The channel where we explore the lore of Arknights
I hope everyone is excited for Arknights: Endfield
whether you'll be a newcomer or an already standing player
I'm Aka and in today video
we'll be going over some interesting lores and development
that we, have learned about in the Arknights: Endfield Beta
Before we begin
It worth mention that there will be spoiler ahead
and that the game is still in beta
some of the information we have may be subject to changes on release
So without further ado, let's get into the lore
We have made a small rough timeline
about the history and events of Talos-II
First thing to mention is that Talos has it own calendar
one that is separate from the Terran calendar.
Year 0, start with the Talosian calendar
It when the races of Terran make their way into Talos-II through the cosmic gate
Around year 000 to 011
the Endmin is born
However
We don't know the origin of the Endmin
for all we know, the birth of the Endmin
could just be the transfering of the mind of the Doctor
into another body.
Year 5, is the start of The first Aggeloi War
in which the cosmic gate is destroyed
To clarify that this doesn't meant that Terra was destroyed
just the possibility of travel between the two worlds is now broken.
In year 11
The first Aggeloi War enter it second phase
Year 15 conclude The Aggeloi War
However, at the same time
the first originium get contaminated
Year 15 to 17, just after The Aggeloi War has finished
The Humiliation War begin
it seem to be some sort of civil war between the surviving Terran
At the end of that War, in Year 17
The Civilization Band is formed
Year 59
Is where the Former hero of the First Aggeloi war forms the first Landbreakers
In the Year 132
A massive Aggeloi known as Astarron attacks Valley-IV
Year 139
The second Aggeloi war begins.
Year 142 Something happens with the Endmin
and they are put into the Sarcophagus.
Afterwards, in Year 152 Endmin wakes up.
This also marks the very beginning of the game.
In endfield, a new material known as Xiranite is introduced.
In the previous video we mentioned that Xiranite can reduce, stabilize
and counter the blight
mainly in the form of the blight tide.
now though, we know more about its origins
Xiranite was created in the Year 140
just 2 years before something happens to the Endmin.
Most interestingly However,
is that Xiranite is made by using Originium and the feranmut Sui…
let that sink in.
While we are on the topic of Feranmuts
Let's talk about the feranmut Sami…
On Terra, it said that Sami was around before the Star gate, or the cosmic gate as its now called.
Sami was a gigantic feranmut.
Basically a living god.
after the fall of Doctor’s civilization
Sami kind of formed a nation around and on itself
in the northern regions of Terra.
There the tribes of Sami became a main force against the Collapsal’ threat.
Now we have found out that Sami has moved to Talos-2
and has even taken its nation of Sami and the people with it…
a godlike feat, showing the capabilities of a feranmut.
Another thing about Sami is that it took part in the First Aggeloi war
where its followers started something called the “wild Hunt Uprising”.
Not only do we have entities and nations moving to Talos-II
we also have cities migrating as well
one city in particular, is the Industrial Mothership
which we knew as “Simonch” back in the original arknights.
A location that we see in EP16.
From Pogranichnik’s voiceline it's unclear why it was salvaged and moved to Talos-II
However, what we do know is that it's the largest nomadic city on Talos-II.
We Previously mentioned that the Cabal is part of Laterano
or at least sent by Laterano to Talos 2 to research the new world.
Now we know that the cabal is comprised of three different divisions
that each focus on different things.
We have The Resurgonites
which seem to be the fighting force and explorers of the cabal.
The Sessionites
which seem to be the Technicians and scientists.
and The Veritarites
which seem to be the scholars and priests of the order.
The Cabal also seems to have an Aggeloi in their main base of operations
that they call Shatterus
It's apparently similar in design to the Triaggelos we fight.
Unlike triaggelos though, it is merely a test subject...
Lets finish this by going over some small tidbits about the characters of endfield.
Firstly
We have kind of confirmed what race Nefarith is
That being an Archosauria.
Rossi is Wulfgard’s little sister
and the heir to the Pack family or atleast in charge of it.
TangTang is a feline and the chief of the Qingbo Stockade.
Zhuang is the Viceroy of Wuling
and a potential former colleague of the Endmin during the creation of the Xiranite
And finally, Mi Fu
is the Captain of the Wuling Watchguards and answers straight to the viceroy.
