So, what if I told you the real reason
you can't compete with most SEO agencies
isn't your budget or even your team
size. It's that you don't know this AI
system that eliminates 80% of the work
but delivers better results. So, right
now, you're probably using AI to write
content and waiting months for results.
You have competitors who are using this
complete AI system to rank clients
within 30 days. They can charge premium
prices and scale their agencies without
long timeline. and every day you don't
know this system and you don't implement
this system, that gap is getting wider.
So, in this video, you're going to see
exactly how to use this complete AI
system to rank any local business in the
top three on Google Maps within a month.
You'll get the specific AI prompts that
eliminate 80% of the manual work and the
five-step process that works in 90% of
local markets. Now, I've been running my
SEO agency since 2016. I built it to
seven figures in under three years and
now I help hundreds of agency owners
deliver faster results. And this system
works for most local service businesses.
Now, if you're dealing with a broken
site with a thousand index pages and no
ranking whatsoever, you have bigger
problems to fix first. So, last year, a
Lasic Surgery Center owner in downtown
Chicago in the loop came to me after
firing his previous agency. He'd been
paying them $8,000 a month for 3 years.
They delivered everything that most
agencies promised. Weekly blog posts,
location pages for every suburb,
consistent content creation. Now, the
results looked super impressive on
paper. They had 80,000 monthly visitors
from Google search. And that traffic was
growing month over month. So, why did
this owner fire them and hunt me down?
Almost none of the traffic were actual
local customers. Their phone just wasn't
ringing. Their appointment book was
empty. Now, the agency kept showing them
these beautiful traffic graphs going up
and to the right, talking about building
authority and long-term SEO strategy.
Meanwhile, his $6,000 per surgery
business was booking zero patients. So,
when I looked at their local ranking
map, the problem was obvious. All that
content, all that traffic, all that
money, the rankings were solid, very
close to their address, but quickly
dropped off less than a mile away.
Here's what it looked like before.
So, that's when it hit me. Most agencies
are optimizing for the wrong target
entirely. They're trying to rank
websites when what actually gets local
customers is ranking the Google business
profile. So, once I shifted focus to
maps rankings, this LASIC center hit 93%
in the top three across a 100 square
miles centered on Chicago's loop. That's
millions of people. and they pay $5,000
every month because we delivered results
in weeks, not years. Take a look at
their current rank map.
So, here's what that $8,000 a month
agency missed and why most local SEO
advice is just plain wrong. When someone
searches plumber, Google shows a map
with three listings on top. Those are
the Google business listings, not their
websites. 60 to 70% of the traffic of
the clicks of the calls are going to go
to one of those three top spots in the
map. So, if you're not in the top three,
you're basically invisible. Even if you
rank number one organically below the
map, you're fighting for scraps, maybe
20% of the leftover clicks after the
maps and the ads. So, most agencies are
killing themselves trying to rank blog
posts and service pages when the only
real money is in the map pack. Now,
every page on a local website exists for
one job and one job only. Rank the
Google business profile higher. We're
not trying to rank blog posts. We're not
trying to rank service pages. We want
Google to trust and promote the Google
business profile. That is the singular
goal. All those questions about
duplicate content or content
cannibalization. If you start talking to
someone and they mention things like
that, they're focused on pages when they
need to be focused on the Google
business profile. And the reason that so
many SEO clients can see traffic graphs
going up while their phone stays silent,
agencies are bringing in searchers from
other cities, not local buyers who spend
money. But targeting maps is just the
first piece. Most businesses immediately
sabotage themselves with a basic setup
mistake. This common massive mistake is
choosing only one primary category, like
plumber, and then calling it a day. Now,
Google allows you to choose up to 10
categories. If you're only using one,
you're leaving money on the table.
Target at least three or four categories
on your business profile, not just your
primary one. So, if you're a plumber,
you might also add relevant secondary
categories like drainage service and gas
installation service. Now, next, list at
least 20 services on your GBP. Most
local businesses will list a handful,
but 20 services tells Google when to
show your business in search. Now, a lot
of people have no clue what services to
add, so they just guess. I'm going to
show you a quick way to get some really
good ideas. GMBB Everywhere is a free
tool that shows you the most common
secondary categories and services for
any primary category. Let me pull it up
real quick and show you what it looks
like. So, here I am. I have searched for
plumber Fort Wayne, Indiana. And I get
these top three. I don't want to look at
the top three. I want to look for a
business who is out of the top three.
So, I'm going to hit more places and I
get this view. So, these are the same
top three. And what I like to see is a
business out of the top three, but they
have a decent review count. Reviews are
typically hard to get. So, if I see a
business that's done the work in getting
reviews, but they're not yet in the top
three. That's a really good prospect.
Let's see if we can find one. Here you
go. They have 769 reviews. That's a lot.
And they're all the way down here in
position 9 or 10. So, I can turn on the
GMBB Everywhere Chrome plugin. And then
I can hit category finder. And that
brings me to this page. So we can see
the categories that they have. They
aren't a plumber only. They have a lot
of other primary categories. That's
probably one of the reasons they're not
ranking very high for plumber, but
certainly we can get them to rank high
for plumber. So you can see we have
these are the categories they have.
These are related categories that we
could think about adding. And then we
have related services down here that we
could add for each one of their primary
categories. If that's not quite enough,
I also have a fairly simple AI prompt
that you can use. I'll go ahead and show
it on screen. Screen share. ask AI to
copy it or you can join my school group
and find it there. This is a pretty
Now, finally, once you have the
categories and services, I want you to
go into your Google business profile and
fill out every single box. Your business
description, the services we just talked
about, the question and answer section,
the posts, the photos, the business
hours, everything. For every new client
that we on board at my agency, we always
start by doing a detailed GBP
walkthrough to make sure the GBP is
optimized and set up properly. Let me
show you exactly what that walkthrough
looks like. So again, this
documentation, this is what my team
actually uses for new clients. You can
get this in the school community.
There's going to be a link in the
description. And really, what we're
doing is writing everything down that we
would recommend changing. And we're
looking for the client to give us
permission to make these changes for
them. and we can just scroll through.
You want to make sure the name, address,
phone number matches, it's in the
footer, it has local schema, there's
content about the location, etc., etc.
Feel free. Go to the school community.
Take a look at this. It will break down
exactly what we look for. Brand new GBP.
This also links to another questionnaire
that will help us make sure we have the
correct information to fill out every
box in a new client's business profile.
Now, an optimized Google business
profile alone usually won't get you to
the top three by itself. It's table
stake. You need the website structure
that most agencies will get wrong. Now,
like I said, a lot of local SEO advice
out there is wrong. And weekly blog
posts can actually hurt your local
rankings. Stop doing weekly blog posts,
please. So many agencies are out there
creating content for local businesses
that doesn't help them rank locally. We
want to make a website follows the same
structure as the Google business profile
to build more trust and more relevance
with Google. We want to connect your
website with your GBP. So, here's how
that structure works. Your homepage or
your Google business profile landing
page should target the exact keyword
phrase, primary GBP category, and city
name. For example, plumber Fort Wayne.
This exact phrase needs to be in your
title tag, your H1 tag, and it should be
addressed immediately in the first
sentence or two of your content.
definitely include other words, but you
do need to include plumber Fort Wayne,
assuming of course you're a plumber in
Fort Wayne. So remember when you added
three or four secondary categories to
your business profile, I want you to use
each of those secondary categories as an
H2 tag on your homepage. Under each one
of those H2 tags, write a 100 words or
so about that secondary category. Next,
create a new detailed page for each
secondary category. Your target keyword
for each one is simple. Secondary
category plus city name. For example,
drainage service Fort Wayne. Include
exact match keywords in the title tag
and the H1 tag just like you did for the
homepage. Then choose the most relevant
services from your GBP for each
secondary category. Use each service as
an H2 tag and write 100 words or so
about that service. And finally, create
a new page targeting the keyword service
plus city name for every single service.
for example, water heater installation
Fort Wayne. Now, once you've done all of
this, you'll have around 30 pages on
your local website. We call this the
core 30. Each one of those is using the
target category or service and city
name. And together, this core 30 is
giving Google a massive amount of
relevance, comprehensiveness, and
authority. Now, instead of guessing what
content to create for all of these
pages, I'm going to show you exactly how
to identify the gaps that you have on
your current website. Here's an AI
prompt that's going to analyze your
website and tell you exactly what you're
missing. So, for this example, I'm just
going to show you what that prompt looks
like with WC Borkeelt. That's the same
plumber in Fort Wayne who has good
review quantity but isn't ranked very
high. The first thing to notice about
their website. Let me pull it so you can
see it. Is their title tag is the word
home. This is super common. This is
actually the most common title tag we
see in local businesses. Please, if you
catch nothing else from this video,
change your title tag to match your
primary category and your city name, not
So, here's the prompt. We do need some
inputs from Screaming Frog. So, this is
what Screaming Frog looks like. You're
going to put the URL, the domain here,
and then you're going to hit start. I've
already crawled this site and we need
the links all and the internal all. So
the internal all we can just hit export
and it's going to give me the internal
all and then we can click on links hit
export and it will give me the links
all. So then screaming frog it's free
for up to 500 URLs. And if you have
clients with more than 500 URLs or you
have a business website with more than
500 URLs, you should be able to afford
the relatively small license fee to go
above that. But for most of us, the free
version is fine. So, I'm going to give
Claude those two files. And I've
selected the Opus model here. Opus is
better at analysis. Sonnet is better at
writing. And I'm going to say the
primary category is plumber. I copied
all of the secondary categories from
GMBB everywhere. And I entered that the
city is Fort Wayne. So, I'll go ahead
and run this analysis. All right. So, we
have the analysis complete and the
executive summary. This particular
website has eight URLs and it's
basically missing everything. So, this
one's pretty simple. It needs
everything. What's interesting, we did
catch the title tag for the homepage is
home. So certainly that needs to be
updated. If you're watching this WC
Borkeelt, there's a lot of opportunity
to improve your GVP ranking very, very
quickly if you just add a little bit
more content gradually to your website.
You already have the review count to get
the calls. Just add some content and
you'll be golden. So that prompt is so
effective because it literally just
tells you exactly what pages you're
missing and what pages you need to write
to create to rank. Now you know the
structure, but of course creating 30
pages of content or in the case of this
plumber, he's looking at 60 pages of
content that would normally take months.
Here's how to do it in just a day or
two. So I have a single AI prompt that
can handle all of this for you. But it's
not your typical AI content prompt. This
prompt is designed to work for both
Google's traditional algorithm and for
AI systems like chat GPT and Google's AI
overview. So most people when they're
writing content with AI, they just open
up Chat GPT and they say, "Write an
article about plumbing services." That
gives you garbage that sounds robotic
and doesn't rank. This prompt is
different. It creates content that
sounds like genuine recommendations from
a trusted local expert while still
hitting all of the keyword optimization
that Google needs. So, let me show you
exactly what this looks like. Here's the
AI prompt that we use to generate all of
So, the example I'm going to show you is
to write homepage content that ranks
number one on maps while also being the
type of content that AI systems
recommend when people ask for local
services. Okay, so here we have the
prompt and again we want to target
category plumber. So this is going to
write content for the homepage. I have
some directions in the school group for
how to make slight changes to this
prompt if you're using it for category
pages that aren't the primary category
and for service pages. But for now,
we're just going to leave it like this
and go ahead and run it. Again, I have
Claude sonnet as the chosen model. This
does better job at actually writing.
Most of the instructions are in this,
not in what is visible on screen. All
right, so we have the content written.
And I'm going to go ahead and copy it.
And we usually check it in a zero GPT.
This is the AI detector. We know it's
not accurate. We usually just do this
because this is usually pretty good at
detecting bad lowquality content. And
there we go. First pass says it's human
written. Claude is very, very good with
the right prompts at writing content
that pass AI checkers in a day or two,
depending on how many pages you're
missing. And this is going to work for
both Google and ChatgPT. But honestly,
even perfect content won't rank without
this final component that so many skip,
Google's trust signal. Even if your GBP
is perfectly optimized and your website
structure mirrors your GBP exactly,
Google still needs outside verification
that your content is worth ranking, that
your business is trustworthy. This is
equally important when you're using AI
to generate content faster, and it's
important to get recommended by AI
itself. Now, first we need local
business schema structured data with
character for character GBP info. This
is code that goes on your homepage and
tells Google, "Yes, this website belongs
to this exact Google business profile."
If the information doesn't match
exactly, Google's going to be confused
about whether you're the same business.
Here's something kind of interesting.
There's a lot of evidence that Google's
own AI overview doesn't pay a lot of
attention to schema markup, but ChatGPT
loves it and relies on it heavily. So,
when people ask ChatGpt for local
business recommendations, having proper
schema gives you a huge advantage in
getting recommended. You can actually
give ChatGpt schema that it will repeat
when someone asks to recommend a
business local to you. Now, if you don't
know how to code, no problem. ChatGpt of
course can generate it for you. Just
give it your exact GVP information and
ask it to create local business schema
in JSON LD format. It will know what
that mean. You need external links to
validate your content. For the core 30
pages we just created, you're going to
want to source a mediumish quality link
to every single URL. That link is
basically a this isn't slop signal to
Google's algorithm. Now, the AI systems
don't care about these links. They're
just a signal to get these pages indexed
and to improve the trust from Google's
algorithm. For local businesses, you
don't need hundreds and hundreds of
links. A few strategic, highquality
local links will do more than 50
lowquality ones. Now, the absolute best
link for your local business, a local
chamber of commerce. A chamber of
commerce link is probably going to be $2
or $300 per year in most cities. But
that single link will provide more local
authority than almost anything else you
can do beyond chambers of commerce. Also
look for local sponsorship
opportunities, youth sports teams,
community events, local charities. Let
me show you a prompt on screen that I
have in my school group for finding
these local sponsorship opportunities.
Again, if you don't want to join the
school group, no worries. Go ahead and
freeze frame or ask AI to grab this
This will help you identify
organizations in your area that accept
sponsorships and will give you a quality
local link and local mention in return.
So, let me show you exactly what this
output looks like. I'm going to switch
it back to the Opus model and I'm going
to go ahead and hit the research cuz I
want to make sure that the AI actually
crawls the internet to find what I'm
looking for. You're also going to want
to embed your Google Maps listing on
your GVP landing page and create
consistent business citations. Your
business name, address, and phone number
across the internet. My favorite tool to
get these highquality citations is a
tool called Lead Snap. I'll put an
affiliate link in description. It'll
give you half off your first 3 months if
you decide to use it. Okay, so the AI is
done running. Here is the backlink list
that it has given to us. We have some
immediate ones that it's recommending.
And beyond that, it's giving us a list
of event sponsorships along with links
over to it. We have government and
educational institutes that we can
sponsor service organizations. Just an
excellent list of very powerful local
links that we could go after to get this
plumber and Fort Wayne trusted more by
both Google's algorithm and by chat GPT.
Now, with all five of these components
in place, you're going to typically see
movement within 2 to 4 weeks in 90% of
local markets. So now that you have the
complete AI system that eliminates 80%
of the manual work and gets local
businesses ranked in one month instead
of six, you have the GBP optimization,
the website structure blueprint, the AI
content prompts, and the trust signals
with citations that make it all work
together. But having the best local SEO
system in the world won't help you if
you don't have clients to use it on. So,
while you're explaining to clients why
they need to wait for SEO to work, your
competitors are booking calls saying,
"Your phone will ring in 30 days or we
don't get paid." So, that's exactly why
I created this next video where I'm
going to show you the complete client
acquisition system that landed me 97
local SEO clients in just 6 months
without making a single cold call. the
Facebook ad campaigns, the automated
follow- sequences, the exact scripts,
and even the contract that gets business
owners booking calls ready to pay $1,200
or more per month. I'm going to cover
the basics in this video. Once you can
deliver 30-day results using this AI
system, clients will line up to work
with you. But first, you need to know
how to find them. Click this video right

process that helped me build a
