All right. So, I'm going to give my
feedback on the mobile version. So,
So,
initially when opening it, I'd be up
here at the top where it says primary
themes assessment. Can change it just to
have the Pathfinder logo or just say Pathfinder.
Pathfinder.
um as you open it feels a little textheavy
textheavy
and so breaking this up would be really
helpful. Even if there was just like a
graphic that said,
you know, when it's due, how long it'll
take, and showing that it's also
confidential, maybe outlining some text
that would outline like, hey, in the
next 5 minutes, this is what you're
going to do through this assessment.
They can click sign in or begin my path
finder journey. Open it up. I will go
ahead and log in.
Um maybe shrink this down a little more
All right, we're in. Okay,
Okay,
so uh initially right here for me it
feels a little um feels a little
overwhelming and um kind of unclear. So
to to simplify it, I think I like great
welcoming him and then maybe the target
priorities historical benchmark like the
essentially if we're looking at it just
the primary things could be shown and
maybe there's like a yellow outline
around it that says start here and maybe
there's a number that says step one next
to it. Um, and then maybe the assess
target priorities and historical
could be either like in a drop-own menu
tab maybe that says like
like coming next and it's not even seen
yet or it could just be grayed out with
like a lock box on it. Um, that
Um I don't know like this will be open
once your team completes the previous
phase and it'll show like step two under
assess and step three target priorities
step four historical benchmark. So going
to start um
um
again right here. I think that something
that could be clear too is like a text
that says define what matters and then
it could say like choose or choose
choose your themes and then
it lists them all out. But maybe like a
zero to five selected up here at the top
like a progress bar would make it
easier. And then when I click on them,
Okay. So maybe they just select once I
Gotcha. You can only select five categories.
Maybe that Yeah.
Yeah.
All right, let's just move on. This is
cut off here.
Let's open that up. All right, so the
next one,
maybe this can have a clear text that
says like define what matters
most. And so maybe again there's a
progress bar next to mission that says
like zero of two selected. And so I
click one.
Um, and that that feels a little
confusing. So, I select one and then
that's not selected. So, I think that I
might select another one. And I said can
only select two statements from each.
Um, and maybe as I select them, it says
like one of two or two of two is selected.
So, let's just go through. Does that
Okay. So, I have to move to the next one.
maybe there's um like down here with the
comments, maybe that could be a little
more instruction around sharing like
sharing their personal insights or
context around their responses that
could add
to the conversation. Um and then maybe
more coaching around
around
It's either like them writing out a
statement and coaching them how to write
out a statement
or just giving free thoughts on
um and if we were to just leave it
open-ended maybe having some more questions
questions
there for them just to kind of write freely.
All right. And so this next one, what
would be helpful too is once they're
selected, it'd be really helpful to have
like a sticky button here at the bottom
that is like back toit or, you know,
confirm my selections.
But up here, it would be helpful like if
there was an edit tab by mission that if
I wanted to edit and like reselect
cool. On to the next. Great. And then
this feels a little more technical. And
if we could have it feel a little more
emotional. Maybe it's like has like some
confetti in the background. I know it's
corny. Or it doesn't even have to have
that, but like a check box that says
like, "Hey, you took the first step."
step or like the st first step's
complete. Well done. And then it maybe
just gives a little road map of what's
going to happen next. Like, hey, you just
just
um completed your themes, you know,
within 48 hours. You know, be on the
lookout for an email um guiding you to
the next step or just just something
that outlines it a little bit more.
