0:02 Most people try to manifest from the
0:04 mind, but your mind isn't creating your
0:07 reality. Your nervous system is. If
0:08 you've ever felt like you're doing all
0:11 the high vibe things, the visualizing,
0:13 the affirming, the meditating, but still
0:16 not seeing the results you want, this is
0:18 why you don't manifest through effort.
0:21 You manifest through frequency. And in
0:23 this episode, I'm not just going to show
0:24 you how your nervous system is the
0:26 portal to miracles. I'm going to teach
0:28 you one of the most powerful nervous
0:30 system reset practices that I know. A
0:32 three-part breath and meditation
0:34 sequence designed to downregulate fear,
0:36 restore your sense of safety, and put
0:38 you back in the frequency of quantum
0:45 Now, most people live in an
0:48 overmentalized experience of life. And I
0:50 want you to just stop and check in with
0:52 yourself for a moment. How often have
0:54 you noticed that you're driving from
0:57 point A to point B in your car and you
0:59 have not noticed anything on the road,
1:01 anything to your periphery? You've been
1:03 in your head having a conversation,
1:05 worrying about something, thinking about
1:07 an argument that you had and trying to
1:09 win the argument in your head even
1:11 though the person is no longer there. Or
1:14 walking through the mall or through your
1:16 own home, not actually noticing the
1:18 material surroundings, but living in
1:21 this mentalized space, right? that lives
1:23 somewhere up above your head. Having a
1:25 conversation about the past, having a
1:27 conversation about the future, thinking
1:29 about what should have happened or
1:30 shouldn't have happened. All the
1:32 different ways that we become entangled
1:34 with that inner dialogue. Most of us
1:36 have developed an extraordinary capacity
1:39 to live in the mind. And what we've seen
1:41 now having had over 10,000 coaching
1:43 conversations with high performers,
1:46 entrepreneurs, people just like you is
1:49 that by the age of 40, our mentalbased
1:52 neurology has built up such a momentum
1:55 that it is overexpressing itself. And
1:57 the things that got you to where you
1:59 are, your natural gifts and talents,
2:01 your ability to thrive through
2:03 challenges, your ability to influence
2:05 your external circumstances, your
2:07 ability to handle anything that shows
2:09 up. Well, more is showing up than you
2:12 can handle. Your external circumstances
2:14 are out of control. And really,
2:15 everything that you thought you could
2:18 handle is overburdened because you're
2:21 calling forth into your reality more and
2:23 more and more of what your initial
2:24 nervous system had been developed to
2:27 handle, but now your neur neurology has
2:30 overdeveloped itself. And we see this,
2:32 we call it the core program. We've
2:34 actually identified that within this
2:37 mental dynamic, this living in the head
2:38 space is a lot of fear, a lot of
2:41 unprocessed trauma, a lot of limiting
2:43 beliefs. It's and it's an overeolution
2:46 of your identity or your personality.
2:50 Now, let me define identity for you. An
2:53 identity is the energetic position from
2:56 which you experience reality. So, it is
2:58 the perception with which you experience
3:00 your external circumstances. And it is
3:02 an energetic position. What does that
3:04 mean? It is an emotional position. So
3:07 you're experiencing reality which is and
3:10 and what is core to your personality are
3:13 concepts like I don't matter or if I
3:16 want to approve of myself and be worthy
3:19 I have to work hard or money is scarce
3:20 or it comes but it doesn't stay very
3:22 long. These are all concepts. These are
3:26 all energetic positions that develop as
3:28 a conglomeration into your identity or
3:31 your personality and reality begins to
3:33 reflect itself back to you in the form
3:36 of what you believe. And this position
3:38 is vibrational. It is a frequency and
3:41 it's held in your nervous system. So as
3:44 you are thinking limited thoughts around
3:46 time, around money, around yourself,
3:48 around what's possible, as you
3:51 experience frustration or overwhelm or
3:54 stress, that's a vibration in your
3:57 nervous system. So too are emotions like
4:00 joy and curiosity and excitement, you're
4:02 resonating at a higher vibrational
4:04 frequency. But if you're not creating
4:05 what you want to be creating in your
4:07 life, the only reason for that is you
4:10 have not developed the practice of a
4:13 vibrational position or an identity that
4:14 feels good and is in alignment with what
4:16 you want to create. Because your nervous
4:19 system is creating your reality. Really,
4:22 you are impressing your consistent habit
4:24 of vibration, which are your thoughts
4:26 and your emotions against the quantum
4:29 field. And reality is forming based on
4:31 that consistent vibration. It's a
4:33 communication that you have with a
4:36 greater intelligence, the unified field,
4:38 God, Jesus, Allah, however you refer to
4:41 a higher intelligence or a higher power.
4:42 It is responding according to your habit
4:45 of vibration or your habit of identity.
4:48 And stress, when you're experiencing it,
4:50 is an indication that you're creating
4:54 more of what you don't want. Because as
4:56 you're experiencing stress, that
4:58 frequency is building within your
5:00 nervous system and you are expressing
5:03 that frequency against the field and the
5:05 field has no choice but to respond
5:07 through the formation of circumstances
5:09 and situations that will invoke that
5:11 same emotion from you. This is the idea
5:13 of the law of attraction. So in any
5:16 moment in time, whatever you're feeling
5:19 is predicting
5:21 an experience in the future that will
5:24 invoke that same feeling from you. You
5:26 are literally creating your reality. And
5:28 so the challenge here is for us to begin
5:31 to disassociate our day-to-day
5:33 experiences because they're reflective
5:35 of a previous habit of thought or
5:37 emotion or our current identity and to
5:39 start to really living into the version
5:41 of our future self. The type of reality
5:43 that we want to create. Experiencing
5:44 gratitude when you feel like there's
5:46 nothing to be grateful for. Experiencing
5:48 prosperity when there's not that much in
5:50 your bank account. Experience the
5:51 feeling of safety when actually your
5:52 external environment feels very
5:55 threatening. This is the work to do.
5:57 So stress is an indicator of creating
5:59 more of what you don't want. Joy or calm
6:01 or peace or what we would call powerful
6:03 states of being are indicators that you
6:05 are creating a future that you do want.
6:08 And so one way to look at the game of
6:10 personal growth and the game of creating
6:12 your own reality, the game of achieving
6:16 goals, the game of creating success is
6:18 to look at life through the lens of a
6:21 single practice which is downregulating
6:23 your nervous system.
6:25 So, learning how to train your nervous
6:28 system away from fight or flight or the
6:29 sympathetic expression of the nervous
6:33 system into parasympathetic or rest or
6:35 relaxation. Because in the
6:36 parasympathetic expression of your
6:38 nervous system, that's where you're
6:41 creating a joyful, abundant, prosperous,
6:44 healthy, connected experience of life.
6:46 And in the sympathetic expression of
6:48 your nervous system, the fight orflight
6:49 expression of your nervous system,
6:51 you're creating a future that will
6:53 invoke more fight or flight, stress,
6:55 anxiety, overwhelm, financial
6:58 insecurity, indecision, procrastination,
7:00 and self-sabotage.
7:04 Now, if we get honest with ourselves,
7:07 most of us, if not all of us, at a
7:11 meaningful level, feel unsafe.
7:12 Just check in with yourself for a

7:20 of my life I felt tremendously unsafe.
7:22 Even now as an adult being in this work
7:24 and being a teacher of this work, there
7:26 are many moments throughout my days,
7:27 throughout my weeks, throughout my
7:30 months where I feel unsafe. I feel
7:31 unsafe because something shows up in my
7:33 business that I didn't expect that isn't
7:35 in alignment with the growth of the
7:38 business that I envision. I feel unsafe
7:39 because I have aches and pains in my
7:41 body and my mind interprets those aches
7:43 and pains as what if this is serious?
7:45 What if it never goes away? I feel
7:47 unsafe when my wife and I have friction
7:49 in our relationship. She gets upset
7:51 about something and because of old
7:53 childhood programs I feel like I did
7:56 something wrong and in response to that
7:59 in order to justify my worthiness I need
8:02 to make her wrong. And so we end up off
8:03 in this stalemate. But I could give
8:06 example after example after example of
8:08 how on a daily basis I move into
8:10 unsafety. And that unsafety is an
8:12 indication that I'm moving into fight or
8:14 flight, right? I'm moving into the
8:17 upregulation of my nervous system. And
8:19 moving into sympathetic or fight or
8:21 flight is not a bad thing. It's a very
8:23 useful tool for survival. Right? It was
8:25 meant to signal to us that we were in
8:26 need of food, in need of shelter, that
8:28 we were under a direct threat, something
8:30 that was threatening our survival. But
8:32 the challenge is that over the last few
8:35 thousand years, it's been left unchecked
8:39 and it has encroached upon the natural
8:41 balance of the nervous system. I've
8:43 shared the story before that when my
8:44 wife and I were first dating, I didn't
8:46 have a lot of money. I had two homes in
8:47 foreclosure. I really wanted to impress
8:50 my wife. We went out to dinner one time
8:52 and I'm looking at the menu, literally
8:53 moving into fight or flight because I'm
8:55 looking at the prices and hoping she's
8:56 not going to order the filet minan or a
8:58 glass of wine because I couldn't afford
9:03 it. Right? So the mind is correlated to
9:05 this habit we've developed in our
9:07 nervous system of fight or flight. And
9:09 so we start to interpret life as
9:13 threatening. Most of us feel unsafe most
9:14 of the time. And we develop all these
9:16 coping mechanisms to feel safe,
9:19 controlling our external environment, uh
9:21 trying to be perfectionists, trying to
9:23 make the right decisions, um striving
9:26 for success because we believe sex su
9:30 success will produce safety. Um, and
9:33 when we feel unsafe, we also have other
9:36 behaviors we engage in like depression,
9:39 anxiety, overwhelm, hopelessness.
9:40 So, what I'm wanting to communicate in
9:42 this episode is that a very beneficial
9:45 practice for downregulating your nervous
9:46 system, which is the portal for creating
9:48 miracles and what you want in your life,
9:51 is the practice of safety. Get into a
9:56 practice of feeling safe. And that's why
9:58 practices like meditation which are very
10:00 beneficial in terms of stilling the mind
10:02 or visualization which are really useful
10:05 in terms of starting to build a memory
10:07 of your future because your brain is a
10:08 goal achieving machine and it can start
10:11 to operate in order to materialize that
10:13 future visualization that you have or
10:15 that vision board. but they're only so
10:17 useful and most high vibrational
10:22 practices fail without tethering them or
10:24 connecting them to nervous system regulation.
10:25 regulation.
10:28 So this is very very important. In fact,
10:29 right now in my own personal practice,
10:31 this is the most important practice and
10:32 I'm going to be sharing with you what
10:35 one of my core practices is. But feeling safe
10:37 safe
10:40 allows you to allow, right? When you
10:42 feel safe, you are open. Your nervous
10:44 system is open. it's available. You're
10:46 able to receive from life rather than
10:49 defend against it. And in that you
10:51 become more connected and one with the
10:53 field of intelligence and the flow of
10:55 life itself. So I want you to think
10:58 about it. When you feel unsafe, you're
11:00 in a contracted energy, you experience
11:02 emotions like stress, anxiety, and
11:03 overwhelm. And you're cutting yourself
11:06 off from the field. And because you're
11:07 cutting yourself off from the field or
11:10 from God or from life itself, that's why
11:12 disease starts to set in. That's why
11:15 financial insecurity and lack of
11:18 prosperity exist, isolation, challenges
11:21 in work or career, challenges in
11:23 relationship, not having a relationship
11:25 because you're cutting yourself off from
11:28 life itself as you move into this
11:30 feeling of unsafety. As you move into
11:32 safety, you start to allow, you open up,
11:35 and you literally plug back in to the
11:38 matrix of life. So you allow yourself
11:41 now an inflow of information, thoughts,
11:43 ideas, inspiration, health, vitality,
11:46 vibrancy, abundance, and an outflow of
11:48 desire. So you're you're a better
11:51 receiver transmitter mechanism plugged
11:53 into the field itself. You're able to
11:54 receive from the field and transmit out
11:57 to the field in a more co coherent,
11:59 productive, and aligned way. Hey, it's

13:18 things are all aligned. When you're
13:20 living in your joy, which you really can
13:23 only do when you feel safe. And when you
13:26 feel safe, you're able to live in your
13:28 joy. And when you're living in your joy
13:31 and experiencing safety, you're actually
13:34 without much effort drawing forth all of
13:36 the components necessary to materialize
13:37 whatever desires that you've accumulated
13:40 over time. Because you have a whole
13:41 portfolio of desires that you've
13:43 accumulated over time, right? Like there
13:45 are lots of things that you want. You
13:46 want more money. Maybe you want more
13:48 fame. Maybe you want better
13:50 relationships. Maybe you want more
13:51 clarity on your purpose. You have all
13:53 these desires and the field already
13:54 knows what you want. You've placed your
13:57 order. The question is whether or not
13:59 you can align with the field. And you do
14:02 that through a safety practice and the
14:03 downregulation of your nervous system.
14:04 So what I want to do is I want to share
14:07 with you a three-part meditation and
14:08 breathing practice to downre regulate
14:11 your nervous system and to also install
14:14 feelings of openness meaning
14:15 availability to the field and openness
14:17 to life rather than feeling defensive
14:20 against it and unsafe and safety right
14:24 openness safety uh and connection with
14:28 the field. Um, and so this practice is
14:30 something that I got from HeartMath. Uh,
14:32 I saw some YouTube video a long time ago
14:34 and there was a facilitator moving
14:35 people through this practice. You could
14:37 do this for 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15
14:39 minutes. It doesn't really matter. In
14:40 fact, I think it's even better if you
14:42 break it up into like 5 minutes a day to
14:44 reset your nervous system and reconnect
14:48 it to safety and joy and the ability to
14:51 receive and the field. And all you need
14:52 to do is get into a quiet place and you
14:54 close your eyes. And there's two parts
14:57 of this practice. The first part is um
15:00 is heart coherent breathing. And so what
15:03 that looks like is you breathe in and
15:05 you breathe out, but you focus your
15:07 energy on and attention as if you are
15:09 breathing in through your heart and out
15:11 through your heart. Well, why is that
15:12 important? Well, because there are
15:14 energetic centers around the heart where
15:16 it's at the core of who you are. Like
15:19 really, you are materialized energy. And
15:21 so we you see yourself as a physical
15:24 body. But if we go into more ancient
15:26 teachings, right, there are seven
15:28 chakras that represent the energy
15:30 centers all the way from your root
15:33 chakra, which is near your tailbone, up
15:35 through your third eye chakra in your
15:38 forehead and your crown chakra. And
15:40 according to Eastern tradition, these
15:43 are energy centers that materialize your
15:45 physical body. So behind your physical
15:48 body are these energy centers. And it's
15:50 even further broken down into the
15:52 meridian system that's used in
15:54 acupuncture. These energetic centers
15:55 throughout your body. And what we're
15:59 wanting to do is move behind the body.
16:01 Like let's get to an earlier root cause.
16:05 Let's go towards the real cause of the
16:06 experience of your life and the
16:08 experience or materialization of your
16:10 physical body. And let's work with the
16:12 energetic centers. And we want to bring
16:14 our awareness or attention to that heart
16:16 center because your your awareness is
16:18 energy. And when you bring your your
16:20 awareness or your energy to certain
16:22 parts of your body, it activates and
16:25 stimulates those parts of your body. And
16:27 so we're going to breathe in through the
16:28 heart and we're going to breathe out
16:31 through the heart. That's the consistent
16:33 part of the practice. And then what
16:34 you're going to do is you're going to
16:36 have three types of breaths that you do.
16:39 The first breath is you
16:41 breathe in through your heart. You're
16:43 going to exhale through your heart.
16:46 And as you exhale, you're going to
16:49 imagine feeling the expansion of your
16:51 arms, opening yourself up to life,
16:55 opening yourself up to everything that
16:59 life has been trying to send to you so
17:01 that you can receive it. Right? Imagine
17:04 being out in a beautiful hillside,
17:07 staring up at the sun, opening up your
17:09 arms, and just receiving those beautiful
17:11 rays of light or receiving a beautiful
17:13 hug from someone you love. That's a very
17:16 specific emotional frequency. So, as you
17:17 do the first breath, you're going to
17:19 inhale. All the inhales are just focused
17:21 on the heart. And as you exhale through
17:23 the heart, you're going to allow
17:26 yourself to feel this feeling of
17:30 receiving, being safe and receiving and
17:32 being open. And you can try it now or
17:34 you can try it after this episode. But
17:35 you'll notice that's a very specific
17:37 feeling. There are times in your life,
17:38 memories that you've had where you've
17:41 been open and available and received and
17:43 life has just poured love into you.
17:45 That's a specific frequency that we want
17:47 to start building and reinforcing in
17:51 your nervous system to counter the habit
17:54 of unsafety and blocking ourselves off.
17:56 So the first exhale is the feeling of
17:59 opening yourself up and receiving. Then
18:01 you inhale again through the heart. This
18:04 is the second breath. And you exhale
18:06 again. And this time I want you to
18:09 imagine letting it all fall off of you.
18:10 Letting everything on your shoulders
18:13 fall off. Letting any stories or trauma
18:16 or tension in your body just literally
18:18 go slip right off your body all the way
18:20 down through your feet, grounding it
18:23 back into the earth. That's a specific
18:24 emotion. We normally don't describe that
18:26 as an emotion. We describe emotions as
18:29 happy or sad or overwhelmed. But this
18:31 opening up to receive is an emotional
18:34 experience. This exhaling and letting
18:36 everything go is an emotional
18:37 experience. And these are very powerful
18:39 frequencies and habits to build in your
18:41 nervous system that are conducive to
18:42 allowing your nervous system to be the
18:44 portal for creating miracles and what
18:47 you want. So the second exhale is
18:49 letting it all go. It's sort of the same
18:50 feeling you would have if I had you take
18:53 a deep inhale like and then you did an
18:56 audible exhale like
18:58 like that feeling of letting it all go.
19:00 It's like that feeling of just finishing
19:03 a really difficult workout or just
19:05 completing a really difficult task. Like
19:08 h it's behind me. I'm letting it go. I'm
19:10 letting it slip off my nervous system. I
19:13 no longer need to hold on to it. So
19:15 breath number one, inhale, exhale while
19:18 opening yourself up to receive. Second
19:20 breath, inhale through the heart,
19:24 exhale, and letting it all go. The third
19:27 breath in this three breath sequence
19:30 is an inhale through the heart. Again,
19:31 why? Because we're activating the
19:33 heart-c centered energy. This is at the
19:36 core of who you are. And we're exhaling
19:40 through the heart. Feeling safe and
19:43 present right here, right now. Feeling
19:46 in your body right here, right now, and
19:48 safe. It's almost like saying to
19:52 yourself, "Right now, right here, I am
19:55 okay. I am safe." It doesn't matter if
19:56 you don't have as much money in your
19:57 bank account. You've got a ton of credit
19:59 card debt. It's not here. Right here,
20:01 right now. It doesn't matter if you're
20:03 in physical pain because what's right
20:06 here, right now is you dying or never
20:08 being able to solve your physical pain.
20:10 Let's just acknowledge that right here,
20:13 right now, we're okay. I am okay right
20:15 here, right now in my physical body.
20:19 That's the exhale.
20:20 Why is this important? Well, it's
20:22 important because what we're trying to
20:24 do is redevelop the habit of being
20:26 inside of our bodies. Because as we
20:27 talked about in the earlier part of this
20:29 episode, we've been living in this
20:31 mental space, disconnected from
20:33 ourselves, up in the egoic mental
20:36 turbulence of our minds. And that has a
20:38 toil on our body because our life force
20:40 is not in our body. It's outside of our
20:42 body up in the space trying to figure
20:44 things out, judging ourselves for what
20:45 we did in the past, worrying about
20:48 things in the future. And so that's part
20:50 of the disconnection from the field
20:51 which as a byproduct creates financial
20:53 insecurity, breakdown in health,
20:55 breakdown in relationships, lack of
20:57 clarity, lack of guidance, lack of
20:59 spiritual connection. So this is exactly
21:02 the opposite. The third breath is inhale
21:04 through the heart center and exhale with
21:08 a feeling of I'm in my body right here,
21:10 right now. I am guided. I am protected.
21:12 Whatever else you can add in that might
21:14 be uh resonant for you. I'm a child of
21:17 God, right? I am okay right here, right
21:21 now. That's that third emotional exhale.
21:23 So, you've got three. The first one is
21:25 opening myself and being available and
21:26 receiving the abundance and all of the
21:29 goodness of life. The second one is
21:30 letting go of all of the tension that
21:32 might be accumulating on me and the
21:33 things that I've accumulated throughout
21:35 the day and grounding it back into the
21:36 earth. Just letting it literally slip
21:38 off and slide off down your body through
21:40 your feet into the ground. And the third
21:42 one is being right here in my body safe
21:44 right here, right now. And what you do
21:46 is you simply repeat those three breaths
21:48 for as long as you want to do the
21:50 meditation practice. Inhale through the
21:52 heart center just feeling
21:56 your heart and exhaling while practicing
21:58 these three specific vibrations that are
22:01 all correlated to safety. Right? Safety
22:04 to receive, safety to let go, safety to
22:06 be. And this is a beautiful coherence
22:09 practice. This is the way that you can
22:12 start retaking control over how your
22:13 nervous system is programmed. Because
22:16 the truth is is early on we had no
22:18 control over how our nervous system was
22:20 programmed, right? It was programmed by
22:21 other people, by what they believed, by
22:23 what they told us. And it built up a
22:25 psychological and emotional habit. And
22:27 since your nervous system is literally
22:30 what's vibrating a frequency out to the
22:32 field and creating your reality, there's
22:33 some things that you're creating in your
22:34 life right now that you love and some
22:36 things that you don't love. And the way
22:37 that you're going to change it is not by
22:39 trying to control your external reality,
22:41 but by controlling your vibration, by
22:43 controlling your frequency, and by
22:44 expanding your field rather than
22:47 contracting your field. And so I highly
22:48 recommend you make this the most
22:50 important practice in your life. I
22:51 believe this is better than any
22:53 nutritional practice, supplemental
22:55 practice, workout practice, or physical
22:57 training. Even though I believe in all
22:59 of those things, um, any other form of
23:02 meditation, this is an active meditation
23:05 process that is neuroscience-based.
23:07 that will program your nervous system
23:09 for downregulation and for you more
23:11 naturally beginning to feel these
23:15 feelings of safety, of availability, of
23:18 openness, of receiving, of surrender and
23:21 letting go as opposed to the habits that
23:22 you've developed of stress, anxiety,
23:25 overwhelm, worry, self- judgment. And so
23:27 this is a very very powerful practice.
23:29 And again, as I mentioned, uh I think
23:32 it's even more effective to do for five
23:34 minutes a day, three times a day,
23:36 because that way throughout the day,
23:38 you're bringing your nervous system back
23:40 to remembering what's actually true.
23:42 Because throughout the day, your current
23:44 reality is likely to influence you to
23:46 move back into those old habits of
23:48 thoughts, old habits of emotion, and old
23:51 beliefs and actions. So, I hope you love
23:52 this video as much as I love sharing it
23:54 with you. I think this is absolutely
23:56 essential. If there's one thing I would
