Hello there. We are thrilled to have you

Whether you are looking for specific
school data or analyzing broad regional
trends, the Stride Dashboard is designed
to make data at the forefront of our
work in the department.
This guide will walk you through
navigating the dashboard and mastering
its features. Let's dive in. Getting
started with the dashboard.
Think of this as your home base. Here is
how to navigate the data landscape from
a bird's eye view down to specific
schools. First things first, navigate to
the dashboard tab and click on education
resource dashboard. You are now in the
command center.
Not sure where to begin? No problem.
Simply select one of the dashboard
presets. These are preconfigured views
designed to get you the data you need
quickly. Once you've selected a
category, you will immediately see a
visual breakdown by region. This gives
you a great snapshot of the current landscape.

Want to see more data? Go ahead and add
more metrics under the dashboard
filters. The dashboard will instantly
update to include the new information
you've selected. Here is where the magic
happens. See a region that interests
you? Click on the bar for that region.
The chart will drill down to show you
the divisions within it. You don't have
to stop at divisions. You can keep
clicking to drill down further into municipalities,
municipalities,
legislative districts,
all the way down to the school district
level. Once you have narrowed down your
selection to the perfect area, click on
the school locator tab. This will
generate a list of all schools matching
your current filters. Looking for a
specific institution?
Use the search bar at the top of the
list to find exactly what you are
looking for. Click on any school in the
table to bring it to life. The map will
zoom in to the school's exact location
and all the specific details for that
school will appear right below.
Advanced analytics for power users.
Need to cross reference data? The
advanced analytics feature allows you to
filter your search using multiple
variables simultaneously.
Here is how to unleash that power. Head
over to the advanced analytics section.
This tool is perfect when you need to
answer complex questions that involve
more than one factor.
Start by choosing your primary variable
and selecting the specific values you
want to analyze. Now, select your
secondary variable and pick the
corresponding values. This allows you to
see how these two data points interact.
Ready to see the data? Click the apply
filters and plot button. The system will
crunch the numbers and display your
results instantly.
Just like the main dashboard, you can
drill down geographically. As you do,
the list of schools and their locations
will automatically update on the table
and map below.
Exploring Plantilla positions.
If you need to dig into specific job
roles and staffing numbers, this section
is for you. Start by clicking on the
Plantilla positions tab. Here you can
select any specific position you are
interested in. The system will
immediately display the total number of
authorized items breaking down exactly
how many are filled versus unfilled. It
also provides a helpful view by region
which you can drill down further by
division. Want to look for something
else? You can easily deselect the
current preset and use the selector to
search for specific positions that match
your criteria. Once you are done with
your analysis, simply click generate
report to create a printable HTML file.
It is a quick and easy way to save your findings.

Need to find a specific school in a
hurry? Quick search allows you to search
for any public school in the country to
see its actual geographical location and
all its details.
Simply type the school name and press
enter or the show selection button. This
will display all the schools with the
name you typed. Use the table to see the
region, division, and municipality of
the school you are looking for. Then
click it to see it on the map as well as
its details below.
If you want a more specific search,
toggle the advanced search button to
display the advanced search filters.
Here you can select the region,
division, legislative district, and
municipality to further narrow down your
search. After you have identified the
school, you can click the download
summary button to generate a report
about the school in a printable HTML format.

Resource mapping allows you to look into
the distribution and allocation of
resources to schools. Here we can see
the teaching and non-eing staff
allocation within any division as well
as classroom shortages and much more.
Use the tabs above to select which
resource type or category you are
interested in. Then select the region,
division, legislative district, and
level if applicable. Then click generate
map and data. This will display all the
schools within the selected filters and
their respective locations on the map.
Click on any of the schools in the table
to zoom in on its location on the map.
The icons are colorcoded based on the
description shown in the map legend.
Other relevant statistics are also
available relative to the category you chose.

Data Explorer shows you the tabular view
of all the data contained within the
Stride dashboard. Here you can generate
any data you need about any region or
division. Use the toggles on the sidebar
to add any column you need into the data
table. The toggles are categorized for
your convenience. Once you are satisfied
and all the data you need are properly
added into the table, you can download
it into CSV or Excel.
