What's up, Primal Gang? Let's talk about
people who actually defend seed oils.
There are people out there that never
had real food for a very long time. And
um when when you're trying to tell them
that uh hey, this is not good for you at
all, they are going to get very
triggered cuz um that's their comfort
food or whatever. They just love um
going to McDonald's or their favorite
place which serves up some type of deep
fried food full of seed oils or they go
to their favorite doughut place whatever
and that is their happy place because
maybe after a horrible day of work they
just love going to such a place and
having their favorite treat and they are
just so emotionally attached to it that
they just can't give it up. They cannot
imagine themselves munching on some raw
liver and thinking that that's the real
treat, that's the real reward. And
because they have this seed oil foods,
they end up like unhealthy or something.
And they also get like anger issues. And
um because they are in denial to admit
that the seed oil the seed oil foods are
the the problem, the seed oil foods make
them feel horrible. instead of admit
that they're going to get angry at me or
someone that tells them that they have
seed oil problems. In other words, in
instead of admitting that they are
wrong, it's it's me who is wrong and I'm
just a fear-mongering people about seed
oils and they are going to defend seed
oils just like I would defend a piece of
bone marrow. Imagine me going to the
store and um I'm looking which uh which
bone to pick up, which bone to buy and
the seed oil problems person comes up to
me and hits me on the hand and tells me
to not eat it and instead to just go for
some seed oils. Well, I would get mad.
Okay. Well, they wouldn't even get close
to me. But yeah, let's just say that
they have some way of of denying me to
buying that piece of bone to get my bone
marrow for the for the for animal fats.
Of course, in my recent video where um I
called out that gold digger coach who's
just saying great work to everybody, you
know, he said how it's it's great work
how that seed oil problems woman is
eating or whatever. And I left a comment
under that video. Is this great work?
How come you never mention Cedo? Cuz
it's like he doesn't know the root cause
and he never commented and he doesn't
even want to find out the root cause. He
just wants to sell his whatever. It's
it's actually uh financially a good
idea. Financially like not not her
advice because if you don't find out the
root cause, the clients are just going
to keep coming back to you because um
the clients are just going going to go
back to eating fast food again and then
they have the so-called the the
so-called balanced diet and then they go
back again to fast foods and they get
obese again. And yeah, it's a it's a
circle of misery. And this way the coach
makes makes more money while my advice
is forever and ever good and the clients
never need to come back. In fact, I'm
I'm giving this for free. So yeah, I I
got the advice for free and um yeah, I'm
I'm I'm spreading it for free. And this
random called
um responds to me because fearmongering
is Let me explain it. How is
it fear-mongering? If you are having it
just once or twice a year, nothing is
going to happen to you. Okay? But if
you're having it every day, like every
week, two or three times or whatever,
depends on quantity of course, then you
should be absolutely afraid for your
health. Then I asked him, you like chunk
food this much? And then he responds,
when did I say I like chunk food? you
did not say it, but um yeah, it's just
my forward thinking. If you you're
defending something, it means you're
liking it. How can I defend something
that I don't like? It's impossible. And
then he edited the comment. Also, what
kind of obvious question is that? I love
junk food. I could eat it every day and
not get tired of it, but I don't eat it
every day because too much of anything
is unhealthy for our body. That's why I
eat occasionally, making sure I don't overindulge
overindulge
so I don't feel like a bowling ball
afterwards and eating nutrientdense
foods before so I can feel my best and
enjoy my favorite foods. And my response
is, well, I did not respond to him, but
I'm going to respond now. I I can't be
bothered to type such a long answer, and
it's easier to just say it. It is an
obvious question because uh the average
person is is just going to like junk
food because they have never experienced
our natural diet and it doesn't even
across cross their minds to to try it.
So for them when they have junk food
they think they have the best meal on
earth. And when I am having my fatty raw
meat and a few s few slices of raw liver
and after that I drink a glass or two of
orange juice and having some griard
cheese. For me that's the best food
ever. Like I'm even questioning myself.
Can life get better than this in terms
of food? Well yes it can. If if there
was more wild meat and more wild organs
instead of these domesticated animals
and pick my own oranges, then yeah, that
would be even better. But hey, I I do
what I can. And you can't show me any
junk food full of seed oils that would
replace that for me. But yeah, like I
said in in my other videos, this is my
reality. And some people are just not
going to experience it because they are
going to call me u stupid or something
and u that I'm misinformed and yeah
therefore they they are just
closedminded. But in the end of the day
I had your junk food and you did not
have um our natural diet. Therefore I
have um a better understanding that than
than you do. You can eat it occasionally
and still feel bad from it. Okay. Cuz
when I tried it occasionally Yeah.
Celius just feels so bad in tummy, man.
There's something about it that
immediately Yeah, this is not food and
you should throw up to get it out of the
system as quick as possible. And this
person is uh is just pretending that
he's on some type of balanced diet and
too much of anything is bad for you. But
when you're having our natural diet, if
you're eating too much, you're just
going to stop. You're not going to eat
until you explode. But hey, when you're
having unsatisfying foods, quote unquote
foods, then maybe you just don't know
what I speak about. And you can't talk
about nutrientdense foods without
talking about raw meat and organs. I'm
sorry. H never mind. I'm not sorry. H
actually I do feel sorry for you. But
here we have another guy showing up.
Seed oils are only problem if you eat
junk food and don't don't have enough
omega-3s to balance out the sixes. So he
thinks if he has some type of fish fried
in seed oils or whatever then he's going
to be fine cuz it's going to be balanced
out and yeah everything is going to be
great cuz life is about balance. So, if
I eat some um raw salmon, after that, I
can have my um Pringles cuz yeah,
nothing's going to happen to me in his
opinion cuz it it balanced it out. What
a joke. But again, uh these people are
just um emotion like they are just Yeah,
they are emotional. They're like driven
by emotions cuz um they know how how
good it feels to have those se those
fast foods and they only know about
that. And me as a kid, I remember being
addicted to to Cheetos cuz it had some
type of really intense flavor. I don't
know if the condiments or the
ingredients had something
illegal inside or I don't know if it was
some type of flavor enhancer that is no
longer allowed. But I don't think that u
that type of Cheetos even exists today
cuz I tried the same thing and yeah, it
tasted bad. And the texture of wheat or
whatever it's made out of, it's just so
rough, man. Yeah, after having raw meat,
nothing tastes the same and nothing
feels the same. And the grains are evil.
And yeah, just going to go fast through
the comments. So yeah, I said,
"Everything that has cedos is junk
food." He said, "Your brain seems to be
full of junk food if you say something
like that." And I said, "Show me one
junk food that I eat." like you you
can't really say that u my brain is full
of junk food since junk food wasn't even
available to me. I I mostly ate um food
that was cooked at home. And it's not
that I didn't wanted to try. It's just
that my parents told me that um hey, we
have food at home. And um yeah, that's
that that was about it. And I'm actually
thankful for that cuz I never had seed
oil problems except when I gained 10
kilograms on a vegan diet. That was
clearly cedal problems cuz there was no
animal fat. You can act like I'm lying
all day. But u I don't know maybe maybe
try it out. Whatever. Then uh he says
the misinformation that you consume on
daily basis. I responded says the guy
who eats unnatural seed oils. Whatever.
Then it just goes on and on and I bring
up how um raw animal fat is healthier.
to what he responds. Ah, yes. Raw
unprocessed animal fats. You need a
factory reset. Bro doesn't even know our
factory settings. Humans in nature eat
raw meat. To what I just responded, the
irony. And he asked, "What irony?" And I
said, "Our factory settings for us
humans is literally raw meat and raw
animal foods." To what? He said, "Yeah,
let's just feed a newborn raw beef." And
I said, "Yes, like your ancestors did."
Wild meat is even better. And then the
unexpected happens, guys. A vegan shows
up, a vegan called Laya, and tells me,
"There's nothing wrong with seed oils.
It's a meat. I've been a vegan since
2008. And if you are indeed a vegan,
too, it disappoints me to It disappoints
me that you're not one of those
conspiracy terrorists.
The What the Okay. Who gives Who give
veganism a bad name?" Oh, no. Oh, I
disappointed the vegan. Yeah, the tofu
vegans and the veggie burger vegans are
just going to defend it no matter what
cuz they are even more obsessed with
seed oils and even more emotionally
attached to it cuz um cuz that doesn't
hurt the animals and the vegan is so
triggered that um tells the other person
sang um absolutely it's total
So the vegan didn't didn't even notice
that the other guy is not vegan. So,
it's like they are agreeing between each
other that um eating some meat is is all
right. I did not argue with the the
vegan person because u it's not like I
have a an anti-vegan YouTube channel
where I do it all the time. And I just
told her, "Don't worry, I make a video
about it and primals are going to laugh
at you." Basically, everybody in that
comment section was just against me.
Even this guy that tells me that's such
an unaded I can't speak English. So he
tells me that's such an uneducated
claim. Yeah, man. I should go back to
school and um and learn how I should
have a balanced diet full of fiber, like
enough fiber and eat salads and put only
a little bit of olive oil on top of my
food and to make sure the steak is well
done. And if I place it in the fridge,
then when I take it out, I I need to
make sure that I reheat my food or
whatever. Give me a break. Oh, yeah.
Back to the vegan person who said
there's nothing wrong with seed oils and
it's a meat. Yeah, who knows? Um, maybe
the animals that I ate so far, they were
like mythological creatures, like
mythological cow, mythological sheep,
mythological deer, mythological fish,
and they had some type of magical
effects and it helped me lose weight,
like lose those extra 10 kg that I
gained on a vegan diet. And and yeah,
I'm I'm no longer having seed oil
problems. Thanks for listening. I'm
going to tag all of them. Oh yeah, let's
