What does that mean? Comparisons which
opens the door to competition. Can you
see our ministry has been here for 10
years? Look at that ministry just 32
years. Look at where they are. Comparism
destroys innovation and motivation.
Excellent people in ministry don't look
downward. They don't look backward. They
don't look sideways. Don't strive to
succeed but maintain your lane and
success will meet you. Comparison makes
a fool of a man in ministry. I've
listened to a few young ministers. They
are always eager to succeed. Always
eager to succeed, which is normal. There
is something inside every man that wants
him to succeed. It's inside me as well.
But I don't give it priority. I give
priority to process which guarantees
product. Success is an outcome. It's not
what you look for. It is what comes to
you when you do what is right. Say a
loud amen. Learn to get inspired by others

and get encouraged by what you see. But
don't be distracted. Don't be

You see, in comparison, you start
quering yourself and your ability. You

told you because you didn't see quick result.

with people whose destiny is down to
nothing and then two months into meeting
them they have painted their destinies.
They are shining.

They are patient.
They raise people from nothing and make
them as beautiful buildings to behold.
There are pastors who plaster very well.
You know in every prof in every field
like engineering, like building, you
have such specialists. That's how it is
with ministry. There is something
peculiar about you that nobody else has,
But unfortunately, we don't
value what we have. I love the statement
of Paul the Apostle. He say, "I magnify
I magnify my office." Romans 11:13, "I
magnify my office."
Promote your identity.
Promote your Don't be afraid and ashamed
to make people know where is you stand.

You have friends in ministry. Perhaps
you are called the same day. But your
calling is different. Is unique. Look

Who are you that we may give answer to
them that sent us? What say thou
thyself? What says thou thyself? What
said thou thyself? And in verse 23,
and he said,
what are you saying? I want to urge you please

your calling is. If you don't know it to
a point of writing it, go and find out

out." And I heard him say, "Take your
pen and write the vision." The proof of
your knowledge of what is inside you is
your ability to write it. Don't be

become 10. You are evangelist. Go to the
field and start preaching. Three people
responded to you today, 10 people
respond tomorrow until it becomes a crowd.

reaching out to people with passion in
your soul.

he says be bold is different from be courageous.

Not all who are bold are courageous.
You need boldness to be a commenser.
But you need courage to be a continuous

And this is the undoing of many people
in ministry today. They lack the
boldness to start. They have reasons and
excuses not to start. And when you
start, you'll be confronted with opposition.

Courage means fuel your boldness. Stay on.

Stay on with knife on your neck. Stay on courageously.

And with one hand cut, hold your gun
with the other hand. You'll be dangling
one hand. That's resolence. It's not as
if you are not feeling the pain, but you

The ultimate look.
