0:00 Hey, welcome back. So, in this video, I
0:02 want to share with you how to feel rich
0:05 even before you really achieve it. So, I
0:08 hear so often people struggling with
0:10 this idea of act as if, especially when
0:12 it comes to acting as if they have all
0:14 this financial abundance, as if they
0:16 have this rich life already manifested.
0:19 And so I really want to target this
0:20 today and really support you with some
0:22 practical strategies and tools,
0:24 including a an incredible wealth
0:26 expansion practice to really help you
0:29 feel and act and live your life as if
0:33 you have all of the financial abundance
0:35 and resources that you desire today.
0:38 Because so often people will postpone
0:40 their happiness, postpone their feelings
0:42 of self-worth and gratitude really for
0:45 their life until they reach that point
0:47 that they've achieved their goal.
0:49 Especially I see this around financial
0:50 goals. I'll be happy when I'll spend
0:54 time more time with my family when I'll
0:56 take my partner out when and it's always
0:58 attached to when I have more money or
1:01 when I have more time. That's another
1:02 reason that comes up. But specifically,
1:04 we're going to look at financial for
1:06 this. Now the real challenge with that
1:07 is that when it comes to our reality, it
1:10 works from inside out, right? From our
1:12 inner world to our outer world. So we
1:15 have to change the inner world first. We
1:17 have to feel it before we can see that
1:19 change in our outer world. So how do we
1:21 actually do that? Well, I'm going to
1:22 share with you three quick tips, three
1:24 very practical tips to put into place,
1:27 to experiment with, see if they work for
1:28 you. Plus, I'm going to take you through
1:30 an incredible wealth activation practice
1:33 to really help you embody and feel that
1:36 sense of being ultra wealthy today. So,
1:39 the first is find small luxuries that
1:41 really make you feel rich and abundant
1:44 and fabulous today. And they don't have
1:46 to be things that break the bank. Now,
1:47 back when I lived in London and I was
1:49 starting off my career, for me that
1:51 involved going to a beautiful five-star
1:53 hotel and sitting there and just having
1:55 a beautiful coffee and enjoying the
1:58 surroundings and the music and the
1:59 incredible um weight staff were there
2:02 and doing some work and it just put me
2:04 into this environment and this feeling
2:06 of being really rich cuz I thought, "Oh,
2:08 when I have so much money, these are the
2:11 kind of places that I'll come and hang
2:12 out at." Now, they may not have been
2:14 places that I could afford to spend a
2:16 night in the room there, but I could
2:17 certainly afford to go and enjoy a
2:19 really nice coffee there. The second
2:20 thing is becoming aware of the language
2:22 that you use, right? Your word is your
2:24 want and especially that is appropriate
2:26 here at the Witch of Wall Street. So,
2:28 being aware of the language that you
2:29 use. So, I can't do it because I can't
2:32 afford it, right? Very scarce, limited
2:35 thinking. If you've seen my other
2:36 videos, you'll hear me talk about that
2:38 is the that is the thinking and that is
2:40 the language of people that are stuck in
2:41 the scarcity camp. So use words instead
2:44 like I'm not prioritizing that right now
2:46 or oh how could I make that happen or
2:49 you know I don't see the value in that
2:51 as if there's something else that I want
2:53 to use my money for. So, it's not saying
2:56 you can't afford it because there's lack
2:57 or scarcity, but instead you're shifting
2:59 it to a well, what are my priorities? Or
3:02 b, do I actually value it? And if I do,
3:05 then how could I make it work? So, be
3:06 really, really pay attention to the
3:08 language that you use. And please
3:10 remember, your word is your wand. And
3:12 the third thing is start acting like
3:14 someone who already has money. Now, that
3:16 can be, you know, maybe being more
3:18 philanthropic. practice something that
3:19 I've talked about previously called
3:21 tithing. Giving away 10%, putting
3:24 yourself into that vibration, that
3:26 mindset of overflow. I have so much
3:28 abundance. I can actually give away 10%
3:31 to a charity or to a cause that means a
3:33 lot to me. Another great step is to
3:35 start taking control of your money. I
3:37 see this working with so many people
3:39 from all over the world. Shifting how
3:41 you actually turn up and manage your
3:43 money, how you make your money work for
3:45 you creates such a massive internal
3:48 shift because the identity shift is now
3:50 you see yourself as someone who is
3:52 responsible with money, who manages
3:53 money, who is in control of money, not
3:56 someone who money controls them. Now, if

4:13 share with you here. Now, I have studied
4:15 in something called EFT tapping. It's
4:17 emotional freedom technique. I did a
4:20 whole video on it, one of my very first
4:22 videos on this channel. It is a practice
4:24 I absolutely adore. I take all of my
4:27 incredible students and my clients
4:28 through. And it's something that I use
4:30 almost daily. And you can use this
4:32 absolutely anywhere, including in
4:34 public, if you're okay with people
4:36 thinking you're a little bit crazy,
4:37 which I totally am if it's for my own
4:39 benefit. So, I want to take you through
4:42 a tapping practice. There is no downside
4:45 to doing this. You're only going to feel
4:47 better, and it's something that you can
4:48 take with you to help you shift your
4:50 mindset and your reality around money,
4:52 too. Okay, so I'll set up it a little
4:54 bit higher so that you can see me fully.
4:56 And all you have to do is follow along.
4:58 So follow along the different parts of
5:00 my body that I'm tapping. Do this on
5:02 yourself. And then also just repeat the
5:04 words I'm saying. So I'll leave a gap in
5:06 between each phrase that I say and you
5:09 can repeat it. So the first statement is
5:11 our setup statement. And all you're
5:13 going to do is tap here on the side of
5:15 your hand and have the pressure of the
5:17 tap as if you were trying to get
5:18 someone's attention. As if you were
5:20 tapping them on the shoulder. Not too
5:21 hard, not too soft, but firm enough to
5:23 feel it. So, we're going to say, "Even
5:26 though I've tied my happiness to money,
5:28 I deeply and completely love and accept
5:31 myself." Now, repeat after me. Even
5:33 though I've ti retired my happiness to
5:36 having money, I deeply and completely
5:38 love and accept myself. Let's say that
5:40 two more times. Even though I've tied my
5:44 happiness to having money, I deeply and
5:46 completely love and accept myself. Even
5:49 though I've tied my happiness to having
5:51 money, I deeply and completely love and
5:54 accept myself. Okay, so we're going to
5:55 tap through different parts of her body.
5:57 These are known as our acupoints. It's
5:59 as if we're doing acupuncture,
6:01 acupressure on ourselves. So, I've
6:03 created a gorgeous script which you'll
6:05 see me look down um to reference. So,
6:07 just follow along. You can um follow
6:10 along where I'm tapping and follow along
6:11 with the words I'm saying. So, first
6:13 we're going to start with the point
6:15 between our eyebrows. I feel like I
6:17 can't be happy until I have more money.
6:20 And so we're referencing this to
6:22 acknowledge the emotion and then we're
6:24 going to move on to soften it. So we'll
6:26 say it again. I feel like I can't be
6:28 happy until I have more money. Let me go
6:32 to the side of the eye. I keep waiting
6:34 for my financial situation to change so
6:37 I can feel better. Under the eye. It
6:40 feels like happiness is on hold until I
6:43 make more money. Under the nose. I'm so
6:46 tired of struggling of worrying about
6:50 money. On the chin, part of me believes
6:54 that money will solve
6:57 everything on your collar bone. So, just
6:59 under here, I've linked money with
7:02 peace, security, and
7:04 joy. Now, just under your arm, and it
7:08 feels like I can't breathe until I have
7:11 more. So, if you don't know, you're just
7:12 tapping this part of your body.
7:16 And then the top of your head, I feel
7:18 like this belief has been running my
7:21 life. Okay. So, we've acknowledged,
7:23 we've witnessed the emotions that might
7:25 be coming up where you link your
7:26 happiness to money. So, now let's start
7:29 really questioning those beliefs and
7:30 start shifting them. So, again, back to
7:33 the eyebrow. It makes sense. I've seen
7:37 how money makes life easier.
7:42 But is it true that I can only be happy
7:46 when I have
7:49 it? What if I've been putting my joy on
7:52 hold
7:54 unnecessarily? Under the nose. I wonder
7:57 if I can feel even a little bit of peace
8:00 now. I wonder if I can feel even a
8:03 little bit bit of peace now. Your chin.
8:06 I'm open to the idea that happiness and
8:09 money are not the same thing.
8:12 on your collarbone. Maybe I can feel
8:15 secure now before the money
8:18 arrives under your arm. Maybe I can
8:22 trust that money is coming and I don't
8:24 have to suffer while I wait. Top of
8:27 head. I'm allowed to feel good now no
8:31 matter what is in my bank
8:33 account. Okay, so questioning the
8:35 belief, right? I am allowed to feel good
8:37 now. And we're going to move on to
8:39 creating a new belief. So again, repeat
8:41 this after me. What if happiness isn't
8:44 in the money, but in how I feel
8:49 inside of I. What if I could start
8:53 feeling abundance in simple ways
8:57 today? Under the eye, I'm open to
9:00 shifting my energy around
9:03 this. Under the nose, I deserve to feel
9:06 happy, safe, and supported now.
9:10 the chin. I choose to believe that money
9:13 will flow more easily when I stop
9:15 chasing it out of
9:17 fear on your collar bone. I'm building a
9:21 life of emotional and financial
9:25 abundance. And we're going to do under
9:27 the arm. I'm safe to relax, to trust,
9:31 and to enjoy the moment I'm
9:35 in. Top of head. I have enough. I am
9:40 enough. And more is on the
9:44 way. Now take a deep breath. Deep belly
9:49 breath. And
9:52 exhale. And just check in with how you
9:55 feel. So, how do you feel around that
9:56 belief that I can't be happy until I
