What's up, Primal Gang? Did you miss my
voice? Me personally, I haven't missed
my own voice because I hear it all the
time. Coach Diabetes basically lost all
his credibility again because he's
claiming that u natural flavors as a
food additive is 99% of the time vegan,
which means that he's 99% of the time
wrong. Natural flavors can be anything
from red bugs to seafood or if the food
quote unquote food was cooked together
with some chicken but the chicken was uh
not included in the in the packaging.
But sometimes it is vegan. So I just
told him to do better research cuz he
clearly didn't do any and to admit
already that he's wrong. Like has he
ever admitted anything about anything
that he's wrong? especially about his
own diet advice, which gave him like
zero benefits. Like, what has changed?
Literally nothing. And his ego can't
handle the fact that he's wrong. And he
just kept changing the subject or
whatever. It's all just mind games. Hey,
Coach Diabetes, if you're just going to
play so many mind games. Like, I get it
that when when we are joking, we are
joking. But when we are talking
seriously, we're talking seriously. But
anyway, you only understand your own
jokes when I make a joke.
you just you just disappear for like
weeks and weeks and you don't even post
videos cuz cuz you just can't take a
joke, man. Or maybe my Eastern European
jokes are just too dark humor or
something. Whatever. And uh he tells me,
"Admit that you are wrong about me
having fish cravings when I eat cucumber
sushi." Haha. Listen, man. If you're
going to a sushi place, you're craving
raw fish. That's the excuse of the
normies. When they want to eat some
socially acceptable raw meat, they are
going to a sushi place. Anybody who goes
to a sushi place and doesn't eat fish or
something, it's just wasting a lot of
money. Like, why would you need to
consume just rice with cucumber and u
and seaweed? Seaweed already tastes
pretty fishy, by the way. Whatever. It's
not my problem if you're wasting money.
And it wasn't only cucumber in in that
sushi. Like come on. There were seed
oils and plant oils as well because you
crave animal fat. But I don't really cra
care that what you crave. And I get it
if someone doesn't doesn't crave fish.
Me personally, the last time I had
sushi, it was like 4 years ago. And even
when I had it, I did not go there
specifically for the sushi. There was
just some sushi served. And um yeah, I
took some. But what you are not denying
that you are craving cheeses and vegan
burgers. Like come on, man. Just admit
it already. Enough with the lies. I bet
that after you watched that video that I
made for you, you got angry and you
ordered like 10 vegan pizzas, five
servings of f French fries cuz um dairy
Amy is French. She's a French girl and
she likes French fries with a lot of
seed oils. and he ordered some vegan
burgers with with seedos as well and
some vegan mock meat or whatever. And
even durian rider himself would say that
you're not doing high carb, low fat,
you're doing high oil and high carb diet
cuz the oil you eat the oil is the oil
you wear and that's how seed oil
problems happen. and you are having seed
oil problems and yeah, dairy as well is
having seed oil problems and you just
got angry at my video because I made you
crave vegan pizza and you were like,
"Yeah, I'm not watching any more AX
videos about me cuz um you can't stay
disciplined to this high carb, lowfat
diet." And that's why um no weight loss happened
happened

just going to say probably the most
important thing
for this what what did I eat what I eat
in a day video is uh the first thing I
do which is uh drink water

going to be harder for you to make other

because uh they're slightly less
dehydrating in the short term but then
over the long term they're going to be
more dehydrating.
Yeah, especially if you eat cooked meat
>> then a better diet like uh the diet I do
high carb, low fat, vegan and uh
I already exposed you that um that's not
what you eat, you know, kind of raw tool
for style.
So uh yeah, I'd say that's probably the
most important thing. And uh yeah,

anymore. And maybe you have hidden also
the dairy milk chocolate somewhere.

mentioned that you like Bisoff biscuits?

you, u is that okay to just cook it on,
I don't know, 200 um degrees Celsius for

minutes or whatever. Like first at least
you should like steam it or boil it to
make it softer and then place it to the
oven cuz that way it's like it's like
more well cooked together and it just
tastes better and it's softer and you
This is just a horrible cooking method.
Even if you would place animal fat over
it, it's just
I don't know. It's It's going to taste a
lot more drier than steaming it. You
don't need to actually steam it for like
until it's uh completely soft. Just Just
enough that you soften it up a little
bit and then place it in the oven. It's
not the most ideal thing to eat, but
yeah, whatever. It's not the worst either.
And why so many trays, man? For me, it
would be difficult to even eat like this
much portion like this. Like quarter of this.
