0:01 Today, we're going to be taking a look
0:03 at all of the latest Animal Crossing
0:05 news that you might have missed in the
0:07 past week or so. Like I usually do, I've
0:09 scoured the internet to find every piece
0:11 of Animal Crossing news that we've
0:14 gotten so you don't miss out on a single
0:16 thing. So, if you're excited for some
0:17 Animal Crossing news, leave a like on
0:19 the video and let's jump straight into
0:22 this. Now, starting us off, the Nintendo
0:24 Museum in Japan has officially opened
0:26 their new art exhibit, which will
0:29 feature concept art and development art
0:31 from various Nintendo franchises,
0:34 including Nintendo. So, we should be
0:37 seeing some really cool Animal Crossing
0:39 concept artwork, perhaps some of it for
0:42 the first time ever, at the new gallery.
0:44 Now, we haven't seen the exact images
0:46 yet, but it's very likely that some that
0:48 we've seen in the past will resurface.
0:50 For example, they released this really
0:51 cool concept art, which I'm sure a lot
0:53 of you might have never seen before,
0:55 which shows some of their design ideas
0:57 and thought processes when designing New
0:59 Horizons. They actually released this a
1:02 few years ago, and it's likely to appear
1:05 alongside the art gallery. They've also
1:07 shared in the past some concept images
1:09 of what New Horizons looked like when
1:11 they were developed. So, I'm sure some
1:13 of that will be there as well. And
1:14 hopefully we might get some brand new
1:16 ones as well as that would be absolutely
1:18 fantastic to learn more about the
1:21 development of New Horizons. So yeah, if
1:22 you are in Japan and you're lucky enough
1:24 to get a ticket for the Nintendo Museum,
1:26 this is something new you can enjoy, but
1:28 hopefully more of it will surface online
1:31 sooner rather than later, too.
1:33 Now, in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp
1:35 Complete, we are still getting some
1:38 completely brand new content, which was
1:40 introduced at the start of the month.
1:42 And this is actually some of the very
1:44 last totally brand new content that we
1:46 will get within the game. Although they
1:48 will keep updating each month, recycling
1:51 old item. As you can see, like I shared
1:52 in one of my past videos, they
1:55 introduced a ton of new content for the
1:56 month of September to kind of finish
1:59 things off. All of this is kind of based
2:02 around plays and theater, you know,
2:04 royal kingdom plays and such from what
2:06 I've gathered, which is really cool.
2:09 There's a lot of really great new items
2:11 introduced here, and you'll be able to
2:13 get some by participating in the fishing
2:16 tournament, which began on the 10th and
2:18 will end on the 20th. So, make sure you
2:20 enter into that event sooner rather than
2:22 later if you want to unlock some brand
2:24 new items that have never been seen
2:27 before in Animal Crossing. There, of
2:28 course, will be more content for you to
2:31 collect with the Gyroid event, which
2:33 will start on the 20th. So, if you are
2:35 looking for even more new content to get
2:38 your hands on, then you will have the
2:40 opportunity to do so. Of course, brand
2:41 new items aren't the only things that
2:44 you get from these particular events.
2:46 You can also get leaf tokens, cookies,
2:49 and various other types of items, which
2:52 you might find really useful. So, it's
2:53 definitely worth logging on and
2:55 participating in the fishing journey
2:58 before that ends on the 20th. Gyroid
2:59 event is similar. Uh it's something
3:01 we've seen in the past many many times
3:03 before where basically you'll collect
3:05 gyroites throughout the map and that'll
3:07 get you some cool items. In fact, you
3:09 can see one of the gyroites in the top
3:12 corner of this image right next to where
3:14 it says September. It's one wearing like
3:17 a little sort of cream hat, which I find
3:19 really funny. I wish we got some of
3:20 these items in Animal Crossing: New
3:22 Horizons. But who knows, maybe at some
3:24 point in the future when we get a new
3:26 Animal Crossing game, some of these
3:28 pocket camp items will make their way
3:31 over. That would be very exciting. That
3:32 is something I certainly hope will
3:34 happen. So yeah, still a lot of really
3:36 great things to do and enjoy in Animal
3:38 Crossing Pocket Camp Complete at the
3:41 moment. Now, let's take a look at some
3:43 new Animal Crossing merch which has been
3:45 announced. Now, technically, we have
3:47 seen this before, but it is very, very
3:49 rare, and they are now releasing it
3:51 again in a limited capacity. This will
3:54 be available at a pop-up store in Japan
3:57 from the 12th until the 28th. So, of
3:58 course, this won't be feasible to get
4:01 for a lot of you, but the good news is
4:03 that since this will now become a bit
4:05 more available, hopefully it'll start
4:07 popping up in more places. Now, this
4:09 particular shirt is very special because
4:12 it was originally worn by Hashi Noami
4:13 during one of the presentations for
4:15 Animal Crossing: New Horizons before it
4:17 launched. We've also seen it available
4:20 at events like Nintendo Live and such.
4:21 So, it's got a history and it's a pretty
4:23 rare and exclusive piece of Animal
4:25 Crossing merch that not a lot of people
4:26 tend to have as it's only been available
4:29 in limited windows. So, if you are able
4:30 to make it into that pop-up store in
4:32 Japan, it might definitely be worth
4:34 getting some. But if not, I think this
4:36 is a good sign that this type of merch
4:37 should start to become a bit more
4:39 available online, which would definitely
4:43 be really good news.
4:45 Speaking of Animal Crossing merch, it
4:47 has been discovered that the Animal
4:48 Crossing LEGO collaboration will
4:52 continue on to 2026. Now, as leaked,
4:54 there will be a new Animal Crossing
4:57 polyag featuring 33 pieces. At this
4:59 current time, we do not know exactly
5:01 what this will entail, but given some of
5:04 the past Animal Crossing polyags, my
5:06 best guess is it'll be a villager with a
5:08 small little set maybe related to their
5:10 house or some sort of Animal Crossing
5:13 related activity. So far, we haven't
5:15 heard of any more big sets coming in
5:17 2026. And previously, it was indicated
5:19 that they will be scaling back the
5:22 Animal Crossing and Mario collaborations
5:23 next year, which is definitely a shame
5:25 as I feel like the Animal Crossing and
5:26 Lego collaborations have been a ton of
5:29 fun so far and it's been a really cool
5:31 new piece of merch for us to get that
5:33 has been kind of widely available. So
5:35 hopefully they will continue it. And I
5:37 think this is a good sign that they
5:39 definitely do plan on doing more in the
5:41 future. I know a lot of us would like to
5:43 see a minifigure series of Animal
5:45 Crossing characters, although I'm not so
5:48 sure that'll be happening, but it would
5:49 definitely be really good news if they
5:51 do decide to do that in the future, as
5:53 I'd love for us to be able to collect
5:54 all of our favorite villagers without
5:56 buying the big sets. After all, we still
5:58 don't have a Bob Lego minifigure, which
6:00 is something I desperately want. So, I
6:02 really hope that happens sooner rather
6:04 than later. Now, if you're looking for a
6:06 fun Animal Crossing experience that is
6:09 currently going on if you happen to be
6:12 in the Sunshine Coast, you can take part
6:14 in the Animal Crossing and Sea Life
6:16 collaboration there. In case you don't
6:18 know what that is, effectively it's a
6:20 real life Animal Crossing experience
6:22 where you go to these aquariums, Sea
6:24 Life, and various others throughout the
6:26 world that are hosting the event. And
6:27 you can meet up with Tom, Nook, and
6:30 Isabelle, take photos. You can get
6:32 Animal Crossing merchandise from there.
6:34 You can also do lots of Animal Crossing
6:37 photo opportunities and learn about the
6:38 critters from the game. So, they've been
6:41 a ton of fun so far. And this one at the
6:43 Sunshine Coast will be happening from
6:45 the 16th of September until the 9th of
6:47 November. So, if you're in the area, you
6:49 have a good amount of time to
6:51 participate, which is definitely good
6:54 news. They have also confirmed that
6:57 Kelly Talton's Oakland will also be
6:59 hosting another, but they haven't
7:01 mentioned what the exact dates will be.
7:03 My best guess is this will happen right
7:05 at the very end of the one happening at
7:07 the Sunshine Coast. That's generally how
7:09 they do this sort of thing, but I'll
7:11 definitely make sure to update you when
7:14 we get more specific dates.
7:16 There is also one going on in Japan at
7:19 the moment at Marine World. This has
7:20 been going on for quite a while, but it
7:23 will officially be ending on the 23rd.
7:25 So, if you are in Japan at the moment or
7:28 you're visiting before the 23rd, you
7:30 should definitely go. I've heard the
7:32 ones at Japan are honestly a lot better
7:34 and they tend to have a lot more Animal
7:36 Crossing merch from what I've seen. and
7:38 even things like the roost as a real
7:40 life cafe there which makes me so
7:42 jealous. So definitely worth visiting
7:44 this one if you get the chance. It is
7:46 incredibly cool. So that's all of the
7:48 Animal Crossing news that we've gotten
7:50 in the past week. Let me know your
7:51 thoughts in the comments section down
7:53 below. I'd love to hear what you have to
7:54 say. If you made to the end, be sure to
7:56 comment Bob's Gang so I know you did. If
7:58 you enjoyed, leave a like and subscribe
