From the start of the day, I feel tired, anxious, and stressed. So
what can I do to make my morning more meaningful?
Let’s take a look at three ways to make your mornings more meaningful.
First, start your day without a smartphone. They say that if you check your smartphone as soon as you
wake up, your brain will immediately fall into a state of information overload.
Instead of looking at your smartphone as soon as you open your eyes
, why not try drinking water, opening the window, taking a deep breath, and doing some light stretching?
The second step is to create a morning routine that determines the direction of your day.
If you look at the morning routines of successful people, they have something in common: a regular wake-up time and maintaining morning habits.
For example,
you can create your own regular habits,
such as drinking water after waking up, then meditating for 5 minutes or doing light exercise. The last step is to write down three goals
for the day. To spend the day more meaningfully, it is good to set three goals for the day in the morning. For example,
actively giving opinions at today's meeting, even small goals such as going for a walk during lunch
and reading ten pages of a book are okay.
