1:01 are that you've been curious about
1:03 starting a business of some form for a
1:05 long time, and you're hoping that AI is
1:06 the thing that finally makes it
1:08 possible, that maybe it's easier now,
1:10 and maybe there's less risk. And you're
1:12 absolutely right. AI isn't just some fad
1:14 or trend. It's a tectonic shift in the
1:15 way work is done. It's the single
1:17 greatest wealth creation event for
1:19 individuals of our lifetime. But most
1:21 people are at best using AI as some kind
1:22 of Google replacement and are not
1:24 utilizing it fully for what it can
1:26 really do. In in 30 years time, people
1:28 will look back at this exact moment as
1:30 the great unlocking, the moment that the
1:32 chains of the old world, the the 9to-5
1:33 corporate system, they finally began to
1:35 break. And the reason it's all happening
1:37 now is because of a concept that I call
1:39 the solo entrepreneurs trifecta. It's
1:41 essentially a revolution that's 50 years
1:43 in the making. And AI is this final
1:45 explosive piece to the puzzle. So let me
1:47 explain. So back in the 70s, computers
1:50 were seen as big brother, a tool for
1:51 centralized control. Sounds kind of
1:54 familiar, right? But then a bunch of
1:55 hippies out in California flipped that
1:56 script. They saw the computer not as an
1:58 oppressive tool for centralized control,
2:00 but rather one for individual freedom.
2:02 And from this, the personal computer was
2:03 born. And that was the first piece in
2:06 this trifecta. Then in the '90s, we got
2:07 the internet. It started connecting
2:09 those personal computers, giving all
2:11 these individuals access to the world's
2:13 information and creating the first wave
2:15 of online businesses. the individual was
2:17 getting more powerful. That was the
2:19 second piece. And now we have the final
2:21 piece of that puzzle, artificial
2:22 intelligence. To understand why this is
2:24 such an empowering thing for the
2:25 individual like you and I trying to
2:27 build businesses and create the life of
2:29 our dreams and have freedom, you need to
2:31 know the real secret of the wealthy,
2:33 which is leverage. It's a pretty simple
2:35 idea, but it is extremely powerful. It's
2:37 essentially getting more output for the
2:38 same amount of input. It's a difference
2:40 between pushing a boulder with your bare
2:42 hands versus using a lever to move it
2:43 more easily. The famous investor and
2:45 philosopher Nal Raakant says that the
2:47 wealthy use three levers. Labor which is
2:50 people, capital which is money, and code
2:51 and content which is essentially systems
2:53 at scale. For years, these were locked
2:54 away from you and I. And that's why all
2:56 the money has been sort of going to the
2:58 same people for so long. And AI is the
3:00 key that unlocks all of it. You don't
3:01 need to hire a team anymore. AI is your
3:03 digital labor. You don't need to be a
3:05 coder. AI helps you build your own apps
3:07 and you don't need to be a professional
3:09 writer. AI is your partner in creating
3:10 incredible content that connects with
3:12 millions. You are no longer one person.
3:14 With the right AI tools, you can be a
3:16 team of 100. And so the solo
3:18 entrepreneurs trifecta is complete. This
3:20 is the single greatest empowerment of
3:21 the individual in history. And like I
3:23 said, the CEO of Open AI, Sam Alman,
3:25 predicts that the first one person
3:27 billion dollar company is coming soon
3:28 thanks to AI. That's because he
3:30 understands this trifecta and how
3:32 powerful it is when used right. People
3:34 look back at this time and realize that
3:35 was the moment that the power shifted
3:37 into our hands. And this video is your
3:39 guide to taking that power and running
3:42 with it.
3:43 So, how do we take this incredible
3:45 power, this solo entrepreneurs trifecta,
3:46 and actually use it to build your
3:48 oneperson AI business? How do we build
3:50 your escape plan from the life that you
3:51 don't want into the one that you do?
3:53 Well, every great escape needs a map.
3:55 And a map has three parts. First, we
3:57 need a destination, a clear financial
3:58 goal that means that you can quit your
4:00 job. Secondly, we need a vehicle, a
4:02 proven service that you can sell to get
4:04 there. And thirdly, we need a route, a
4:06 secret to find your first clients. So,
4:07 let's break down the first part of our
4:10 plan. First up is the destination. This
4:12 isn't just a number. It's your freedom.
4:14 And our target is going to be $10,000 a
4:15 month. That's a number at for most
4:17 people means you can quit your job, you
4:18 can pay all your bills, and you can
4:20 finally have control over your time. And
4:21 it's the number that gets you out of the
4:23 trap, basically. Now, I know that might
4:25 sound like a scary or a huge number when
4:26 you're starting from zero. But let's
4:27 break it down. This is the most
4:29 important part. To make $10,000 a month,
4:31 you don't need hundreds of customers.
4:33 You just need four clients paying you
4:36 $2,500 a month. That's it. your entire
4:37 goal over the next few months isn't to
4:39 build a massive business. It's just to
4:40 find four people that you can help. And
4:42 so I've reframed like this because that
4:43 feels a lot more achievable, right? And
4:45 the next logical questions are, what on
4:48 earth can I sell to people for $2,500?
4:49 Where do I find these four people? And
4:50 that's what the next two parts of this
4:52 map are for. So let's talk about the
4:53 next step, which is your vehicle. Okay,
4:55 so now we have our destination, $10,000
4:57 a month. Now we need a vehicle to get us
4:58 there. And look, I've run all the
4:59 different AI business models over the
5:01 past 2 and a half years. I started off
5:03 doing freelance AI consulting, and then
5:05 I started an AI automation agency. Then
5:06 I started an AI education business. Then
5:08 I started an AI SAS. And recently I
5:10 built an AI consulting company as well.
5:12 So I can tell you firsthand what is
5:13 beginner friendly and what isn't.
5:14 There's a lot of people online that
5:16 would tell you to start some like micro
5:17 SAS or something. But that's honestly
5:19 one of the hardest ways to make money,
5:20 especially if you're a beginner. You're
5:21 going to need hundreds and hundreds of
5:23 users just to get by and get to that
5:25 10K. Other people will tell you that you
5:26 should just go and start selling some
5:28 kind of online course. But that requires
5:30 a ton of trust and usually an audience
5:32 that can take months or years to build.
5:34 So, the fastest and most direct path to
5:36 that $10,000 a month is selling a simple
5:39 and proven AI automation system to a
5:40 business that you can build using no
5:42 code tools. This is what's called an AI
5:44 automation agency. But even with an
5:46 agency, there are two main ways of doing
5:47 it. There's the general agency like my
5:49 own Morning Side AI where we can build
5:51 almost anything our clients want. But if
5:52 I'm honest, that's quite a tough game to
5:54 play alone. It requires a team of expert
5:56 developers who are are so skilled that
5:58 they can do whatever is put on their
5:59 plate basically. But for a oneperson
6:01 business, you want to play a different
6:03 game, a smarter game. You want to become
6:06 a niched AI automation agency. You sell
6:08 one system to one type of business. This
6:10 is the key. You take the entire universe
6:12 of AI and you shrink it down to this one
6:14 tiny manageable area that you can become
6:16 an expert in fast. Now, I know what
6:17 you're thinking, Liam, that sounds
6:20 great, but I can't build AI systems. I'm
6:22 not a coder and I'm not technical. I
6:24 hear you, but listen to me. That is
6:25 seriously the old way of thinking. Now,
6:27 I have taught hundreds of thousands of
6:28 people in my community and on this
6:30 channel how to build and sell AI
6:32 automations using simple no code tools.
6:34 I have seen people from every

8:04 you have built your vehicle. Now, how do
8:05 you find those first four clients you
8:07 need to get to $10,000? There are a few
8:08 different ways that you could do this.
8:10 You could run paid ads, but they're
8:12 going to burn cash. And our first rule
8:14 of this business was low cost. you could
8:16 start to create content and that's how
8:17 I've built my brand and got the leads
8:19 for my businesses but that's a long game
8:21 and we need system that gets you results
8:22 now. So we're going to use the most
8:24 highly leveraged tool that a beginner
8:25 has remember getting more output for the
8:27 same input and that's cold outreach
8:29 specifically cold email. So cold email
8:31 is leverage at its finest. You're going
8:33 to write one email campaign and it's
8:34 going to talk to hundreds of businesses
8:37 a day for you on autopilot. It's like
8:39 having a sales team of 20 people working
8:40 around the clock for you at a fraction
8:42 of the cost. And now AI makes it even
8:44 easier. The email tools that we're going
8:45 to use have AI features that help you
8:47 write your campaigns and even respond to
8:48 emails for you to make sure that you
8:50 don't leave them sitting unresponded for
8:51 too long. It's essentially like creating
8:53 your own automated salesforce. So, next
8:54 question is, who are we going to be
8:56 emailing? And this is the most important
8:57 part of the strategy. The easiest way to
8:59 make money is to sell to people who know
9:00 less than you. We're not going to be
9:03 going after the techsavvy e-commerce
9:05 brands or digital agencies. They're much
9:06 more advanced with the AI adoption and
9:08 they're much more familiar with it and
9:09 therefore they're much harder to help as
9:10 a beginner. We're going to be going
9:12 after the most AI clueless businesses
9:14 you can find. So, think of local
9:16 businesses like HVAC companies, roofers,
9:18 plumbers, home cleaners, contractors.
9:20 They are years behind when it comes to
9:22 AI adoption and understanding, which
9:23 means the simple systems that you just
9:25 learned how to build in the previous
9:26 section are going to seem like magic to
9:28 them. And most of these businesses need
9:29 all four of the systems that I've picked
9:31 out to you. This creates a massive
9:32 knowledge gap between where they are and
9:34 where your knowledge with AI is. And
9:35 they'll be happy to pay you to fill
9:36 that. So, here's how it works. You'll
9:38 get a list of leads for each type of
9:40 business using a tool like Apollo.io.
9:41 Then you'll send a simple email campaign
9:43 for each of your four offers to each of
9:45 those business types you've selected.
9:46 After running the campaigns for a while,
9:48 you'll see which niche is responding
9:50 best to which offer. Maybe the plumbers
9:52 love the AI receptionist and roofers
9:54 love the speed to lead system. Whichever
9:55 one gets the most positive replies,
9:57 that's your winner. And you go allin on
9:59 that combination. And I know this might
10:00 seem scary and confusing like running
10:02 cold email campaigns. So, I've got my

11:00 clients. It's in what you do after you
11:01 have them. Once your cold email client
11:03 system is running, you'll be delivering
11:05 the same thing over and over to the same
11:06 type of client. And this is where your
11:08 job starts to change. You need to stop
11:09 being the worker and you need to start
11:11 being the architect of your business.
11:13 And your new mission is to identify your
11:15 own bottlenecks and to use AI to destroy
11:16 them. If you're spending way too much
11:18 time preparing proposals for clients,
11:20 you need to build an AI automation for
11:21 that. If you're spending hours setting
11:23 up the templates for each new client,
11:25 then create a system for that. If you're
11:26 wasting your mornings on reporting and
11:28 keeping clients up to date and doing
11:30 audits for them, then build an AI agent
11:31 to do that for you. Your job at this
11:33 point is to gradually automate yourself
11:35 out of the business. And this is truly
11:36 how you create leverage. You're going to
11:38 be using those no code tools, your form
11:40 of code, to build your own digital
