Okay. Uh giving feedback into the
primary uh the target priorities
assessment. Um now that we've completed
the um actual survey itself based on all
the statements that were selected. So uh
first thing you see is the email I got
yesterday afternoon. Um I don't know if
Ethan went in and pushed this um to get
it to come out, but uh obviously we'll
need some subject adjustments. It just
says primary theme assessment. Um, you
can see kind of the grammatical errors
inside of that. Um, but once I get in,
I'm going to go ahead and click the
target priorities survey.
We should reword the review the language
there. Um, all right. So, here's where
we're at. I do wish this did give us uh
a new uh like a number output.
um instead of just the line of where it
kind of stands. If we could kind of see
uh if there was a way to to lay it out
similar to how we present it to teams
within the hey here's the green
statements um yellow, orange, and red.
Um, I know that these were would all be
green right here through the entire page
and then all right, we're now we're into
orange and then looks like a red. Um, but
but
hard, you know, hard for someone to to
know without like delineation there by
by number or by color. And and also
obviously all yellow. I get that. Um,
I'm going to vote for
uh just a few here. So,
again, I should have five total votes.
That doesn't tell me in the
um directions here. So,
there's three. Again, this moves a
little slow.
So that's almost like a two second like
time between when I uh click and then
1 2 3 4 5. That took almost five full
seconds to turn green. So there's one 2
six.
So, you can select six categories. Um we
should narrow that down to five. I don't
know why our initial

that button here. Um,
so interesting to see the differences
between how quickly the statements would
light up green once selected or when you
voted agree, disagree, how quickly that
turned green compared to the theme
selection just there. So, thank you for

initial assessment process.
Um, I think that that should be
rephrased. Your engagement leader will
be setting up a time to review the final
prioritized list of responses along with
an initial road map for improvement.
