Good evening, good afternoon, good
morning, if you're tuned in
live when you watch this recording. Today
I'm here representing OTG,
representing many people, to
present to you an excellent
business opportunity that crossed my life 11 years ago.
Although at that time I didn't decide to
embrace it, I did embrace the products, and
then I'll briefly introduce myself, and I
began to develop this great
opportunity almost 3 years later. I'm
talking about the year 2014. It's been a long time.
Today is a rainy day here that
reminds me that the path has had
ups and downs like any business,
but above all with the same enthusiasm or
more than the first day because it has given me
a life I couldn't imagine at that
time. Today I am here to explain to you.
It was a roughly
30-minute explanation of the
entrepreneurial opportunity with Newskin, okay? It's
a company that, for those who don't know,
is an American company that I'm going to
briefly introduce, and before talking
about the company, I'm going to introduce myself
so that you know who I am and also
perhaps my story might resonate with you
at some point and you might say, "Wow,
I hadn't thought of this, but
maybe it could fit, right?" My name
is Ana Castellet. Well, I'm
a bit of a restless woman. I come from the world of
sports. My father introduced me to the
world of sports, and I didn't want to
study physical activity
and sports science. And after starting to
study translation and interpreting,
which I don't think many people know about,
because my time in this program lasted 10
days, I realized that it wasn't what I
wanted, and then I started, well,
first I did a higher education cycle,
and then I started university, and I
studied what I didn't want to study.
The truth is that thanks to the fact that there was no
tennis as a performance career
at university, I discovered the world of
health, I fell in love, then I also
studied a bit more about dietetics and
nutrition and then I also studied a
lot about emotional work due to
personal situations I went through
and also to better help my
personal training clients.
I think health is based on these
three pillars, and I'm not here today to
talk about this, but rather about having
coherence, right? And this business
has helped me to have a lot of coherence in
my life. In 2013, so you understand
why I started, I had a
major existential crisis. I left the gym where I
worked, I left my husband, I
left everything and I went traveling alone. It was
one of the best decisions of my life
and I asked God, the universe, that there had to be
another way. I wanted to stop
charging that monthly. I earned very
well, but in the end I was limited.
I wanted a job that would allow me to
work from anywhere in the
world. I love traveling and above all I love the
freedom of being able to choose whether
I want to work on a Sunday or whether I
want to take a holiday on a Friday, right? So, as
always, what one asks for from the heart without
wishing harm to anyone and for
one's own good comes. Well, in 2014, I discovered
one of this company's devices,
fell in love with the science
behind it, and then discovered the whole
supplementation aspect. Since then, I've
been a user of the products, and three
years later, I decided to start this
project, which, as I said, has
changed my life. I have a somewhat peculiar
family situation, although I don't have children
. My husband is a
professional soccer coach, and this business
has allowed me to adapt to his life, which is
my family life, without having to
give up my professional career, what I
love, which is my health, and my
freedom, which will always come
first. Okay? Well, without
further ado, I want to talk to you, let's see why I'm
in PDF, okay? Uh, as I said, I didn't
want to share a little bit of my
journey with you because maybe I don't know if it's what you
're looking for in terms of
entrepreneurship, I don't know, I didn't know
when I asked God what he wanted, right?
But uh maybe you're looking for some uh
additional income. At that
time I was simply looking for good
products for myself and they suited me and
obviously for my clients, right?
But years later my husband went to
work abroad. I had to quit
my job and I said I wasn't leaving.
So, at that time, I had another
pain point, and this business, when I
decided to start it, responded to what
I was looking for: to be able to work with this
geographic flexibility that I was
looking for, right? You may also want your
own business. I decided in 2013 that I didn't
want to be an employee anymore, and it seemed like
every time I wanted to fill in, it was
like asking for an audience with the Pope, right?
So I said, "No, it just can't
be." I mean, I feel tied hand
and foot. I left home at 6
in the morning, came home at 11 at
night, and as I said, I earned a good amount
and saved a lot because I didn't even have
time to spend going out to dinner.
So, for me this was not life. I
wanted to, as I told you, right? Hey, maybe
you want to manage your schedule better, be able to
raise your children, be able to pick them up
from school, and for you, this means
flexible scheduling. Maybe, like
me, you like to go for a run at noon or
whenever you want, right? And you have
all these options on the table
that this opportunity can offer you
. Also, in any
endeavor, I obviously didn't know this 10 or 11
years ago, but
now that I consider myself a
businesswoman through and through, it's
something I've been developing and
learning over time, right? And if I
were to start a business now, there are five
things I would study in great
detail. I just fell in love with the
products. I've been falling
in love with the rest, little by little. Okay? You have to
be clear about what trends there are in the
market. If you have an
entrepreneurial mindset from the start, which, as I
said, I didn't have, but now it's
important that you study, well, what
market trends, where
the consumer trend is going, the
world too, that you study the
company well. I joined this company
because I fell in love with the products. I didn't
want to know anything about what was earned or
not earned. But if I were to
start a business now, I would look for a company that
not only has very good products,
but that I know is solid, I know
how it will pay me, when it will pay me,
and that it will sustain itself over time, and
that will offer me something that multiplies
the income for my hourly work over
time. Okay? This is something I would
definitely look into now.
And also, obviously, at what point
are you and at what point is the world,
because maybe at a time when
you have a need or a vision,
maybe that's not in trend. That is to
say, you have to know a little about this
mechanism, these five pillars, you have to
study it. Maybe not all of them in
depth, but the one that is most
important to you, without a doubt.
What are we talking about? At the
trend level, right? And so it is important
where the world is going. At the level of
sustainability. A company that does
n't currently focus on
sustainability is a company that won't
last long. It is something that
consumers are increasingly looking for and looking at.
Also, if we talk about the geek economy, that
is, jobs where people do
n't want to be full-time employees,
but rather look for little part-time jobs that
give you flexible hours, that you
can decide a bit how to play these
puzzle pieces, and obviously
also very much towards the digital age, right?
Even though I feel that contact,
as human beings—we are
social beings—is absolutely necessary
for me to be able to go away. For example, this
coming weekend, we're going from
Friday to Monday to La Serdaña, a house
in the mountains. I'm going to be working
from there and combining this contact with
people when I can, with this
online work that gives me this
flexibility in terms of time and geography for
me and for many people and for the
world in general. It's currently something that's
non-negotiable when we talk about
entrepreneurship and trends, right? Also
at the level of artificial intelligence,
connected devices is something
this company is investing a lot of
money in because it knows that's where
the future is going, right? And as I say,
nowadays there are people who, oh, you're an
influencer. Well, just by
interacting with people, you exert an
influence on the people
around you. I mean, maybe you don't have, I don't
know, 200,000 followers, but
you still have 50, so you're an influence on
these people. But you are also
an influence on your children, you are an
influence on your friends. I am
an influence for my clients, for
my students at the gym and this is
something that you are a refluent of. So,
whatever you recommend and use is
something that the people around you are going to
have this confidence in if you have it,
right? And also, obviously, the sector
that I love in terms of
anti-aging, which we no longer say
here, but I call it aging, right? How
How
aging well and well-being and health are
megatrends that are increasingly
on the rise. What company are we
talking about? As I was saying, Newskin
Enterprises is a company that was
founded 40 years ago, it's American
and it has a turnover of more than 2 billion
dollars a year and this year we will celebrate,
if I'm not mistaken, 29 years listed on the
New York Stock Exchange. This, which
I obviously
didn't know at the time, is something very significant.
Because? Because the
financial requirements a
company has, in terms of solidity,
track record, audits, even
product-level claims, are not
the same if a company is listed on Wall
Street as if it isn't. So, if it
's something you're worried about, ask for more
information about it, because it's something
very important at the scientific level, which
is what I fell in love with: more than 60
scientists on staff with
research centers in the United States, but
also in China. That is to say, many of
the products come from
traditional Chinese medicine, especially the
supplementation part, which I will talk about a
little later. And of course, we have to
think about having all these scientists
on staff as employees, in addition to
many other scientists that they
work with, okay? This is something that doesn't happen in
many companies in the
cosmetics, beauty devices, or
supplementation sectors. Okay?
Other very important things that I
love about the company and that it would be
great for you to know about are what we
call the 5% of the company,
but it's the 95%, it's the heart of the
company, right? And we talk about
initiatives, there are many, not just
Nuris the Children. This is one that is
perhaps one of the most notable. This
was an initiative that began in 2002
because in Malawi specifically there were
many children dying from
malnutrition, not undernutrition,
malnutrition. That is, their
stomachs were full, but not
nutritionally balanced. Therefore,
thanks to all the scientists,
an entire project has been developed. This
is not a bag that you buy like
any other product in the catalog. It is
something that has a whole
development initiative. In the EA area, it's allocated
to Malawi, but also Nuris the
Children and the entire Vitamil initiative
is in many countries, both in
Latin America and in China,
like many other initiatives, I repeat, at the
medical level, at the donation level,
when there are catastrophes. That is to say, it is a
company with a big heart. Uh, at
first, I sort of
heard this and believed it, but
after many years of working
and being able to work hand in hand with
many of the company's corporate executives
, I can tell you that I love the heart
with which the corporate executives work
. Well, it's a company that I
was telling you about before, it allocates a lot of
budget to technologies. I'm not talking about
technologies, which I have here, which
I haven't even had time to store, about
technologies at the level of beauty and
wellness, we also have
devices for beauty and
body wellness, but about applications that show
where the market and trends are going, that
is, an application, for example, at the
level of facial scanner with
artificial intelligence, which not only allows the
collection of data at the company level
to know how the
devices are being used, what products, whatever,
but also you as a user have
real-time information to know which products
are ideal for you or not. Sometimes you don't
think about it, even if you know or come from the
sector. It's something that data collection and
artificial intelligence can give you an
even better recommendation than what
you would think of on your own, right? And also,
obviously, not only recommending
products to you, but also
recommending the proper use of
devices in real time. We already have two
devices that connect to this
app you're seeing on the screen,
which is Vera, but there are also
other apps that help us at the
business level. You can keep
track of your clients,
commissions, the entire
leadership team, uh, learning, library
of materials, so much, so much
material that if you had to undertake it,
I think it would be impossible. I
think so, don't I? Since my parents were
entrepreneurs and had a
home textiles company, I remember, like, my
mother would say, "Mom, you guys have to
computerize all of this." And he would say to me,
"Honey, you know how much money and time
this is, and I don't have it, I mean, I have to be
taking care of it." Well, all of this is
done by the company, the
clinical studies, delivering the product to the
customer's home, the legislation in
each country, because obviously a
cosmetic, a nutritional supplement doesn't
require the same legislation in
Spain as in Mexico, for example, right?
And this is a part that I am
so grateful for. I didn't know this existed, and
well, my mental paradigm had to
change because I saw that starting a business
meant paying salaries to employees who were on
sick leave. Trucks and stock trucks. You
don't need a stock here,
okay? It would be nice if you had to
try it, wouldn't it? The product, but eh, you don't
need to stock up and make a big
investment. And this, of course,
shocked me, didn't it?
Mentally, and as I said,
especially considering where the world is going and the fact that it's
a company that invests a lot of
money in technological development.
Speaking of technologies and now within the
the
home beauty device sector, it is the
number one company. No, we're not just saying this
, it's been audited,
obviously by a large company
called Euromonitor, and it's not this year.
For 7 consecutive years, it has been the
number one company in sales of
home beauty appliances.
Here on the screen you can see the
four devices we
currently have in our catalog. Hey, the one you
're looking at, I don't know if you see my mouse,
which has a blue head that also
exists in pink. It is the best-
selling device. Hey, it's called Lumispa. It is a
facial treatment device. It has
seven benefits in 2 minutes. It's
spectacular. and also other
devices that you are seeing on the
screen, boost, adaptive pulse microcurrent
, eh facial galvanic,
galvanic current and note that I am going to
open a parenthesis, we are not talking
about simply technology applied in
the devices. All devices
are accompanied by epigenetic awareness products
. That is, all the
benefits you'll find will be
a synergy, which, when we're talking about
health in this case, means that the
benefits of the products together are
multiplied. So we're talking about
products with epigenetic science.
For example, in the case of HLOC Boost, we
use a serum with
HOP technology, with epigenetic science, and also a
mixture of ingredients that will
work on luminosity,
volume, and also on
cell renewal. Okay, so all the
benefits of the devices come
with products that are used
alongside the devices. And the last one,
the one on the right, is WellsPO. It is the
latest device that the company has launched
. It's a body-worn device
that not only
works on our skin for
beauty purposes, such as cellulite and
sagging skin, but also
helps with lymphatic drainage, which is
extremely important for those who suffer from this condition.
Uh, it's also going to help us with
muscle recovery and
pre-workout, okay? That is, it is a
beauty and
wellness device. Here's something that you'll
obviously understand is what made
me fall in love with the company: what we
call the proven difference, right? It
is a company that is based on science.
Here on screen you have two of the
bestsellers from the catalog. On the right,
an official testimonial from Beauty Focus
Collagen Plus, collagen, which is
obviously going to work on
many more structures than
just the skin, but at the level of
clinical studies, it is something that you should know
that it is very difficult to find products, and even
more so at the level of
nutritional supplementation, with double-blind clinical studies
of the final product, and in this case,
Pharmanex, which is the
nutritional supplements division, has them. And
on the left, the latest launch is
a retinol complex. And I say
retinol complex because it's a mixture of two
retinols specifically and also
peptides created thanks to
artificial intelligence. I have to
tell you that I have been testing it before it
came out. I was very lucky, in
fact I'm almost out of stock and I
've already ordered the one from here because I had three
serums that were brought to me from the United States
and I'm absolutely in love. In addition, it is
also created so that it can be
used by
sensitive skin. I love this part,
the whole Pharmanex part. Uh, I have to
tell you that I was very lucky to
test it as an official testimonial for
the company last year when
Terremi was launched. It is a comprehensive wellness program
, a
body balance program. We health
professionals already know this, especially,
and we've known it for
many years. Now it seems that people
are finally understanding that, well,
health isn't reflected in weight; it's
reflected in your body composition, in
the health of your organs, primarily
your liver and digestive tract, right? If I
don't have internal health and health in my
vital organs, it will be impossible for me to look
good on the outside. And that's why Nuskin
acquired Pharmanex many years ago, but
also because it's going to be impossible if
you have a need to reduce
body fat or undergo
a body transformation. Here you have
two photos of testimonials, okay?
Obviously it is a program, as I
call it, a comprehensive health program.
This is not the official name, forgive me,
okay? It's called Terrenit Body Balance and I
love it because it's a combination of
100% natural ingredients, like
turmeric, ginger, artichoke leaf extract
, ingredients that I
love like glucomannan,
all of them vegan, okay? Except for the
bars, which are all the
ingredients, sorry, all the
products are gluten-free, except for the
bars, the bars are also
vegan. So, it's a program that
works all the ingredients together
in synergy again. My recommendation is that if you
do it, do it right and
comprehensively test the four products you
screen. Once again, a company that
invests a lot of money in science
wants to demonstrate not only that it knows how
you are, but also that its products
work. Many years ago, the
Nobel Prize in Physics was awarded to
Raman, well,
Raman spectroscopy, which is a laser, a beam of
light that comes out from inside this
device that you are seeing here from the
biophotonic scanner and has the capacity
to measure skin, that is, a non-
invasive method and currently, thanks to the
device that you see in 30 seconds, the
capacity to measure the amount of
carotenoids in the skin, which has a
correlation with your level of carotenoids
at the body level, okay? Furthermore, it has
a much broader scope than
a blood test, and a
blood test, obviously, is an
invasive method that not everyone
likes. Um, thanks to all this
data collection, not only can we understand the state of
the population and the trends
in its needs,
but this is also very important
for healthcare professionals
and also for the end customer.
Hey, there are products that work with
carotenoids, with all the
antioxidant protection of the body that will
give us a guarantee of satisfaction. Okay? I
highly doubt you'll find this in
any supplement company. And
also, at the end of this year, if I'm not
mistaken, there will be the next generation
of this biophotonic scanner that will be
called Prisma Yo. This already tells us that it's
going to have a smart connection, eh, and we
're obviously looking forward to it and waiting for it to
waiting for it to
happen. Well, it's important. If
we were talking about the five pillars that you
need to study a little when you
want to start a business, then obviously
how the company is going to pay you is
essential, right? Uh, a little bit
briefly about this, if you want to go into more
detail, because for me, for example, at the
time it was something that I found super-clear
and didn't understand. And take the time to do
anything you need more
information about, to do some research, and to sit down
with the person who invited you today or
the person who's going to send you this
video, right? Uh, a little quickly.
When you're a brand affiliate, that is, an
official distributor of the company,
you have your own account, and what will you earn?
you will earn the commercial margin of the
product. I mean, if we're talking about
collagen, right? Hey, you're going to earn the
difference between the
retail price and what it costs you at retail.
retail.
And you will also earn
from 4% to
20% of your sales based on your sales. And also, for those
people, these affiliates that you
also help to get started, and this for
life, even if they grow later, you
will also always earn a
percentage of their own sales, okay?
Up to 24%.
In addition to this, if you want to go a step
further and tell the company, "Hey,
I'm going to commit a little more and
do a minimum volume, these
volumes you can earn from 5
to 10% of these volumes. Here it
would be like having your small
franchise, well, small or very large,
okay? A franchise, obviously at
zero cost, does have to meet
certain minimum requirements. Here you already have
a slightly higher commitment. And if it's
a person who wants to or like me who has
built over time, right? And a
medium-long-term mentality, you should
know that there's also the
leadership part, where
network marketing comes in, what you're
seeing on the right, which I'll
explain now, where you can earn up to
six generations 5% of this
group volume of each business unit, okay?
Of these small franchises.
I say small, but they can be very
large. Uh, also. Well, that's what the
figures you see on the right are
audited figures, they are official figures from the
leadership part. It's I mean, here they don't
come into play at the level of volume, at the level of
sales, and all the percentages I
mentioned before. They are leadership averages,
and I suppose you understand that this is a
path that must be followed. There are people
who walk it as if it were a 100-meter
dash and grow very quickly. And there are people
who, well, walk it at their own pace and it
's perfect. Here, nobody calls me and
says, "What did you do with this?" I didn't
want this. Okay? So, understand
that it's possible. I didn't believe it when I
saw it many years ago. Why?
Because my mentality wasn't prepared
to understand this. Over time, I
've experienced it, I've
understood it, I've learned it, and it
is something that is possible. Okay. Notice that it
also says "build." Okay. I
love it because it's a business that
gives you the opportunity to create
something much bigger, perhaps than what you
thought you were capable of. Another
part of why I love this
company and why I feel super lucky to
have experienced two successful journeys.
Yeah, they're success trips, they're
company incentives. Yeah,
currently, the first trip when
you get your first title, maybe a
little bit bigger, is a trip to the
company for you and another companion, all-
inclusive. And then there are the
success trips to destinations, which I can assure you
are wonderful, the experience
is incredible. And it's not just you going
with the company to a wonderful place,
but you're there with other
distributors who have walked the
same path as you, in their own way.
You learn a lot. There's camaraderie,
and I can tell you that I have friends within
this business, and thanks to Anuskin, I've
met them, even friends from other
teams, and yes, some might think in
other businesses that there are jostling.
Sorry, I don't experience it that way, and it's
shown me a lot of people that this
business isn't like that. We help each
other, like the OTG meeting we're
holding today. And I can tell you that it's
something that's always on my
dream map because this is something that
moves my heart. Money is
fantastic, and we all want money
because today, without money, we can't.
Live. But besides money, this
business gives you experiences that can't be
stopped with
money. Finally, what stage are
we at? It's not one of the
important pillars that need to be studied. Well,
we are in a moment, as I was saying, of
technological revolution, of going a step
further with the upcoming launch of
Prisma Yo, the next generation of the
scanner. Also an upcoming launch
of a whole range of epigenetic science cosmetics
and specific solutions that are being
reformulated. In fact, retinol,
which I explained before, is one of the
products in this new range. And at the
business level, what are we talking about?
An annual rate that is expected to
increase up to 27%, more than
27% in terms of beauty devices for the home,
okay? Of the, excuse me if I sometimes
mix languages, of the
wellness and beauty devices for the home. It's a
market, one of the three pillars of this
company: cosmetics, devices, and
supplementation. And it's an
audit, obviously by PS
Intelligence. It's an audit not
done by us of the trend of
Market. Look how it's grown in
one year, and the trend is for it to grow to
to
91 billion, which is saying something fast. And
another wonderful moment
we're in is the upcoming opening of the
next market, which if I'm not mistaken
will be number 50, and if not, 49,
forgive me if I'm wrong, of a country. It's
the Indian market, which is one of the
most populous countries in the world, and
we know it's going to be a
turning point in this business for the
better. As I was saying, right? Something that
surprised me a lot at first, and I'd
been working alone for many years, and it was
something that was hard for me. It was hard for me to understand that
I had people on the team to
help me. I also had this
One Team Global organization that's there
to give us support, training, not
only this—the people who are
going to help you directly, who
are on their teams, but also
organizations and at the company level,
library materials,
business presentations like the one you're seeing
today. In a little while,
we'll have a kickoff meeting in Barcelona. A quick
business where all the
basics are laid out and there's a developed system to
help you do this business well, whether you
have very little equipment or the person
who introduced you is in another country. There
are presentations in many countries, in
many languages. All the material and the
hours of work are provided by
distributors and leaders who have been here for
many years, and it's a work that is
done with a lot of love to help you
when you start, if you decide to start.
start.
And without further ado, and I was telling you, right? This
business has allowed me to combine it with
the postgraduate courses I've worked on
online, to combine it even today
with my passion, with classes at the gym,
with my personal training, and you
can develop it your way,
obviously with perseverance, with an
action plan like your business, which is
what it will be if you decide yes, eh, and
you can start however you want. Try
the products, whether or not you decide that it's your
moment or your business, ask for more
information about what you need and whether you
like the business or not, try the
products because you're going to fall in love. Without
further ado, thank you very much, and I hope that
