In this episode, I'm going to show you
whether I can succeed or fail on buying
a crapload of Amazon returns to sell on
eBay or even Amazon themselves. Watch
out for more.
So, this is a fine October morning and
I'm on a journey. I'm going to head all
the way down to the south of Ireland in
order to pick up a new venture. a new
venture which is picking up Amazon
returns and I'm going to see how they
work for business. Now, this isn't
really for me. This is to see if we can
do a project and how Amazon returns
work, if it's successful or not. So,
what I'm going to do is I'm just going
to drive on a massive road trip. It's
going to be a big journey from Northern
Ireland all the way down to the very
bottom of the south of Ireland, which is
more or less, say for example, from
Manchester to Brighton, roughly about
the same distance. So, uh, and if anyone
who reads the map says, "Oh, that's not
the same." I don't know. I don't know
what it is. But anyway, listen. Um, I'm
going to head down to, uh, Cork and I
will most likely see you there. If I
don't see you while I'm having a break,
I'll do a video if I have to stop for
some food. Good talking to you. Got
something to say about what I do in my
channel? Comment down below. You'll
probably find you'll get a reply.
Stopping up for a minute. Here I am past
Dublin. I've had about an hour and a
half, 2 hours on the road already. And
I'm in a place called Calder. What a
great village, great little economy.
There is a beautiful shopping center
here uh called Cair Outlet Village. It's
great and you can get anything from
Ralph Lauren. There's bits. There's some
really good designer brands. Um I bought
a few things here a couple of years ago.
Love the place. So if you're ever in
Kildair, go down to that place. It's a
great place to come. So just taking a
break. Picked up my hitchhiker. Well, I
had to go to Dublin airport to pick one
of the people from my inner circle. Um
he's currently hidden over there
somewhere. I don't know where he's gone
to. He's hidden. But my hitch hitchhiker
is a part of my mentorship. He's uh he's
a gold member in my in my in my circle,
a gold circle member. Um and we've been
busy talking about property and Airbnbs
and we're trying to look for a strategy
for him. But anyway, listen. What am I
doing? I'm wearing my brand new coat.
Look at this. This is a Hyandai coat
that is from Northern Lifts. And thank
you very much, Northern Lifts. It's
really appreciated you give me this
brand new coat for the winter. And it's
actually really warm. It's a really good
coat. Much better than the JCB one. I
tell you that for sure. It just seems to
be all the high all night stuff is much
better. But anyway, so I'm going to
probably just take a wee bit of a break
here today. Um because I got got so hip.
That's this transit van. I'll just show
you this Transit van. this from Enterprise.
Enterprise.
There it is. So, this is Now, you'll ask
the question, why didn't I bring my own
van? Well, the problem is my own van is
full of stock. I had to go and get a
load of stock and it's full of it and
I've not got anywhere to go because
we're not processing stock like I used
to because I don't have the staff
anymore and I'm happy with that. So,
please don't feel sorry for me because
I've got loads of stock. But, this van
is a great little van. However, there's
something I don't like about it. I'll
just show you this here. It's giving me
a sore hip. And the reason is, right, if
you go and look at the actual
the actual sitting of it, the the the
actual accelerator is sitting a bit to
the left. There's this footwell, which
means that you have to actually bend
your hip a little bit to the right or to
the left, sorry, in order to do that.
And as you're traveling on long
distances, it actually hurts your hip.
So, I'm a bum sore. Uh, you know, I'm a
mo owner, aren't I? Um, but anyway, so
I'm using the Enterprise. It is a box.
It is a box vehicle. It is a a box
vehicle. And uh Oh, look. Sh.
He's He looks like a He looks like a I
don't know. Doesn't he look like a bit
You look like an immigrant.
Do you want a lift? Do you want a lift?
Maybe I've done that wrong. But anyway,
so this is what we're doing. The Amazon
returns are going in here. And um I'm
hoping that uh they're of value. Um
Adrian reckons they are. And we've
picked up was it eight parcel of uh
eight? So we picked up eight uh pallets.
That's where we're going to go and get
pick up now. But it's going to be
another 3 to 4 hours before I get there.
He's in the far side of Cork, a place
called um I think it's Skibberine or
Skibbidy. Skiibbidity. Um I think it's
Skippy-Doo that we're going to. But
anyway, listen. I'm going to update you,
keep you going. Um it's a really
enjoyable day. I'm actually glad to get
away for a day. You know, get just get
away from the usual troll of life. Eh,
anyway, I'm going to love you,
Zenevivius, and I will update you when I
arrive in Cork. Good speaking to you.
Sorry to interrupt you. Please do me a
favor and hit that like and that
subscribe. And remember, do a comment
down below. See if I have a reply.
I have arrived and
boy was that a journey. That was six
hours travel. It's quarter past 6. I
headed out about 11. No, I headed about
a bit earlier than So, it's 6 and a half
hours travel to get here to a place
called Skibberine. Does anyone know
where Skibberine is? Anyone that knows?
Just answering the postcard down below.
Um, I probably won't listen to your
comments. Anyway, so I've arrived with
my little enterprise rental. And look at
the sheer scale of this eBay business.
Look. Now look at this. Would you Adam
and Eve? That actually is
an eBay business. And
does anyone want to see inside? This is
where I'm buying my Amazon stock from.
This came from Spain. And you guys are
going to get the advantage of me
unpacking the Amazon stock as I buy it
or as I bring it back to my warehouse or warehouses.
warehouses.
But I'm going to show you something.
I've got permission from the owner, but
we're not going to talk about or to the
owner. Now, this is going to shock you
guys. This is going to shock you. This
is an eBay business and you guys,
whoever is doing it, can you hear the
echo? It's that much stuff in here.
Look, got their own forklift. I don't
have a forklift.
Would you look now? I think this is the
stuff that I'm buying. Chris,
>> is that is that are these my pallets?
>> These are Yeah.
>> Yeah. So, these are my pallets here.
Now, look at this, guys. We're going to
be buying that. And I'm probably going
to be Look, they're even priced. Look,
they're even priced for me.
I'm getting myself into debt for this. Anyway,
Anyway,
um but this is phenomenal. Look at this.
Now, this is a professional
eBay online selling company. This is
what I would aspire to if I wasn't so tightfisted.
tightfisted.
Look at that. And I mean, Chris, you've
got labels. You got your skews in.
They're barcoded, I assume, for a
reason. And um Wow. Can I just open one
of these stock boxes up? Go ahead. So
you draw it out and you've got the items
that's needed. Look.
Yeah, they're even they're even
separately labeled. I can see. So
they've got their own individual screws.
Well done. Look at this. You're a pro.
You are a pro. I'm not like this. I have
a screw box, but I don't have Oh, I'm
going to put that back so I don't crush stock.
stock.
There we go. So, this is amazing. And
where's where's and we're not going to
film Chris because Chris is doesn't want
to be on the film. I wouldn't blame him.
He doesn't want to be too famous yet. Do
you, Chris?
>> Yeah. Hold him back.
>> There's my there's my hitchhiker. He's
still here. Hitchhiker. Which one are
you taking? Which one of the ones are
you taking?
>> Uh, the most expensive one.
>> The most expensive one. Do you hear
that? Is that Is that
>> Can I have a land?
>> Can you have a lend you? I'll give you
the money. No problem.
Um, so the most expensive one, that
would be number three, I assume. >> £71459.
>> Well, yeah. Euro. Yeah. Okay. Yo-yos. Okay.
Okay.
So, lots to look at. Really cool. And
that was done by you, Chris.
>> Well, yeah. With with labeling a mer or
Yeah. Yeah.
>> Well, I am amazed by this place, I have
to say. And I'm just going to go around
and turn it to me again. Okay. Just so I
I do that. But this is the thing that we
look at. This is the sort of thing that
we look at. And you think that you're,
you know, and I have to say to you,
Chris, this is what I'm going to say
here. I thought I was a dog's bollocks
and I come here. I'm humbled. Does that
make sense?
>> I appreciate that.
>> I'm humbled. Uh I feel very inferior
right now. I do. I do. I it it it is
something that I feel when I look at
this. I I'm absolutely impressed and I
rarely get impressed now. You have
impressed me. I seen the clips some of
the stuff that you were saying on you
want to you want to buy that. Do you
remember that stuff you were the the
chemicals you were selling?
>> Do you remember that?
>> And I was going
them high stackers. That's not an eBay
business. And I thought you were doing
more. But this is such a this is such a
creation. Yeah.
>> And another thing as well, do you mind
if I say I I can cut it out afterwards,
but I'll say it on camera. He actually
employs people with certain mental
special needs. Would you call it that
autism, higher function autism, right?
How many of you do that?
This guy is a leader in business. You
you you you come across Absolutely. And
I'm sure by the sound of it, you've
probably got a major amount of history
from where you were before. You probably
have experience in this.
>> You have to.
>> Not in this. Yeah.
>> But you've experiencing something like this.
this.
>> Yeah. In in business.
>> Yeah. You can see it. I can I can smell
it off you. But absolutely wonderful. Um
I can't show much more. I'll show Is
this the packing table over there?
>> Is that your picking packing posting table?
table?
>> The tour a bit. So this this is the the
sock intake area, right? This rack is
all unprocessed. That's the stuff that
we're going to be dealing with over the
next couple weeks. We get we get down to
four or six pallets, we we order a new a
new load from Spain or Germany. >> Okay.
>> Okay.
>> Uh but then over here is the is where
where the stock is taken in.
>> So um
>> so you would open that stock up and then
present it.
>> So Connor over here be he'd be working
on this stuff on a day on a daily basis.
So um this this box on top of here is
one that he's processing now.
>> All right. So we're processing the stalk.
So, there's a backlight. I assume it's
all Amazon returns. And you have you
noticed, and I'm probably just I'm going
to probably put the video on me for a
minute, but have you not noticed, Chris,
with the likes of this that the returns
are absolutely sometimes pristine?
>> Oh, yeah.
>> Because there's such an open return process.
process. >> Exactly.
>> Exactly.
>> They just change their mind and they
send it back and then Amazon dump it
because it costs them much more to
process it rather than just sell it on again.
again.
>> That's right. Yeah. Yeah. And if the if
the packaging is slightly bruised or if
um or if the the shrink wrap is missing
off the thing, they're not going to sell
it as new. They're going to they're
going to shift it on after that.
>> It's crazy, isn't it? >> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> So, they don't do much repackaging.
>> So, I mean, you get everything. I mean,
it's very similar to the stuff we get. >> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> But we get a lot more damaged times, you
know. There's a we wooden box, you know.
I'd say what to me it's going to be
barcode in it. The wood have barcodes.
Everything is barcode and skewed because
it's Amazon, you need a barcode to sell
on Amazon.
>> Um, if it's non barcode, which means, by
the way, that it's all CE approved.
>> It's all got the approvals for GPSR.
Amazon are really good at that.
>> All of these have have a unique barcode.
These are stickered on. So, they these
are going to be in the database. We load
them into our datab.
>> Well, no. No.
>> Is that Amazon's?
>> Put these on. Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay.
>> Okay.
>> All your stuff is going to have these as
well. It'll be in the spreadsheet and
you can scan it in. It'll it'll tell you
exactly what it is.
>> You're kidding me.
>> No, no. It makes things very easy,
>> right? Okay. There you go. Now, this is
I'm just going to show you the barcode
that he was referring to. There's it
there. I haven't seen that before. I've
never noticed any of the Amazon products
myself, but there you go. There it is. I
assume it's only in returns that that
label goes on. That's right.
>> Right. Okay. Got you. Got you. And this
Yeah. I Oh, goodness me. I have about
6,000 of them. They're They're not the
best. They're called They're They're
They're actually um uh sofa covers. I'm
sure you've cover They're not really
sellable though, are they?
>> They do. Okay, actually.
>> Do they really? I actually throw them away.
away.
>> I wanted to throw them away for a while,
but no. Then I figured people are buying
them though. Yeah.
>> Oh crap.
I get them all the time. I was actually
selling the market for a quid and they
weren't even selling. Really? I just We
end up using them for like dust rags and
things. But anyway, um I'm just going
through that. I am being nosy. So, this
is there's electronics in here as well.
That's quite heavy. That's glass, Mark.
>> I've sold some of that stuff.
That's good stock.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Oh, it's good stuff. Yeah. I
mean, there some some stuff will be kind
of really heavily weighted toward
electronics and smartphones and
smartwatches and that sort of thing. And
um and you know, there's obviously
business that specialize in kind of
repairing that sort of stuff. I kind of
avoid that stuff because they're very
very high price. those things they tend
to be.
>> And the stuff that I got that's all
random. You could just randomly pick
that for me, did you? Or did you
specifically go? Did you do what what
every entrepreneur does? I'll take the best.
best.
>> I mean, I took I I I I
figured it was a good auction lot to
buy. So, I I based on sort of my
history, I I I purchased that auction
lot. And then
>> it's all random, my series, is it
>> or is it specific for you?
>> It's Well, I mean, there's you can see
the entire contents of the auction lot
before you bid on it. Um, so you know,
you can use an AI to go and analyze the
the the entire sort of contents of the
lot and and give you a bit of an idea of
sort of shoe market value of it, you
know. Um, and and then you place your
bid accordingly.
>> And there is this is your I assume this
is your photo photography.
>> Yeah, this isn't the best sort of photo
area, but that's that's one of them. Yeah.
Yeah.
>> Well, look, you've inspired me on
certain things. I can inspire you on a
better photography system. We we've got
some really good photography systems,
but but it took a few years for us to
develop it into a point where our our
light box is amazing. Our light is a
walk-in light box.
>> Is that right?
>> It's it's about 6t high by about 4t wide
and it's it's worth every penny.
>> How much did that cost you?
>> Uh not much. It was about 300 I'll just
turn that around while I'm talking. Um
it was about it was about 300 400 quid,
but it has all the LEDs around and all
the and it's just amazing. It's a
amazing piece of kit. Highly advised. >> Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> Highly advised. And the camera, is this
the camera that you're using?
>> It is. Yeah.
>> It's a Logitech, is it? No, it's a Oh,
it's one of the just an OEM, an OE.
>> Yeah. Yeah.
>> Not even uh specialist. >> No.
>> No.
>> And then you put that on to Look at
this. So, and that's another thing as
well, which I don't do is I don't donate
stuff to charity.
This guy. Wow.
>> Over 80 over over 80 grand to charity
just in the first, you know, year that
we were up. Seriously,
I'm going to have to ask you to maybe reeval.
It's got dark. It's getting dark. I've
done a lot of chatting. This is a great
guy. He's a great guy. Um, could be some
partnerships here in the south of
Ireland. I hope that could happen.
There's nothing as much as I love is a
partnership of like-minded
entrepreneurs, what do you call it, who
could help each other out for the north
south problem. But anyway, so we have
just loaded the first box or pallet on.
Um, and we are we are now, as you see, I
am now getting these loaded in. We're
going to have to hand ball them because
of the fact that there's just a few
concerns with the pallets going into the
thing. So, I'm just going to hand ball
them in. So,
without further ado, I have to put the
camera down. Now, I'm probably going to
put you here. Oh, is there a light in
here? Is there a light in here?
No light.
This is supposed to be in light there.
This is a little work lamp, but I don't
see the bloody work lamp. I don't know
where it is.
So, I'll put you over here. And here you
are looking onto the back here onto the
Amazon pallets. So, all I'm going to do
is I'm going to strip down and I'm going
and start loading the pallets off into
the back of the
Yes, that's what I'll do. See, uh, your
There we go. So, we're going to have to
So, two pallets is 1 2 3 4 5 6

good old Northern Ireland. Or no, this
Right. Okay. So, I need to get my camera.
Not good. Not good. I hate the rain and
it's here in the south of Ireland as well.
well.
Oh, Jesus. It's the height one.
>> You need to help me with this. My arm's
It's funny. Just my left arm. Sorry.
>> That's the problem, guys. This is a problem.
problem.
>> I don't know why I bite off more than I
So, I give myself the problem and then I
have to try and find a solution.
I think that's probably what makes me
>> I think
>> Dellboy. What?
>> I'm a Dellboy. You should You should
It's It's an entrepreneurial comedy. >> Yes.
>> Yes.
>> It's comedy for entrepreneurs.
>> It's a really
>> no money back, no guarantees, no V8, no
black or white, rich or poor. Can't
believe he hasn't seen Nobody's Fools
and Horses.
That's what happens, guys. Chris is from
LA. Great businessman, but he doesn't
good morning. It's
early in the morning and I've got about
3 hours skip, four hours skip and um we
have just got to empty the van now. So I
can get the higher van back and I'm
emptying it into this place here at the
minute for the time being until I get it
into my main van which is currently full
of stock. So you'll get to see what's
going on anyway very soon that we're
going to do some opening. Um, but I've
already sold a pallet of stock and
that's going to a customer right now.
So, I've got to empty that. That's great
because it's one pallet less off the
eight pallets. I'm just knackered. So,
I'll speak soon. So,
So,
that's the boxes unloaded. Now, what I
got to do is I got to go and bring some
of these boxes into the warehouse and
we'll start unpacking and let's find out
what we've got. You might find something
of this interesting actually. Um, this
box roughly cost me about €80. 80 to 90.
Let's see if I get value out of this.
I'm now in the warehouse and this is the
final view where we've taken all my
stock or I went down the skiibberine
long journey. I'm exhausted today
because I've had to pick pack I've had
to do some work some electrical work and
now I need to go and look at the value
of the stock that I've purchased. So, I
have deboxed six boxes. Debox six boxes.
It makes sense. I have taken all the
stock out of six boxes. And I'm now
going to show you a level of stock that
I've got and tell you that my average
pallet, which was six boxes, cost me in
around 500 to€600.
Now, the or now the stock that is here
is actually from Spain. It's Amazon
returns from Spain. We got it from a
company as you know from the video or
from this video and he bought the stuff
from Spain. Some of the stuff have
um Spanish writing of it. Some of it
actually is English.
So what I'm going to do now is I'm going
to show you some of the stuff that we've
got and you can make a decision whether
it's of value or if it's not. If I'm
going to make a markup or if I'm not.
This is all for the inner circle of my
group, the big Al's inner circle. We
have a silver and a gold and a platinum
circle, different levels for different
people. And they can come and buy at the
cost. I'm only getting it for them. And
they can come and buy this stock. And I
reckon it every box is going to cost an
average of £80 including the cost of
going and picking it up. Cost me 560 odd
quid to go and pick up the stuff at
Skibberine. It was a full day, but I've
not charged anything else. So the total
cost to get this stock from Skibberine
back up to Belfast was £561.70p.
Bit of a journey. That's including toll
roads, the van rental, the diesel, and
um a 20 pound KFC for Adrian and I. So
what I will say here is what I've
noticed is that there is a lot of
returns and none of it's actually been
opened. A lot of it's still brand new
stock, untouched, unopened. And this is
Amazon returns. And this is also an
indicator how easy it is to return stock
even in Spain. Um I'm going to start
here of course with um this one. So this
is a company called Bella Hills. There's
two of these returned. Um and they are
basically they look like throws, bed
throws. So there's two of them. I reckon
I can get about 19 quid for them. So I'm
going to put them out of the way. Boink.
Linen seems to be a good one. So, we've
got here Levante
three plazas universal, and that is a
universal seat cover. So, that's great.
I'm going to just put that out away. I
don't know what the seat covers are
worth. Um,
and solar lights. That's what I got in
one of the boxes of these six boxes.
A rubber ring. I have no idea what
that's for. That's going to probably go
to the scrap. We've got a Oh, there's a
memory foam pillow. they'll sell. And
what I'll have to do, and this is going
to have to happen if it's a return, I'm
going to have to check to make sure
there's no pubic hairs on them. Uh, and
make sure that it's actually clean. So,
that's that memory foam pillow. What, 20
quid? There is a pack of
bath towels from a company called
Polyite. They're an English company,
actually. Um, come from Spain. And
there's How many towels are in there?
There's six towels in there. Six bath
towels. So, I don't know what six bath
towels go for. Would you say 10 12 quid?
Uh, that What else have we got? That
looks like a bit of bed linen, but it
looks like it's been put back badly.
Don't know if we'll be able to use
anything with that. That's done. What
else have we got? We have um a protected
another sofa cover. That's a a seat
cover for a sofa. That is probably only
a tenor. Oh, and it looks like it was
used. Look.
So, that's no good. That's all waste.
What else have we got? Uh, we have a
Monx Vitro Express. That's brand new.
Untouched. Brand new. So, how is that
returned? Why did not Why did Amazon not
just send that back out again? I have no
idea. But there you go. I can't throw
that on the floor because that is
actually quite good. This is a a frame
of love hearts
Amazon warehouse on it. I'm not sure
what that will do or what that will
achieve. Uh oh, we have another Monx. So
that's two Monx now. That's a VRO Noir.
And that's untouched as well. That
actually has not been touched at all.
Not opened. Nothing. It's It's brand
new. How is that returned?
What do they not like the look of it?
Uh, there's a auto feeder for fish.
That's pretty good. That's probably
going to make some money. I don't know
what that would go for. Maybe 20 or 30
quid. Oh, what do I see here?
Cat litter. Oh, that'll do me actually.
I'll nick that. I'll nick that. I mean,
cat litter. What is that? Cat litter. Is
it worth a tener?
I'm not going to send that off. It's too heavy.
heavy.
I'll do for my kitty cats. What else
have we got? Julius K9. I know about
this company. We can't sell that stuff.
We've been we've been verb banned on
that stuff, but I will find a way of
selling that stuff. So, there's Vero.
This is um some wooden whatever they
are. It look like they look like a clock
holder or something, but I don't know
what else have we got. So, we got Amazon
Basics, a microfiber fitted sheet. So,
it's locked. It's closed. Let's just see
if it's been open. Look, it's not been
actually opened. It's brand new. It's a
microfiber fitted sheety and nobody they
just sent it back. This is this is
Amazon. Um, so they instead of them
processing it, they sell it. So, we got
a moon lamp, which is pretty good. I'll
put that over here cuz I don't want to
smash it. What else have we got here? A
compost heat transfer. That's probably
not worth much.
Um, some embroidery stuff. It's probably
not worth much. Uh, there's a wei wee
bag. Looks like a Wii pouch done by blue
bags. So, that's a Spanish company. Um,
tenner. Most likely a we what do you
call bag? What else have we got here?
Oh, this is a looks like a big gigantic
I know what that is. That's a massive
tarp. That's a really big tarp.
Wow. That's a good one. That's about 30
or 40 quid. That's great.
Nice and profitable that one. What else
have we got? A Tata lettuce spinner.
There we go. If anyone wants to let us
Nope. Didn't think so. Mhm.
I thought so. Right. What else have we
got? Another fill sheet. Look at that.
There's two of them. Crazy. Uh, a pet
dematting comb. Let's have a look at see
if that's I hope that the person No, not
used. Unused, untouched.
How do they get to return these? And why
does Amazon not process them back into
stock? Is it that cheap that they just
take the returns?
It's crazy. It's crazy. What else have
we got here? Opaque high velocity
acrylics. I will put that over here
because that's going to be very special.
We got some light bulbs. Oram GU1050s.
There we go. Some of them. We got some
cake bakey thingy bulbs. No, they're
actually air fryer parchment papers.
Again, I don't know what they're worth.
What are they worth? Four5 pound.
They're not really worth that much. So,
they're not going to be able to sell I
can't sell that stuff. It's all low
ticket stuff. What else have we got? We
got a microfiber duvet kit. There's a
lot of fabrics being sent returned. A
lot of general fabrics being returned,
which is crazy. There's another one.
Another microfiber kit. Let's have a
look what it is.
So, it looks like a microfiber
duvet cover.
It looks pretty good, actually.
Duvet set. Simple blue plate.
Yep. So, that's that's good. What else
we got here? There's another one.
There's another microfiber sheet.
There's a lot of fabrics coming back. A
lot of fabrics. And I suppose you would
have to check to see if someone actually
used them. That would be hard, I'd say.
So, I'm not really keen to sell sort of
returned bed linen, but if it's un if
it's open or unopened, then yeah. What
else is this? What's this?
That looks like a What is that? That's a
Oh, I know what that is. That's for
holding a baby. That's a baby thing. And
it looks like it's unused as well, but
it's just sitting there sitting in a
bag. I'll just do that and put that in
there. Probably have to get that folding
done. Another
I assume it's a bed cover. Microfiber.
Good job. And there's another thing I'm
seeing a lot coming in these boxes.
I don't see these opened, but these are
Amazon Basics Britta filters.
Amazon Basic Britta filters, and they're
not opened. Work that one out.
Okay, we have a Meepal Little Dutch.
That's actually quite a nice we water
bottle, actually. I like that one.
Uh, there's another Julius K9. I'm not
able to sell them. I got I got veered. I
got slapped for them. But there's
another Julius K9.
And it looks brand new. Untouched.
God only knows. What else we got here?
Oh, hello. Well, that's quite nice. Oh,
it's Is it bent?
So, there's a tatte
over the It's quite nice aluminum, but
they've probably returned it as it it's
bent, but you just have to bend it back
for crying out loud.
Look, bend back. Bend back. You see,
probably people just return it because
they can rather than just go, "Oh, I'll
just bend it back." There's it there.
Now, I'm sure now that's all bent back
nicely. And I probably can sell that for
about I would say it's full aluminum.
It's quite nice actually. It's a we tray
for the shower. I would say what what
would you say, guys? 10 12 15 maybe.
I'll probably get away with a 15 on
that. I like that. Could use one of
them. What else have we got again?
Baskerville. I can't sell that stuff.
We've been We've been very off for the
Baskervilles as well. Crazy. Anyway,
Tener, uh, we got a three plaque plus
one lighting system. Down light LED feno
portable. Pretty good.
What else have we got?
A Vlamp.
A VL. It looks opened. Again, see the
electrical stuff. I'm probably going to
have to check them. I don't know these
plugged in or not or which way it works.
There's no cable with it. We're going to
have to probably get cables for them.
See, I think with the returns sometimes
things will be missing and we're going
to have to find cables and all sorts of
things for them. What else we got here?
We got some solar panel lights.
Pretty good. That looks like a whatever
that is. That's a garment bag. A nice
garment bag. Okay,
Okay,
what do we got here? an Amazon Basics
unopened whatever that is. It's not even
opened. The seller tape's not even
opened and it's saying it's shipping to ana
ana
in Spain.
Seville. This went to Seville, but it
was it didn't it didn't get there. So,
it's Oh, I get it. So, it's scented dog
pea pads unopened returned.
So even in Spain they abuse the returns process.
process.
This looks heavy. Whatever it is. What's
in this? And this is unopened too. It's
quite actually there's some quite good
stuff here. But I wonder I mean I've got
we're opening only six here this at the
minute. I'm opening only six. Just going
to try and see what's Oh criy. What's
this? Oh that's nice. Oh I like that. Oh
that's really nice. Look at that.
herb crusher.
A stone herb crusher. That's quite nice.
I like that. Might buy that for myself.
Um yeah, so we'll put that there. Oops.
I'm starting to open stuff again.
Getting all There's some more Amazon
basic light bulbs. Some light bulbs
there. Again, them light bulbs will
sell. What's in here? That's an Amazon
card wallet. Let's see what's in here.
Oh, hello.
A pair of scissors. They're actually
quite nice.
Nice noise out of them.
Yeah. Okay. Well, pair of scissors. Here
An Escobila dicilia. I assume it's a
toilet scrubber. Silicon.
Hey, what would I know about Spanish? A
waterproof terry top mattress protector.
Um, returned because it probably didn't
protect the mattress. I wonder does it
smell of pee? No, it probably wasn't
even open.
What else we got? That looks like
another sheet. There's a lot of sheets
being returned.
That's two jokes I've given you today.
It's probably cuz I'm tired and I really
couldn't care. Uh, an ice cream scooper.
I mean, there's some stuff is actually
worth a bit of money here. Not the ice
cream scooper, I'm sure. But you get
that for a tanner, I'm sure. What else
have we got? There's another bed or a
cover for a sofa. Good. There's a wet
It doesn't look like it's been used.
It's a donut from Intex.
So, that doesn't look like it's been
used or even blown up.
Another Brit filter. Let's just have a
look to see if it's been used
cuz there if it's been you. Yeah. So,
that's wrecked. That's used. That's
actually really badly used. Um,
so that's a bin, I'm afraid. That's bin.
What else have we got? We have What are they?
they?
Don't know what they are.
Don't know what they are. Song song mics.
mics.
Oh, it's a tray. It's a an actual like a
shoe tray. Looks crap. Looks cheap.
Looks nasty. What's this? A pixie cat.
Nice. But it looks extremely used.
used.
Extremely used. So, I'll use my Amazon
Basics knife and open up this and see if
it's extremely used like the boxes. Okay.
It looks badly used. That looks That
looks shagged. Yeah, that's not good.
That's not good at all. That's in bad
shape. So, that's going to have to go to
the bin. What else we got? Uh, kitchen
scale. A digital Amazon basics kitchen
scale. Pretty good. I'll just throw it
down there. No, I'm only kidding. What
else? Uh, oh, a little tray.
A plastic tray. Probably not worth much.
Probably not even worth sending.
So, what I have to do is go through it.
Uh oh, some nice terry tails or terry
towels. Baby towels. Pretty good.
What else do I see?
Detachable handle for cookware. And it's
not even opened. You can see it's not opened.
opened.
Never been opened.
So, how do people get to return it when
they haven't even seen it?
It's a cookware handle. Crazy.
I don't get it.
I don't get it. Right. These are all
sealed. For some reason, Amazon have
these all sealed. I have no idea why.
You see the way I say sealed.
It looks like some sort of pillowcases.
A 3D illusion lamp. Who's illusion? And
who's the illusion? Let's find out who
the illusion is, shall we?
Oh, a pair of headphones. Mhm.
Okay. Well, that is now it's probably
faulty. I don't know. I have to test it.
There's a big one. Big box. Don't know
what it is.
Doesn't say at all what it is at all.
Not at all. It's sealed. It's not even
open. So, we're not even bother with
that one. Could be anything. Could be a
hi-fi for all I know. There is a Halty
front control harness. I can sell them.
They'll sell. There's a bottle. It's
made of aluminium or steel. It is. I
but it's quite It's quite a nice bottle.
It's quite a nice bottle. I'll put that
there. It's a double. It's like a double
insulated flask. What is this? These
bags are There's a lot of bags coming
in. Oh, hello. That looks like another
one of them. Oh, it is. But it's broken.
So, that was broken.
That's two of them. I could probably fix that.
that.
I could probably fix that and still sell that.
that.
And odds are that's another one. That is
another one. That's another one. There's
three of them aluminium things. There's some
some
sanitary impermabl.
I assume it's a bed cover or something.
We've got um a plate. Uh I'm not even
going to open it. Um what else is this?
Some plastic bits.
which look very similar or look like
like a record label holder, whatever
that is. Is it the kind of interstack?
Would you say that's for records, guys?
Or dishes? One or the other. But I have
no idea what it is. Oh, it says what it
is here. Does it? No, it's all in bits.
Minaj comfort, whatever that means.
There's actually a lot of stuff here.
Given the fact that these are roughly 80
quid, I think I can make a make. There's
a a microfiber sheet set. It's not
opened. It's not even open. Look. Not
even opened.
Nicely folded. Not opened.
That's crazy.
That's crazy. We got an air seal for a
perfect air conditioner. Not sure air
conditioners work that well in the UK,
so we'll probably find that lobby a good
seller. Uh
oh, dog lead. A Eddie Pets dog lead,
which it'll make a bit of money. There's
a Pokemon light ball. I wonder why
that's not working. I hope that works
because we can sell them. Pokemon cells.
There's another
whatever that is. I don't know what that
means. It looks like a bed sheet.
There's a bed sheet. So, I'll put that
down there because it all bounces. Uh
Uh
there's there's a another bed sheet.
Another bed sheet. Microfiber. They like
this microfiber stuff.
That is a photo album, which is really
rare now. It's done by a company called
Hama. I don't know if you know who Hama
is. They're UK. We can sell by them in
the UK. There's some more LED bulbs. A
whole box of LED bulbs. That's pretty good.
good.
Uh, another microfiber sheet. Oh, look.
That looks good.
Some Monx cutlery set in its bag. Unused.
Unused.
Someone didn't like it. I don't know. I
don't know. Returns are funny. Amazon,
they just go ahead and accept the
returns and then just sell the stock. I
wonder are these actually FBA people?
And the FBA agents are take losing the
money. I bet you tell her they are. What
Okay, that looks like some sort of sofa cover.
Um, that looks just a just like a cup.
That's what that is. I think it's a big
slurper. Yeah, big No, it's not. It's actually
actually a
a
a brush handle
without the brush.
No brush in it. Maybe what someone's
done is they've bought this, took the
brush handle, set the rest back, and
said it didn't have had missing pieces.
Crazy. Anyway, uh that is a aloe vera
mattress protector. Nice.
We have a solar lantern light bulb. Here
we go. Solar lantern. It looks opened.
Nope. Doesn't look used. Doesn't look
some citronanel candles. Oh, one candle
actually. Bit weird.
M smells of citronanel. Wonder how. What
else? Another microfiber cover.
That looks like another water bottle.
Some more water bottles. A twin set of Z
fouls. Whatever they are. Antarctica.
They're called insulated Antarctica.
Looks pretty good.
What is this? That looks like a So
that's called Joseph. Joseph. That's
actually quite neat, isn't it? That's
quite a neat little drain rack, isn't it?
it?
Joseph. Joseph.
We'll be able to sell that. I'm sure
I'll get tener at least for that. It's
Okay. Got some more LED lights. Threeack.
They look like they've not been
installed. So,
very good.
There is another Monx
uh another Monx coffee filter system.
They do like their Monxes, don't they?
Uh yeah, we'll put that solar LED light
out the way.
Some curtains. It's nice blue curtains
by a company called Mule.
Get that out of the way. This is
for Heibbus or Jesus Gonzalez. He bought
this and returned it. That's what Jesus
did. That's what they say. His name is
Jesus Gonzalez.
What? He returned.
Oh, look. A we cat. A lovely. That's we capable.
capable.
Not used
little cat ball on a wee wooden. Ah,
it's broken. See it snapped. But I mean,
I could probably fix that. Couldn't I
put a bit of few nails in? No, don't
think so. That looks friggered, I'm afraid.
afraid.
I'll probably give it to my cats. They
don't mind broken stuff. Oh, this looks
heavy. What's this? Oh,
a food jar with a handle lid. There we
go. Can't throw that down there. That is
too hard. There's another aloe vera
mattress topper. They like the mattress toppers.
toppers.
Did I show you this? Yeah, that's Oh,
there's there's two there. That's that
uh citronanella. Did I show you the
citroronella? Yes, I did. What else?
What's this? What's this big bag?
What's in here? Oh, I know what is in here.
here.
Coat hangers with copper tops.
A set of coat hangers with copper tops.
Metal. Don't like metal. Anyway,
I'm sure I'll sell them. Right. Okay.
This looks weird.
Let's have a look at this. This says
this is a burdener
and it's all in there.
There it is. Non-stick essential.
Unused. Brand new. Returned. Returned.
Returned.
Don't understand it.
That'll sell.
I'm sure I'll get 20 30 quid for that.
That's quite nice actually. It's quite a
Don't know if I'll sell them.
More microf. Lots of bed linen. Lots of
bed linen were being returned in in in
Spain. Lots of it. Lots of it. I've
never seen so much of it. What's this?
I look at this we that's a we table lamp
a we table like think that's normally
what you do I don't know which way it
works but that's a we lamp
so yeah
lots of bedlin being returned I've noticed
more sofa covers that's a sofa cover
there is a beautiful Japanese teapot
it's actually It's got a filtration
system as well. It's quite nice. By a
company called EB. I'm sure that's worth
one worth money. Sorry. Uh what's this? A
A Apex
Apex
Weird.
Weird. Really weird.
More linen. More linen. Oh no, they're
chef hats. Haha.
Chef hats. That's what they look like
anyway. Maybe they're not. No, they're
Chef hats. Stupid boy. Anyway,
Anyway,
what are they? No idea. Lollipop Oh,
lollipop sticks. Plastic lollipop
sticks. Not worth a crap. We got
Masterclass cake tin. Quite a nice cake
tin. I'm not sure what it's worth, but
it's very heavy. It's very solid.
Uh ah more of it. More aloe vera
mattress toppers. I'm hoping these
There is a Intex bed. That's a bed.
Hopefully that works. We have an
efficient parapla.
Whatever that is. It's a I assume Oh,
it's a like a I don't know what you
would call that. What is that, guys? Can
anyone tell me what that is? I don't do
much cooking.
I assume uh it's a pestra dish or pestra
Cafeteria Express Bali.
There we go. We'll keep that up there
This looks like Oh,
a box of boxes. Is that what they are?
Yeah, they're just boxes, isn't they?
Just a box of boxes. I'll keep them.
Who returns them? What? The box is not
as described.
I don't get that.
Oh, it's been ripped quite through.
I use it as filling for customers.
There we go. Done. What else have we got?
There's a towel. Hope it's not used. Returned.
Returned.
There's another one of them big sports
bottles. Can't sell them. You can't sell
them at all. They're just hard to sell.
Um, what's that? Oh, they're pretty
good. I don't know why they're returned.
They don't look like they're used, but
but
Oh, they are used. I think they are. No,
they're not.
So, I assume they're like we fridge
fridge trays. Yeah, that's what they
are. We fridge trays with the little Oh,
I see why there. But that's been
returned. The lip's broken off it. But
it's still a pretty good fridge fridge
ch because it snapped on the corner. But
hey, I'll use that for a bit my ham.
That' be good for my ham.
I'll put it over here with a cat dish.
Ah, another photo album. Very good.
Some light bulbs. Who returns light bulbs?
bulbs? Who?
Who?
Edison screw. So, I assume they've just
returned them because they've just
ordered the wrong bloody fitting. Surely
that's not allowed.
I don't know.
plumey white
set. Full dish set. It's quite heavy. A
few kilo there, I'm afraid. What else we
got in here? What's in this bag? These
bags are a bit weird.
What's that? What's that? Oh, it's a
It's an Emily Henry.
That's quite nice actually.
Emily Henry
or Mia Henry.
It's It's It's actually chipped. That's
actually quite nice though. It's quite a
nice It's like a butter dish. Would you
call it a butter dish or a pate dish
maybe? But it's nice.
Sadly, it's chipped.
bet you guys are a bit getting bored by now.
now.
Oh, so that looks like a water thing by Nerus.
Nerus.
Just make sure it's not
I don't know why people return things
like this.
A Metallics. Oh, that's quite nice. So,
that's a blade fit metalix holder for
holding knives.
And another sofa cover for crying out
loud. And more Monx cutlery. More Monx cutlery.
cutlery.
And more Britter filters.
So, does someone open the Britter filter
and go, "That doesn't work.
Use it and send it back." But no, it's
sealed. It's actually sealed. So,
So,
who the hell sends back filters?
I had it. I had someone send back
filter. It was full of water.
There's another one of them. Yeah,
that's another one. And so, I've got
another one of these. There's two of
by way Jade. They're quite nice. We
crusher. Two of them. Now it's great be
able to sell two of them.
There we go. Put that over there beside
the other one.
And that's it. That's us.
So that was quite a marathon. There's a
lot of stuff here. This is literally 80
quid a box. Six boxes. That's what I've
got. Have I made my money back? Well,
what I need to do now is I need to
process it. And that requires time,
labor. Um, if I had a member of staff,
that would be a major cost as well. So,
I'm going to have to look and review to
see what is viable and what isn't. It
may come to a point where this could be
break even. But, there's a lot of stuff
there that is pretty good and I can see
a lot of money. I can see the likes of
these Monxes.
I'm sure they're 20 or 30 quid each. And
that one there, I'm sure, is a bit deer,
the big one. And they're brand new.
They're untouched. I'll just make sure.
Yep. Untouched. No smell of coffee. So,
whoever bought these have no idea why
they didn't use them. But if you have a
look, you know, that alone is worth a
bit of money. And
I mean, I'm not confident yet that I'm
going to make the same money as I did
elsewhere from other sources, but it's
worth a try and it's always worth a
punt. So, the total cost of these eight
these the total cost.
So, the total cost of these eight
pallets was £4,196,
but it cost me £561.70p
to go and get them. That means there was an extra 8 pound.777 put on these 64
an extra 8 pound.777 put on these 64 boxes.
boxes. Um, it's still a lot of money. Wonder
