0:11 another discipline psychology type of
0:14 video as you guys know we're going back
0:16 and forth between the trading and
0:17 psychology because there's no point in
0:19 just teaching you just the trading
0:21 aspects if you don't understand the
0:22 psychology behind it especially if all
0:25 these mentors and all these people on
0:27 YouTube and on social media are saying
0:30 that psychology makes up the majority of
0:32 trading
0:33 um and their courses only cover one
0:36 little section of it okay
0:38 um and the rest of it is all about
0:39 trading so that's what we're doing
0:42 different here okay so hopefully we guys
0:43 we can get you guys in the right mindset
0:46 um so when you start trading and start
0:49 learning right and actually
0:50 understanding how to trade correctly
0:52 you're not following it falling into
0:54 these pitfalls that all these people
0:55 fall into because you have a disciplined
0:57 mindset because your psychology is on on
1:01 point okay so hopefully that can
1:02 accelerate your guys's learning curve
1:04 um a lot faster than what mine was at
1:06 the time
1:07 okay so today we are going to be talking
1:10 about goal setting okay we've talked
1:12 about taking action we've talked about
1:13 discipline okay today we are going to be
1:16 talking about goal setting and how we
1:18 can actually set goals um and actually
1:21 reach our goals through an actual like
1:23 goal setting method that I've studied um
1:26 I forget who the you know like person
1:29 that what uh like taught this to me was
1:33 um but I learned it through a basketball
1:35 program okay and back in the day I was I
1:39 was really really obsessed with
1:41 basketball
1:42 um and improving myself and one of the
1:44 things in basketball along with trading
1:46 is psychology and in in the thing they
1:49 called it The X Factor because you know
1:51 there are some people who are known as
1:52 practice players right and you guys
1:54 might be like this right you're you're a
1:56 demo Trader right you you can only seem
1:59 to win trades on demo but then right
2:01 when you go to live right when you get
2:03 in the game you cannot execute and
2:05 you're probably thinking what's wrong
2:06 with me
2:08 um so hopefully this course can give you
2:11 that X Factor
2:13 um hopefully this can help you you know
2:15 start you know looking towards some
2:18 goals that you want to achieve
2:20 um and you know getting after it okay so
2:23 we're gonna start off with how to set
2:25 our goals because this is
2:29 sorry the little strings were all messed
2:32 up on here but we're going to talk about
2:34 how we can set up our goals to actually
2:37 fulfill them
2:38 um and not just have them forever just
2:40 be like this is my goal but I have no
2:43 clue how to get here okay there's an
2:44 actual process and a situation
2:47 um in like a a plan to reach your goals
2:50 okay so the first thing that we need to
2:53 do is we need to have our three
2:56 this thing will load
2:58 we need to find three long term end
3:03 goals
3:05 okay
3:06 and again remember I told you guys get a
3:09 notebook
3:10 if you haven't got one already now is
3:12 the [ __ ] time because we need to
3:13 start writing these down Okay so
3:16 in your notebook hopefully you guys have
3:17 your notebooks ready
3:19 um hopefully you guys have been taking
3:19 notes throughout this entire thing but
3:21 whoa
3:23 um write down three long-term end goals
3:26 okay so this can be
3:28 this can be something as simple as
3:30 becoming a funded Trader right that's
3:32 that's kind of like a midi medium term
3:36 goal okay I want these to be long term
3:38 like
3:40 10 years down the line type of goals
3:43 okay so maybe that's
3:45 um saying I I manage
3:48 um six figures
3:50 um in my trading account or
3:53 um whether that be you know I'm
3:56 um you know figure out what what your
3:59 three long-term end goals be are going
4:01 to be okay and make this be like you
4:03 know super long term when you're grown
4:06 okay years down the line right something
4:08 that you don't necessarily understand
4:10 how to get to those goals okay so
4:13 whether it be
4:14 um you know having six figures in your
4:16 trading account
4:17 um making six figures in profit a month
4:21 um so you know maybe you have more than
4:23 six figures in your trading account
4:24 maybe you have a seven figure trading
4:25 account maybe that's a long tournament
4:27 long-term end goal uh maybe one of your
4:29 long-term end goals is literally to buy
4:33 a 10 million dollar house right this
4:34 doesn't all have to be applicable to
4:36 trading right this is just life goals
4:38 okay we need we need we need to
4:40 understand that goal setting okay and
4:42 actually going after our goals it
4:44 doesn't always have to be about trading
4:45 and that's kind of what I I want to put
4:48 into this right this is this should
4:50 teach you things about life as well okay
4:52 so three long-term end goals that you
4:55 have no idea how you're going to reach
4:57 but you know you want them okay one of
4:59 them could literally just be like I want
5:01 a [ __ ] Lambo I know I wrote that down
5:03 I don't want one anymore
5:05 um because living situations have
5:07 changed right
5:08 um I I mean maybe I get one eventually
5:11 but it's hard for me to fit in them okay
5:14 um I didn't know I was going to be this
5:15 [ __ ] tall when I was writing those
5:17 those goals down like sophomore year of
5:19 high school but
5:21 write down your three long-term end
5:22 goals okay and then from there this is
5:26 where we can get into this [ __ ] where is
5:28 it
5:29 then we are going to write down oops
5:33 oh I almost just killed a fly so close I
5:36 used to be so good at killing flies Okay
5:39 so after that once you write down your
5:40 three long-term end goals you're going
5:42 to write down 10 short term goals or
5:47 okay or just
5:50 steps to get to those
5:54 and goals
5:56 okay because most the time people are
5:59 like what's my goal I want to be you
6:02 know what what's what's your what's your
6:03 New Year's resolution and this is why
6:05 people never never complete their New
6:07 Year's resolutions people say I want
6:08 six-pack abs I want this I want that and
6:12 then they're like well where the [ __ ] do
6:14 I start you know so so by doing this we
6:17 can set three long-term end goals and
6:19 then we have ten short-term goals okay
6:22 for each one okay so make sure it's 10
6:25 for each of those three so you should
6:27 have 30 short-term goals or steps per
6:30 long-term end goal okay
6:33 um to to reach those long-term goals
6:36 okay so what can this be okay this can
6:40 be as simple as right if one of them is
6:43 if one of them is for trading okay it
6:45 can be as simple as
6:47 I I follow my trading plan every single
6:50 day that's a goal in itself that means
6:52 every single day you have to hit that
6:54 goal by doing what by following your
6:56 trading plan that's super easy this is a
6:59 very short-term goal okay
7:02 what else are what else can you put on
7:04 there if it's a if you're one of your
7:05 long-term goals is trading related with
7:07 which most of you guys at least one of
7:10 them should be in fact I advise one of
7:12 them to be trading related okay because
7:13 this is like kind of what we're focusing
7:16 on here okay so right one of them can be
7:19 boom I follow my trading plan every
7:22 single day
7:23 the other one can be I use risk
7:25 management every single day okay
7:28 um another one can be
7:30 I I Journal my trades and I review what
7:34 I did right what I did wrong every
7:36 single day right get 10 short-term goals
7:40 or steps that will as you do them every
7:43 single day put you on track to reach
7:47 those long-term goals that's where
7:49 people go wrong a lot of the times with
7:51 goal setting guys they they have like
7:52 these crazy end goals for their future
7:55 and they never end up hitting them
7:56 because they have no idea where to start
7:58 so let's instead of you know just
8:01 setting these long-term future end goals
8:04 right and just having no clue where to
8:06 go let's let's literally lay out the
8:08 path let's Google Maps this [ __ ] right
8:10 let's let's lay out all the steps that
8:13 we have to complete day in and day out
8:15 to reach those goals and then sooner or
8:16 later if you can keep completing those
8:18 short-term goals keep getting one
8:20 percent better every single day by
8:21 completing those steps by completing
8:23 those goals day in and day out those
8:25 long-term goals will be hit instantly
8:27 right what what if one of your long-term
8:28 goals is to be funded
8:30 right I know damn well that if you
8:32 complete all your short-term goals and
8:35 steps like day in and day out within a
8:38 couple months right you'll be [ __ ]
8:40 funded and getting paid out
8:43 but if you just sit there and say
8:46 my goal is to be a funded Trader and
8:49 then you go in [ __ ] full port
8:50 everything and you don't actually take
8:52 steps or have a direction of where you
8:54 want to go right that's just like that's
8:56 just like I want to be a millionaire
9:00 but I don't know how to [ __ ] do it
9:01 right like we need we need steps to lead
9:04 us in the right direction so right we
9:07 need to put those down
9:08 okay
9:10 next okay we need to
9:14 make sure you actually damn bro this

10:00 goals daily or take steps in the
10:01 direction of the short-term goals those
10:03 10 short-term goal short-term goals
10:06 don't necessarily have to be just like
10:09 doing one thing every single day they
10:11 can be they can be I am profitable for
10:14 the month right because that's not
10:16 necessarily a long-term goal that's a
10:19 short-term term goal that could be hit
10:21 or it can be I am profitable on the week
10:24 right that's a great place to start how
10:27 can you turn profitable in a week right
10:29 by following little baby steps that
10:32 those those little baby steps you can
10:34 keep in your mind but at least with
10:36 these short-term goals right if you if
10:38 you can be profitable for the week and
10:40 then you can be profitable for a month
10:42 how easy is it going to be to keep
10:45 climbing up those ranks to end up
10:47 getting to those long-term goals it's
10:49 going to be so [ __ ] easy because you
10:50 have the path laid out right in front of
10:52 you so write this [ __ ] down remember
10:55 in that in that Tick Tock video where I
10:58 had all my goals written out
11:00 bro literally every single one of those
11:03 goals got [ __ ] smashed got demolished
11:07 by what I'm by where I'm at now
11:09 and it was because of this because I
11:12 understood that those long-term goals
11:13 aren't going to be hit instantly we know
11:15 that it's going to take time and what
11:17 did I do to understand that it's going
11:20 to take time I I literally laid it out
11:21 for myself I said this is what I have to
11:24 do in order to get to those long-term
11:26 goals I set myself up instead of taking
11:29 [ __ ] massive it's like climbing a
11:32 mountain right there's no elevator to
11:34 the top bro you got to take [ __ ]
11:37 steps and steps and steps getting one
11:38 percent better getting one percent
11:39 higher every single day until you reach
11:41 that [ __ ] top
11:43 okay that's how you get there and you
11:45 and you know your route up the mountain
11:47 right if you just get there not even on
11:49 the trailhead and you're just yeah I'm
11:52 about to scale this [ __ ] right you're
11:54 gonna [ __ ] give up bro
11:56 bro I'm trying to get this you're gonna
11:57 give up on day one
11:59 right so
12:01 with that being said this is this is
12:03 really all I want you guys to do for
12:04 today set three long-term goals and then
12:08 lay out the path to reach those goals
12:10 okay and and at the end of this summer I
12:14 I know damn well that you guys will be
12:18 that you guys will have made serious
12:20 Improvement probably not reaching those
12:22 long-term goals but there you will be
12:25 steps in the right direction you'll be
12:27 miles in the right direction you will be
12:29 heavily in the right percentage
12:32 in going in the right direction to reach
12:33 those long-term goals if you follow your
12:36 steps that you laid out for yourself
12:37 every single day right and you actually
12:39 have to make sure you do those or
12:42 actually are going in the right
12:43 direction okay because if you aren't
12:45 then guess what someone someone's
12:48 working Harder Than You someone's taking
12:50 steps in the right direction because I
12:52 know I know for a fact there's going to
12:54 be 10 plus people that are watching
12:57 these videos every damn day following
12:59 every single thing that I say in here
13:01 and those are the people that are going
13:03 to be come out of here the best those
13:05 are the people that are going to come
13:06 out of this [ __ ] profitable those are
13:08 the people that are going to come out of
13:09 this and just be dude like there will be
13:13 nothing that can stop them there will be
13:14 nothing in their [ __ ] way because
13:16 they followed every single thing
13:18 okay so you can literally it's up to you
13:22 all of this is up to you right goals are
13:24 just goals until until you actually take
13:26 action
13:27 until you actually complete them until
13:29 they're actually reality right goals
13:32 will forever just be [ __ ] dreams
13:34 right all up in your head until you
13:37 actually start taking action to go
13:38 towards them until you actually make
13:40 them reality and now for me I know I'm
13:43 going to set my long-term goals okay I
13:46 know I'm I'm going to set my short-term
13:48 goals to reach those long-term goals I'm
13:50 going to start with you guys I'm
13:52 literally right after this video gets
13:54 post or not posted right right after I
13:56 finish recording this video I'm going
13:58 over to the store right now to buy
13:59 myself a new notebook I'm writing down
14:01 my goals and guess what one of them is
14:03 hitting a hundred thousand subscribers
14:04 on YouTube within this year
14:06 within this year I know sounds [ __ ]
14:09 crazy we hit 30 000 followers today I
14:12 and I appreciate every single one of you
14:14 guys I'm being dead serious man like
14:17 it like this social media is so fun
14:21 um it's so fun yeah there's ups and
14:23 downs to it but it's it's amazing and
14:25 it's fun and it's great to have an
14:27 audience that really loves and supports
14:29 you so with that being said I know you
14:31 guys love and support me if you're

15:09 and get there
15:10 at least I'm making an attempt right and
15:13 see with this I put a deadline on it I
15:15 know damn well I'm hitting a hundred
15:16 thousand subscribers either way either
15:19 way I'm hitting that Mark okay no matter
15:21 what it's going I'm going to get there
15:23 easily okay but you know it's going to
15:27 take time and it's going to take one
15:30 step in the right direction every single
15:31 day and guess what one of those steps is
15:33 uploading a video for you guys okay so
15:37 I already think I'm on I'm I'm moving in
15:40 the right direction okay I know for a
15:42 fact that I'm going to complete my goals
15:43 every single day because without driven
15:45 and motivated and disciplined I am some
15:47 of you guys haven't really built that up

15:56 down your three long-term end goals and
15:58 then write down the path that you are
15:59 going to take to get to those goals and

16:10 your goals every day as if you are there
16:15 already
16:18 this is very very important okay
16:22 read and vocalize your goals several
16:26 times at least five times okay out loud
16:31 every single day as if you're there
16:33 already okay so what does that mean that
16:35 means right whatever your long-term end
16:37 goals are let's say one of them is
16:40 I'm a millionaire okay or or you want to
16:45 be a millionaire that's one of your
16:46 goals you are going to say I am a
16:49 millionaire and that is how you are
16:50 going to write out your goal
16:52 okay you are going to you're not going
16:54 to say you're not going to write I want
16:57 to be it's not it's not I want it is I
17:00 am or I will okay
17:02 choose one of the two it's either I am
17:05 or I will I will be a millionaire
17:08 say it with confidence I will be a
17:10 millionaire I will be a profitable
17:12 Trader I will be a funded Trader I will
17:15 be making six figures every single month
17:19 and say it out loud read it five times
17:22 through and say it out loud when you say
17:24 it out loud you are you are owning that
17:27 it's really difficult to say something
17:30 out loud
17:31 that you don't personally believe in
17:34 that because or else it would be a lie
17:37 right yeah yeah you're sort of Lying by
17:40 saying I am okay
17:42 okay but it's putting you in the right
17:43 headspace okay besides just saying I I
17:46 want to do this
17:48 I'm sure you guys have sat there and
17:50 told yourself I want this I want that
17:52 but then never ended up getting it right
17:55 so instead let's flip it I will or I am
18:00 okay I always say I am that's what I did
18:02 back when I was doing it and that's what
18:04 worked for me
18:05 okay so right if what if one of yours is
18:10 um you want to be profitable I am a
18:13 profitable Trader I am a profitable
18:15 Trader I am a profitable Trader I am a
18:18 profitable Trader say it over and over
18:20 again
18:21 until you can literally until you
18:24 literally believe it yourself
18:26 and then guess what drilled into your
18:29 [ __ ] subconscious you have to read
18:30 that every damn day imagine reading that
18:33 every single day
18:35 there's there's just no way that you
18:37 don't that you don't get results there's
18:40 no way that you read that to yourself
18:41 every single day and don't start acting
18:43 like you're profitable there's no way
18:46 that you could that you would even be
18:47 able to feel feel okay saying that
18:50 without taking the steps in the right
18:52 direction right if you stand in the
18:54 shower and say I am a profitable Trader
18:57 I I like I am a profitable Trader I am a
19:01 disciplined Trader I am patient within
19:03 the markets I am patient within the
19:04 markets these are all things that I used
19:06 to say to myself in the shower literally
19:09 at four a.m in the morning [ __ ] water
19:11 going over my head and I was bro I was
19:14 just [ __ ] eyes closed saying that
19:16 [ __ ] because I believed it and I wanted
19:18 that so so bad
19:22 there's no chance
19:24 that you can say that with conviction
19:26 every single day
19:29 and not become it
19:31 especially especially when you have when
19:35 you have literally a structured path to
19:37 get there
19:39 especially when you have that
19:41 make sure you read and vocalize your
19:44 goals every single day okay what I what
19:47 I used to do and what I I plan on doing
19:48 you guys can even do this too is I
19:51 started with my goals at the back of the
19:52 notebook I wrote out my three long-term
19:54 goals I wrote out my short-term goals to
19:56 get to those goals and then so I have
20:00 like [ __ ] boogers but and then on the
20:03 back right so it was like the first the
20:04 first page on the back and then what did
20:06 I do every single morning I would flip
20:08 the page and write it down again
20:10 write down all my three long-term goals
20:12 all 10 short-term goals to get there and
20:15 then right so now I'm I'm reading it I'm
20:18 writing it and I'm [ __ ] vocalizing it
20:21 I made sure there was no [ __ ] chance
20:23 in hell that this [ __ ] was not going to
20:25 happen because I wasn't I wasn't going
20:27 to let it I was not going to let this
20:29 just
20:30 [ __ ] fizzle up into nothing that's
20:33 where people go wrong with goal setting
20:35 they just say I want I want I want I
20:37 want I want and not I am I will if you
20:41 say I will do this odds are you probably
20:44 will right I will right right imagine
20:49 reading your short-term goals I will be
20:51 a disciplined Trader
20:53 I am a disciplined Trader what are you
20:55 going to do when Market opens after
20:58 reading that [ __ ] five times over after
21:00 reading your 10 short-term goals five
21:02 times over
21:04 right
21:05 it's going to be really really difficult
21:07 for you to over leverage for you to over
21:09 trade some of you guys might fold but
21:11 all I'm gonna say is once I started
21:13 doing this stuff
21:15 my I got locked in
21:17 I stopped folding to all those other
21:20 emotions those other opinions those
21:23 other [ __ ] pressures coming at me
21:25 right because I knew what I wanted and I
21:27 knew what I was going to do
21:29 because I had that I had that path set
21:31 for me and all I was just looking
21:33 straight ahead I was I had those [ __ ]
21:36 blinkers that the the [ __ ] horses
21:38 have right I had those things I was like
21:41 right
21:42 locked in
21:44 okay then that's what I want you guys to
21:46 be locked in on your goals okay so with
21:50 that being said you guys got some work
21:52 to do this is your homework this was
21:54 literally just a homework assignment in
21:56 itself you guys gotta you guys got a
21:58 couple things for homework you guys got
21:59 to go get a notebook you guys got to
22:01 write down all three of your long-term
22:02 end goals in that notebook okay you
22:05 gotta write down all 10 of your
22:06 short-term and short-term goals to get
22:09 to those end goals in your notebook you
22:11 got to make sure that you actually
22:13 complete them every single day so this
22:15 is part of your home this is going to be
22:16 homework every single [ __ ] day okay
22:18 and then you're going to read and
22:20 vocalize your goals every single day
22:23 and if you're embarrassed about your
22:25 parents hearing that
22:27 I don't think this is this is for you if
22:30 you're embarrassed at hearing anybody
22:32 hearing your end goals this is not for
22:34 you because why what makes you think
22:37 that you'll be able to get to that if
22:39 you're embarrassed about even saying it
22:41 in the first place
22:43 if you're embarrassed at saying I am a
22:45 profitable Trader or I will be a
22:47 profitable Trader if you're embarrassed
22:49 about saying that with other people to
22:51 hear
22:53 you're not cut out for this son you're
22:55 not you're really not
22:57 okay what makes you think that you that
23:00 that you'll be able to do this if you're
23:01 embarrassed about saying it sounds like
23:03 you do not want it enough
23:05 Okay so you got your work cut out for
