So I got into Google at the age of 21.
Got into Google. I got the offer in
2023. Now in 2026 things have totally
changed, right? AI is everywhere. AI can
code. AI is winning global competitions.
AI can go ahead and do everything that a
person human engineer ever can. The
question is like what are the skills
that a company like Google is looking at
today if they want to select candidate.
So in this video I'm going to give you a
complete 2026 road map of what you have
to do to get your dream job at Google.
Quick disclaimer, this road map is going
to differ based on where you are
currently in your journey. So if you're
a student or if you're a working
professional or if you are someone who's
totally new to tech and AI, then this
road map is going to differ a lot. So
the road map that I'm going to give you
is going to be more student specific and
working professional specific. If you
are someone who's starting totally from
scratch in tech and AI, I would suggest
that you go ahead and check out my
previous videos that I have made on 6
months road map and 3 months road map.
that will give you a complete breakdown
of how you can actually become a
software engineer and get a good
package. This video is going to be
solely focused on people who do have
knowledge about tech and AI and want to
get into Google. So, let's get straight
into it. Number one thing that you need
is your resume, right? Your résumé is
going to be the entry point that will
get you shortlisted. And the thing that
you need to focus on is okay, I have my
rumé, but what do I add in my resume?
That being said, the college that you're
in and the skills they teach does
matter. Most of the colleges are still
stuck on teaching you C. While Mirage
School of Technology has totally changed
the game for colleges. It launched last
year and now it's entering its second
year and Mai School of Technology made a
lot of promises. They said free MacBooks
for all students, coding from day one,
access to AI tools, mentorship from
experts. But is it really true? Let's
take a look. Students studying there
currently are already making projects
from their MacBook. Mentors are working
on the students coding skills from day
one which makes them an early learner. I
can honestly tell you this is the
fastest play to get started with coding
early and don't trust me listen to the
students who are already working there
and you can see it for yourself. They
get access to 15 plus AI tools which
preps them for Mangle level jobs and it
is absolutely needed right now and all
you need to be eligible is you need to
have 50% or more in PCM. So check out
the link in the description or in the
pin comment below if you're serious
about your man prep. And now let's get
back to the video. So in your resume the
project should be very very focused on
AI. Maybe you have built some agent on
your own. Maybe you have added LM on top
of something. Maybe you have built a rag
model. So if you have integrated AI into
anything, if you have integrated added
LLM on top of something or maybe you
have built many apps using replet or
some other wide coding tools like
cursor, claude, then that is going to be
very very important and make sure that
you mention in the projects. So in the
tool section you mentioned that you have
used these these tools which is like
whether you've used claw or you have
used ripplet or let's say if you are
building using llms then you mention
exactly what inference engine you used
what model you used why did you use that
model what was the percentage
improvement what is better from the
