What's up, Primal Gang? Yeah, I'm not
going to do a fake reaction to this. I
tried to watch it until the 2 minute 56
and yeah, I just couldn't bear anymore
to watch it. And yeah, let's just cut to
the chase and yeah, talk to what
actually is going on here. So, this lady
I was I already talked to her and um I
asked her if she ever had some cooked
liver and she said that no, she never
had cooked liver and she put like a
grossed out emoji like she's grossed out
from eating liver or even thinking about
it and yet this is what she eats because
she doesn't get the micronutrients from
liver. This is what she eats. She eats
some jellies.
It's not the worst thing because at
least this part particular has no seed
oils and it's basically just sugar and
other additives whatever to make it
taste good cuz cuz and to justify the
price. But it's basically here what she
has in this jar. The sugar would be a
lot more healthier cuz at least it's uh
without the additives. Okay, this is
basically mostly just pure sugar. Okay,
I get it there. It had it kind of could
have some type of impurities, but
whatever. This is the healthiest thing
on on this table. And um this schwaps or
whatever. Yeah, it it has sweeteners.
This one has no sweeteners. This is this
has sweeteners. Instead, you should just
uh buy some oranges instead of this.
Yeah, get some oranges instead of this
or watermelon. And instead of this, get
an orange juice or or whatever
whatever
some type of fruit juice that somewhat
was protected with shell or or whatever.
And it's somewhat protected from from pesticides.
pesticides.
Definitely it's it's better than
something like I don't know, apple juice
or or grape juice cuz those those could
be like heavily sprayed.
And yeah, because you don't not getting
the micronutrients, you end up craving
uh this type of things because you're
not eating liver. Okay, the second one,
she has this. Okay, water for dilution.
I get it. And this is not too bad. It's
guava, pineapple, and apple fruit juice.
Yeah, see here you you actually having a
a better one. Um a better um meal
selection, whatever. But look what you
have here.
Nuts. Nuts. Like it's basically uh nuts
covered in sugar. Okay. And um what's
the point of eating nuts? You you crave
animal fat. Just have animal fat. What's
the point of having seed oils? This one
has oils cuz nuts are oils. There there
is something called peanut butter. Not
peanut butter, peanut oil. Okay. So it's
basically extracted from this and this
will definitely lead you to weight gain.
I get it that's not a portion this size
but why you're craving this in the first
place. You would be be better off eating
some eggs. Okay. And have have Yeah.
Here here should be like three or four
eggs boiled eggs or or whatever. I know
you don't eat it raw. and uh some fruit
juice and you would lose weight on that
100% way more better than on this. Like
what's the point of eating so much
processed uh junk food? You should you
should check out my uh how I broke my
junk food addiction cuz at this point
when you're dieting um all I see is that
you end up craving all these processed foods
foods
which is yeah it's an indication of junk
food addiction. Okay. And me myself I
eat exactly what I want anytime and I
never in my life crave this.
Maybe in the past I I did, but um I I
have if you would check out my video,
you would see what exactly I so-called
cheated on with like cheat meals. But in
the end, just when when when trying it
out, I realized how how how disgusting
and u how disappointing these foods are.
Foods, I wouldn't call them foods, but
yeah, whatever. They are just
disappointing. and red meat, eggs,
and fruit juice is just so much better.
Or or even some some oranges. I did
And this one says, "My dinner is better
than yours." And this is basically the
same thing as this, I guess, but it just
has candy. I would say this is healthier
than than this with nuts, cuz yep, I I'm
highly against seed oils.
and Fanta. Yeah, again, it's I bet 100%
that this one has sweeteners. And this
one is Fanta lemon. You should just make
your own like put some water here or
coconut water. I I do that sometimes.
And just add um how to say they just
squeeze lemon inside. And yeah, mix it
up. Add some sugar if you want. Honey.
Honey is not the most ideal because
yeah, you need to make sure about the
glyphosates and and all of that. That's
why I'm not having it too often.
And um yeah, you could easily make your
own lemonade. And it it's basically cost
the same as this bottle. Okay. And um
what else we have here? We have
strawberries. I hope it's not covered in
pesticides, okay? Cuz you can't really
wash it off.
And uh yeah, I try to watch this video.
But yeah, it's it just seems to be too
long and yeah, these days I feel like I
I don't have too much patience to to
listen to what people have to say. But I
watched bunch of your videos and I know
what you're about and we already talked
and you told me how you how much you
crave cheese and you deny your cravings.
Uh, I I can understand I can understand
cheese cravings cuz cuz I I also
mentioned that I I do like cheese, but I
just just can't handle it and it's not
the most ideal cuz it's just tough to
chew and it's tough in the in the tummy.
And yeah, it's it just leads to a bunch
of complications,
at least in my case. But um the best way
to to overcome cheese cravings is to
have animal fat, especially from from uh
from red meat, okay? Cuz that's where
the dairy comes from. It comes from the
animal's fat and that's how it's
produced. Basically, the animal loses
some of his own fat and turns it into
milk for the for the baby animal. Okay.
So yeah, that's why fat tastes so good
to us, animal fat. And that's why you
you crave u dairy over seed oils. But
instead, what you're having here, it's
it's it's seed oils. And this is one
seed oil product. I'm not sure if you're
eating anything off the camera, but
yeah. Anyway,
um Oh, yeah. And uh how come you are
afraid of um
of uh trying out liver
yet you are not afraid to try out aged
milk because aged milk fat cuz cheese is
basically aged milk fat I would say it's
a lot more extreme even if it's not to
to have cheese than to to have um
raw liver, okay? Because um at least raw
liver it's it's fresh. I mean, let's say
you're buying it fresh, okay? You know,
you can buy it fresh. But can you buy
fresh cheese?
Uh I mean, yes, you can. But mostly
what's in in stores, it was like matured
for like 3 months, 6 months or whatever.
It's basically has been aged, dry-aged.
It's not it doesn't has the same
hydration levels and yeah it's it's just
dry and it has that spiciness because
it's just like you would leave a
sandwich and it would be become like
spicy because of the fungi. Okay. Yeah,
it's kind of the same same case for cheeses
cheeses
up. Anyway, I think that's the video cuz
yeah, I tried to watch it, but yeah, I'm
not going to do like a fake reaction or
whatever. If I if I lose patience and
watching a video, then I'm just not
going to continue watching it. Yeah. And
these days, I feel the same like towards
vegans. I I don't know. I just I just
can't watch their videos anymore. I feel
like I'm I'm I'm done with vegans. And
uh yeah, I I want to discuss like other
other topics cuz I feel like I'm I'm
doing all these videos and yeah, they
just they just don't don't seem to get
it. And u one one more thing, uh she she
also mentioned how um her kids are
already as tall as as her. Yeah, that
that can because of genetics. But um
Emma, if you're still watching this
video, just know that u your kids would
get even taller and you want them to be
taller and the their jaws and and their
faces would be become like a lot more
better developed if they they would have
lot more animal fat and less less sugar.
I mean not less as much as they need.
Okay. But make sure that the sugar comes
from from something good and not from
from something like like this like seed
oils covered in whatever and this thing
which is just chemicals and leads to
inflammation all over your body. Your
body is not always just just gets like
bigger because of seed oils. It can also
happen because of all these um toxins
that it has. Okay. It's it can lead to
like like your your skin becoming looser or
or
or more inflamed looking or whatever.
Okay. And um it's it's many things that
uh causes. It's not always just u just fat.
fat.
