Hello, friends.
The recently held Bihar elections
were probably the most unfair elections in Indian history.
The level of fraud,
the level of electoral manipulation that we saw here,
should be enough to shock everyone.
I know that some of you must be thinking that
since the opposition lost embarrassingly here,
they are using election fraud as an excuse.
The media is also talking about how
the "narrative" of election fraud failed.
But friends, the truth is that
election fraud or vote chori is not a narrative,
it's the reality.
Before we go into it, let me make it absolutely clear,
no political party is paying me.
Neither did I have a personal stake in the Bihar elections,
nor did I have a personal favourite party.
Yes, I did have some sympathy for Prashant Kishor's Jan Swaraj Party,
because it is a new party,
talking about the real issues.
So I did wish to see this party winning some seats.
But regardless of the result,
regardless of which party won,
it doesn't affect me.
I am worried about this only as a true patriot.
I am worried that the elections being held in our country now,
should be impartial.
Friends, it is truly unfortunate that
this election wasn't fair in any sense of the word.
I will present six pieces of evidence in this video.
Six clear-cut points showing this.
And I challenge the Modi government and the Election Commission
to counter this evidence.
The first and biggest evidence of electoral manipulation is
the lore of ₹10,000.
Just 6 days before the 1st phase of the Bihar elections,
on 31st October,
and 4 days before the 2nd phase of the elections, on 7th November,
₹10,000 were transferred to the bank accounts of women in Bihar.
In my opinion, and in the opinion of many others,
it was a legalised bribery
and the voters were influenced by it.
They claimed that one woman from every family
would be given ₹10,000 to start a small business.
Under this scheme, a total of 12.5 million women
were paid ₹10,000.
They also promised that 6 months later these women, would get up to ₹200,000.
To benefit from this scheme, the women had to join the Jeevika Self-Help Group.
And these women were called Jeevika Didi.
Now, at a glance, this looks like a welfare scheme.
And based on the merits of this scheme,
I don't oppose it at all.
Giving money to encourage people to start small businesses,
proves to be very effective sometimes.
But the problem was its timing,
and the way it was implemented.
The scheme was announced just before the elections in September,
and during the elections, women were paid this money,
to influence their votes with this ₹10,000.
If you ask how the votes were influenced,
since they may still choose to vote for anyone after getting this ₹10,000.
Technically, true,
but the problem lies with making promises to them.
After they got the ₹10,000,
if they want more later, up to ₹200,000,
people should vote for them.
Here, the Election Commission should be questioned first.
Because it is clearly written in the rules of the Model Code of Conduct that
the government cannot give money to anyone during the elections.
Especially after the Model Code of Conduct comes into effect.
This Code of Conduct was implemented in Bihar on 6th October,
but even after that,
on 17th October, 24th October, 31st October, and on 7th November as well,
women were being paid ₹10,000.
Friends, imagine this,
Bihar is the poorest state of our country.
And just before the election, the weaker section of the state
are receiving ₹10,000 in their bank accounts,
and then a carrot is dangled in front of them,
with the promise that they can get up to ₹200,000 if they vote for them.
Was this an election or a chit fund scheme?
Interestingly, friends,
if you look at Indian history,
whenever state governments tried to do something like this,
the Election Commission did not allow it under any circumstances.
For example, in March 2004,
the Election Commission stopped the Jayalalitha government
in Tamil Nadu from giving money to the farmers.
Even though this scheme had been going on for a year
before the Model Code of Conduct came into force.
Similarly, in March 2011,
in Tamil Nadu, the Election Commission disallowed
the DMK government from giving free colour TV.
This scheme was going on since September 2006.
But the Election Commission said that
since the elections were approaching,
free stuff cannot be distributed like this.
Take a more recent example,
in March 2024, the Andhra Pradesh government
was stopped from transferring ₹140 billion to the people under six schemes.
In November 2023,
the BRS government in Telangana
wanted to give ₹5,000 to the farmers per acre.
But they were stopped.
Because Finance Minister Harish Rao had said in his election campaign that
on 30th November, one day before the voting,
the money will start flowing into the accounts of the farmers.
Obviously, this was a form of bribery.
If a government wants to implement a welfare scheme,
they have 5 years to do so.
Why do they remember this right before the elections?
This is why the Election Commission did not allow
such things to happen in previous elections.
But during this Bihar election,
The Election Commission gave the NDA government free rein.
Not only were they allowed to give away money during the elections,
but there's more.
During the voting, more than 180,000 Jeevika Didis
were appointed as volunteers for election duty.
These women who got the ₹10,000
were sent on election duty.
To promote the party among the masses.
In my opinion, this thing alone is enough to invalidate the election.
But there are five more points.
Second, the duplicate voters.
During this elections, there were hundreds of such examples
where the voters who have already voted in other states,
were voting in Bihar as well.
Look at this, BJP worker Nagendra Kumar,
voted in both Delhi and Bihar.
This voter named Ajit Jha,
voted in Haryana, Delhi, and Bihar elections.
Zubair from Alt News found 7-8 such examples.
Because these people were posting publicly on their social media,
about how they voted at multiple places.
One of them had 3 EPIC numbers,
which, according to the rules of the Election Commission,
is not possible.
I tweeted about this
to ask the Election Commission.
But did they respond?
No.
Think about it, we can see so many examples from publicly available data,
how many other BJP workers are there who are
voting in different states without us finding out?
The Election Commission is completely silent on this.
While they claimed to remove duplicate voters in Bihar,
through their Special Intensive Revision, SIR.
So even after going through all of that, how did these duplicate voters remain?
Two investigative journalists from the Reporters' Collective website
did an in-depth series on this.
They investigated the SIR for several months.
They reported that Bihar's final voter list
contained 1.435 million suspected duplicate voters.
Of them, 342,000 were such that
they had the same details on both their voter ids.
Similarly, there were thousands of voters,
who votes at least thrice across Bihar.
This link to this investigation will be added to the description below.
You can go verify the information.
It needs to be noted that
the Election Commission could have used a simple software
to remove these duplicate voters,
and it was doing so for years,
but they chose to go against their established guidelines and practices,
and chose to forgo using this software.
Here, I want to ask the Election Commission,
why did they not use the software?
Did they want these duplicate voters to be on the final voter list?
When the journalists from the Reporters' Collective
asked Bihar's Chief Electoral Officer about this,
they were threatened with the Model Code of Conduct.
Friends, these two points were clear-cut evidence.
Now the third.
Special Voter Trains
BJP sent thousands of people from Haryana to Bihar on special trains.
To allow them to vote in Bihar.
Supreme Court lawyer Kapil Sibal told a press conference that
only on 3rd November,
at least 4 special trains were run from Haryana
to take the voters to Bihar.
"Publicly acknowledge,
whether these special trains were run,
as I mentioned,
at 10 o'clock, 11 o'clock,
then on the 3rd, on 3 o'clock and 4 o'clock.
Kapil Sibal also asked if
they were genuine voters,
or a part of a planned operation.
"If they were genuine voters,
they do not need a special train."
Look at this video from ABP News.
People reported that BJP bore all expenses.
-"Who paid for your ticket?" -"The Modi government."
-"They didn't charge you anything?" -"Nothing at all."
-"Who bore all the expenses?" -"The Modi Government."
-"The Modi government?" -"Yes."
-"They didn't take money from you?" -"No, they didn't take any money."
-"Who paid for you train travel?" -"Someone from BJP."
-"BJP is sending you here for free?" -"Yes."
"What about while going back?"
"They will pay."
"They will take care of everything."
"BJP."
The BJP leaders are acknowledging this.
"Who is paying for these tickets?"
"See, Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) is paying for this."
"BJP is arranging for the tickets."
"We are not charging them anything."
BJP used their own funds,
arranged food and everything,
to run these special trains,
to bring in voters to Bihar from other states.
This might not sound wrong to you.
Transporting voters to help them cast their vote,
this can't be wrong.
But look at this.
The Representation of the People Act, 1951
this Act governs elections held in India,
it clearly states that
no candidate should hire any vehicle at their own expense
to send people to cast their votes.
And if anyone does so,
it would be considered to be a corrupt practice.
If the voters are given free transport to go from one side of the city to the other,
that's wrong.
While here, people were sent on special trains from Haryana to Bihar.
Once again, according to the rules, the Election Commission
should have taken action against this,
and stopped these trains.
But they chose to do nothing.
Here, AAP's Saurabh Bhardwaj accused BJP
of identifying their loyal voters during the SIR and ensured that
they weren't deleted.
Then, sent them to vote in Bihar.
Similarly, Rahul Gandhi accused BJP members
of voting in multiple states unabashedly,
after which all evidence is destroyed to hide the fraud.
But the sheer volume of the evidence ensures
that it cannot be completely destroyed.
Everything is available in public domain.
Now the fourth.
Changing the CCTV rules and erasing all proof of foul-play.
The CCTV footage of the polling booths
is very crucial evidence, friends.
This footage can clearly prove,
whether a person has actually voted in more than one place.
Whether someone voted on behalf of someone else.
The number of people who went to the polling booth.
Whether the number is recorded properly or not.
But the Election Commission wants to hide this CCTV footage.
And they changed the rules to do so.
Earlier, as per the Conduct of Election Rules, 1961,
anyone could ask for the election papers by paying a fee.
And the Election Commission was bound to provide those.
Based on this rule, in December 2024,
the Punjab and Haryana High Court ordered the Election Commission to give a
copy of the CCTV footage of the Haryana elections to Advocate Mehmood Pracha.
The High Court agreed that
the election papers includes CCTV footage.
And it should be given to any person following these rules.
But a few days after this order,
on the recommendation of the Election Commission
the Modi government amended the Election Rules, 1961.
In the Rule 93(2)(a) of the Rules, the government specified
which election papers can be asked for.
The CCTV footage was not included in the list of these papers.
Clearly showing that we cannot ask for the CCTV footage.
Going as far as to say that no court can order the EC to do so.
It didn't end here.
After this, in June 2025, the EC came up with another rule that
if the election results are not challenged in the court within 45 days,
then the CCTV footage of the polling booth will be deleted.
That is, first, they won't give us the CCTV footage,
and second, they will delete it after 45 days.
And what was their justification?
Something completely absurd.
Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar said that
they cannot share the video because it films female voters too.
"Should the EC share the CCTV videos of our
mothers, sisters, daughters, and other voters?"
It's not bedroom footage,
it's from the polling booth.
Of people casting their votes.
The Chief Election Commissioner before him said that,
if a person goes through the CCTV footage daily, for 8 hours,
it will take him 3,600 years to go through all the CCTV footage.
"Even if someone watches it for 8 hours daily,
it will take them 3,600 years to watch it all.
3,600 years he will take to see.
Why does he want it?"
But why does that concern him?
a team of 100 people can watch the CCTV footage if they so wish.
This fourth piece of evidence shows us that
the Election Commission wants to hide things.
When the court ordered them to share the CCTV footage,
they changed the rules.
Now the fifth.
Voter deletion.
Between June and September, the Election Commission
carried out Special Intensive Revision or SIR in Bihar.
It basically meant that
the voter list was put together from scratch.
While the allegation remains that the duplicate voters weren't removed,
as I showed you earlier,
another allegation is that the names of some genuine voters were deleted.
Which genuine voters?
Especially those voters who were believed to vote for the opposition.
Before SIR began, in June 2025,
there were 78.9 million names in Bihar's voter list.
But after SIR, only 74.2 million names remained.
Approx 4.6-4.6 million names were removed from the voter list.
But friends, the reality is that
many more names were deleted.
According to the Indian government's Technical Group on Population Projections,
as of September 2025, there should have been 82.2 million voters in Bihar.
But the final voter list, contained the names of only 74.2 million voters.
About 8 million people were missing from the list
about 10% of the total voters.
A report published in The Wire revealed that
while preparing for the SIR,
the names of core voters of the opposition were deleted more,
and those areas were targetted extensively
where the opposition was strong or it was a close fight.
For example, the Seemanchal region,
where opposition is considered to be strong,
had the most names removed in all of Bihar.
7.7% of the names in the voter lists were deleted.
While the average in rest of Bihar
was around 5.9%.
Similarly, Muslims were disproportionately affected by SIR.
In the first draft voter list,
24.7% of the 6.5 million names which were deleted, were Muslims.
And when the final voter list was published,
about 33% of names deleted were of Muslims.
While on 16.9% of the population in Bihar is Muslim.
Muslims weren't the only ones targetted.
This happened to the voters of all such categories,
who usually vote in favour of the opposition.
the Dalits and tribal folks.
And you might think if this really happened,
then why didn't anyone come forward to show that their names were deleted?
Well, let me show you something.
Numerous videos were published where
people complained that
their names were deleted from the voter list.
"It was deleted."
"Was your name deleted too?"
"Yes, mine too."
-"Yours too?" -"All of ours."
"This is the Chhota Barampuri area,
I am with many voters carrying
their voter ids,
and they claim that
since their names weren't in the SIR,
they aren't allowed to vote today."
Look at this video too.
"My name was deleted."
"My wife's name, we are handicapped but we vote always,
but now that it's deleted what are we supposed to do?"
-"Are you from the Dalit community?" -"Yes."
-"Was your name deleted too?" -"Yes."
"More than half the names were deleted."
People were complaining everywhere
that they noticed their names were deleted when they went to vote.
"When they went to vote, they were told,
that their names weren't on the voter list."
-"Was your name deleted from the list?" -"Yes."
Similarly, when some people reached the polling booth,
they were told that their votes were already cast.
-"I'm here to vote..." -"Okay."
"I'm told I've voted."
"Show us your hand."
"Is there ink on it?"
"No, there's no ink on it."
"Show it properly."
"We haven't voted, how can we have the ink?"
"They didn't let us vote saying that we've voted already."
"I asked, 'When did I vote?'"
"I haven't voted yet."
"After filling up the form, we're here to vote.
Her name and her husband's name,
both are matching,
they're supposed to go to booth #47,
but when they went to booth #47,
we saw that someone else's photo was there,
while the details were theirs.
And someone had already voted.
-"Someone had already voted?" -"Already voted."
Friends, the sixth proof is,
the bias-ness of the Election Commission.
The extent to which the EC favours BJP
the pattern is right in front of us.
Even the election dates are decided in a way that benefits BJP.
Take 2021 for example,
elections were held in 8 phases in West Bengal.
In several districts, votes were cast across multiple days.
It was alleged to have been done to allow
Narendra Modi and Amit Shah to wrap up their campaigns
in other states and focus on West Bengal properly.
BJP leaders repeatedly violate the Model Code of Conduct.
But the Election Commission does not take any action against them.
Take the 2024 Lok Sabha Elections for example.
Narendra Modi asked for votes in the name of religion.
And made anti-Muslim statements.
"When they were in power they had said,
that Muslims had the first right over our nation's resources.
This shows that they planned to give away our resources
to those with more children."
Friends, this can happen because
the Election Commissioner is elected by the Modi government.
To have the Election Commissioners be appointed fairly,
the Supreme Court had formed a committee in March 2023.
This committee included the Prime Minister,
the Leader of the Opposition, and the Chief Justice of India.
They were supposed to elect the Election Commissioner together.
But a few months later, in December 2023,
the Modi government brought forward a new bill
in which the CJI was removed from this committee
and was replaced by a Union Minister.
This allowed the government to elect the Election Commissioner of its choice.
But you might say that this was happening before too.
But the difference is that the situation has never been so dire before.
"Should EC share CCTV footage?"
'Coincidently,'
the Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar
announced the implementation of SIR in Bihar on 24th June 2025.
And the very next day, on 25th June,
his son-in-law Manish Bansal
was appointed the DM of Saharanpur.
One month later, in July, Gyanesh Kumar's daughter
Medha Rupam was appointed as the DM of Noida.
The most in-demand post in Uttar Pradesh.
Medha became the first female DM of Noida.
Now you tell me, friends,
is this just a coincidence
or is it linked?
Gyanesh Kumar allows SIR
and his family members get such amazing postings.
Friends, I have shown you 6 clear-cut proofs.
Some of you might say,
if I claim to have the evidence,
why don't I go to the court?
Why don't I file a case against the Election Commissioner for election fraud?
We can.
But the problem is that
the Modi government changed the rules here too.
To protect the Election Commissioners from legal action,
in 2023, the Modi government brought this amendment.
A new section was added to the Act
where for anything done by the Election Commissioners during official duty,
no case can be instituted against them ever.
Now you tell me, friends,
what's the use of going to the court
when no case can be filed against the Election Commissioners?
Despite this, the Association for Democratic Reforms
and several civil liberty groups
jointly challenged the SIR in the court.
They challenged it well before it was implemented.
The Election Commission used the excuse
that the SIR hadn't even happened yet.
So all fears regarding it were mere speculations.
A few months later, when 6.5 million names were deleted from the voter list,
and the problems were evident,
the Election Commission claimed that those were just minor mistakes.
And it would be rectified.
The Supreme Court ordered the Election Commission
to publish the deleted names on their websites.
The court directed the political parties and paralegal volunteers
to assist the voters whose names were wrongfully deleted.
But apart from this, the court does not take any other action.
And the SIR continued.
The court stated that they have no doubt that
the Election Commission will fulfil its duties.
And just like that, friends, the Supreme Court continues to hear this case.
Even through the phase 1 of the Bihar elections the hearing continues.
The results of the Bihar elections have been declared,
but the court is still hearing the case on SIR.
You tell me, for what should we go to the court?
I have given you 6 clear cut pieces of evidence
and the court keeps on hearing the cases.
The result of the most unfair elections in Indian history has been declared
but the media won't talk about these 6 points.
The media is talking about the reasons why NDA won these elections.
They are coming up with stories.
"No media personnel is talking about,
how this is the first time
where votes were bought for ₹700-₹800 million,
they're justifying it."
Some claim that the opposition was lazy.
Some say that BJP's machinery is strong.
Amazingly, when they went to the ground and talked to the voters before the elections,
during the opinion polls,
it promised a neck-to-neck election.
But when the result was this one-sided
where no one is left with a good reason to justify it,
they come up with excuses.
"How BJP's members were working hard on ground"
"We're saying that most of the excess votes have gone to BJP."
I am not saying that the opposition should have won this election.
The point here is that
when there are so many different levels of frauds,
when the system is being manipulated like this,
it is almost impossible to say
what the outcome of a fair election would have been.
And the opposition leaders knew about this for many months.
Look at Sanjay Singh's statement from 3 months ago.
"3 months ago and then on 10th October,
I said that the election has been hijacked.
It holds no meaning now.
A state where 8 million votes were deleted,
a state with 500,000 duplicate voters,
where no one knows 100,000 voters,
you can easily predict the election results of such a state."
He knew that these elections were not going to be fair.
That's why I suggested that
the opposition parties should have boycotted these elections.
Because as long as the matter remains stuck in the court
and the Election Commission will not listen to the masses,
there's nothing else to do but to follow Gandhi's path.
Friends, it is going to get very unpredictable for Indian democracy.
With every election, the methods of
manipulation are becoming more sophisticated.
And the inaction of the Election Commission is becoming clearer.
Obviously, during elections in opposition-ruled states,
the opposition parties will learn from BJP and try to follow legalised bribery.
Will the Election Commission let them do so?
Or will it take strict action there?
For now, SIR is going on in 12 more states and Union Territories.
Many petitions have been filed in the High Courts and the Supreme Court.
But the question remains,
will the courts pass their judgement before the elections are conducted?
Apart from this, we need to ensure that
regardless of the court's judgement,
the Modi government may try to overture the judgement,
by changing the legal framework.
Like we saw them do repeatedly.
"The government is now mulling to remove the CJI from a poll panel
that regulates the appointment, condition of service,
and the term of office of the Chief Election Commissioner."
Despite their fraud, it will be difficult for BJP to
win states like West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka.
But which party will be coming into power isn't the disappointing part.
What is disappointing is that
the elections are now moving farther away from people's issues.
Air pollution, roads, schools, hospitals,
infrastructure failure, paper leaks.
Any big or small issue.
If the elections keep moving the same way,
none of the issues will make any difference on the elections.
Because it is now becoming a matter of technical manipulation.
Now the decision is yours.
Will you ignore it thinking of it as a political controversy?
Or will you raise your voice for our country?
Jai Hind!
