0:04 The most important decision of your life
0:05 is deciding whether you're truly
0:08 committed to being happy no matter what.
0:11 Because life is going to throw all kinds
0:14 of curveballs at all of us. So the
0:16 greatest gift you could give yourself is
0:18 I believe to make that decision and say
0:21 life is too short to suffer.
0:23 It doesn't matter what happens,
0:25 you're going to find something to enjoy
0:27 and appreciate.
0:29 >> You find what you're looking for. You
0:31 want to get sad, go read all the
0:34 negative stuff. It's there unlimited.
0:36 You want to be happy, go find all the
0:38 free content around happiness,
0:40 self-fululfillment, positivity. It's all
0:43 there. You find what you're looking for.
0:46 I'm not an advocate of toxic positivity
0:49 or rosecolored glasses necessarily, but
0:52 I do believe that you get to choose the
0:54 thing that you're going to go looking
0:56 for. And if you can get up and say, "I'm
0:58 going to go out and find some evidence
1:00 of a good day," the likelihood of you
1:03 having one is just higher. That
1:06 gratitude allows me to have perspective
1:07 at the end of the day as opposed to
1:09 focusing on all the horrible things or
1:11 the bad stuff. It brings me back to
1:13 perspective that my life is my life is
1:15 amazing. Even if it's horrible, my life
1:18 is amazing. Even if it's the worst day
1:20 ever and everything's against me and I
1:22 lose all my money and something else bad
1:24 happens, it's still incredible. You
1:26 focus so much on the negative that you
1:27 forget all the positive. And then when
1:29 you do think about the positive, you not
1:30 putting the energy in the positive like
1:32 you put in the negative. I know how to
1:33 talk negative just like you know how to
1:35 talk negative. But it don't work. It
1:37 don't help nobody because if I put my
1:38 energy into something negative,
1:40 automatically my body's going to respond
1:41 and I'm going to start doing negative
1:44 stuff. I was homeless too. My father
1:45 wasn't in my life too. I've been in
1:47 struggles too. But I've come to realize
1:49 that when you think optimistically and
1:51 you speak positively, you can speak
1:53 those things which are not as though
1:55 they were. You can say certain things
1:58 out your mouth and make it happen. [Music]
2:00 [Music]
2:04 You know, you know when you are guilty
2:06 of wasting time and laying in bed and
2:09 you're being lazy, you know it. Whether
2:12 that was 7 7:00 in the morning or 6:00
2:14 in the morning, you know it. You have to
2:16 start the cycle of waking up early by
2:25 >> Success is not convenient. You have to
2:27 do what is required to accommodate success.
2:28 success.
2:32 Holding the line, maintaining the
2:36 standard, giving no slack, none. That's
2:38 the discipline.
2:40 There are opportunities that are going
2:42 to come your way. And there might be
2:44 some other things going on. And you have
2:45 to make a choice. You have to ask
2:48 yourself the question, what do you want?
2:50 Because if you don't know what you want,
2:52 nothing else matters.
2:54 >> How I'm about to use my time. Is it
2:56 positive? Is it purposeful? Is it
2:59 leading in the direction of where I'm
3:02 going and the meaning of my life? Is it
3:07 productive? And is it profitable?
3:08 But when you know what you want, e, why
3:10 do you wake up at 3:00? Cuz I know what
3:12 I want.
3:13 >> One thing that discipline definitely
3:16 does help you with is it helps you get
3:19 things done. And when you get things
3:21 done, when you you you actually do
3:24 things, you you you you have more
3:26 success. I wake up, boom, and I go
3:34 And if you going to really be successful
3:35 in life, if you going to have it, if you
3:36 going to be it, you going to do it, I
3:37 need you to take personal
3:39 responsibility. And I want you to say,
3:42 the reason I'm not amazing yet because I
3:43 hit the snooze button. That's why I'm
3:46 not amazing right now.
3:48 >> A big part of success is just not being
3:50 lazy and just doing it. Just get it's
3:53 like 90% of it is just showing up.
3:55 The reason why I'm not amazing right now
3:57 is cuz I couldn't get up early enough
3:59 cuz I told myself I'm not an early
4:01 person. Get there and start working.
4:03 Like you're not going to feel perfect
4:05 every day. If I felt if I only worked
4:08 out when I felt good, I'd be a fat. I'm
4:10 not I'm not amazing because I would
4:12 prefer to make excuses than make
4:16 adjustments. That's why I'm not amazing
4:17 cuz there's a lot of days I don't want
4:20 to do it. It's pretty much the same with
4:23 everybody that that actually gets good
4:25 at something.
4:26 I want you to do me a huge favor. I want
4:27 you to stop talking about this person
4:29 didn't do that. That person didn't do
4:31 this. This didn't got any had. I didn't
4:34 grow up here. I didn't get this event. I
4:37 didn't get Kill it. Kill it. You You got
4:39 There's got to be those days you push
4:41 through. Are you hearing what I'm
4:43 saying? Why haven't you reached amazing
4:46 yet? Just keep it 100. I'm not amazing
4:48 cuz I'm lazy. Just be what just look at
4:52 yourself in the face and be honest. I'm
4:53 not amazing because I'd rather spend my
4:55 money on shoes. I'd rather spend my
4:58 money on stuff than to make a sacrifice
5:00 in a book or the flying boat. I'm not
5:02 amazing because I'm not doing what I'm
5:10 And getting up early is not only an
5:12 incredible competitive advantage because
5:14 most of your competitors are asleep, but
5:17 getting up early is a great gift to give
5:19 yourself. You get more life.
5:22 >> I always tell I always say that I'm like
5:25 the most lazy disciplined person I know
5:27 because I don't want to do it. Yeah.
5:29 >> But I always do. Do you want to be an
5:31 artist? Do you want to be an engineer? I
5:33 don't know. But I want you to start the
5:35 year off. We're not talking about, you
5:36 know, fake dreaming and just writing
5:38 goals down to be doing it. I'm talking
5:40 about knowing what you want. Because
5:42 when you know what you want, that's
5:44 where the drive come from. That's where
5:46 the passion comes from.
5:49 When the thing is done, when the
5:53 discipline has been implemented,
5:55 remember what that feels like. And then
5:58 remember that those minutes and those
6:02 hours, they turn into weeks and months
6:05 and years. And holding the line in those
6:08 critical minutes will put you in an
6:12 infinitely better place physically and
6:20 If I don't have my morning routine game,
6:24 I I feel, you know, out of sorts. Um, so
6:25 I think it's true for everybody. You got
6:27 to own your morning. You got to win it
6:28 because that starts and sets up
6:30 everything else. People need that
6:32 discipline, those routines that will
6:33 help the rest of their day go better.
6:35 Get some momentum and be okay if that
6:38 momentum is very small because it will
6:40 build. Trust that that momentum builds
6:43 and trust those gloomy and bad dark
6:47 days, trust that those are going to be
6:49 there. Honor the difficulty. When we
6:51 honor the struggle instead of hate the
6:54 struggle, we can really achieve
6:55 extraordinary things because our
6:57 mindset's in the right place. Now, the
6:58 first night you're going to have a hard
7:01 time going to sleep. What you do is the
7:03 next morning you wake up early anyways.
7:05 That first night you only got 5 hours
7:06 worth of sleep and now you're tired
7:09 throughout the day. Good. Because then
7:10 when you get to bed that night, you will
7:11 turn off that computer. You'll be able
7:13 to go to bed earlier like you wanted to.
7:16 >> You can live on 6 hours sleep. So, you
7:19 have 18 hours. You have 18 hours. I want
7:20 to know what you're doing with your 18
7:22 hours because you can work your 9 to5
7:24 and that's 9. And you can travel for an
7:26 hour here and there. Respect. Nice
7:28 little solid commute. Oh, you want to be
7:30 a family man? Masletoough. You can spend
7:32 two hours with your kids. What are you
7:34 doing with those other five hours?
7:35 You're watching House of Cards. You're
7:38 playing Madden. You're relaxing from the
7:40 other intense 10. Gary, I already spent
7:42 11 hours. Well, great. Then don't
7:46 complain or want more. Respect that by
7:48 getting rest and this and that, you were
7:50 giving up opportunity to go into a new
7:53 world. You want the audacity to have a
7:56 1% life. Let's let's call it what it is.
7:59 You want to live as well as the 1 to 2%
8:01 in the world. It's not very complicated.
8:03 The math is very raw. Like you if you
8:05 want to have one of the best lives in
8:06 the world, which is you live on your
8:10 terms, then you have to pay your dues to
8:11 get there. And you have to be lucky
8:12 enough to figure out that you had talent
8:14 in the thing that you actually want to
8:16 do because you can work 24 hours a day.
8:18 And if you stink at golf or you're not a
8:19 good content producer or your logos look
8:21 like that I would make, then you're
8:23 going to lose. So that's what you got to do.
8:29 [Music]
8:31 The most important thing you can do is
8:34 win the morning. [Music]
8:37 [Music]
8:57 Find out what you want to go and do and
9:00 go after it. Because so many years go by
9:01 and you look back and you're like, "What
9:03 have I actually done?" And the whole
9:04 time because you haven't been living a
9:06 life in line with your personal values.
9:08 You've been living someone else's life.
9:10 Don't freaking do that to yourself. It's insane.
9:12 insane.
9:14 You want to get to where you want to be.
9:16 Only you. Not what someone else thinks.
9:18 Not what the magazines think. Not what
9:21 Instagram tells you. Stop comparing your
9:22 life to other people. Stop living in the
9:25 deadly world of comparison. You're
9:26 comparing yourself to other people and
9:28 you're putting yourself down. You're
9:32 lowering your self-worth. You're enough.
9:33 You've already got exactly what you need
9:35 inside of you. All you need to do is
9:37 develop yourself. Start to step into
9:39 your fears and allow these things to
9:41 come out and you'll be firing. You'll be
9:43 going straight for your goals. You'll be
9:45 going straight for your dreams. And then
9:47 you'll be able to look back and go, I'm
9:49 so glad that I was brave enough and I
9:52 had the courage to step into my fears
9:54 because there would be nothing worse
9:57 than to get to an older age and look
9:58 back on my life and know that I didn't
10:01 go and do something because I was afraid
10:02 because I was afraid of other people's
10:05 opinions. It doesn't matter what other
10:06 people think. The only thing that
10:09 matters is what you want. What are your
10:11 personal values? What are your dreams?
10:13 What impact can you have on the world?
10:15 If you can line up your personal values,
10:17 create a mission statement that can
10:19 actually have an impact on the world,
10:21 you'll be drawn into it. You don't need
10:23 to motivate yourself. You don't need to
10:25 copy other people's quotes and other
10:27 people's sayings and post them up on
10:29 Facebook and Instagram. You'll be coming
10:30 up with your own quotes. You'll be
10:32 coming up with your own sayings because
10:34 you're pulled into it. You're living a
10:36 life in line with your personal values
10:37 and your mission statement is having an
10:39 impact on the world.
10:41 This is coming from with inside of you,
10:43 not from someone else. It's the only
10:45 way. The best person you'll ever be is
10:48 yourself. That's it. No one else. You're
10:49 you. It doesn't matter if you're
10:51 strange. It doesn't matter if you're
10:52 different. It doesn't matter if you
10:55 don't fit in with other people. Be you.
10:57 If people like you, if people love you
10:59 for who you are, they'll hang out with
11:02 you. Forget the cool kids. Forget trying
11:03 to fit in with other people. Forget
11:05 trying to do things that other people
11:07 want you to do. If you start chasing
11:09 after your dreams, make no mistake,
11:11 there's going to be people around you.
11:13 There's even going to be people close to
11:14 you that's going to try and bring you
11:16 down because it doesn't line up with
11:18 what they want. Forget it. Go after what
11:20 you want. It doesn't mean they're trying
11:22 to sabotage your efforts for success. It
11:24 just means they don't want to be left
11:25 behind. It just means they don't want to
11:27 be left alone.
11:29 They don't want to be left on their level
11:30 level
11:32 just because they don't have the courage
11:34 to step inside their fears and see
11:37 what's on the other side. [Music]
11:38 [Music]
11:41 This is where the growth is. You find
11:43 out your fears, you step into them, you
11:45 get on the other side, and things
11:48 continue to open up for you. Where I
11:50 started was I knew there was a few
11:52 things standing in my way from where I
11:53 was now to where I wanted to be in the
11:56 future. So what I done, I wrote down my
11:59 top three fears because my main fear was
12:02 that I knew if I couldn't step into a
12:04 fear that was a little bit smaller, then
12:05 there was no way that I could build the
12:08 courage and be brave enough to step into
12:11 number one. So I created a methodical,
12:13 systematic approach in order to start to
12:16 step into my fears. And it's identifying
12:19 your top three fears. What's number one?
12:21 What's number two? And what's number
12:24 three? Number one being most scariest.
12:26 number two and then number three, the
12:28 least scariest.
12:30 Now, don't get me wrong, number three is
12:32 going to be freaking scary. But once you
12:34 put some things into place, once you
12:35 start to step into that number three
12:37 fear and you come out on the other side
12:39 of it, you build the confidence. By
12:42 default, your self-confidence and your
12:45 self-worth goes up. You increase your
12:46 self-worth. You increase your
12:49 self-confidence by default. This is what
12:51 automatically happens. step into that
12:53 number three fear and get on the other
12:55 side of it and bang, you'll be looking
12:57 at number two. You step into number two,
12:59 you get on the other side of that one
13:01 and now you got the balls, you got the
13:04 courage to step into number one. [Music]
13:06 [Music]
13:08 And unless you do it in a methodical,
13:10 systematic approach like this, it can be
13:13 too difficult. Some people can do that,
13:14 but some people can't. They need to
13:16 start off with something easier, and
13:18 that's what I needed to do. This system
13:20 is what works for me and I want to share
13:22 it with you because I'm sure you're
13:24 going to get some benefit out of it. I'm
13:25 not telling you that this is the only
13:27 system, the only way to step into your
13:29 fears, but this is what worked for me
13:31 and I want to share it with you. If this
13:33 is what appeals to you, then go for it.
13:35 Sit down, write your top three fears,
13:38 hit number three, hit number two, and
13:40 hit number one. And there's so much on
13:41 the other side of your fears. It's
13:44 insane. If you think about it, imagine
13:46 this is where I am right now and this is
13:48 where I want to be in the future.
13:51 There's all these barriers in between.
13:54 From here to my future, this is my end
13:57 in mind. This is my ultimate goal. I
14:00 want to go from here to here. There's
14:02 all these barriers. There's all these
14:06 walls in between. And what are they?
14:08 They're other people's opinions. There
14:10 are the restrictions. They're your
14:12 friends and family. maybe that's
14:13 stopping you or telling you to not
14:15 actually go for your end in mind, to go
14:17 for your end goal. This end in mind is
14:19 the one that sits in the back of your
14:21 head. The one that you daydream about.
14:23 It's almost like you don't even need to
14:26 identify it. You're just innately
14:28 thinking about it constantly. What's
14:29 that end in mind? It's going to be
14:32 blurry, but once you start to bust down
14:34 these barriers, it becomes a little bit clearer.
14:36 clearer.
14:38 It becomes like this vision starts to
14:41 get real, starts to get tangible. It's
14:42 almost like you can reach out and touch
14:44 it. So, what are those barriers in
14:46 between from where you are now to where
14:48 you want to be in the future? What are
14:50 these barriers? And I guarantee that
14:52 those three fears, the top three fears
14:54 that you wrote down, that's going to be
14:56 inside your gap. The gap from where you
14:58 are now to where you want to be in the
15:01 future. So, that's why it's so powerful.
15:04 Identify these top three fears. 3 2 1
15:06 and you'll be on your way. You'll be
15:08 making progress. You'll build momentum
15:10 towards that end in mind, towards that
15:13 ending goal. [Music]
15:22 Now, look, it's going to be hard. It's
15:24 going to be tough and it's going to be
15:27 freaking scary. But the longer and more
15:29 often you push on these barriers, you
15:32 push on these walls, the longer you push
15:34 on those walls, it'll eventually fall
15:37 over. Then you push on another one, you
15:39 become stronger. You become mentally
15:41 stronger. Just as if you were to push on
15:44 a wall for a day after day, you're going
15:45 to become stronger and eventually that
15:47 wall is going to fall down. You're doing
15:49 the same thing. You're just doing it
15:51 mentally. Push on those walls. They'll
15:53 eventually fall down. And what you want
15:55 to happen, you'll end up creating a
15:57 domino effect. You'll just be pushing
15:59 wall after wall after wall down. And the
16:01 next wall, even though it was bigger
16:02 than the first one, because you're
16:04 stronger, you'll be able to push it down
16:07 even quicker. [Music]
16:16 And sooner rather than later, you're
16:18 going to build massive momentum. You're
16:20 going to build huge progress to get to
16:22 this end in mind, to get to this goal,
16:24 to close that gap from where you are now
16:28 to where you want to be in the future.
16:31 inside this gap. Even though it's scary,
16:34 this is where the growth is right here.
16:37 This is where the growth is. Identify
16:39 your top three fears and you'll progress
16:44 much, much quicker to your end in mind.
16:46 This is what I call accelerated self-development.
16:48 self-development.
16:50 Nothing accelerates your growth quicker
16:54 than stepping into your top three fears.
16:56 Now, in regards to building a business,
16:58 most people are so afraid to take this
17:00 first step. It's like, "Oh, it's not
17:01 going to work out. What are my friends
17:03 and family going to think? What if I
17:04 fail? What are they going to think
17:06 then?" It doesn't matter. It's
17:08 irrelevant. Because if your mission
17:10 statement is there, if it's strong
17:12 enough, if it's big enough and in line
17:13 with your personal values and the impact
17:15 that you want to have on the world, then
17:17 the opinions of other people don't
17:19 matter. It doesn't matter what anyone
17:22 else thinks. Your mission statement is
17:27 now through these hard times when you're
17:29 building your business, when you've
17:31 stepped into the shoes of an
17:33 entrepreneur and you're grinding through
17:35 it every day. You're doing what it
17:37 takes. Some mornings you'll even watch
17:39 the sun come up because you haven't even
17:40 been asleep. You've worked through the
17:42 whole night. It's happened to me many,
17:44 many times. And it's not because I'm
17:46 just trying to punch out the hours and
17:48 brag about it. It just eventually
17:50 happens. You just work through the night
17:52 and it was just normal. It's weird. It's
17:54 weird to hear that if you haven't heard
17:55 it before, but it's probably going to
17:58 happen to you if your mission is strong
18:00 enough. That's the same that will happen
18:02 to you
18:04 now during these hard times. Even if you
18:06 feel like you're not making progress,
18:08 even if you're not getting the financial
18:10 return that you expected, even if that
18:12 financial return is taking longer and
18:14 longer, just remember in the beginning
18:16 when you're grinding through the hours,
18:18 when you're putting in all those
18:20 allnighters, that's where you're making
18:22 your millions. You're not making it
18:24 later on, 5 years down the track when
18:26 you finally close your first deal or the
18:28 best one yet or whatever it is. It's
18:30 now. It's in the beginning. It's those
18:33 hours. It's that growth. It's that
18:35 pushing those walls down, facing your
18:37 fears, stepping into them, seeing what's
18:39 on the other side. That's when your
18:41 millions are made. And it relates to
18:44 business. It relates to personal life.
18:46 Identify those top three fears. Number
18:49 three, number two, and then number one.
18:51 It's not just to face those three fears
18:53 and that's it. Those three fears are the
18:56 ones you continually step into and
18:58 expand on them. You do something larger
19:04 stepping into those fears and growing
19:05 from it, seeing what's on the other
19:07 side, it ends up transferring and
19:09 leaking into other areas of your life.
19:11 It's not just you do that and that's it.
19:13 Once you're stepping into number three,
19:15 number two, and number one, it's
19:16 benefiting everything. Everything
19:18 affects everything else. And you start
19:19 to create these links and these links to
19:22 other areas of your life. These aha
19:23 moments, the light bulb moments, and
19:25 you're like, "Wow, because I stepped
19:26 into that fear, now I got the confidence
19:28 to do this, whereas I wouldn't have done
19:30 it before." You know, maybe I wouldn't
19:32 have started this business. Maybe I
19:34 wouldn't have even taken the next step
19:36 to chase my dream if I hadn't have gone
19:40 and stepped into these fears.
19:42 Maybe I wouldn't take that first step to
19:44 make the first investment. Maybe I
19:46 wouldn't take that step to get up and
19:48 speak about what I'm passionate about.
19:49 All these things you step into your
19:51 fears, it leaks into other areas of your
19:53 life. It's a catalyst for so much more.
19:56 This is accelerated self-development. It
19:58 enhances your whole life. It enhances
20:00 your relationships, your personal life,
20:02 business, career, your performance, your
20:04 recovery, your sleep quality, your
20:07 mental health. Man, when you step inside
20:09 of your fears and you come out on the
20:11 other side, it is the best thing ever. I
20:13 grew up partying with alcohol and
20:15 eventually throwing some drugs into the
20:17 mix. Wow. Amazing. Put some drugs into
20:18 the mix and you have the best night
20:22 ever. Right, man? the way that I feel on
20:24 a daily basis now from what I've been
20:26 doing, the life that I live, eating
20:28 clean, whole foods, balanced blood sugar
20:31 levels, living a life in line with my
20:33 personal values, having an optimum
20:34 morning routine that I do each day,
20:36 living an active lifestyle that's in
20:38 line with my personal values in the
20:40 environments, areas, disciplines, and
20:42 sports that I love to be in and around.
20:44 and then continually to step into my
20:48 fears, meditating on a consistent basis
20:50 and having an impact on the world that's
20:52 in line with those personal values. I
20:54 wrap all this together. The feelings
20:56 that I have during the day, there's
20:58 moments during every single day that
21:01 it's better than any party, any drug
21:04 that I've ever had in my life. And
21:07 what's best yet, it's repeatable. It's
21:10 reproducible. It's sustainable. And it
21:13 gets better and better. Drugs, alcohol,
21:15 and partying isn't sustainable. What I
21:18 do now is, and not only that, it gets
21:20 better and better. When you're using
21:22 stimulants, it's not the same as when
21:24 you first experienced it. The feelings
21:26 drop off and eventually you have to go
21:27 and take more and more of it. It's like
21:30 coffee. The first cup of coffee, great,
21:31 and then you end up having three or four
21:33 cups a day and you never get back to
21:35 that same feeling as the first one. But
21:38 living the life that I live now, it's
21:39 sustainable and it gets better and better.
21:41 better.
21:42 It's freaking amazing and I want to
21:45 share it with you. I want to inspire you
21:47 to identify your top three fears. Start
21:49 to step into them and see what's on the
21:52 other side. Because inside that gap,
21:53 where you are now to where you want to
21:56 be in the future, that's where the
21:58 growth is. Remember that. That's where
22:00 the fears are. You've got no choice but
22:02 to go through your fears. You can't jump
22:04 over them. You can't walk around them.
22:07 You have to step into them. [Music]
22:10 [Music]
22:11 If you do try and jump over and walk
22:13 around it, that's when you're going to
22:15 get to the point years down the track
22:16 and looking back on your life and you're
22:18 going to have that feeling of, man, I
22:20 can't believe I didn't do it because I
22:22 was afraid cuz I was afraid of other
22:24 people's opinions and whatever else it
22:26 was. There will be nothing worse than to
22:33 What sort of life do you want to live?
22:34 What are you passionate about? What are
22:37 your personal values? create a mission
22:38 statement around that and how it can
22:40 impact the world and you'll be pulled
22:42 into going for that mission statement
22:46 and having your impact on the world. You
22:48 won't need to find outside motivation.
22:49 Where's your motivation going to come
22:52 from? It has to come from within. It has
22:54 to come from your mission statement and
22:55 the impact that you're going to have on
22:58 the world.
23:00 This is the best way to build a company,
23:02 to build a business. What impact can you
23:04 have that's in line with your personal
23:06 values and your mission statement? And
23:07 then you can profit financially from
23:09 that and then you can have a bigger
23:11 impact. This is the future of building a
23:13 company. It's not just about making
23:14 money. The more money you make, the
23:16 bigger the impact you're going to have.
23:24 Eat clean, whole foods, balance your
23:25 blood sugar levels, and enhance things
23:28 through supplements if need be. Identify
23:31 your personal values. Create a morning
23:33 routine around that. Get your active
23:35 lifestyle that's in line with your
23:37 personal values. Meditate on a
23:40 consistent basis or do something that
23:42 relaxes you or d-stresses you. Read a
23:43 book. You don't have to sit there and
23:45 meditate with your legs crossed, but do
23:47 something that is a form of meditation
23:49 that is a d-stressor. The silent
23:51 meditation is what works for me. Then
23:54 identify your top three fears. Start to
23:56 work through them. And once you've
23:58 stepped into one, all you do is expand
24:00 on that and step into it even more. The
24:03 second one, once again, expand on it
24:05 even more and step into it again. Number
24:08 one, expand on it even more and step
24:10 into it again. And now you've got this
24:13 complete system, this beautiful life.
24:15 That's your life adapted to what you
24:17 really want and where you're going, the
24:20 way you see the world, chasing your end
24:22 in mind. Now you're seeing what's
24:24 possible for yourself. Now you're seeing
24:26 what's possible in order to have an
24:28 impact on the world. My name's Adam
24:30 Phillips. I'm the founder of Life Grip
24:32 and my mission statement is improve
24:35 mental health and prevent disease
24:36 through nutrition, meditation, and
24:39 active lifestyles. I hope I've inspired
24:41 you to do something similar. Create your
24:43 own mission statement, step into your
