3:42 certain point like adversity is
3:43 adversity opposition is opposition
3:46 challenges are challenges but it's not
3:47 so much about the opposition and
3:50 adversity that we face as it is about
3:51 the perspective that we have about the
3:53 opposition and adversity that we face
3:55 meaning perspective drives performance
3:57 every day of the week how you view what
3:59 you do will always affect how you do

6:22 I'm gonna run every here with my
6:25 teammate I'm gonna run around the block
6:27 with my teammates even though I can't
6:29 play but I made a vow to something that
6:30 was a lot greater than me and so what I
6:33 made a vow to was more important
6:36 like for me what trumps everything is
6:37 character and integrity
6:39 what Trump's everything is when a cat is
6:40 walking with me he'd know at a certain
6:42 point I'm not retreating and form with
6:44 him and I say I'm going home we're going
6:46 home and whatever got to happen on the
6:48 way to get home if we got a wife some
6:50 cats out on the way to get home like
6:51 you've got two types of cats in the

7:26 through and it was talking about hell
7:28 week and they say hell week is literally
7:30 designed just to break him send him
7:32 through hell like you want to be you
7:34 want to be a war you want to be a sail
7:36 toughest of the tough badass of the bat
7:38 we're gonna see how bad you want to be a
7:40 sail and the way they gauged it was they
7:42 let him push themselves and see if they
7:44 was willing to die for it and so when
7:47 cats would pass out and almost die they
7:48 would wake him up in a castle wake up
7:49 and they would be like I'm ready they
7:51 were slapping and saying all you good

8:28 tracing it the craziest thing was they
8:31 found out the cast that surrender
8:34 everybody they train with surrender they
8:35 know it's the cats that quit and so I
8:36 thought this was what I wanted to do

8:41 everybody they trained with quit and
8:42 said this is what I thought I want if I
8:43 got to go through that
8:46 I don't want it so bad anymore then they got

8:48 the cast that made it and it wasn't like

8:52 environment they put him through the
8:55 same training it's like all sees
8:56 everybody go through the same offseason
8:58 there's like MCATs going away from
9:00 everybody go to the same weight room but

9:03 it's like we're cats on the team
9:04 everybody get the same schedule but
9:06 everybody don't go about that schedule

9:14 know everybody went through the same
9:17 drills and the cats that made it and
9:19 beat it they said man listen we already

9:26 think we didn't we already know that we
9:28 know they coming at us we know they're
9:29 gonna throw everything they got at us so
9:32 here's how we gonna beat it catch a

9:35 guess if we get in the water we get in
9:37 the midst of adversity and start getting
9:38 a little tough the pain starts to set in
9:40 I'm just gonna look at you and you look
9:42 at me and I don't have to say a word
9:44 because what we working for is greater
9:45 than me and you it so we got to press
9:47 forward and we got a conquer it we don't
9:49 have to say it what we just looked at
9:50 each other and when I look at you the
9:52 power of the other person the
9:54 accountability and the responsibility of
9:56 what we working for and I respect you so

13:11 I used to be but I know I'll come back

14:44 you a different type of attachment to it
