successes the nice trips and all of it.
Well for you it feels that you're just
stuck at the same situation. But I've
got some very very good news for you
because today I'm about to share my full

step how I set up my halal business in
the right way. And no, I'm not going to
sell you a $997 course at the end of

at the exact same stage, maybe even

UAE, studying the dean, having amazing

running a business that makes me
paychecks like this on a consistent
basis. Alhamdulillah. More about that in
a second. And it doesn't matter if

few minutes, we're going to talk about
how to set up your halal business, scale
it to 10K per month using AI, and
achieve the life that you've been
dreaming of. And this last point, in the
Western world, they call it escaping the
matrix. But for us Muslims, it works a
bit different. I mean, we are not here
for flexing with a Lamborghini,
impressing girls in the club, partying
on a yacht in
Miami. And I know that this is mostly
what you've been told online by all
those gurus. To believe that this is the
dream life, but I've got some news for
you, mate. Eventually, you will die. And
this world is temporary. For as Muslims,
we are not here to blindly follow our
desires, you know. And there are two
versions of following your desires in
this dunya. You have the poor desires
just following the cheap pleasures of
this life. Junk food, gaming, scrolling
on social media, parties and all of
this. But on the other hand, you also
have rich desires. And this is what the
western world is really trying to get
you to believe that this is the the
right way to live. The luxury cars, the
money, the spending, shopping spree,
traveling, and all of that. But in my
opinion, these are the same feelings,
the same desires that you're striving
for. But then with money, I mean for us
Muslims, we need to find the sweet spot
in between where we can be beneficial
for others while controlling our ego,
our naps. I mean we as Muslims, we are
on a mission that goes beyond this life,
you know. And Allah subhana wa ta'ala
says in the Quran, "But seek through
what Allah has given you, the home of
the hereafter. And yet do not forget
your share of this world and do good as
Allah has done good for you." Which
means we need to take care of our
responsibility, our family. We need to
make sure that we earn our money in a
halal way. But there's also time to
travel and have fun because yes, we have
big responsibilities to take care of but
that doesn't mean you cannot enjoy the
halal that Allahhana has given you in
this dunya. I mean it is possible to
build halal wealth and achieve success
that is in line with your dean. And
that's what this business module can do
for you inshallah. And now for
everything that I'm about to share in
this video, I want you to know that I'm
talking from experience. I mean, for the
past 8 years, I've been running my own
agency for your brand that so far has
made me a good seven figures along the
way. Alhamdulillah. But this life that
I'm living right now didn't came out of
nowhere and is definitely not how it
started. Now, before I break down this
exact business module to you, let me
quickly tell you about my journey.
Because when I was 15 years old, I was
the complete opposite of what you see
today. I'm not sharing this to expose my
sins or anything. I just want you to
know that I was completely lost. I was a
cafe growing up in in the west, but I
just didn't had the right guidance
around me until one day when I made the
decision that this is just not the way
how I wanted to live my life. And the
thing that I want you to realize is that
sometimes you just need to look yourself
in the mirror and be brutally honest
with yourself. Think about it. Are you
proud of the behavior and the daily
actions that you're putting out there
right now? Because you must understand
that how you spend your time right now
equals what your life will look like in
a few years. I started reading books,
going to the gym, working on myself and
started with my first little business.
Now, fast forward 8 years later, I'm
having a business that is serving over
200 clients right now with a team of
over 15 people and so far making a solid
good seven figures along the way.
Alhamdulillah. I mean, there is so so
much possible in the time that we're
living in right now. And now, normally I
don't make such a video because my
calendar is overfilled. I have a lot of
things going on with all of the
businesses that I'm running. But after
receiving a lot of questions from my
Muslim brothers around me, I decided to
take some time together with my team to
create a video that answers all your
questions, inshallah. And it's mainly
because to my surprise, there is no one
helping us Muslims to kickstart and
scale a halal business in the right way.
I mean there are so so many online gurus
nowadays. My whole YouTube is is going
crazy but mostly they are promoting
haram business modules and things that
are simply not in line with the way that
we need to run our businesses as a
Muslim. you know, it's either haram or
leading you to materialistic goals,
which is very, very frustrating to see.
And for me, the main reason why I've put
this together for you. And my only goal
with this video is to show you exactly
step by step how I did it with the
permission of Allah subhana wa ta'ala.
Also, you can literally just copy it and
do it yourself. Because the system that
I'm about to reveal to you works over
and over again. And not just for me, but
for many other Muslims that I've worked
with, such as brother Emil that shared
this screenshot with me of receiving his
first 1K payment of a high ticket deal
that he closed with one of his first
clients. Or what about this brother that
achieved his first 10K month along
Mabar? It's amazing. And all of these
brothers are using the same module. But
before we dive deeper into that, I want
to tell you this. You know that they
always say like there's no perfect time
to start. And I kind of agree with that
normally, but I think we've achieved the
single moment in time in history where
it's actually the perfect moment because
look, it took me 4 years to hit that 10K
mark. It was very very tough for me
because I didn't have the right guidance
and especially in the last couple of
years, the competition has been so so
tough with all those gurus trying to
teach the same module and all of that,
you know. Alhamdulillah, at some point I
reached that 10k. But you know what the
funny part is? Just a few months later,
I already hit the six figure mark and
another few months after that, I scaled
to seven figures. Alhamdulillah. And
seeing such a graph is pretty normal
because the first part is always the
hardest. This is what every single
entrepreneur will tell you. But believe
me or not, now we live in a unique
moment in time where this is completely
different. And that's because of two
things. Is because of AI and tech coming
to the public right now. So you can
literally plug it into your business and
make it so much easier. But also there
is another thing that have worked for me
that I'm about to share you in a minute.
The only thing that I want you to
realize right now is that the recent
inventions of AI and tech allows you to
get the results that took me four plus
years and do it yourself in literally a
matter of months. That's how big the
opportunities are right now. For me, it
was all about working hard, working my
ass off, working hours and hours and
investing a lot of money into figuring
out how it worked. And for me, it was
not an option at all to hire employees
because it's costing too much money. I
just needed to invest all of this time
myself. But now, you have AI and
technology which allows you to do the
same thing for a much cheaper price. And
instead of working with employees, you
can have technology automating the
process for you and working 24/7 for you
and finishing things in a matter of
hours. What normally took maybe a couple
of weeks. But the thing is that this is
just the tip of the iceberg. Today we're
diving very very deep into all the
hidden strategies that no one is talking
about. The only thing the only problem
is that I don't know for how long this
will last because the good thing is that
not many people know about this
opportunity right now. But you're
probably noticing the same thing is that
more and more AI features are becoming
very popular and very open to the
public. They are very easy to use which
means that competition is rising fast
and your time is running out. But if you
are the first, you have a huge
advantage. I mean right now we have AI
coming up. But think about the time when
internet came there for the first time.
If you would have been the first
launching an e-commerce store, then you
would have such a big advantage. And now
it's the same thing. Right now, we have
opportunities in front of our eyes that
I've tested myself. Like the screenshots
that you can see over here. It works
over and over again. And again, I'm
saying that from my own experience. I
mean, I've tried every single business
module that you can imagine from
e-commerce, freelancing to affiliate,
and even software. And I made money with
all of them, but none of them comes
close to this new module. Now, let's
take a deeper dive into this. I mean,
the reason why this business module
works so well is because of a few
reasons. It's easy to start for Muslim
beginners. It doesn't require a big
startup capital, has a high profit
margin between 60 to 70%, which to be
honest, almost none of all the business
modules out there has. This is insane.
It's also in huge demand, meaning a lot
of people are waiting for your help. And
lastly, it's easy to fulfill and 100%
halal. And no, I'm not talking about all
these business modules that you've
probably heard of. Freelancing, drop
shipping, YouTube, real estate trading.
No, there are so so many of them. But
the problem once again is that most of
them contain haram or are not beginner
friendly. And since AI and tech is
growing so so fast, it will replace at
least 60% of these jobs and businesses
in the next couple of years. And I
personally believe that it's even more
than that. But on the other hand, this
AI business module is futureproof
because you're using AI. You're adapting
and you're choosing to work with
something that the whole future will
depend on. It's also very very scalable.
It's not just a simple side hustle. This
can be turned into an actual business.
And on top of that, it's very beginner
friendly. I mean, for example, look at
Hamza. He closed five high-paying
clients in literally just 3 months of
using this same module. I mean, 3
months. It took me four years to even
get to such a mark. But right now, this
is all possible. But now, I want you to
log in and pay attention because we're
diving deeper. If you stick till the

Now, the foundation of every single
business is that it all starts with a
problem. If there is no problem, there
is no market to help. Because every
business must provide a solution to a
problem in order to make money. And the
bigger the problem and the better the
solution, the more money you can make.
And I mean, this is basically how every
single business fundamentally works. And
so does the business module that I'm
talking about right over here. I mean,
solving problems equals money. I think
that's pretty clear, right? But for this
specific module, it goes much much
deeper. And alhamdulillah, after
implementing this myself in my agency a
couple months ago, we quickly scaled to
big numbers. Alhamdulillah. And now the
business module that I'm talking about
is the Hal AI arbitrage module. A unique
module that not many people are talking
about yet because it's so so new. And I
hear you thinking AI arbitrage, it's all
sound very complex. But trust me, if you
stick till the end, it will make a lot
of sense. Now, let me explain. The HAL
AI arbitrage module is built on the
foundation of the old freelancing and
agency module, which you've probably
heard of. But now, we're living in a
time where you don't have to deliver
these services anymore yourself, like
you used to see a few years ago with the
freelancers and, you know, the agencies
that were doing all the hard work. And
that's all because the HAL AI arbitrage
module is built on two things. one, like
I said, AI and technology. But the
second oh so important thing is that you
use widele contractors, experienced
people in the field that can help you to
leverage it and deliver faster, which
allows you to charge high-end prices
from the beginning. And not just that,
you can skill literally 10 times faster
if you do it that way. And I needed to
learn all of these services and things
myself in order to be able to even serve
my clients. And that takes at least one
to two years to master a skill and
charge those high prices. But now even a
complete beginner can do that. Subhan
Allah. Now it basically all comes down
to a few things. It starts with picking
a niche. You need to find a good problem
to solve and a good audience to help.
Once you've done that, you implement the
processes and systems to deliver in the
right way. And then you can start
looking for your clients. sign your
first deal and then just repeat and
improve. Now, I'll explain more about
this contractor plus AI arbitrage module
in a second, but do you remember how I
said that it took me 4 years to get to
the 10K mark? This can now be done in a
matter of just a few months with the
permission of Allahhana tala. And in the
past couple of months, I've seen this
happening over and over again, not just
by myself, but also the clients that
I've worked with. Now let's take a
deeper look into how you can actually
set up such a business. Now step one
where it all starts is to find a
profitable problem in a specific market.
I mean please don't make the same
mistake that many people are making.
Don't start with asking yourself what
service should I offer. You need to
reverse engineer it and start with the
following thing. You need to start with
who are you serving and what is the
problem that you are solving? Because
just like I said, the bigger the problem
and the better the solution that you
provide, the more money you can charge.
So that's where you start. You start
with that problem. Because without truly
understanding the problem of your
market, how can you even think of a
solution? It's impossible. So here are
some examples of my own business and how
we did that. At some point, I discovered
that in the country that I'm from, car
rental companies had a big problem. A
lot of those companies had a lot of bad
websites that were very low converting.
So what I decided to do is come up with
a solution of website creation. I helped
them to set up a much better website
that was ranking better in Google,
increasing their conversion and all of
that. And that helps their business
grow. So I was charging literally 5K
plus per website. And this business
module web designing was the exact
service that I started with back in the
days which then at that time helped me
to make my first 10K per month.
alhamdulillah. But I didn't had AI at
that time. I was just a freelancer doing
these things. But fundamentally, it was
all the same. And then at some point, I
started turning everything into a big
agency. And that's when I switched to
the following thing. I started helping
bookkeepers and accountants that were
having a big problem as well. They were
in need of more leads and more clients.
Most of them were just having a lot of
referrals and mouthtomouth, but it's
very limiting and will never ever help
your company to really scale, you know.
So I decided to provide a better
solution for that which was my marketing
services that I started with and we were
charging at least 2K per month which is
very very normal for such modules. I
mean think about it one client is paying
you 2K per month. That's this is
literally an average salary that you can
earn in the west. It's a recurring
client and that means that your cash
flow of this one client is already 24k
per year. Meaning if you only have four
clients like this you're already earning
the salary of a doctor. I mean there are
thousands of other combinations of
problem niche solution. There are
literally so many different things that
you can do and it will surprise you how
many needs there is for these services.
So if you stick till the end I'll make
sure that I'll provide you with all the
information of the different problems,
niches and solutions. So you can
literally pick it yourself based on this
PDF. And the reason why you start with
problem and then niche is because then
you will find something that is urgent
which allows you to charge higher prices
because the mistake that many many
beginners are making is that they pick a
service first such as web design,
marketing, copywriting and all these
famous services. You know they think
like hey web design is something for me.
So then they just try to find clients
without picking a specific niche. They
try to help everyone with their service.
But mark my word, this always leads to
the same thing. It leads to low pricing,
constantly compromising your values, and
a big headache because these clients are
not nice. Okay? I've been there. I've
made all these mistakes. And trust me,
you don't want that. And in the
beginning, I made many, many of these
mistakes myself. I mean, I had to learn
it the hard way. And that's why it took
me like 4 years to even get there, you
know. But this is just the beginning. If
you want to turn this idea into a
success, you need to take it a step
further. Now, step two is you turn that
problem into an irresistible offer
because you have to understand that you
don't just sell services. No, you are
selling results, a solution to their
problem. They don't care about your
services. So, your offer must be all
about the following two things. It's
clarity plus outcome. Okay? You need to
be very very clear of it because the
potential client should instantly
understand what you do because a good
offer must answer three silent questions
in their head. First, is this offer for
me specifically? Then, is this solving a
real problem that I care about right
now? Then lastly, is the outcome worth
paying for? So, you need to be very
clear talking to the right audience and
being very, very clear of the outcome,
the result that you are about to give
them. But sometimes instead of looking
what is working and what you need to do,
let's also look into what you shouldn't
do. There are some mistakes that you
need to avoid when setting up your offer
and searching for clients. First of all,
it's being too vague. So many people are
not clear about what they have to offer.
And then you will instantly lose
clients. Many of them are over
complicating the offer, too many
features, too many different things.
Well, you need to just offer one
solution to a big problem that is big
enough to pay a lot of money for or
focusing too much on their processes
instead of their results. I mean, it's
very important, of course, that you
deliver it in the right way and you work
on your business, but it must always be
focused on this result. It's the only
thing that people care about or one of
the worst things is not mentioning the
problem or outcome in your oneliner. In
your oneliner means the following thing.
You need to package your solution in one
simple sentence which looks a little bit
like this. I help this niche solve this
painful problem so they can have this
desired outcome. It's that simple. Just
keep it very clear, specific and easy to
understand for your client that they can
literally just in 5 seconds understand
that what you have to offer is what they
need. Now let's look back into the
examples of how I started. So for the
car rental, instead of saying we help
you with some websites, I said I help
car rentals 10x their website traffic
and UXUI experience so they can stay
fully booked every single month over and
over again. It's so important that you
make your offer unique but specific. Now
let's look at the other example. When we
were helping accountants with our
agency, instead of saying we do your
marketing or we do some lead generation
services, I said the following thing. I
help bookkeepers and accountants close
100K plus in new client deals so they
can stop relying on referrals which was
the biggest problem that I discovered at
that time. All of their clients came
from mouthtomouth and referrals which
sometimes works very well but a lot of
times it doesn't work. So we were giving
the perfect solution to their problem.
And like I said there are thousands of
problems to solve and good offers to
make. This is just a few examples that
I'm giving you right now. So don't
worry, I will add even more examples
into that PDF for you that I will share
at the end of this video. Now step three
is you build a lean fulfillment system
and you do that with the most important
aspect of this module is by using the
contractors and AI tools because before
you can start getting your first
clients, you need to know how you're
going to fulfill the promise that you're
making to them. How are you going to
solve the solution? You know, but the
beautiful thing with the HAL AI
arbitrage module is you don't do the
work yourself. Just like I said, you
will work with AI tools and software
plus white label contractors that will
do the work for you, which means your
only responsibility is to manage the
results, not to deliver the services.
Now, let's start off with the
contractor. What is it and how does it
work? A contractor simply is someone who
you hire for a specific task or a
specific project. And I'm not talking
about hiring a full-time employee over
here. It's the complete opposite. Now,
let me give you an example. I mean, just
like how I started making websites for
my clients, you can close that that 5K
project just how I did it, but instead
of doing it yourself, you pay the
contractor a,000 bucks, for example, to
do the job for you. And then your margin
in between is
$4,000, which is 80% and absolutely
crazy if you compare it to other
business modules. But whoa, whoa, whoa,
wait. In order to claim such a big
profit for yourself, you need to put
some serious things to the table because
we are Muslims and we want to do
business in an ethical way. We cannot
just make profit and big margins from
other people's work and all of that. We
must not forget that running a business
comes with huge responsibilities. And
that's why you can put such big profit
margins because you are the one that is
taking the risk. You are the one that
needs to close and find the clients
yourself. You need to have the contact
with the clients, update them about
what's going on. You need to invoice
them. You need to invest in your
company. You need to manage your
finances. You need to set up the AI
tools, the processes, invest in your
software. I mean, there are so many
things going on in your business. But
trust me, once you systemize this, it
works over and over again. And on top of
that, it's insanely scalable. And in my
opinion, this is literally something
that I've never seen before because it
took me so so long to charge those high
prices. Let aside the fact that you can
outsource it from the beginning. Now
let's compare this the contractor versus
the employee and we're going to look
into a few aspects such as salary,
hiring, the general cost control and
legal because for example when you look
at the employee you always pay them a
fixed amount which is very risky
especially when you don't have clients
yet. If you don't have cash flow you are
literally just losing money. While on
the other side the contractor you just
pay them per project. Meaning if you
have cash flow and you have money coming
in you you then pay you know on the
other hand for you know employees it
takes very long to hire the right people
long processes legal things you need to
take care of and all of that while a
contractor is just a kind of a
freelancer that immediately can do the
work for you. Then general costs are
very high for employees. Apart from
paying them a salary you also need to
pay the software for them set up the
laptops and everything. while a
contractor is low/medium. It depends on
what software you're using, but in
general for a contractor, there are not
many extra costs that come on top of it.
Now, the only benefit that an employee
has over a contractor is that the
control that you have over them is
direct for an employee. Meaning, an
employee works full-time for you, so you
can access them as soon as possible.
Whenever you have a task, they must do
it immediately because they work
full-time for you. While a contractor
sometimes works with other clients as
well, but I would say for an employee
that's a bit better for you as the
business owner. Now lastly, when we look
into the legal and HR with employees,
you have big big responsibilities. If
anything goes wrong, it's your problem.
While for a contractor, this thing is
minimal. They are freelancers and they
have their own responsibilities to take
care of. So the risk is not fully on
you. So if you look at this chart, it's
so so much easier nowadays if you work
with contractors around the world. And
really when you do this in the right
way, you put so much baraka into your
business. I mean you have so many
skilled Muslim freelancers around the
world that can help you to fill the job.
You know if you paid a beloved Muslim
brother from India, Pakistan, Egypt,
Morocco, I mean thousand bucks for a
website just the example that I gave you
that means the world to them. You create
such huge global opportunities and this
makes the um stronger. We need to
collaborate more. We need to work
together and this is the idea of this
module to create opportunities for
others to contribute to this world and
deliver services in a halal and ethical
way. And then additionally you have the
AI tools that you implement on top of
that which if implemented in the right
way allows you to completely automate
your delivery. Now talking about that,
let's look into step four, which is
launching your outreach system in order
to get your first clients, inshallah.
Now you have to understand that this is
one of the most important steps because
I always say that a business without
clients isn't actually a business. And
I'm sorry to say, but it's just a plan
or a dream that you have in your head.
As long as there are no paying clients,
there is no existing real business. But
the beautiful thing with this HAL AI
arbitrage module is that you don't
deliver any of the work yourself.
Meaning you can spend 80% on your sales
and outreaching which then also allows
you to grow much faster. Biggest mistake
that I see people make is that they are
being too focused on making things
perfect before they start. You know they
think they need a website, a logo,
business cards, brand colors, etc., etc.
But no, I closed my first few clients
without any of that. no website,
nothing. It's truly a limiting belief.
You must start as soon as possible. This
is one of those business modules that
you could potentially have up and
running in in literally a couple of days
or a couple of weeks. And in order to
start closing your first client and make
halal money as soon as possible, there
are basically three systems to attract
clients that I've seen working over and
over again for our own agency. Now,
let's look into them. Strategy one is
called mastery. It basically comes down
to first finding the right leads so that
you can outreach to them. You have
different tools and different options to
do that, but I'll get to that in a
second. Once you find the right leads,
you record a Loom video. And Loom is
basically a software that allows you to
share your screen and personally
outreach to your leads, sharing the
problem that you can solve. You send
this video into their social media, DMs,
their email, LinkedIn, and all of that
so that they see this. And for me, this
has been the outreach system that worked
the best. When I was younger with the
websites, I used to do this over and
over again. Now, the second strategy is
the content game. First, you need to
determine your audience, the people that
you want to reach with your content. And
then you basically create content that
attracts the right clients. I mean, the
best example that I can give you is you
watching this video right now. I made a
video for you. And you see this
happening on YouTube, on Instagram, on
LinkedIn. And there are so many
different platforms where you can reach
the whole world through just a simple
screen nowadays. Then the only thing
left in order to generate leads and
potential clients is that you combine it
with a lead magnet or any sort of way
that they can contact you. And then
lastly, strategy number three, which is
the ads implementation, which basically
starts with the same thing, determining
your audience. You can set up a campaign
on Facebook, LinkedIn, or YouTube or
different platforms where it allows you
to set up ads. you just pay a certain
amount of money and you can literally
attract the right leads and this is a
bit more risky because you invest you
invest your money here. While on the
other hand, the previous methods that I
showed you number one and number two are
more depending on your time and your
energy. While this one is more depending
on your strategy and investment. But if
I'm going to explain all of these
methods in detail in this video, this
video would be a couple hours long. But
I recently recorded a full video on this
breaking down everything, every single
method and exactly how I implement it in
my business. So I'll make sure that if
you stick to the end of this video, I'll
implement this into the free gift that I
have for you. And one thing we must not
forget that this is also a very crucial
moment to start implementing AI in your
processes. You can outsource a lot of
simple tasks such as writing scripts for
yourself, doing analyzements on chat GPT
and all of that. There is so much more
nowadays. You have a lot of complex
tests that you can outsource through big
softwares and AI tools such as doing
data analyzements on your leads,
filtering your leads, mapping them out,
categorizing them, and even doing the
outreach for you. But I'll share some
more on that in a second. Now, step
five, when you do the outreaching, and
when you have like leads coming in, you
want to close high ticket deals. And the
only goal of the previous step, you
know, the outreaching and lead
generation methods is to get people
convinced to hop on a call with you.
Trust me, you don't want to sell them
anything before they hop on a call with
you. Especially when you have like these

30 to 60 minutes one-on-one with them in
a video call to explain them and
convince them that this is the right

that you have time to listen to their

Sales is actually just listening to your
potential client instead of pitching and

in my life so far. But I came to a
conclusion, you don't sell, you listen

isn't to convince on a sales call. It's
to confirm the fit and show them the
right path forward. You take them by the
hand and you help them to solve their
problem in the right way. I mean
basically sales is just a structured
conversation about pain plus solution.
When you combine those two in the right
way, you will make a deal inshallah. And
eventually all those strategies, the
sales strategies, the outreaching
strategies will lead to having a
calendar that looks like this inshallah.
A calendar filled with potential clients
that are jumping to work with you. But
in order to close such deals, you must
make sure to offer a clear price. I
mean, don't dance around with it and
don't compromise. This is the biggest
mistake that a lot of people make. You
know, just remember if the problem is
big enough and the solution is good
enough, people will pay for it. And your
only mission during this call is to
communicate that in the best way. Now, I
mean, closing your first client is nice,
but your business won't last long if you

final step in here is deliver, document,

need to start documenting all of your
business processes. Meaning, you start
