Because our discussion today is about inspiration, and the inspirational person

Every semester, in my first lecture

He reached the summit. Once he reached, he saw other peaks
after excelling financially, he wants to excell academically.
After achieving cultural distinction
He seeks excellence in family life. He descends from one peak to another,
a third, a fourth. We call him creative! The persistent climbed. The distinguished
reached one and the creator achieved all peaks.
Now the inspirer is better than the persistent one.
better than the outstanding one.
and the creator.
Is it reasonable? Yes, better than those three.
Imagine who is the inspirer in this scene? Think and tell me who is he.
The inspirer is the one who is at the top
and extends his hand to the bottom so that people can rise to the top with him.
The three I mentioned have individual successes. I persevered on my own.

But great inspirer is’t satisfied with success for himself alone.
He helps others.

Oh! how soothing and impactful that message was?
Oh! How could he has done all that hard work? He didn’t say
this is my effort alone. How did Allah reward him?

The first among us to become a professor.
And he became the first dean in our group.
Do you see how goodness returns to its giver?
I haven’t seen him for years, let me honor him.

So I went ahead and asked, “What brings you here?”
He told me that his sister is the teacher
of that class and asked him to meet students’ parents
I never imagined you were one of the parents. I used to share
insights at home. My sister took them to learn her students.
What you gave us in the hall returned to your daughter in the class.
What do you think? This is good.
We are preparing ourselves for the giving that will return.
One of the key traits of an inspiring person is emotional empathy—sharing in
people’s joys and sorrows.
Share their celebrations.
I repeat “exceptional” and “inspiring.

you will be inspiring to yourself, your community, and your country.”
Imagine them writing with it, see the phrase, and adopting it as a way of life
Then the person truely becomes inspiring.
It’s a positive idea.
Think of exceptional ideas in celebrations but do not take my idea.

There are two benefits from the topic of motivation.
I will give you two great ideas.
to apply for motivation. The first idea for the topic of motivation
is to give beautiful names to your friends and family members,
give them adjectives from today. Call your colleagues
