybe $120
21:47 if they really went above and beyond,
21:50 had everything automated, $120 times
21:52 two, it's about $240. That's a great
21:55 profit, guys. make $1,600 and only have
21:58 spent $200 to make that content is great
22:00 profit margin. That's the best part of
22:01 this business is the incredible profit
22:03 margins once you have a cash flowing
22:05 channel. Margins are averaging between
22:08 80 to 90% plus. People look at me, they
22:10 ask me, should I do drop shipping?
22:12 Should I do FBA? Look at the margins of
22:14 those businesses. You're lucky in drop
22:16 shipping to get past 15% margin. Average
22:19 person makes between 7 to 10% profit. My
22:22 business model is 7 to 10% overhead.
22:23 That's how much we spend to make the
22:25 content and the rest is profit. Find me
22:26 another business model that actually has
22:28 that luxury. There's not many like that.
22:30 That's why I love and I sing from the
22:32 top of the mountains, YouTube automation
22:33 to anybody who's interested in making
22:35 money online, wants to be lean, wants to
22:37 be remote, and wants to have something
22:38 that's very scalable and kind of
22:40 off-hand where they can systemize it.
22:42 This is the holy grail of all of the
22:44 above business assets that you're
22:45 looking for. So, I'm going to rank this
22:47 one a good niche, but risky and
22:48 difficult simply because I don't really
22:50 understand the rap game too much in
22:52 terms of like the demand. They've done
22:54 really well themselves, but I'm not
22:55 going to say that if anyone jumped into
22:56 this and I've seen some rap channels
22:58 that have done incredible content that
23:00 before uh great quality, great
23:01 everything and they didn't do that great
23:02 to be honest. I don't know where the
23:04 demand is and the discrepancy in the
23:06 demand and maybe it's seasonal as well.
23:07 So, I'd say it's still a very good
23:08 niche. You love rap and you love the
23:10 older rappers and new rappers and you
23:11 want to make videos about this, you
23:12 absolutely can. You can still make
23:13 money. I'm not saying you're going to
23:16 make 20 $30,000 a month. Very unlikely.
23:17 But if you want to get this thing to
23:19 like 2 to 3 to 5K a month, maybe even
23:21 honestly 7 to 8K a month is very
23:22 possible and it's something that you're
23:23 passionate about. So I think it's a
23:26 great niche if you love rap and music.
23:27 Otherwise, I don't think it's for you.
23:29 All right, so the next channel is called
23:31 Tommy Stacks. And bear with me here.
23:33 This is a very interesting niche. I
23:35 don't know the name for this, but I've
23:36 seen this work so many different times
23:38 on so many different channels, and I
23:39 keep thinking like, when are people
23:40 going to get sick and tired of this
23:42 content and and really see the clickbait
23:44 behind it, but they don't. It just keeps
23:46 on working. I see countless channels
23:47 like this popping up left and right, and
23:49 it still works every single time. So,
23:51 guys, look at this. Ranking the world's
23:53 richest people. All right, billionaire
23:55 purchase tier list, celebrity house tier
23:58 list, presidential protection tier list,
24:00 celebrity car list. And look at this.
24:02 This is what we call like contrast
24:04 elements. All right. So, this is kind of
24:06 like contrast/controversial
24:09 elements. So, we see Elon Musk and then
24:10 some other car. And you would think,
24:12 okay, first of all, Elon Musk like he
24:14 owns the uh Cybert truck, but saying
24:16 like it's some dinky little red car.
24:18 It's just this controversial thing. It's
24:19 like, how could it be Elon's car that's
24:21 a little one? And all these different
24:23 questions that just arise when you see
24:25 these thumbnails are enough to get
24:27 someone to stop, think, peak curiosity,
24:30 and click. That's all you need to do in
24:31 these videos. Same thing here.
24:33 Presidential tier list. Who's this
24:35 person who has all this, you know, uh,
24:37 security that's following them. And why
24:38 is Trump all the way alone when Trump is
24:40 supposed to be the most influential and
24:42 arguably the most protected man on earth
24:44 or should be? So, so why wouldn't it be
24:45 Trump on the left? Who's actually on the
24:47 left? That's enough curiosity for
24:49 someone to click. Mr. Beast, there's two
24:51 mansions and Mr. Beast's house is in the
24:52 middle. Doesn't make any sense. And I
24:54 think these are very childish. I don't
24:55 think they attract very mature
24:57 audiences, but it still works very, very
24:59 well. Same thing. Elon Musk, look at his
25:02 purchases. Da da. Elon Musk is one of
25:04 the most richest mans on earth. So,
25:05 who's this person that has significantly
25:07 more cash, right? It's just these weird
25:09 little mind games that they play. And it
25:10 works so well, guys. All right. So, this
25:13 channel only with five videos had
25:15 generated 2.3 million views. I argue
25:17 they probably make about a $4 to5 RPM.
25:18 So, if you divide 2 million by a,000,
25:20 you get two 2,000. Multiply that by four
25:22 to five, you're looking at 8 to$10,000.
25:25 That's much generated in a five videos.
25:26 And guys, look at this here. That's a
25:28 baby baby numbers cuz there's another
25:30 channel here that does the exact same
25:32 stuff. Billionaire car tier list, one
25:34 versus $50 million watch, billionaire
25:37 house tier list. Same exact thing. Elon
25:39 Musk and some mega mansion. It's the
25:40 same thing. But this channel, by the
25:42 way, not with shorts, with long- form
25:45 content has a 19 million views. Let's
25:47 just take a second here. All right, so
25:52 19 mil divided by a,000, you get 19,000.
25:55 All right. So 19,000
25:58 * 4 to 5 gives you a much larger total,
26:03 which is about like 80 to 100K
26:05 off of literally, what is this? Eight
26:07 videos. Eight videos. Again, whatever
26:09 you want to call this niche, I don't
26:12 even care. It is such a good niche. It
26:13 is all based on clickbait, simple
26:16 editing. There's nothing crazy or unique
26:17 in the editing style. You can watch
26:18 this. It's just like any typical
26:20 faceless video. It's just the way that
26:23 it's packaged. So, I would give this a
26:26 10 out of 10 niche, but more or less a B
26:28 tier. It is a 10 out of 10, but still a
26:30 Btier just simply because of the fact
26:33 that it is still very overdone. I don't
26:34 think it's super unique. I don't think
26:36 it's like an upand cominging emerging
26:38 trend. Like, these are very unique. All
26:40 right, they've really taken the time to
26:42 permeate an entire new market with this
26:44 new editing style, this new niche, and
26:46 it's it's just unique in its own way.
26:48 This is not unique. It's been around for
26:50 a very, very long time, but it's still
26:51 working, which makes it an incredible
26:53 niche. But I don't think it's like this
26:55 top tier, newly discovered,
26:56 revolutionary niche like these ones
26:58 right here. All right, now let's move on
26:59 to the next one. And by the way guys, if
27:00 you're sincerely getting value from
27:02 these videos, I just ask that you drop a
27:04 like, subscribe to the channel, and come
27:06 back for more because this is what fuels
27:08 us to continue making content like this
27:10 for you, giving you as much value as
27:12 possible and ensuring that you guys make
27:14 the most out of this YouTube journey
27:15 that you can be calculated and have
27:17 confidence and reassurance in every
27:18 decision that you make when it comes to
27:19 YouTube in this journey. All right,
27:20 let's move on to the next niche which is
27:22 called before fire. This is the
27:24 prehistoric niche. Now, this niche has
27:25 done really, really well with different
27:27 medieval channels and again prehistoric
27:29 channels. It's not super super new, but
27:30 they found something that worked
27:31 incredibly well. I'm going to teach you
27:33 something really cool. I'm going to
27:35 extrapolate something from this channel
27:37 that they haven't even seen themselves
27:39 because they have yet to double down on
27:41 it. If you look at the most popular
27:43 video here, it is called What Did
27:45 Caveman Act Do All Day? All right, very
27:47 interesting niche. What did Caveman do
27:49 all day? This got 1.3 million views in
27:51 one month. By the way, very simple
27:52 editing. There's nothing unique about
27:53 it. As we can see here, it's just
27:57 images, some scenes, no text, no
27:59 anything. There's really just basic
28:01 basic stuff. All right, so this is all
28:02 it takes. It doesn't take like some
28:04 crazy animations and crazy editors, a
28:06 stock video in here, like it it's so
28:08 basic and it got over a million views.
28:09 So when you guys are thinking, I have to
28:11 put in all this effort and hire the most
28:13 top tier editors and no, you don't. You
28:15 absolutely don't. You just need a good
28:16 topic and good packaging. This is the
28:18 epitome of good packaging. They've
28:20 basically permeated a brand new style of
28:22 content that no one has even touched
28:24 before. It is called what did caveman do
28:26 all day. So obviously I don't want you
28:27 to do what the caveman do all day
28:28 because there's other people that have
28:30 already jumped on that. But there's so
28:31 many different people. What did Inuits
28:33 do all day? What did Spartans do all
28:35 day? What did tax collectors in medieval
28:37 times do all day? What did Jehovah's
28:39 Witnesses do all day? These are
28:41 incredible topics, guys. If you're
28:43 wondering how to make YouTube work, you
28:45 need to find these outliers right here.
28:47 Look at all these other videos. 300K,
28:50 80K, 50K, not bad. But 1.3 million views
28:52 proves that the concept works incredibly
28:53 well. So don't go ahead and just copy
28:55 Caveman. Don't do Caveman. It's already
28:57 been done. Go find something else and do
28:59 that because it already works. It's a
29:01 proven topic. This is what we teach our
29:02 students. You need to find these proven
29:05 topics and just copy and paste them into
29:06 other niches. And that's how it works.
29:08 Same as the ape channel. That is a
29:11 proven concept taken and now added to
29:13 the fitness niche and it worked
29:14 incredibly well. These thumbnails are
29:16 all done with AI. The editing is very
29:17 simple. The script is done with AI. The
29:19 voice is done with AI. It's all AI, but
29:21 it works really well. It's all done with
29:23 AI, guys. All right, so I'm going to
29:25 rank this one 10 out of 10 niches. This
29:28 is a brand new niche that's just been
29:30 recently created out of thin air, and it
29:31 works incredibly well. And you can take
29:33 this and extrapolate that concept and
29:35 put into other niches. So, I'm going to
29:36 give these guys a 10 out of 10. And just
29:38 for reference, they do about $6.6
29:40 per,000 views. This month, they've
29:42 created about $6,000. But they've done a
29:44 total of about 2 million views. So 2
29:45 million divided by,000 is 2,000
29:48 multiplied by 6 is about $12,000
29:50 since they started and they only have 17
29:52 videos. Very simple, very basic.
29:56 Probably $60 per video average cost. Not
29:57 a bad return in the couple months that
29:59 they've been operating this channel.
30:00 Moving on here to the next channel, we
30:02 have Uproar Media. Again, probably
30:04 channel you haven't discovered. What
30:06 they do is they take the every dot dot
30:07 dot explained niche, but they
30:10 incorporated it now with games,
30:12 cartoons, and shows. So, they have every
30:15 mythical Pokemon explained, 25 strongest
30:17 dragons in How to Train Your Dragon,
30:19 every death game in Squid Game
30:21 explained, all 96 of Ash's Pokemon
30:23 explained, every legendary Pokemon
30:25 explained. This is working so well. They
30:27 have 12 videos and already amassed a
30:30 total of 3.6 million views with one
30:33 video having 2.3 million views. So, look
30:35 at it this way as well. They did this 5
30:37 months ago, right about the time when
30:39 Lilo and Stitch came out. There was
30:40 obviously a lot of search going on and
30:43 what they did is they did all 633
30:44 experiments in Lelo and Stitch
30:46 explained. That's all they did. It's a
30:47 very simple video. It's 50 minutes, but
30:49 it's basic editing. Super basic editing.
30:51 Some videos, some transitions. It's
30:52 very, very basic. Actually, it probably
30:54 didn't cost them more than a hundred,
30:56 maybe $120 to make that video, and it
30:58 generated thousands and thousands of
31:00 dollars. All right, a niche like this is
31:02 paying give or take $3 to $4. All right,
31:03 because yes, it's probably tailored to
31:05 younger audiences, but this month
31:07 they've done $4,000. And again, if you
31:08 look at the total, they have 3.6 6
31:10 million divide by,000 you have 3,600.
31:13 Multiply 3,600 by 4, you have about 14
31:16 to $15,000 generated within 12 videos
31:18 with very simple videos to create which
31:20 don't cost much. So again, pretty
31:21 lucrative niche to look at as well. I'm
31:23 going to give this one a great but Btier
31:24 simply because they haven't actually
31:26 niched down on anything, which is maybe
31:28 just an independent decision. It's not
31:29 like you have to operate it this way,
31:30 but if they just niche down on one
31:32 thing, whether it's Pokemon, whether
31:34 it's Lelo Stitch, whatever it is, they
31:35 could be probably doing a lot better.
31:37 And I would suggest that is just picking
31:39 one thing. Uh like if it's just Disney,
31:40 it's Disney. That's good. But pick
31:41 something because there's like Squid
31:43 Game in here and like Severance and some
31:45 random stuff that doesn't really relate
31:47 with the channel. But again, if they
31:48 find their own niche, this is a very
31:49 very lucrative one. I would suggest this
31:51 to absolutely anyone because this every
31:54 dot dot dot explained style of content
31:55 is going absolutely mental. It's almost
31:57 like a loophole in YouTube. If you want
32:00 free views, free money, do the explain
32:02 niche in any niche. It's going to work
32:03 out incredibly well. All right. Now,
32:04 this takes us to the next niche called
32:08 nerd and nonsense. This is a super
32:10 unique niche. This is a brand new niche
32:12 that has not actually been done before.
32:15 And it is working so so so so well,
32:18 guys. Like, when I say well, I mean so
32:20 well. And it is such great ideas. Like,
32:23 signs you have rare DNA mutations. Signs
32:25 you have rare brain powers. All right.
32:27 Mutant foods you thought were natural,
32:29 ancient instincts that make you do weird
32:31 stuff. These are just like random videos
32:32 you see pop up on your screen. These are
32:34 like the browse videos and they're just
32:35 so weirdly interesting. Can't hold
32:37 yourself back from just clicking just
32:39 out of curiosity like what is this video
32:41 about? And you just need to know how the
32:43 universe almost deleted Earth. Lies that
32:45 keep you weak. Just you see them and
32:46 they just kind of trigger something.
32:48 They trigger curiosity. They trigger you
32:50 in general and you just have to click
32:51 them. All right. So they have posted so
32:54 far 14 videos in one month and they've
32:56 generated a total of 1.2 million views.
32:58 Very simple videos to make guys and this
32:59 is all evergreen. It's going to be
33:01 getting views for years and years and
33:03 years to come. This is not like a here
33:05 now gone later niche or interesting now
33:06 and not interesting later. These are
33:08 very very good niches and great topics
33:09 that they're doing and they're not that
33:10 difficult to make. They're all
33:12 animation. So yes, again you'll have to
33:14 hire somebody on Upwork to do these
33:15 animations. But guys, look at this. This
33:18 is not crazy stuff. This is again done
33:20 with Chachi PT Chachet images. That's
33:22 all it really is. Very, very simple.
33:25 Easily $8 to $10 per minute at most.
33:27 Maybe you can get away with $5 a minute
33:28 for sure for this type of content. And
33:29 you don't have to make 8minute videos.
33:30 You can start with 2, three minute
33:32 videos and then once you're getting cash
33:34 flow, you can reinvest that cash flow to
33:36 make longer videos, maybe get higher
33:37 quality editing. But as you can see,
33:38 guys, in one month, they've done a
33:40 million views at a $5 RPM. They've
33:43 definitely done $5,000 in the first
33:45 month, which is absolutely incredible.
33:46 So, this is just a new niche that's been
33:48 discovered. This is brand new. And
33:49 that's what I want to hopefully show you
33:51 guys on this on this video today is new
33:53 and unique angles of doing YouTube.
33:54 Everyone's showing you the typical
33:55 channels. You're seeing the same thing
33:57 repeated on every single video, these
33:58 niche channels. I want to show you
34:00 things you have not seen before. And
34:00 again, if you watch to the end of the
34:02 video, I'm going to show you exactly how
34:03 I'm discovering these niches so you can
34:04 not have to watch my videos if you don't
34:06 want to. You can just go on this app
34:08 yourself and within minutes discover all
34:09 these incredible niches so you don't
34:11 make the mistake again of choosing the
34:13 wrong niche and finding yourself in a
34:14 money pit that brings you nothing back.
34:16 All right, this niche, I'm going to give
34:19 it a solid 10 out of 10. It is a brand
34:20 new niche. It's emerging. They've
34:22 executed incredibly well. It's not that
34:24 difficult to make and the upside is is
34:26 super super high. The longevity is
34:27 there. The saturation is low, the
34:29 interest is high. It's a 10 out of 10
34:32 niche. All right, the next video is GP
34:33 circuit. Everyone knows F1. Everyone
34:36 knows sports in general, but GP is kind
34:38 of an untalked about one and the
34:40 interest is very, very high. People are
34:42 very obsessed with GP, except I don't
34:43 see a lot of channels doing GP. It's
34:45 very interesting. So, this is kind of
34:48 like the kind of low-key, very diamond
34:49 in the rough style of niche and and
34:51 channel because again, there's a lot of
34:53 demand, but there's not that many
34:55 channels. So, they so far have done 57
34:57 videos in two months. They're posting
34:58 quite a lot of videos. I'll be very
35:00 honest. They have a good team behind
35:02 this, a good system, decent editing.
35:04 It's all proper, right? And they've done
35:07 a total so far of about 1 million views.
35:09 So, million views, probably around the
35:11 $6 to $7 RPM means they've done $6 to
35:14 $7,000 since they started in the last 2
35:15 months, which by the way, it's not
35:16 really two months. It's like one month.
35:18 They only posted one video two months
35:20 ago and then all these videos in the
35:21 last month. So, they're going hard with
35:23 production. You don't have to do the
35:24 same thing as them, of course, but these
35:26 are all videos that are going to last
35:27 forever. Some of them are trending for
35:29 sure, and so they're also trying to
35:30 capitalize off of some trends, which is
35:32 great. Uh you don't have to. You could
35:33 stick with the more like evergreen
35:35 stuff. They also have a lot of like top
35:38 10 compilations, like the craziest uh
35:41 wipeouts, the, you know, craziest wins.
35:42 There's a lot of these that also do
35:43 incredibly well. So, you don't have to
35:45 do the stuff that's trending. you can
35:47 just choose to do it like they are
35:48 because of course if one video goes off
35:50 and does half a million views or two
35:51 million views you're going to get paid
35:52 out like crazy on these videos. So
35:54 trending always works but it's a whole
35:56 different operation than the evergreen
35:59 side. So because they have posted 60
36:01 videos basically in oneish months and
36:02 that's why they have the success. I'm
36:04 not going to give this like a 10 out of
36:06 10 or even a great. It's a solid niche.
36:09 It's a very low-key, very niche approach
36:11 to this because again, there's interest,
36:13 but to execute it to the same level that
36:14 they have, it's not going to be as
36:16 simple for the average person. So, I'm
36:17 going to give it a solid but more
36:20 difficult niche. And also, honestly,
36:21 probably going to go down the risky and
36:23 difficult path because if you do have to
36:25 post a larger amount of volume, that
36:27 does make and add a lot more risk
36:28 resistance and friction to the
36:30 execution, giving it much more
36:31 difficulty. So, I'm going to put down
36:32 the risky and difficult niche. Still
36:35 good. Fantastic niche, but more risky.
36:37 All right, the next one is called Plane
36:39 Curious. Super super cool niche. Not
36:40 many people talk about planes, but I've
36:42 seen a lot of channels pop up about
36:45 planes, right? So, plane documentaries,
36:47 planes has gone missing, or stuff like
36:49 this where you just explain things about
36:51 planes, like why is this humpier, is
36:54 this more modern, bad design, how these
36:56 Airbuses outsmarted everyone with one
36:59 jet, like really interesting topics that
37:00 even if you're not interested in planes,
37:02 you'd probably be interested. Like, why
37:04 don't planes fly over the South Pacific?
37:06 Pretty intriguing question, right?
37:07 Pretty intriguing videos. And they're
37:09 very simple videos to make, like super
37:10 super simple videos to make. And they've
37:11 done really well. So, a channel like
37:14 this started about three months ago.
37:16 They've done 40 videos and have amassed
37:18 $5.5 million views. Now, I know the RPM
37:21 for this is about $5 and this month
37:24 they've done $10.7,000.
37:27 Incredible. Very lean, very lucrative.
37:28 If you haven't thought about the
37:30 airplanes niche and the airlines niche,
37:32 it is a great one. Honestly, you can
37:33 even go down to the airlines because
37:34 people are very interested in knowing
37:36 what's happening with them. Uh there's
37:38 things to note there, just facts and
37:40 tips and stuff like that. It works
37:41 really, really well. So yeah, if you
37:43 guys haven't looked into this niche, I
37:46 give it actually a solid B tier. So
37:48 great, but Btier. I don't think it's
37:50 like this holy grail niche, but I think
37:51 just because the competition is very
37:53 low, interest is very high, it deserves
37:55 a 10 out of 10 and also a B tier, but
37:56 just for now, I'm going to leave it in
37:58 the B tier. Now, this next niche is
38:03 super interesting. Ultra SFCTV2.
38:05 All right. The reason why I love this
38:07 niche is because they took something
38:08 that already worked like soccer, but
38:10 they found a very unique angle, which by
38:11 the way, again, guys, you can
38:13 extrapolate this and put this into so
38:16 many other niches. I guarantee this is
38:18 missing in so many different sports and
38:20 other niches as well. And what they've
38:24 done here is I found Matthew Tel's last
38:27 19 shots. I found Romeo Latvia's last 15
38:30 dribbles, last 14 tackles, last 21
38:33 shots, last 18 shots, last 19 shots. I
38:37 found dot dot dot. This is super unique,
38:39 guys. I haven't seen this done anywhere.
38:41 And they're absolutely crushing it with
38:43 this. So, you basically take something
38:44 and you say, "I found the last of dot
38:46 dot dot." And you just do a compilation,
38:48 of course, a proper compilation with
38:50 voiceover scripting and editing. But
38:52 that concept, that bucket of I found dot
38:55 dot dot, last shots, last something
38:57 works so so well. And these videos are
38:58 not that difficult to make. And you can
38:59 see this only 1 minute videos. They're
39:02 very easy to do. And so yeah, guys, look
39:04 at this. 1.4 million views, 500k views.
39:05 They've done 90 videos, very simple
39:07 videos. And they've done almost 10
39:09 million views. Let's just say this is a
39:10 $1 RPM, which is not. It's definitely
39:13 more, maybe $2, three. Let's say $1 RPM.
39:15 They've done 8 million. Let's say 9
39:16 million for simplicity sake. divide
39:20 by,000 is 9,000 * $1 is 9,000 * 2 is
39:23 $18,000. All right, so good good return.
39:26 There's no way they spent more than $10
39:28 to make these videos. So spend $900 to
39:31 make back at least $9 to $20,000 in
39:33 return on this channel. So again, please
39:35 help me find a more lucrative business
39:37 model than this. Oh my god, guys. I
39:38 can't I got to give this one a 10 out of
39:40 10 just because it's so unique. It's so
39:41 creative. They took something that's
39:42 very saturated, very difficult, and they
39:44 found a way to permeate it. It's
39:46 monetized. It's doing fantastic numbers.
39:48 It's great. 10 out of 10. And now we
39:50 find ourselves into the last niche. I've
39:52 already showed 13 niches. I wanted to
39:54 share this extra one here, which is one
39:56 that I wanted to argue is on the more
39:57 risky side cuz one of the things I
39:58 showed you guys at the beginning, which
40:00 is the slideshow. YouTube has openly
40:02 said slideshows they don't like, which
40:04 is just image after image after image.
40:06 Maybe it'll work still, and maybe these
40:07 guys will get away with it because they
40:09 show a bit of a spokesperson, like
40:10 there's an AI avatar that kind of
40:11 narrates it, but it's only for the
40:12 beginning, right? All right. So, if you
40:14 watch this video, you'll see they start
40:16 by adding a disclaimer at the beginning
40:18 and then they go straight into the
40:20 videos. There's nothing else. So, this
40:21 one doesn't even do anything, but they
40:23 do a little bit of editing. So, this one
40:25 actually very well could work. They do
40:27 editing. They make the animations. They
40:29 have the music. They have some unique
40:32 designs and stuff. So, this 100% can get
40:34 monetized, but a channel like this very
40:36 unlikely to, to be honest. So, they
40:38 literally just go straight into this.
40:39 They have this AI avatar in the top
40:41 right corner. It's there for a bit and
40:43 then it just goes away and that's it.
40:45 And they just say like if you it's just
40:46 a compilation. They say if you want to
40:48 see more of the images that are kind of
40:50 explicit just join our telegram and
40:52 that's about it. So this is where you
40:54 draw the line of like this is slop AI
40:56 slop you know it's just like very low
40:58 edited content that's not going to
41:00 remain monetized simply because there's
41:02 no effort put into this right but the
41:03 other channel does. So, I would say if
41:04 you're interested in doing this, you
41:05 have to do it like this one. Past
41:08 Cheddar. Um, they have done basically so
41:12 far a total of 1.5 million views with 87
41:16 videos. And they have an RPM of $2.91.
41:18 So, if you take 2.91, let's just round
41:20 up to three. We take 1.5 million divide
41:25 by,000 is 1.5 * 3 is about $4,500 give
41:27 or take, which is not too bad for 80
41:29 very simple videos to do with just
41:31 images, some animations. So, I'd say
41:33 pretty solid niche overall. I'm going to
41:35 rank this one here a solid niche, but
41:36 definitely a little bit more on the
41:38 difficult side. So, now if you're
41:40 interested in finding out exactly how I
41:42 came across all these channels, how I
41:43 come up with all these niches for myself
41:45 and for my students, I want to show you
41:47 guys the tool that I've been using and
41:48 it is absolutely incredible. They just
41:51 actually changed the system of how you
41:53 can upgrade to this because it's now an
41:54 upgrade. It used to have to be like a
41:56 $500 onetime upgrade and now it's down
41:58 to like $40 a month. And I think it's
42:01 the best $40 that you can spend for a
42:03 multitude of reasons. And I'll show you
42:04 here quickly because if you go here to
42:06 the dashboard, they have a few options
42:08 here for finding long form channels,
42:10 short form channels, real-time channels,
42:11 and also AI recommendations, which is
42:13 also really cool. So, it'll already show
42:15 you a bunch of channels that have low
42:17 subscribers and high view counts that
42:19 have not started in a very long time.
42:20 These are the kind of niches you want to
42:22 look after. As you can see here, GP
42:24 Circuit is one of the channels that I
42:25 showed you earlier. All right. And so
42:27 many other ones here, plain curious. So,
42:29 literally just by scrolling on here, I
42:31 was able to find these incredibly
42:33 lucrative niches with very minimal
42:34 effort. I didn't do anything but just
42:37 click a couple buttons, scroll down, and
42:39 found emerging niches, which by the way,
42:41 I need you to understand how important
42:44 it is to know that a niche is actually
42:45 worthwhile, that it's lucrative, that
42:47 it's profitable. Because the worst thing
42:49 you could do is start YouTube, be super
42:50 excited, watch these gurus online and
42:51 say, you know, you can make all this
42:53 money through YouTube. You start your
42:55 channel and you end up dumping thousands
42:57 of dollars into the channel and getting
42:58 nothing in return. There's nothing worse
43:00 than that. And it happens to a lot of
43:02 people. And so, a software like this
43:04 that cost you $40, like to pay $40 to
43:06 prevent yourself from making a huge
43:08 mistake is a necessary evil. All right?
43:10 And you can even get it for one month
43:11 and cancel it after that if you want to,
43:13 but honestly, the pros outweigh the cons
43:15 for having this. So, basically, you can
43:16 come here. You can also go to
43:18 refinements here. Refine, you can search
43:20 by monetization status, has strokes, so
43:22 you want to remove that. Is an AI
43:24 channel. You can do faces channel, kids
43:26 content, set that to no. Uh many
43:27 subscribers, how many you want to have,
43:29 average views, the uploads, the first
43:31 upload date. There's a lot of filters
43:33 here to help you find the exact type of
43:34 channel that you're looking for. I
43:37 usually recommend 3 to 4 months started
43:39 and also has like, you know, maybe
43:42 around 50 to 75,000 subscribers at most.
43:44 And again, a very high disproportion in
43:47 views versus the subscribers. All right,
43:48 that basically concludes today's videos,
43:50 guys. Again, if you are interested in
43:51 joining my free school community, it's
43:52 be the first link in the description.
43:53 You don't want to miss out. It's free. I
43:56 literally give away all this value for
43:57 free. I don't charge a dollar for it.

44:15 making tons of money, and sharing their
44:16 wins simply because now they have the
44:18 right information. And when you have the
44:20 right information, you can make actual
