0:00 I consistently manifest more than
0:02 $20,000 a month. And I do this by fully
0:05 immersing myself into the act and the
0:08 art of meditating. So yes, I can
0:11 confidently say that meditating made me
0:14 wealthy, abundant, and financially free.
0:17 And that's why in today's video, I
0:19 reveal the one thing I always do before
0:22 every meditation that multiplied the
0:25 money in my bank account more than any
0:27 other action. how I not only reach the
0:30 emotion but also the frequency of
0:32 abundance which turns me into a magnet
0:35 for large sums of money and why so many
0:38 people struggle with meditating and how
0:41 you can turn this struggle into a
0:43 neverending stream of synchronicities
0:45 and direct downloads directly from the
0:48 universe. And keep in mind that the
0:51 seven steps of my personal meditation
0:53 practice are a closed framework, which
0:56 means that each of the seven individual
0:59 steps is necessary for you to reach your
1:02 manifestation goals and to manifest
1:05 abundance. And this leads me to the
1:07 first step that I want to share with
1:09 you. Now what if I told you that there
1:12 is one thing that I do before every
1:14 meditation and it is something that 99%
1:17 of people who try to manifest through
1:20 meditation never even think about
1:24 because yes in many guided meditations
1:26 from Dr. Joe dispenser, he asks us, who
1:29 do you want to be when you open your
1:31 eyes? But it's equally important for you
1:34 to ask yourself, who do I want to be
1:36 when I close my eyes? In fact, it's so
1:40 important that even the universe says,
1:43 who do you want to be when you open your
1:46 eyes? A weak mashed potato or a strong
1:50 French fry? Because let me ask you
1:52 something. Have you ever been in the
1:54 position where you have tried to immerse
1:57 yourself into a
1:59 meditation and you just couldn't reach
2:02 the emotional state? You also didn't see
2:04 the pictures. It seemed as if you tried
2:08 everything in your power, but you just
2:10 couldn't get there. If you've ever found
2:13 yourself in this position, then I can
2:15 guarantee you it's because you didn't
2:17 set a clear intention before you went
2:20 into the meditation. I mean, imagine a
2:23 professional athlete going into a big
2:26 playoff game without warming up, without
2:29 practicing some shots. This would never
2:32 happen. But why do you then act in this
2:35 way when it comes to manifesting your
2:38 future? A clear intention can make all
2:41 the difference before you even sit down
2:44 to meditate and before you close your
2:46 eyes. And that's why Neville Goddard
2:48 said the following words in seed time
2:51 and harvest. In the beginning was the
2:54 intention, the meaning and the intention
2:57 was with the intender and the intention
3:00 was the intender. And here are some
3:03 practical examples for a clear intention
3:06 before you close your eyes and before
3:08 you go into the meditation. Example one,
3:12 during this meditation, I devote every
3:14 second to reaching the frequency of
3:17 abundance. Example two, during the next
3:20 30 minutes, I do my very best to feel
3:23 what it really feels like to make
3:25 $20,000 a month, and I will not give up
3:29 until I reach this feeling. Example
3:32 three. During this meditation, I immerse
3:35 myself into the picture of what it would
3:37 feel like to have the freedom to travel
3:40 all around the world
3:42 indefinitely. Because if you do this,
3:45 then you will feel like this. I shall
3:48 conquer. I shall prevail. I shall
3:51 meditate.
3:53 And that's exactly how you want to feel
3:55 right before a meditation in order to
3:58 then fully immerse yourself into the
4:00 imaginal act and to draw the experience
4:02 back to you with the elevated emotion.
4:05 Because in awakened imagination, Neville
4:08 Godard says as we control our inner
4:11 talking, matching it to our fulfilled
4:14 desires, we can lay aside all other
4:17 processes. Then we simply act by clear
4:21 imagination and
4:23 intention. Now compare these intentions
4:26 that I shared with you with mindlessly
4:28 going into the meditation and saying to
4:31 yourself, I'm going to try to feel the
4:33 abundance. Let's see how the meditation
4:36 goes. Remember even master Yoda said do
4:40 or do not. There is no try. And that's
4:44 exactly why the intention is so
4:46 powerful. But after having successfully
4:49 set a clear intention that keeps you
4:51 focused on your mission during the
4:53 meditation, there is one more thing that
4:56 so many people, in fact most people who
5:00 meditate to manifest never do before a
5:03 meditation and it makes all the
5:06 difference. And if you've studied Dr.
5:09 Chispensza's work. Then at some point
5:12 you inevitably come across the
5:14 expression brain and heart coherence.
5:17 And now you might be asking yourself,
5:20 what the heck is that? Before you let
5:23 the music and the voice in the guided
5:25 meditation that you're doing, in case
5:27 you're doing a guided meditation guide
5:29 you into a deep state of relaxation, we
5:32 first have to guide your heart into a
5:35 deep state of receiverhip.
5:38 Because your heart is your center of
5:41 creation. Because only when you activate
5:44 your heart can you send the intention
5:47 out into the field with your visual
5:50 image and then draw the experience back
5:53 to you with the elevated emotion. Which
5:56 means only then can the universe send
5:59 you the money, the abundance and the
6:00 freedom that you truly want. And yes,
6:04 your heart works just like a Wi-Fi
6:06 signal. And that's the drawing of a
6:08 Wi-Fi signal in case you can't tell.
6:10 Which means that once you activate your
6:13 heart, then you have an active Wi-Fi
6:16 signal. And just like with your laptop
6:19 or your smartphone, when you have a
6:21 strong Wi-Fi signal, you can send the
6:23 intention out fast, which means the
6:26 upload speed is fast. And in the same
6:28 way, if you have a strong Wi-Fi signal,
6:30 the download speed is fast, which means
6:32 you can then with your elevated emotions
6:36 draw the experience back to you, which
6:38 then gives you the money, the abundance,
6:41 the healing, the love, whatever it is
6:43 that you want to manifest way faster.
6:47 And that's why I invite you, in fact I
6:50 urge you, I don't want to say that I beg
6:51 you, but I invite you strongly to go
6:54 into brain and heart coherence and to
6:56 let the energy flow from your heart to
6:59 your brain and from your brain to your
7:01 heart before you then go into the
7:04 imaginal act. before you send the
7:06 intention out into the field with the
7:08 visual image and you then draw the
7:11 experience back to you with the elevated
7:13 emotion because your heart is truly your
7:17 center of creation. And I made the
7:20 experience and many of my clients have
7:22 made the same experience that once they
7:25 activated their heart, once they truly
7:27 took brain and heart coherence
7:29 seriously, that's when their
7:31 manifestations showed up so much faster.
7:36 And on top of that, by going into brain
7:38 and heart coherence, you also focus on
7:41 the present moment, which can be
7:43 incredibly helpful in case your mind
7:45 convinces you that your left butt cheek
7:49 is hurting and that you have to get up
7:51 from this meditation. And this is also
7:54 something that Neville Godard addressed
7:56 in five lessons. Even though the chair
8:00 on which you are now seated seems hard
8:02 and does not lend itself to meditation,
8:06 you can by imagination make it the most
8:09 comfortable chair in the world. Even
8:12 though of course it makes sense to
8:14 choose a comfortable chair. So let's not
8:16 talk about chairs right now. Let me
8:18 break it down for you how you can do
8:21 brain and heart coherence. How you can
8:23 go into this state of receiverhip. And
8:26 we also practice brain and heart
8:28 coherence together as part of my 8week
8:31 one-on-one coaching program, the
8:33 Abundance Reality Shift Coaching
8:34 Program. But now, let's jump into the
8:37 individual steps. Step number one, feel
8:41 into your heart while you breathe in a
8:44 relaxed rhythm.
8:46 Step number two, feel into your head
8:50 brain by exploring your forehead, your
8:53 left side of your head, right side of
8:55 your head, the back of your head, the
8:58 top of your head to activate these
9:01 areas. Step number three, focus your
9:05 attention on your heart and your brain
9:08 at the same time. Step number four, let
9:12 the energy flow from the heart to the
9:14 brain and the brain to the heart. Now
9:17 you have an activated heart and now your
9:20 center of creation is ready to create.
9:24 The next step I'm about to share with
9:26 you will make complete sense to you. But
9:29 there is one part of it that you've most
9:31 likely, I'm very sure about this, have
9:34 never ever thought of. And it makes all
9:37 the difference. And when I started out
9:39 on my abundance manifestation journey,
9:42 when I wanted to change the numbers in
9:44 my bank account, I had to face one big
9:49 issue. And this is an issue that many
9:51 people are facing. And it has to do with
9:54 you being all over the place. I mean, I
9:57 wanted to double my income and then
9:59 triple my income. I wanted $100,000 in
10:03 my bank account, which was back then,
10:05 five years ago, completely unrealistic
10:08 for me. I mean, I had never even had
10:10 more than $10,000 in my bank account.
10:13 So, me dreaming about $100,000 in my
10:15 bank account was insane back then, but
10:18 now it's a very small amount for me.
10:20 Then, I wanted to fly business class,
10:22 then I wanted to stay in luxury hotels,
10:24 and I wanted to do investments. And the
10:27 list goes on and on and on. In fact, the
10:30 list went on for so long until the
10:32 universe finally had to intervene. Dude,
10:36 you are making it way too
10:38 complicated. Remember what Neville
10:40 Godard said in Out of this World.
10:44 Experience has taught me to restrict the
10:47 imaginary action. To condense the idea
10:50 which is to be the object of our
10:53 meditation into a single act and to
10:56 reenact it over and over again until it
11:00 has the feeling of reality. Otherwise,
11:03 the attention will wander off along an
11:07 associational track and hosts of
11:09 associated images will be presented to
11:12 our attention. So yes, this step is
11:16 about visualizing, but it's not about
11:18 visualizing 100 potentials. It's about
11:21 visualizing one to two potentials. And
11:24 even though in your mind you might be
11:26 having three potentials floating around,
11:28 I would for now eliminate one, focus on
11:31 one to two per meditation and then do
11:34 another meditation where you then
11:36 include the sports car. That's why when
11:39 it comes to manifesting abundance, I
11:41 love the combination of an income
11:44 potential and a net worth potential
11:46 because they can be perfectly combined.
11:49 So, for example, an income potential
11:51 would be I make $20,000 a month and a
11:55 net worth potential would be I have half
11:57 a million in my bank account or I have a
12:00 net worth of half a million dollars. And
12:03 by immersing myself into the imaginal
12:05 act and by truly doing something that I
12:08 will also share with you in this video
12:10 at a later point, I was able to manifest
12:14 half a million and also the income of
12:17 $20,000 a month. But I didn't manifest
12:20 these potentials by simply seeing the
12:23 money. I fully immersed myself into the
12:26 experience when I created an image in my
12:29 mind of me checking my bank account
12:32 balance, my bank account statement. I
12:35 immersed myself into the image to a
12:38 point where I saw my finger on the
12:40 smartphone. I imagined what the room
12:43 would smell like. I imagine what voices
12:45 I would hear or what sounds I would hear
12:48 and how it would feel to scroll on my
12:51 smartphone and to then see my bank
12:53 account statement. So I fully immersed
12:56 myself into the imaginal act because
12:59 Neville Goddard said in out of this
13:01 world in your meditation allow others to
13:04 see you as they would see you where this
13:07 new concept of self a concrete fact. So
13:11 fully immerse yourself into the imaginal
13:14 act and keep the potentials in the realm
13:16 of one to two because you want to keep
13:19 it simple, you want to see it clearly
13:21 and you want to fully immerse yourself
13:24 into it. And by the way, if you're ready
13:26 to immerse yourself into the imaginal
13:28 act, if you're ready to meditate for
13:31 abundance, wealth, and all kinds of
13:33 other potentials that you might want to

14:04 your dreams. Do you remember the
14:07 three-step formula that I shared with
14:09 you from Dr. Chispensza? First comes the
14:12 brain and heart coherence to activate
14:15 your center of creation. Then you send
14:18 the intention out into the field with
14:20 the visual image or as Neville Godard
14:23 would call it going into the imaginal
14:25 act. And then you draw the experience to
14:28 you with the elevated emotion or as
14:31 Neville Godard would say it you feel the
14:34 feeling of the wish fulfilled. And now
14:37 you might be saying, well, well, well,
14:39 as somebody who has studied Neville
14:42 Godard extensively, I can tell you that
14:45 with the feeling of the wish fulfilled
14:47 is not meant an emotion, but a state of
14:51 certainty. Yes, that might be the case.
14:54 But while you're immersing yourself into
14:56 the feeling of the wish fulfilled, you
14:58 can also immerse yourself into the
15:01 emotions that are in alignment with this
15:05 feeling. So before you want to tear and
15:07 feather me, I can confidently say that
15:09 Neville Godard has absolutely nothing,
15:12 and yes, that's Neville Godard,
15:14 absolutely nothing against you immersing
15:17 yourself into the elevated emotions. And
15:20 I can prove it because here's what
15:23 Neville said in awakened imagination. In
15:27 these mental journeys, an emotional
15:30 continuity must be sustained. The
15:33 emotion of fulfilled desire. He also
15:37 says this about the power of emotions in
15:40 feeling is the secret. Your body is an
15:43 emotional filter and bears the
15:45 unmistakable marks of your prevalent
15:48 emotions. Emotional disturbances,
15:51 especially suppressed emotions, are the
15:53 causes of all disease. And if you still
15:57 believe the unfortunately widespread
16:00 misconception that Neville Goddard did
16:02 not include emotions in the
16:04 manifestation process, I invite you to
16:07 listen to the following words from out
16:09 of this world. If we could become as
16:12 emotionally aroused over our ideals as
16:16 we become over our dislikes, we would
16:18 ascend to the plane of our ideal as
16:21 easily as we now descend to the level of
16:25 our hates. So become emotionally
16:28 aroused. The universe wants you to be
16:31 emotionally aroused. M
16:34 oh now what are some emotions that
16:37 somebody who wants to manifest abundance
16:40 would feel in a deep
16:43 meditation for me it's a combination of
16:45 three emotions first we have gratitude
16:49 then a love for life and then freedom
16:54 and here's why as Joe dispenser always
16:57 says gratitude is the ultimate state of
16:59 receiverhip which means that if you
17:01 enter a state of grat gratitude, you are
17:04 automatically in a state of receiverhip
17:07 and you can receive ideas, receive
17:09 downloads, receive
17:11 opportunities and of course receive
17:14 large sums of money. Then we have a love
17:17 for life. Jodispensza once said that if
17:20 you create from the energy of I'm in
17:23 love with life, then you inevitably
17:26 create a life you love. And this life
17:29 that you love has by definition all the
17:32 different elements in it that make you
17:34 love your life. So for example, the
17:36 abundance you truly want. Now what about
17:39 freedom? For me personally, abundance
17:43 means freedom. The freedom to do what I
17:46 want whenever I want. And this freedom
17:49 is for me a feeling that I just yeah, I
17:52 can't even put it into words. It's so
17:54 fulfilling. But for other people it
17:57 might be safety. So what is it for you?

18:09 step can change everything in your life.
18:12 And imagine for a moment if Durk Noitzki
18:15 would have demanded a trade to a
18:18 different team before he was able to win
18:21 the championship with the Dallas
18:23 Mavericks. And if you have no idea what
18:25 I'm talking about and you're not a
18:26 basketball fan, then let's take this
18:28 example. Imagine if Thomas Edison would
18:32 have stopped before he invented the
18:34 light bulb. It would be incredibly
18:36 difficult for me to make my weird, corny
18:39 jokes in the dark. What do you call a
18:42 pig that does karate? A pork chop. Yeah.
18:46 Anyway, I mean, yes, your elevated
18:48 emotions, they draw the experience back
18:50 to you, but you can manifest so much
18:53 faster and as a German, may I say, so
18:56 much more efficient because you want to
18:59 reach a state of perfection when you're
19:01 manifesting, right? At least Neville
19:03 Godard wants you to reach this state.
19:06 That's why he shared the following words
19:08 with us in out of this world. I know the
19:11 vision was the result of my intense
19:13 meditation upon the idea of perfection
19:17 for my meditations invariably bring
19:20 about union with the state
19:23 contemplated. So we already created
19:25 brain and heart coherence at the
19:27 beginning of our meditation process. And
19:30 what I now invite you to do is to focus
19:33 again on yes you guessed it your lung.
19:36 No not your lung your heart. You want to
19:39 focus on your heart again. And that's
19:41 why I invite you to embrace the
19:42 following equation. Activated heart plus
19:46 elevated emotion equals frequency. And
19:50 here's what that means in a practical
19:52 context. Let's say you are reaching for
19:55 this feeling of freedom. And you could
19:58 of course ask yourself mentally, what
20:01 would it feel like to be free? What
20:03 would it feel like to have all the money
20:05 in the world to do whatever I want to
20:07 fly wherever I want to do whatever I
20:10 want? But that would only be mental
20:13 gymnastics. When it comes to truly
20:16 creating the emotion, we have to create
20:19 it from the heart. Which means your
20:21 heart as we mentioned before is your
20:24 center of creation with which you create
20:26 the emotion. And that's why I invite you
20:29 while you go into the elevated emotion
20:32 to place your physical awareness again
20:35 just like you did it in brain and heart
20:36 coherence on your heart. And then you
20:39 maintain your awareness on your heart in
20:43 order to then send the intention out
20:45 into the field and to draw the
20:47 experience back to you with the elevated
20:48 emotion. Because when you are truly
20:51 tuned into your heart, your intention
20:55 can be sent out so much faster and you
20:57 can feel the emotion. You can feel the
20:59 elevated emotion so much stronger and
21:02 then it's no longer a mental process of
21:05 thinking the emotion but you truly feel
21:08 it in your heart. Whereas this person on
21:11 the other hand who has not activated
21:13 their heart and who do not focus on
21:16 their heart while they are feeling the
21:18 elevated emotions the signal only
21:20 reaches up to here it doesn't reach the
21:23 universe which means the universe cannot
21:25 send this person any abundance love or
21:28 health back and once you start
21:30 meditating like this once you truly tune
21:33 into your heart and create the emotions
21:35 from your heart by placing your physical
21:38 awareness on your heart while you feel
21:40 them, you will feel the freedom, the
21:43 gratitude, the love for life more
21:45 intensely than ever before. And that's
21:48 why Neville Godard said this in five
21:51 lessons. Another thing you may observe
21:54 in meditation is a lovely liquid blue
21:57 light. The nearest thing on earth to
21:59 which I can compare it is burning
22:01 alcohol. That flame is the nearest thing
22:04 to the blue light which comes on the
22:07 forehead of a man in
22:09 meditation. And yes, I've experienced
22:11 this blue light and all kinds of other
22:13 mystical experiences and overwhelming
22:15 emotions while I was tuning into my
22:18 heart. It truly is a gamecher. Now, the
22:22 next step has to do with your left butt
22:25 cheek. Yes, the same left butt cheek
22:28 that we talked about before. Because do
22:30 you remember how before we went into
22:33 brain and heart coherence, you for a
22:35 moment felt the sensation, hm my left
22:38 butt cheek is hurting and then we went
22:41 into the meditation. Now what happens
22:43 and it happens to the best of us when
22:46 during the meditation while you're
22:48 already deep in the meditation all those
22:51 different sensations and thoughts are
22:53 coming up. Did I close the fridge door?
22:56 When do I have to send this email again?
22:58 my left butt cheek is really hurting. Or
23:01 maybe you even break rule number one of
23:03 successful manifesting and you start
23:05 asking yourself, how can my
23:07 manifestation possibly arrive? Remember
23:10 what Neville Godard said in at your
23:13 command. Do not question the how of
23:15 these things appearing for no man knows
23:18 that way. That is no manifestation knows
23:22 how the things desired will appear.
23:24 Consciousness is the way or door through
23:27 which things
23:29 appear. Now, what if you're experiencing
23:31 one of the following things during a
23:33 meditation? You think about some random
23:36 stuff, a bill that you have to pay or an
23:38 email that you have to send, or you
23:41 think about your left butt cheek, and
23:42 then you realize that you might at any
23:45 point in time have to squeeze out a fart
23:47 that is so loud that your neighbors will
23:50 call the police.
23:53 Or maybe you are in this moment while
23:57 you're immersed in a meditation at some
23:59 point asking yourself, "How will my
24:02 manifestation come to me?" No, come on.
24:04 Let's be realistic. Manifesting. No,
24:07 that won't work. Now, here's what you
24:10 have to do in exactly this situation.
24:13 You have to resist getting pulled back
24:16 by the old self because the old self
24:20 wants you to fail. The old self wants
24:22 you to come back with it. The old self
24:25 puts all these thoughts in your mind.
24:27 All this doubt of when will it happen,
24:29 how will it happen, will it ever happen?
24:31 My left butt cheek hurts and oh my god,
24:34 I have to pay these bills and what the
24:36 heck is going on? That's your old self
24:38 pulling you back. And here you have to
24:41 resist. And the most important thing you
24:44 can do is to not assign any meaning to
24:47 these thoughts, to these sensations. You
24:50 just become aware of them. And just like
24:53 somebody who for example wants to quit
24:55 smoking, you will realize that once you
24:58 sit with it for 60 seconds or 90
25:01 seconds, then these sensations and these
25:03 thoughts and these feelings will get
25:06 less and less and less powerful. And the
25:09 more you can step into the belief and
25:11 this is a belief you have to embrace
25:13 that your manifestation will materialize
25:17 despite these thoughts despite these
25:19 sensations. I mean every now and then I
25:21 also sit in a meditation and I think
25:23 about something completely random. Then
25:26 I sit in a meditation and my left butt
25:28 cheek hurts a little bit. So yes, these
25:30 things happen to me too. But I don't go
25:32 down this path. I don't assign any
25:35 meaning to them. I just sit with it just
25:38 like I said for 60 to 90 seconds. That's
25:41 usually when these feelings and these
25:44 thoughts then slowly move away again and
25:46 then you can focus on your meditation
25:48 again. And this is something that you
25:50 have to do. And if you truly believe
25:53 that your manifestation will materialize
25:56 despite these sensations, despite these
25:58 thoughts that might try to distract you,
26:01 despite the old self trying to pull you
26:03 back, then it's inevitable that your
26:06 manifestation will materialize. Because
26:09 in your faith is your fortune, Neville
26:11 Godard shared the following words with
26:13 us. When this belief is so firmly
26:16 established that you feel confident of
26:18 results, your desire will embody itself.
26:22 How it will be done, no man knows. And
26:26 that's when step number seven of this
26:28 meditation framework will change your
26:31 life forever. Now, what if I told you
26:34 that this last step is all about
26:36 joyfully anticipating and not begging
26:40 with hope? I was looking for them. I was
26:44 looking for them everywhere. Where are
26:46 my signs? Where are my synchronicities?
26:49 When will they come to me? I was kind of
26:51 like Gollum searching for its precious.
26:53 My precious. My signs. That's how I was
26:57 basically at the beginning of my
26:59 manifestation journey. I was obsessed
27:01 with the signs and synchronicities that
27:04 everybody was talking about. So before
27:06 your bank account statement can change
27:08 and before you can double, triple or
27:10 even 10x and 20x like I did it your
27:13 income, you have to make one important
27:16 realization. And here I have to ask you
27:18 an uncomfortable question. Does the act
27:21 of searching for and looking for signs
27:24 and
27:24 synchronicities indicate that you are
27:28 100% certain that these signs and
27:31 synchronicities will arrive in your
27:33 consciousness and in your reality. The
27:37 answer unfortunately is no. As long as
27:41 you are searching for, as long as you're
27:43 actively all the time obsessively
27:46 looking for signs and synchronicities,
27:48 you are sending the signal out into the
27:50 field that you don't feel as if you
27:53 already have what you want because
27:55 otherwise you wouldn't be looking for
27:58 these signs. You would instead joyfully
28:01 anticipate them, which is very different
28:04 from looking for them, searching for
28:05 them. Because when you joyfully
28:07 anticipate them, that's when you say to
28:09 the universe, I am ready. I am ready to
28:13 receive these signs. I am ready to
28:16 receive these synchronicities. And the
28:17 universe then says, I am proud of you.
28:21 And now you are in a state of
28:22 receiverhip because you know that these
28:25 signs and synchronicities are already a
28:27 part of your reality. You know that they
28:29 will arrive. That's why you joyfully
28:32 anticipate them. And then the bridge of
28:35 incidence can be built for you that
28:38 leads you directly to your
