So, I was away on the weekend at a
retreat and I asked my husband, James,
to film Elsie McClla, one of the birds
flip girls, as she went to a proabortion
rally that was being held on Saturday
outside the parliament. You're not going
to believe what went down. They shoved
her to the ground. Uh Tammy Franks
attempted to humiliate her in front of
the entire crowd. I mean, there wasn't
that many people. It was like 150, but
still, it was vile behavior from her. Uh
she was hit in the face like by a sign.
The mainstream media tried to stitch her
up. Um it was it was really gross. But
we're going to talk about it today. Uh
that's today on the Dr. Joe Show.
If you're new to the channel, can I
please ask that you do subscribe? Um
every subscription makes a difference,
helps us reach more people. Uh thank
you, James, for being on the show again
today. Um
>> it's my pleasure, Dr. Joe.
>> This is becoming a more common
occurrence. Should we just say like
you're a regular
>> uncomfortably common?
>> Yeah. But look, this one involves you,
so I think you need to be here for it.
Um I was away over the weekend going on
a retreat with my daughter. It was
something we' planned for a long time,
but it happened to me when the
proabortion rally was on. Um, I did go
to that last year. Uh, we filmed some
content around it. It's really
interesting. Actually, when I arrived at
the rally, they pretty much just broke
up because none of them wanted to answer
my question about why they supported a
bill that would have just meant babies
could be delivered alive after 28 weeks.
Like, they had such an indefensible
position and the rally just dispersed uh
once. I started asking that question of
people. Um, it's not that hard to
disperse a crowd which just has so few
people in it, but it's still a bit of an
achievement. Um anyway, this time I
couldn't be there. So Elsie, who's one
of the B flip girls, incredibly
courageous young woman who's decided to
speak up about abortion this year and
she's just been doing great videos on
socials. Um anyway, she is a good friend
of mine and she was going to this rally
and I said, "Well, you can't go like you
can't go alone like you need a man and I
I asked you if you could come." Um thank
you um for doing that. So James went
with her and videoed. Um, should we
watch now like some of the stuff that
happened or did you want to say
something to start off with?
>> No, I think that's a good plan.
>> Okay. All right. Let's watch the first video.
video.
>> There was tension on North Terrace
before the rally even started.
>> This woman was harassing. That's how she
fell over.
>> So, that actually happened before the
rally even started. Elsie saw Tammy
walking to uh the rally and she went and
asked her some questions. She wanted to
ask her some questions. Um, you can see
there that uh there's a a a lady there.
I think it was a lady with a um
fluorescent yellow jacket, one of the
marshalss who like from what I could see
just shoved Elsie out of the way. Um is
that what happened?
>> Well, yeah. Basically, they're very um
they've got these kind of like um queen
bee types who are their sort of um
they're kind of like gods or I don't
know. I guess that's probably the way
that they see it, you know. But they're
like um Barbara Bed
>> type honchos. No, actually literally
Barbara Bear.
>> Oh, she was there.
>> She was there. >> He
>> He
>> he I don't know. It's hard to say. It's chick.
chick.
>> You guys can wait.
>> Chick with a mo. Anyway, that one.
>> And um Elsie tried to interview
Barbara. What's called
>> and um they immediately
all come out and stand in between her and
and
>> and Barbara, you know, they they kind of
are very protective,
>> which is crazy because Barbara B's an
academic. who's written the book
abortion is healthcare. You think she'd
be able to answer a question on the subject?
subject?
>> Yeah. I mean, she's not just like
someone who doesn't have a significant
voice in this area. Like she's one of
the founders of the South Australian
Abortion Action Coalition. You think if
if Barbara B's being asked a question,
she'd be able to answer it. She doesn't
need like six queen bees around her to
stop her being the queen bee. Oh,
>> she's the queen bee. Sorry.
>> More like the female worker bees. Yeah.
So, and then and then the drones are all
the um the nuted sort of men who hang
around this scene. You know,
>> men are just gross. Um okay, but anyway,
I don't know.
>> They're surely about to get booted out
of the hive.
>> But you just went on a segway. You went
on a segway cuz it like we were talking
about Tammy Franks and this situation.
>> Can I just explain a little bit more
about the biology of a beehive?
>> I think we don't need to hear more about that.
that.
>> We'll leave it. So, um
>> so what happened with the Tammy Franks
thing, the shove? So we um yeah saw
Tammy Franks. We were walking up towards
the rally with all the pro choices. We
sort of had made friends with them in
front of the railway station. Yeah. We'd
had a had a chat to a couple of them. >> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> And um
>> and they were okay. They were civil.
>> They were fine. One of them came up to
us and she was very nervous.
>> Yeah. Plus
>> and um but then she turned out to be
really mean. She put up a whole lot of
really um
>> mean videos about
>> mean videos. I think she might have been
the one who said um
uh standing e cuz um someone said, "Oh,
Elsie um good to see her standing up for
what she believes." And and because
Elsie got shoved to the ground by this,
you know, overzealous um Marshall and
then this chick goes off standing, eh?
Uh making a mockery of the fact that
she' just like this woman had just been
beaten basically. >> Yeah,
>> Yeah,
>> this is what they're like. Anyway, um,
so we talked to her and then we're on
our way. We we sort of walked as one big company.
company.
>> Yeah. All of you, you guys are all the
pro choices
>> on the way to the Yeah, like a march.
>> And then you picked up Tammy Franks on
the way.
>> March in a way. Yeah, we picked up
Tammy. She's kind of hard to miss. >> Um,
>> Um,
>> and uh, which is funny because everyone
was talking about, "Oh, Elsie, you look
so ugly. You're so disgusting." But then
you see there you see there their god
Tammy and she's not exactly a paradigm
of like feminine beauty
>> herself. But anyway, um so we collected
T and then um um Elsie wanted to have a
chat with um the like grand poo bar um
herself and so she tried to just walk
alongside her
and um Tammy Franks
was actually talking to her and
everything seemed fine.
>> But then this marshall pushed around
>> and then these marshals have obviously
been briefed. Don't let anyone talk to
them. You know what I mean? For whatever
reason, even though they have a message
they seem to want to spread,
>> they don't let their own people actually
>> talk about the subject.
>> I think it's because they say, "Oh, it's
because you guys are going to edit the
the the footage." That's what they kept
on saying,
>> but the reality is is like we would
still talk to them and they can edit it
however they want. It would just
wouldn't matter. I think with them they
have to be so careful. They've got these
a very thin line that they have to walk
or they just start sounding completely
psychotic and evil. Yeah.
>> Um and so they have to curate their
message so carefully. And I think that's
where all these accusations of you're
going to edit our thing comes from. It's
not even true. We actually often do
straight interviews where we put a clip
on Instagram which is edited because yeah,
yeah,
>> you can't actually put like a 15minute
interview on Instagram. No one will see
it. But then we actually also often
publish the entire chat on Instagram on
YouTube. Um, and so if people want to
see the full thing, they can go there.
We got nothing to hide. We on our side
have nothing to hide. They on the other
hand have a lot. So
>> So I know when Elsie got shoved, um,
Tammy Franks turns around to her and,
you know, like a normal person would
say, "Are you okay?" Like it's a bit
shocking. You can even see some of the
other pro choices a little bit shocked.
Well, what happened was um interestingly
enough, we can just replay this as I'm
talking about it, but um Tammy was
walking um and Elsie was actually quite
a long way away from her and there was a
marshall in between Elsie and Tammy
Frank and then a a second marshall
>> decided to walk over her over to her and
just give her a very violent shove. >> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> Um at which point Elsie fell to the
ground. He actually
fence tripped
>> and fell into humiliating. Like that's
so gross.
>> Very humiliating and very um very
dangerous. I mean Elsie could have been
really seriously injured. And I uh she
certainly was very emotionally affected.
She started crying about it afterwards.
You know what I mean? As you can
imagine, it's very it's a it's a
horrible shock. Definitely an assault.
You know what I mean?
>> And then Tammy turns to her and like
blames her for it.
>> Yeah. He goes, "I have some decorum."
Like I just go, who does that? Like how
can you not just say are you a like help
me up even if we're on different sides?
Like and then she says to the police who
come in because they saw this happen and
um she says to them, "This woman was
harassing me.
>> That's why she fell over." >> Like
>> Like
>> imagine imagine applying that in any
other situation. Imagine Tony Abbott was
at a um was at some kind of a a
right-wing event and then there was a
female protester and someone walked over
and just like a female left-wing
protester. Someone walked over and just
violently shoved her and then Tony
Abbott goes, "Oh, she was harassing me.
That's why the got shoved."
>> Yeah. Like
oh my gosh. I mean it's just the thing
is and a lot of people commented this on
socials. If this had been the other way
round, this would have been front page
news for days. like they just would they
would just have been running this day
after day
>> and not just in Adelaide. >> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> This would be just national front page
news on every on every uh just a picture
of Elsie lying in the bush. >> Um
>> Um
>> but because it doesn't suit the
narrative, the proabortion narrative,
they're just victim blaming her. They're
saying it's her fault, you know. Um
>> Yeah. Yeah.
>> And then and then um
>> yeah, you and then and then you guys
actually make it to the rally and the
same thing happens. So Elsie's trying to
interview people, but she's just
surrounded and you're surrounded by
people. Um, and so like Elsie's trying
to have these interviews and you know,
we can maybe even just watch a little
bit about what happens here.
>> Well, it was so annoying because um,
every time we would walk up to someone
to interview them, these marshals would
stand in between us and say, "They don't
want to speak to you." Sometimes the
people actually did want to speak to
Elsie, but the like team abortion
wouldn't let them.
>> Yeah. wouldn't let them talk about the
issue that they're there to passionately
advocate for. >> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> So, which is strange because once again,
you can't honestly like any pro-choicer
who is watch I know that they're
probably quite afraid of this channel.
They don't really tune in much, but if
there's anyone watching,
>> come along to one of our rallies, bring
a cameraman, bring a little microphone
and and um collect as many interviews as
you like. There'll be people lined up
eager waiting. We've had proabortion
people at our rally rallies and um like
none of this has ever happened. Like
let's take a look at what happened when
Elsie tried to talk to people.
>> Go on. So like first of all I think it's
really disrespect. Just give me
the camera.
>> I'm talking so you need to listen to me.
>> Yeah. I want to let him But can you tell
him to let you talk? You should have a
voice. Let him get out the way. Yeah.
>> Okay. First of all, I think it's really
disrespectful that you've turned
up to a protest and it's about
protecting women's rights, about
protecting bodily autonomy. It's about
making sure that women who have severe
mental health condition. No, let her
talk. Let her talk. She has a right. No,
that's fine. I don't care about clients
being in my face. Okay. I think it's so
disrespectful that you have
turned up here today to in a protest
that is meant to protect you your like
your rights, right? You have pulled up
here and you have gone, "This is not
okay." like I'm going to I'm going to
fail. I'm going to get clout. I'm going
to get clips. Whatever. Like that is not
fair to everyone who is here today.
Everyone who has shared their stories,
everyone who is in pain because of these
laws that are going to get passed. Like
it's really not fair. Okay. So, you can
just see there like you're the
cameraman, right? And you've got like
people right up in your face like
putting their hands trying to block your
lens. You've got big signs and then
there's this proabortion woman who's
being interviewed but like she can't
like she can't even talk. like they
don't even want her to be shown. Um, but
I think one of the reasons they don't
want her to be shown is because it just
looks really bad. Like these people
really can't string a sentence together
without just using exploitives and
sounding quite foul. Um, and that what
they're there to do is support a bill
like to be against a bill, sorry, to
oppose a bill that saves babies after 23
weeks. Like I think their position is so
indefensible. Um, they that they have to
do this.
>> Yeah. And they they would say, "Oh, you
guys are going to edit us to make us
look say something different to what we
actually said." Um, but I mean Elsie
just played the entire clip. I mean
that's that's like totally we're totally
blind to play these nutters, you know,
>> bad every time sound bad. It's got
nothing to do with us and they know that
as well. >> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> It's not the way we edit them.
>> And so often this is what happens. We
get people doing interviews
>> and then they get halfway through the
interview and they go, "Actually, I want
you to delete this." >> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> I don't consent to you using this. It's
like, well, it's a little bit late now
cuz you did consent. And now that you've
said a whole lot of that makes you
sound like Joseph goals, you
want us to delete your video, but sorry,
these are your opinions and you express
them. Maybe change your opinions.
>> Um, rather than getting me to not report
a, you know.
>> Yeah. Yeah. And so anyway, Elsie and you
tried to do interviews. You couldn't
really do them, could you,
>> because of that?
>> No, I think that was the only one we got
because um everywhere we went, they um
>> the marshals would like Yeah. And just
the marshals would also walk up to
people and say you're not um you're not
to talk to them. >> Wow.
>> Wow.
>> They're so authoritarian. Really?
>> I know. So much for their like women's autonomy.
autonomy.
>> That women couldn't even use their
bodies to talk to a captain and they
actually wanted to speak to they'd be
like, "Oh, no. You're not to you're not
to talk to them."
>> That's crazy.
>> Wow. Dude, that was just so loud. Leave
me alone. Leave me alone.
>> Sort your own people out, please.
>> So that moment, what was that about? Uh
well, there were those two um two men um allegedly
allegedly
>> they shouldn't really
>> um who are passionately um proabortion.
Yeah. Uh
>> who were they had a little stool set up
>> to um I don't know raise awareness of
Palestine or something.
>> Yeah. Well, these are just random crowd
leftist protesters. Like they go to
every leftist issue mark. I noticed
they've taken all the little ceasefire
now stickers off the table though. They
don't really want to talk about
ceasefires anymore for some reason.
Yeah, I don't know. They just don't like
that subject as much as they used to for
whatever reason. But um Elsie was just
looking at their merchandise and one of
the guys just got his fog horn, which is
that video really doesn't do justice to
how loud this thing was. She he shoved
it right in her face and went, >> "Yeah,
>> "Yeah,
>> it's like the thing could give you
hearing damage. Not even joking." You know,
know,
>> it's so gross.
>> It's very violent. Yeah.
>> For a man to do that to a woman. >> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> These people are just um and then I
haven't heard one single proabortion person
person
>> call this out
>> on social media or or anywhere else
since. They're all totally cool with
violence against women, which is to me
>> not surprising, but given their claims
about who they are and what they represent,
represent,
>> it's crazy.
>> Yeah. Yeah. And then the next thing that
happened is Elsie uh like Tammy Franks
does this shout out if you want to call
it that to Elsie. Uh let's watch.
>> But what has changed is this little
woman here with the camera and her
minions and her colleagues who are out
to get as many clicks as they can and
get people to subscribe. [Music]
>> That's literally about me, guys. They
want they want followers. They want clout.
clout. >> Crazy.
>> Crazy.
>> Wow. It is crazy. Like
>> it is crazy.
>> Like this is a politician, you know, um
who has supposed to has been elected to
to actually
um a position where she
should really have some decorum to use a
word of
>> of their own, you know. And then she's
actually actively inciting a crowd to a
crowd that's actually already
demonstrated her right in front of her
demonstrated its capacity for >> violence
>> violence >> violence
>> violence
>> to turn on a unprotected woman. I wasn't
even there at that point because I had
to go and um deal with the kids, you
know what I mean?
>> And being looked after elsewhere.
>> Yeah. Cuz I was away all week. James was
solo parenting and doing this. Yeah.
>> Yeah. Uh and and then um she's she's
pulled that move, you know? Um
>> it actually felt very biblical like when
I watched that and I I sort of feel like
that's like the they've got the stones
and they're like trying to like throw
them at Elsie. Like it feels like a
moment like that. Like Tammy's literally
up the front. And so she, you know, she
claims she's a victim of bullying and
she did, you know, went on about that
this year and that is literally her
bullying Elsie. I don't think anyone
thinks Tammy is the victim.
>> Yeah. But it it's so gross. Um, and
then, um, I wanted to just show you the
Channel 9 news report because like the
media was there and you would think, I
mean, you wouldn't you I'm not gonna
like you guys, we all know just how
biased and compromised they are, but but
I mean, yeah, they just like you would
think that they would maybe like give
Elsie a fair go perhaps just because
like this is just such obvious like
harassment and bullying and assault of
her. Um, but they didn't. Let's watch
the Channel 9 news report.
>> The right to a deeply personal choice
and ignores the complex realities behind
why people terminate their pregnancy.
Prolife activists disagree. It's
>> just about saving babies that are
basically about to be born.
>> An unpopular opinion today.
>> I mean, it's pretty upsetting, but it's
it's nothing to be surprised about. All
they care about is trying to disrupt
other movements.
>> I don't think that I was hurtful. I
think I was actually hurt being here.
Why did you choose to say if it was helpful?
>> I think we're good now. That's my answer.
answer. >> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> The abortion bill will likely be voted
on in the upper house in a fortnight's
time. Samantha Hogan, 9 News.
>> So, that was a nine news report uh that
then got syndicated on Sky.
I just like they didn't show any of the
Elsie being shoved, being pushed with a
sign, like none of the violence and and
and yet they completely stitched her up
because I spoke to Elsie about that
interview and she said that she told the
media, "I'm only going to answer one
question because I'm not used to being
on the media. Like, she's never been
interviewed by TV reporters before um or
even any journalist." And so she said to
them, "I'm just going to answer one
question and that'll be it." And so she
answered the question.
>> Well, yeah. Yeah. So, that chick
Samantha Hogan, I I saw her. I I had a
little chat with her beforehand,
actually. I said, "Look, we're really
not entirely happy with the way that you
guys have been editing these um news
videos lately
>> cuz we've had issues with N."
>> Nine is so incredibly biased on the
>> They're so biased. And um and she goes,
"Oh, it wasn't it's not my not my fault.
They get done in the news." Sorry, not
good enough, Samantha Hogan. It's your
name on the article. And that was so
unethical what I just saw there. Um, for starters,
starters,
uh, you you played a clip of her saying,
"It wasn't, uh, it wasn't them that was
hurt. It was me. I was hurt today."
>> If you don't provide any context of what
she's even talking about, you make her
sound like a crazy person, which you
know full well, Samantha Hogan, you
unethical beast. Um secondly,
uh you
it it's not normal if a person struggles
to answer a question to to then uh play that
that
>> to play them looking unconfident.
>> You don't see that treatment for anyone
other than powerful people who have been
caught in compromising situations. So,
say like a politician or a an executive
at a company or um a person with a lot
of power who has been caught doing
something serious like embezzling money.
At that point, you might play a clip
like that to show that they have
something to hide. How dare you
>> use that approach on someone who has
actually been the victim, the victim of
an assault, a quite serious assault,
>> just minutes before you do that
interview. It it is so unethical. And I
think Samantha Hogan is just another one
of these um abortion activists uh deeply
unethical journalist pretending to be a
media person
>> but really is just a partisan hack.
>> Yeah. This this like I actually feel so
outraged that that's like Elsie's first
interview and she says I want to answer
one question but then they keep
harassing her to ask follow-up questions
and then they show her like not wanting
to answer any more questions because she
said I only want to do one question. Like
Like
>> I just the media is disgusting. Like
that was that that that makes me feel so
enraged that they bully like young women
like that, you know? Like they stitched
her up. They stitch her up. They wanted
to make her look
>> stitch up.
>> Um she was there to peacefully um do
interviews. She was victimized and um
and attacked physically,
psychologically. She had a bull bullhorn
blast in her face on purpose by a man. >> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> And then uh you go and do that to her. Yeah,
Yeah,
>> Samantha. That is complete
>> How do you know that's her name?
>> It was on the
>> I was on the news report. You just been
using it so confidently. I didn't know
that woman from Baris.
>> Neither me. Yeah.
>> Yeah. You just read it. Okay. Samantha
Hogan. We're watching you. I mean, it's
ridiculous. It's just Yeah, we're
watching you like this. We We're
exposing you like that.
>> Yeah, we're going to do more on you as
well. Don't worry. We have to do more
cuz this is we can't have our
>> I'm so sick of these like journalists,
so journalists like Tory Shepard at the
Guardian, Jaclyn Mali at the SMH,
Samantha Hogan at 9 just stitching up us
time and time and time again not giving
us a fair hearing. Um, okay. So, where
did we get to? So, that all happened.
Um, Elsie was pretty shaken. How like
she's pretty shaken. How did you feel
after it? >> Um,
>> Um,
she was Yeah, she was pretty shaken. She
was um you know she did well to stick it out.
out.
>> She did amazing.
>> Um in and in response to that question,
why did you stay? I'm not sure if that's
really an appropriate question to ask a
woman who's been the victim of an
assault. You know what I mean? Um I
think, you know, I think that most of
these like quote unquote feminists would
probably agree on that. And we we
actually saw some of their lines like,
"Oh, she didn't look like she'd been
attacked. Look at the smile on her face.
>> Okay. So, so a woman who has a smile on
her face, nothing bad could possibly
have happened to her, right? >> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> That's what you guys believe.
>> A woman, she's smiling. Oh, well,
there's no way she got raped.
>> Look at the smile on her face. Like the
like these people
are so shameless. And I I am no
feminist, but honestly, I can just quite
confidently say that these people act
like the worst of whom they would
identify as misogynist, you know?
>> I know. And I think we saw that unfold
because then what happened is they went
into overdrive to like try and like
cover this up for really like and
thankfully Elsie just started posting
these videos that you had filmed um and
and like they just were mocking her
online for falling. So, we already
talked about that comment. Isabelle
wrote um well done Elsie for standing up
for life. And then this troll writes um
what did you say?
>> Standing a
>> Yeah, like mocking her for falling. Like
it's just really gross. Um they then
started on this insane tangent where
they started saying sorry I should have
laughed but it is just it's so absurd.
Like they started on this insane tangent
about you and Elsie like sleeping
together. Like I mean it's just
>> they have no shame.
>> They've got no shame. I need to get the
comments so that I can read them. Like I
just So I got home. I'd been on this
amazing silent retreat like no phones.
I'd given my phone to my daughter like
and I said hide it. And I didn't you
know so I got home on Sunday night
>> and James like you know he said
>> by the way just before we go into that
one here this this idiot here
um Soggy Sof is her handle. She actually
said um
>> no one even touches Elsie. She goes, um,
she was talking about the the shove. >> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> And she said, um, James visibly grabs a
woman by the arm. No one even touches
Elsie. Like trying to make it sound like
we're hypocrites.
>> Yeah. Which is just like it's just
satently false, right?
>> Look at the video. You like that?
>> Yeah. Like she's been shoved into her
heads. But actually, let's segue to
that. So
>> watch the video. So no one even touches
Elsie. Are you nuts?
>> Yeah. So I think they go into damage control.
control.
>> This is why these people are alive.
>> They start spiraling. They they have two
claims. One is that you and Elsie are
sleeping together. We'll get to that in
a moment. Um and then the second one is
that you assaulted a woman at the rally. Um
Um >> yeah,
>> yeah,
>> so we should talk about that because
like I I honestly like I got back from
this retreat and I was so calm
>> and peaceful. It been such a nice like
48 hours. I came home, James had
actually like the kids were all in bed,
James had cleaned the house which was
amazing. Like all the wives will know
that that it's no mean feat to be the
husband and to look after all the kids
for the weekend by one and actually get
the house clean for when your wife
returns. So, you were like I was >> Yeah,
>> Yeah,
>> it was impressive. Impressive stuff.
Anyway, like then James tells me
everything that's happened and the fact
that like they're accusing him of
assault. Um, and so
>> I mean it was kind of funny.
>> I know. But I was upset. Like I was I
was I'm so like how dare they like you
were filming Elsie, but how dare they
try and like put this on you. Let's
watch the video of yourself. I'm glad
they did because they look like even
bigger idiot. To be honest with you,
their behavior at the rally was just
appalling. I don't see how any politician
politician
>> or other than Tammy Franks, who's like a
class of her own, but any real normal
person who is also a politician could
have anything to do with these nut jobs
after the way they behaved. I mean, they
are just appalling.
>> All right. Well, let's look at the
assault, right? But then the online
thing if anything since then and their
their attempted cover up has if anything
been even worse.
>> Yeah. Well, let's look at the assault.
So, um do you remember what they said
like cuz they put this in so Sophie so
said you know James assaulted um a woman
at the rally. They then put that in
their story, didn't they? Cuz they
started making that claim on the Channel
7 footage. Yeah.
>> And you replied and said, "Well, if you
think I assaulted someone, show me the
footage." I think I said I said
>> I said if you go to Why don't you go to
the police?
>> Oh, okay.
>> If you think I assaulted someone, go to
the police. And this some account, I
can't remember. He um messaged back and
goes, "Oh, well, maybe we will." And and
if we do, you realize all of these
responses will be part of the record.
And I was like, "Okay,
>> well, these trolls
>> go for it, mate." Like, what?
>> Yeah. But then they posted the footage
in the story.
>> Well, they didn't post it to their
account. They they put it in their story
and which was interesting. And well,
>> I I think the reason why they didn't
post it on their main account, but just
put it in their story is because the
footage itself was so ridiculous they
couldn't afford to have it kept on
permanent record.
>> Cuz what the footage was was basically
if you want to film me.
>> Oh, I'm filming you.
>> Yeah. Yeah. And I'm putting my hand up
and you're you're trying to get around.
You're trying to film around her hands.
Yeah. Yeah. Like that. And then I
basically just tried to move her hand
out the way.
>> Yeah. Yeah. So you're trying to move her hand,
hand,
>> but she didn't move. She just stayed.
>> And so you're trying to move it. She
doesn't. You just
>> Yeah. Yeah. I just left it like that.
>> Yeah. So it went for like half a second
Um, and
like it's just not assault.
>> Oh, and then there was another guy who
was walking up to me in quite a
threatening manner at the same time. And
so I just put my hand on his chest and I
was like, "Dude, just chill, please."
And I was very polite. And you can
actually see by my facial expressions
that I was very polite. And so I had no
I had I had no issue about assault
like against like an assault charge
against me. >> Yeah.
>> Yeah. >> Because
>> Because
>> it's not assault to try and stop someone
from touching. I know that's so I I was
kind of not I was not phased by it. And
so I guess the point I'm trying to make
is I was saying to them
>> by all means go to the police. In fact
do it because that would be
>> funny. You know what I It would be funny
to watch them trying to get a
prosecution over something so ridiculous.
ridiculous.
>> Okay, but I want to say this. The thing
that upset me though was that they
didn't post it to their page because
they knew it looked bad, but they wanted
to be able to say that they posted it.
So, they posted to their story, which
only lasted 24 hours.
>> The strategy. Yeah. Sorry, sorry, sorry,
sorry, sorry, sorry.
>> Don't you guys think he's been doing
more talking in this episode? And it's
called the Dr. Joe Show.
>> Well, I am the man of the household.
>> I don't think it's fair. Like, I want to
say a little bit, too. Okay. All right.
Well, the thing is this like so they had
they cuz I don't think you've explained
it that well. Like they didn't post it
to the page because they didn't want a
permanent record of it, but they posted
it to their story which it like expires
after 24 hours. You can never rec like
you can never get it again. But I think
the reason they stop but I think you're
about to say something. I can I felt it.
But I think the reason I felt you about
to start to talk anyway. The reason they
didn't want a permanent record is
because they wanted to be able to cast
espersions at James that he was like
some kind of like dodgy sexual assaulter
predator type person. Um, and that was
like that would be the claim that they
wanted to make about you time and time
and time again. So like that night James
showed me this comment.
>> Yeah, they Well, yeah. No, but I'm just
trying to explain. So
what they wanted to do was to have a
whole bunch of people who would say,
"Yeah, I saw that I saw that footage.
That was disgusting. That assault that
that attack was was terrible. That gross attack.
attack.
>> So they wanted to get people to be able
to say that and then they wrote
>> but then no one would be able because
it's a story that disappears after 24
hours. Everybody just hears the stories.
Oh, this terrible attack. I saw that
footage. But no one's actually got able
to go and see the footage themselves.
That's what they wanted to achieve.
>> Yeah, I I already said that. >> Yeah,
>> Yeah,
>> I did. It's all right. Okay. I guess
it's about you. You're allowed to talk. Um
Um
>> Yeah. Hey, I'm the victim here or
perpetrator. Anyway, depends who you
are. Anyway, the thing that really like
got me on Sunday night when I'd come
back from my blissful retreat was that
they'd started posting these comments
like at James House Studio, we have
filmed it and now posted Hansy how. So
like they were starting to
I know you can laugh about it, but I was
like, "Oh my gosh, they're like calling
my husband Hansy how online. That's
literally going to be the nickname of my
amazing husband. Like Hansy, how is this?"
this?"
>> It's not going to be the nickname. These
people have what, like
>> like five,
>> six followers or something.
>> Yeah, but then they do those Reddit
threads where they like go down these
like disgusting kind of like vi like pit
of vipers kind of rabbit warrants. No, I
know. But I didn't I guess I feel like I
didn't want Hansy how to be like the
thing that they say about you. Um
>> I think it could take off. I I'm not
going to say I'm not overly fond of the
name, but uh
>> um so anyway, then they all started like
piling on James with that um with that
those words. Uh and then it gets worse.
They actually accuse like James and
Elsie like in these disgusting comments
of like sleeping together of how Yeah.
So, I'm going to read you some. Um
>> I imagine Yeah. Sorry. You go. Here you
go. Yeah.
>> Okay. All right. So, this one at James
House Studio, cool story. Elsie is a
clutch and tripped over her own big feet
and ego. Also, how long you've been
smashing Elsie? >> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah. Now, James had to explain to me
that smashing means um having sex. Yeah.
I I didn't know that. Um but isn't that
gross? And then that's not the worst of
it. Like it goes on and on. All of this
disgusting sexual innuendo. Funny. We
all say the same things about you,
James. How studio. Seriously, you can't
keep it in your pants. Wife not
satisfying you enough. You have to sleep
with Elsie. Gross.
>> Imagine if someone said this in the
office. Imagine these people how much
they would hark up.
>> Yeah. misogynist.
>> Yeah. I mean, these are the people that
are meant to be on the side of women's
rights. Another one at James House
Studio. You are cheating on your wife
and sleeping with Elsie, yet you're
worried about contacting. Contacting
hepatitis. Cool story, bro.
>> I can't even spell contracting.
>> Are you worried? Like, how do they know
you're worried about hepatitis? What was
that about?
>> Well, I said to them, um, I said to
them, um, oh, she that woman was the
victim. Mark, like I'm the one who had
to put up with the like disgusting
stench of your unwashed armpits. Well,
>> I've been washing my hands compulsively
ever since in fear of contracting hepatitis.
hepatitis.
>> How do you respond to these psychopaths?
>> I don't know. I find it fun.
>> I think it's cuz I was away on retreat
and I didn't tell you not to.
>> It's funny.
>> No, look, you are.
>> I smashed them.
>> Okay. You not not smashed.
>> Different smashed. Yeah, you now that I
know what that means. You are funny, but
I just think you're inciting. Like, they
get more excited cuz you reply.
>> Oh, jeez.
>> What are they going to do? Go to the police.
police.
>> No, I know.
>> Please make my day. Honestly, go to the
police and try to charge me um for
assault over trying to stop a woman from
touching my camera. >> But
>> But
>> by gently touching her up and saying,
"Can you please not do that?"
>> But the thing is, like they weren't they
wanted to use that assault to point you
like to make you sound like a bit of a
rapist. So, check out this comment.
enjoy putting your hands on that young
woman today, James.
>> Which was the other reason why they
wanted to um make sure that the footage
only lasted 24 hours cuz they wanted it
to sound rapey.
>> Yeah, I know.
>> So, I didn't sleep very well that night.
You always sleep fine. It's so annoying.
Um but I didn't sleep very well because
I just couldn't believe that this was
happening to the people closest to me
that I really care about. So the next
day like we posted a video um where I
just came out and showed all the stuff,
showed the so-called assault, um called
out the allegations.
>> It's not your idea.
>> That that was my idea to publish the
whole video because I I feel like I'm
the one who came up with the the theory
on why they were putting it in their stories.
stories.
>> I know you did, but
>> I'll claim credit for that. I think that
was a stroke of
>> I was in the video. I did the video.
>> Okay. I know you helped. All right. We
both did it together. This is very
immature. Um, all right. We both get
credit for the fact that with the next
day we called it out, exposed it.
They've now gone really quiet cuz like
what can they really say? Um, yeah. So,
you know, I think at the end of the day,
this is how they operate. And our job
went to
>> And by the way, they're going to come at
some point in the future, they're still
going to go, "Oh, he assaulted that
young woman at the rally." at which case
I think it it's only fair for us to to
get in the comments and just direct
people to the video so they can see what
this assault looked like.
>> Okay, I agree. So, we're going to do
that. But if I could have finished my
sentence, what I would have said is that
every time they're really dark and
gross, we just bring it to the light and
expose it, which is what this video is
about. It's what the Instagram video was
about. And I think like when you really
see them, you realize like how small and
pathetic and gross they are. Um, yeah.
Anything else you want to say?
Not really. Doctor,
>> you've been very badly behaved today.
Normally a guest on the program only
been badly behaved today. No,
>> I haven't. This is my show. Normally the
guest on a program putting in a
>> It's my house.
>> Our house. Normally a guest on the
program when spoken to. All right. But
we'll have you back. I love filming
episodes of James. They're so good. So
much easier to film. Um because I've got
someone to bounce off. So do you want to
do this again?
