0:09 there are several different methods a
0:10 being can use to shape their reality
0:13 manifesting is a topic as ancient as
0:15 humans origins and as inseparably
0:17 connected with our true identity as
0:19 creator beings
0:21 it's no wonder we yearn to master the
0:23 art of manifesting this desire is deeper
0:25 than the surface may appear
0:27 it's wired within us because it's our
0:29 birthright
0:31 so today i'm going to be breaking down
0:32 this isoteric science behind manifesting
0:35 as well as sharing a mystics approach to
0:37 manifesting so that you can begin
0:39 creating the life you deserve and at the
0:42 end of this video i'm going to share my
0:44 secret method to manifesting that i use
0:46 every day
0:47 as i mentioned there are several ways a
0:49 being can manifest every direction we
0:52 turn there will be a way that we can
0:53 call forth that which we wish to bring
0:56 into the physical
0:57 since that is a part of our true nature
1:00 some methods are more potent than others
1:02 but all of them valid in their own right
1:05 but to truly understand manifesting we
1:08 need to first know something really
1:09 important about this universe and that
1:12 is just like we can have a type we're
1:14 attracted to
1:15 so too does the universe have a type
1:18 the universe finds certain traits and
1:20 virtues highly attractive
1:23 so attractive that it wishes for you to
1:25 become its desire
1:27 you could even say it's manifesting you
1:30 and just like we have personal
1:32 aspirations the universe has its own as
1:34 well
1:35 it wishes for us to become conscious
1:37 because in doing so we are awakened out
1:40 of the sleep state of consciousness that
1:43 is currently being bad vibes
1:45 the sleep state of consciousness is
1:47 what's creating our collective reality
1:49 by default through magnetizing
1:52 experiences that reflect our repressed
1:55 unconscious denial
1:57 we don't need to turn far to understand
1:59 this law of attraction in hermetic
2:01 terminology specific causes have
2:03 specific effects
2:05 cause and effect
2:07 and since the physical always reflects
2:09 the metaphysical
2:10 the best physical representation of this
2:12 law or attraction
2:15 is a magnet
2:17 so too does our energy field hold
2:19 magnetic and electrical currents within
2:21 it
2:23 the magnetic current is the feminine
2:24 energy
2:25 this is the feminine principle of
2:27 sentience
2:28 known as the emotional body
2:30 and the electrical current is a
2:32 masculine principle of thought
2:35 what this means is that when we are
2:37 manifesting either unknowingly or even
2:40 deliberately
2:41 what we are doing is drawing experiences
2:43 toward our energy field primarily
2:46 through our emotional body
2:48 since our emotional body is the magnetic
2:50 aspect of our energy field
2:53 now the emotional body
2:54 has a more well-known name
2:57 and that's called the subconscious
2:59 there is no difference between the
3:01 emotional body and the subconscious
3:04 it is the part of us that is visceral
3:07 rather than verbal
3:08 and that is an important key to know for
3:10 manifesting so keeping all of this in
3:12 mind
3:13 the first rule of manifesting is
3:16 the universe is no chill
3:19 the universe your higher self your soul
3:22 they're all no chill
3:24 the reason it's important to understand
3:26 this if we want to manifest from the
3:28 most potent space available
3:30 is because a lot of things are
3:32 manifested on our behalf or even against
3:35 our wishes
3:36 due to the energy of denial that we hold
3:39 in a universe where opposites attract
3:42 and like attracts like
3:44 the only thing you can be certain of is
3:45 that we attract
3:47 what this all means is that we have
3:49 multiple points of attraction
3:51 sometimes we create dire scenarios that
3:54 we would never consciously agree to
3:56 specifically to get us in touch with
3:58 aspects of our own essence that have
4:00 been denied or stuck in a state of soul
4:03 loss
4:04 what this is all adding up to is that we
4:06 have things we want to manifest and so
4:09 does the universe and so does our own
4:11 energy field
4:13 sometimes our wishes and the universe's
4:15 wishes are aligned and sometimes they're
4:17 not
4:18 and in the times when they are not
4:20 aligned
4:21 guess whose will is going to prevail
4:24 if it makes you feel any better we are
4:26 the universe and it's microcosm
4:28 expression so don't worry about a
4:30 foreign force trying to overpower you
4:32 it's just you having a tif with yourself
4:35 so there is nothing more powerful we can
4:37 do when it comes to manifesting than to
4:39 first move in the direction of
4:41 consciousness
4:43 since that is what amplifies our energy
4:45 field's ability to consciously select
4:47 experiences and not come from a place of
4:50 default selection
4:52 a lot of our journey can be spent trying
4:54 to align with the universe
4:56 but on our own terms you see the funny
4:58 predicament in that
5:00 who wants to be broken down to have a
5:02 breakthrough
5:03 however our higher guidance is far more
5:06 interested in our clarity
5:07 rather than pulling us deeper into sleep
5:10 if we are able to clearly see ourselves
5:13 the world
5:14 our predicament in the world
5:16 our core issues our overarching themes
5:20 our talents our positive attributes and
5:23 our blind spots and duality
5:25 we can move in the direction of our
5:27 higher guidance while naturally
5:30 manifesting positive results
5:32 in our life as a result of our clarity
5:35 and growth
5:36 which is why there is no act more
5:38 powerful than healing when it comes to
5:40 manifesting in fact the healing journey
5:42 can just be summed up to a whole
5:44 consolidation of our own dissonance aka
5:48 the multiple points of attraction
5:51 it's not like we are expected to be
5:53 fully conscious in order to manifest not
5:56 at all
5:57 we can and will manifest several of our
5:59 hearts desires exactly as we are and for
6:02 no other reason then our auric field
6:04 would really benefit from it
6:07 but this is the overarching plot within
6:09 this universe and knowing it will only
6:11 help you become more aligned and
6:13 therefore able to bring your
6:15 manifestations
6:16 into fruition in a very powerful way
6:20 the second rule of manifesting
6:22 you must make yourself equal to what you
6:25 want to manifest
6:27 this means
6:28 how are you approaching what you want to
6:31 manifest
6:33 observe how we are approaching the whole
6:35 process of manifesting from the bigger
6:37 picture
6:39 this is so important i cannot emphasize
6:41 this part enough
6:42 because if we go about manifesting
6:44 without this step
6:46 we will sometimes be on the mark and we
6:48 will sometimes not be on the mark and we
6:50 won't know what's responding to us and
6:52 why it didn't work
6:54 and the reason why is because we are
6:56 approaching this whole process
6:59 as if the universe is our parent and we
7:02 are a child
7:04 you cannot become equal to what you want
7:06 if you are viewing yourself as receiving
7:08 gifts from santa claus
7:10 do you see how the universe
7:12 which is your higher expression
7:14 would not want to reward that mentality
7:17 if its desire for you was truly
7:20 consciousness
7:21 and do you see how whenever we come from
7:23 a place of lack regarding what we want
7:25 to manifest
7:26 that there is an energetic gap between
7:28 us what we want
7:31 and where we are
7:33 we need to close that gap by becoming
7:34 equal to whatever we want to manifest
7:38 i spoke earlier about the emotional body
7:40 being visceral rather than verbal
7:42 that's very important to know when we're
7:44 manifesting because our mental power
7:46 could be drawing a thing forward but if
7:49 the body's visceral experience is not
7:51 matching it then we don't have the
7:53 magnetism to actualize what we want to
7:55 manifest
7:57 we need to have a visceral experience of
7:59 what we desire so that the emotional
8:02 body can draw it forward
8:04 so the cosmic catch-22 here is that a
8:07 lot of times we want to manifest
8:08 something but need to already be equal
8:11 to it in order for it to be actualized i
8:14 wish it were as simple as just feel like
8:16 you already have it
8:17 but think of the amount of momentum
8:19 you're up against
8:20 our energy field has a lot of momentum
8:22 in its present vibration and if we want
8:25 to alter it we are going to require a
8:27 little more than immersing ourself in
8:29 feelings although that's absolutely
8:31 going to help make us equal to our
8:33 manifestations
8:35 but what we also need is to allow the
8:37 universe to give us stepping stones in
8:40 the form of experiences
8:42 that will ultimately create a version of
8:44 ourselves who is already equal to what
8:47 we want to manifest
8:49 for instance if someone wants to
8:50 manifest a lot of money to tour the
8:52 world but they are not open to the
8:54 universe providing the necessary
8:56 experiences that would heal the
8:59 subconscious blocks they have to
9:01 abundance
9:02 then we may feel that we have no power
9:04 to manifest if it doesn't immediately
9:07 happen the way we had expected it to
9:10 when in reality we are closing ourselves
9:12 off to all of the many forms and outlets
9:14 the universe can use to facilitate that
9:17 manifestation so make yourself equal to
9:19 that emotionally by tapping into what
9:22 that would feel like to already have
9:24 what you want
9:25 what version of yourself you would be
9:27 and then allow for the universe to
9:29 provide you the people places and things
9:32 you will need in order to become the
9:34 version of yourself that is equal to it
9:36 the universe's ultimate goal is to make
9:39 you equal to the universe itself
9:41 it's only interested in providing you
9:43 with whatever experiences you require
9:46 for that growth
9:48 it is unconditional but that does not
9:50 mean it's not biased it's greatly
9:53 concerned with our conscious evolution
9:56 the third rule to manifesting is concern
9:58 yourself with integrity
10:00 remember how i said the universe has a
10:02 type
10:03 it finds integrity very attractive
10:07 there are many things you can get in
10:08 this life without coming from an aligned
10:10 or integral space
10:12 you can manipulate you can force beg
10:14 barter your way into whatever you want
10:16 but that comes with a heavy karmic debt
10:19 now a lot of people confuse integrity
10:21 for meaning you can't be abundant or
10:23 that you have to go without because they
10:25 believe that integrity means you are in
10:27 some way an underdog
10:29 when you have integrity
10:31 that's not the case at all
10:33 having integrity is basically highly
10:35 self-loving because you're in an energy
10:37 where you have standards
10:40 integrity is about being congruent so
10:42 that your words match your actions match
10:45 your feelings and all three reflect the
10:48 truth of who you are
10:50 for instance if someone gave a lecture
10:52 on fear and talked about how detrimental
10:54 fear is and then went and lived an
10:57 utterly fearful existence
10:59 that would not be congruent with the
11:00 truth of who they are
11:03 you will be surprised by how many
11:05 positive things come into your life when
11:07 you're concerned with integrity
11:10 and you will also be surprised at how
11:12 much control you release when you are
11:14 able to achieve this level of alignment
11:16 and accept what is in any given moment
11:19 and in any given emotional state
11:22 there is a whole branch of mysticism
11:24 dedicated to developing congruency
11:27 through integrity alone
11:29 that's how challenging it is for us to
11:31 achieve internal harmony between these
11:34 three concepts of what we think
11:37 what we speak and who we are in our
11:39 action form
11:41 in fact this is the true great work now
11:44 that we've covered the keys to
11:45 manifesting i'm going to share a
11:47 technique i use every day to manifest i
11:49 do this for literally everything i
11:51 engage with there is a certain phrase i
11:53 infuse everything i do and everything i
11:56 put out into the world with
11:58 and that phrase is infinite love and
12:00 gratitude
12:02 the phrase infinite love and gratitude
12:05 is so energetically charged it is a
12:07 secret code
12:09 you can infuse anything you do with this
12:12 from sending an email to making a post
12:14 or simply going on a walk
12:16 incorporating infinite love and
12:17 gratitude into our life is a serious
12:21 energy boost to our manifestation
12:23 that starts to entrain our energy field
12:26 into the state of coherency
12:28 and coherency is another form of
12:30 creating congruency
