from this guy like he's a durian Rider

something and um he said that uh my
channel um on my channel um get fit with
Natasha doesn't get any
criticism I already argued with him and
I told him everything but yeah he just
just doesn't seem to understand maybe
durian ryer should just tell him to carb
up or something cuz uh yeah there's some
mental capability blockage or something
I don't
know he keeps claiming that the brain
runs on sugar or whatever so I think
this guy should just just consume more
sugar or something cuz um cuz yeah he's
he's not getting any um natural um
Omega-3s for his brain so so yeah um
there you have have it but uh today I'm
I'm actually going to react to um to get
fit with
Natasha and I'm going to share my honest
um my honest opinion on her and yeah I
do agree she's hot I I didn't say that
she's not hot like she's
young okay um you can find the the full

misinformed vegan tries to explain his
bad diet okay whatever let's get into uh
Natasha video today Natasha what would
you give advice to new vegans people
want to try vegan LIF stop
yeah the advice she should say right now
is uh just don't go vegan so my number
one tip is never restrict carbohydrates
never yes you should never restrict
anything I mean
if if you just crave something you
should just go for it
like even if it's chocolate with seed
oils or milk powder or whatever you
should just have it and uh realize that
that's not real
food never restrict your carb or sugar
intake and realize you need more than
what you think you definitely don't need
more than what you think you just just
have until you have it enough I mean
why would you why would you eat like 10
tablespoons of sugar or whatever if if
one is
enough like um do you really need to
force yourself to eat or what like this
is some type of eating disorder that you
guys are having
here and a vacan diet is usually lower
calorie density so you I'm going to try
to stay focused on what she says really
have to keep on top of your hunger by
having snacks and Foods on hand that you
enjoy otherwise you will be craving meat
Dairy and eggs just the sort of foods
that you're going to Crave that anyway
man I
mean you're going to Crave
it like there's no way around it I I
used to have as much sugar as I wanted
and that's how I quit veganism cuz uh I
realized that um I I crave it
anyway that you grew up with the foods
that your body is used to in it's not
that it's used to you're made out of it
like cholesterol and the bone marrow and
whatever you you're having cows one
marrow and they they they have almost
the same things as you have like it's
it's like a molecular level it it just
has it and plants don't have it
kind of and you crave that because you
need that and no matter how much sugar
rice or um whatever you're having like
what what what you guys having like
fruit juices or whatever no matter how
much you have of that or any uh like U
like mock meats or whatever you're
having it's not going to have the same
thing as animal as animal
foods of hunger so it's totally normal
to have those Cravings you just have to
to identify and realize why you're
having them and then you don't you're
having them because um you lack those
nutrients need to eat that food because
you just have your vegan Alternatives
but always carve up that's number one
why carbs so important there's so much
carb anti- carb in the media the
mainstream media alternative media carbs
are bad don't eat rice don't eat sugar
don't eat fruit why are carbs so
important carbs are so important because
every cell in your body runs on sugar
your brain exclud exclusively runs on
sugar and Omega 3s and that's why you
need to consume fish but yeah fish is
not really safe nowadays cuz it's full
of microplastics and heavy
metals and uh it yeah it's really hard
to get good fish or what the easiest
source is to just eat a raw
brain like from a healthy animal it's
delicious we need carbs period full stop
end of we do need carbs I don't deny it
but that's not all what you need and you
need carbs to keep satisfied to keep
lean to keep slim to keep energized for
your brain D function to sleep properly
to keep your hormones happy everything
you need carbs damn I I don't promote a
keto diet like what like I didn't say
that I know that some people like are
very scared of cars but not me on point
so that's a everything you saying Mak
sense yeah so that's number one and
number two is don't take it personally
don't take people's hate towards you
personally what do you mean don't take
it personally like
um why would you leave like in denial
like if someone has has something to
tell you just just listen to them
like uh yeah there's there's no reason
to to like like what like what like you
have to be wrong about veganism and to
know that you're wrong and live in
denial to to think this way like they
they could say whatever whatever but uh
if you know you're right then you should just
just
uh you you don't need to give such an
advice cuz uh your audience should know
that um that veganism then it's is the
correct way of eating or your protocols
or whatever but it's clearly
not you know people will be
condescending towards you they'll be
like oh vegan this they'll they'll diss
it they'll put it down never take it
personally just keep calm keep chill
keep yeah just just keep living in your fantasy
fantasy
world lighthearted and just laugh it off
and just think of a joke and chop that in
in
there why would you think of a
joke it's yeah this is some Next Level
eating disorder and I think it's beyond
help I I don't
know so you know don't don't fire up and
don't argue back because then you know
that puts an image on you for that
person to then go and talk sh to others
and say oh yeah I told them this and
they got mad and they AR Natasha the
reason why you look good is because
you're young and the human body can take
a a lot of a lot of stress a lot of
damage a lot of malnutrition before it
it starts to
um like
deteriorate like um just look at freely
I think I think it's going to take like
like few more years until you get to to
that uh that type of deterioration like
sink eyes like inside the skull
or yeah just just look in her eyes it's
um and and face like it's it's it's it's
just not good and you should wake up
up up and we had a fight and you know a
lot of people just looking for drama
it's it's what they I'm not looking for
drama here like uh I really don't care
about having a drama or whatever does my
voice sound like like I'm here to argue
with you or whatever I'm I'm not I'm
really not get off on but yeah don't
take it personally just keep it calm and
just say to them oh you know have you
tried it for yourself you should do an
experiment do this for a week or I
already did it and I was craving eggs
jeez like
crazy so
um yeah there you have it and I did it
for more than a
week I I actually became vegan again
because of duon Rider cuz cuz yeah that
was my my last hope that okay that if if
what he says is is right then yeah and
he was right like I I do agree about uh
the the sugar part cuz um yeah sugar did
help me a lot but um you should
definitely be selective where do you get
your carbs from like you should get it from
from
like like watery fruits specifically you
shouldn't get them from um how to say
like grains like rice or U or like how
to say like strawberries covered in
pesticides you should just just just get
it from like watermelon or orange that
is somewhat protected by the shell from
the pesticides like it still has
pesticides but not as many cuz you're
not not eating the the the shell of the
fruit or the you peel it off or you
yeah to and see what happens so just
just suggest that definitely I've done a
lot of dietary experience in my life and
that's why I can speak with such
conviction promoting vegan and
definitely carbs as NATA said carbs are
the foundation the most important
regardless of what a diet you follow
what you believe in carbs are always
king and queen corbs are important cuz
if you look at what we what our taste BS
like it's sweet and and the taste of
animal flat animal fat cuz that's why
people are so crazy after cheese and
eggs and and
meat and they also like their mangoes or
whatever cuz yeah that's our our natural
food like I didn't claim that that sugar
bad yeah the more carbs you eat the
healthier you become and the leaner I
mean look at our lean you know because
the more carbs you eat the less fat and
protein you eat fat and protein are
anabolic and remember that fat is 9
calories per gam and carbs only 4
calories per gam so remember that when
you come calories don't
matter and um it's not going to be the
same if you're having like raw fat or
cooked fat cooked cooked animal fat I
mean it's not going to be the same or
oils and you should always eat it like
like from healthy animals cuz especially
from the in the fat it gets gets stored
like like a lot of things and yeah you
should be careful with that and you
should not put it in the same category
with seed
oils and calories don't matter cuz once
your your your you reach your
um your uh nutrient deficiencies like I
don't like once you satisfy your nutrient
nutrient
needs um you're not going to eat as
much and yeah that's the difference
between raw meat and a
hamburger or a or or a um a vegan
hamburger with which won't really
satisfy with you you're going to just be
be be hungry again and you guys think
that you just need sugar to to satisfy
those those
Cravings but yeah it just won't help
that's why eat like every I don't know
how many hours cuz you're having like 5
minutes or whatever like as much as as
you need but um yeah it just won't
satisfy you a vegan is just just not the
way coming from a a fatty standard
American or standy oie standard Aussie
diet now that you are on a vegan diet
it's lower calorie density so you really
have to focus on carbing up so you don't
flounder around and you don't fall into
previous yeah this is just going to be
the same thing over and over so um I'm
just going to give you an advice Natasha
like you are with this guy okay you're
with this guy and um you can't have any
children and you don't even plan to have
any children like at at this
point if you are not together with
someone for their kids to have kids with
them then
um it's is just going to be that how how
to say like you're you just live live
together for free rent for free
vacations or whatever and you're wasting
your your beauty your youth with um with
someone like this instead of just just
look right now you reached
332 subscribers plus you have your only
fans plus you have other social Med I
don't know what type of income you have
but I'm I'm pretty sure you're you're
you're doing well you should just just
leave him and go find yourself a
handsome man and have children with cuzz
I bet that's what you desire you really
don't want to be together with this guy
like you're just wasting your youth
you're going to wake up one day and uh
look like
freely and uh not have
kids and yeah you just just realize how
much you you wasted your life you even
have a video where um durian Rider asks
you what's what's the
disadvantages of uh dating like an like
an older
man and um you say that there's no hair
that's because you said that because you
really care about looks like you want
you want a young handsome man deep inside
inside
and uh
yeah and this guy the real Rider he just
just tells you that
um what what did he say oh yeah it it
can happen even to to young guys that um
they are balding or whatever so it's not a
a
disadvantage but um not to everybody I
mean there are there are guys who who
who still have like like good hairline
and and they're they're young it is rare
these days cuz CU yeah good genetics and
handsomeness is is is very related to
what diet their parents ate and their
grandparents ate and what they were fed
as a
kid so so yeah there you have it my
advice you you should just bounce you
should just just leave this guy find
yourself a handsome man and just ghost
ghost this guy and and yeah have kids
and live the best life like it's still
not too late for you um that's all I had
