family and all that it's hard to squeeze
in healthy stuff it's true life can get
pretty hectic yeah exactly so that's why

like routines that actually fit into
your life not the other way around you

going to be as tempted to grab something
quick and unhealthy on your way out the
door or having like a backup workout
planned oh yeah for those days where you
just can't get to the gym yeah little
things like that can really make a big
difference totally yeah it's all about
like getting rid of all those little
decisions exactly when you're already
like overwhelmed it's like having a plan
for when your willpower is low yeah so
think about those things that usually
trip you up and what's like one small
step you could take to kind of solve it
before it even happens oh that's smart I
like that and you know what we can't
forget about what's that routine
shouldn't be all work and no play oh
that's so important like all of these

aside at least 15 minutes each day for
