Hello and welcome to the PMH price
sheets module. And so, however you get
there, whether it's through Trello or
through a link on Slack, you're going to
be in this Trello card um or hit the
link of this 2026 pricing. And this will
obviously change every year. And once
you go in here, um I just want to
explain what you're going to be looking
at and how to read this. It's pretty
straightforward. And so you have each
product listed out individually and you
can see just because there's a thousand
pergolas sizes um we have them broken
down into tiers and then post footings
for this product will be right below it.
So you can go through here and start
seeing how easy this is. Now like these
motorized screens, these are the only
sizes we have up to. So, you may be
wondering, there's not a 26 ft. They
don't sell a 26 ft. So, um some of these
are preset to where you can't go below
or above. So, if it's not on this price
sheet, you need to reach out to your uh
supervisor to go over that because uh
there's a reason why it's not there.
Okay. So, you have like all your framing
stuff up here. If you're looking for
weird stuff, stuff that you wouldn't
normally do or just things that we don't
really build a lot of, they might be
over here in this little side section,
you know, like cedar can light boxes,
um, ex covering exposed conduit with
cedar, you know. So, just make sure you
look at all areas. Here's your kitchen.
Same concept. The footing per linear
foot. This is the exact price for the
kitchen. This is no appliances or
anything. This is just the base. Um, so
everything's built all a cart here at
PH. And so whenever you see um a product
or like a project, everything's quoted
individually. It's not it's not quoted
as like a package. So the estimates will
be broken down pretty pretty small.
Um, yeah. So, as you go down, you'll
start seeing all the products, and we
have pretty much everything we do listed
here. Um, demo patios, you have regular concrete,
concrete,
thicker concrete, add for every one inch
thicker than 4 in, it's a dollar per
And then you get down in here, you have
all these pool add-ons. So, if you're
quoting a pool, um, this is where we get
all our prices from. And all this stuff
is in Service Titan. It should match
exactly what's on here. So, we like to
keep that up to date. But, um, yeah, if
