To consistently perform well in games like Valorant, a strong foundation of mindset, goals, and discipline is crucial, even more so than raw aim or game understanding.

Hello everyone, Nuts with you. It's not
just me today, Panda with me also today.
Today is the first video of the new
project, the nuts mindset. And today
we're going to be speaking about the
topic how to always play good. And this
topic going to be divided into mindset,
into goals, plans, into discipline and
emotion. Most of the people will ask
where is the aim, where is the game
understanding. We're playing shooter.
Let me explain to you. Basically, for
me, it's very important that the first
video is going to be a foundation for
everyone to put the rest of the stuff
and to improve as a player, as a person.
If I'll put aim first or if I'll put
game understanding first, no matter all
of that, we still need to speak about
mindset, goals, and plan. If you want to
achieve radiant, you are putting goals
for yourself. You put you creating a
plans how you're going to be achieving
radiant. You're giving specific mindset
for yourself. Okay, every rank game I'm
going to be trying 100% to improve to
become radiant. When you're going to be
improving aim, when you're going to be
improving game understanding, when
you're going to be doing board reviews,
when you're going to be speaking with
the rest of the professional players, no
matter what, you will need to have these
basics and you'll need to have your own
goals and plans to achieve something.
Let me also touch one topic to not
create any confusion and
misunderstanding. We're playing
Valerant. Valerant is a shooter. So no
matter what aim in the shooter is a very
very important thing. In the second
video we're going to be speaking about
aim. But the thing is yes there is a lot
of examples where people on the aim is
going very high. They some people don't
have very great uh game understanding.
But no matter what let's say you are a
person with a great aim and you have a
goal to become an esports player. No
matter what at the start you're going to
be playing only with your aim. The
moment you're going to come to the team,
you will need to learn the rest of the
stuff. You will need to increase the
game understanding. You will need to
increase the communication. You'll need
to increase the protocols. And to
achieve that, to achieve that properly,
not just to do the stuff without like a
clear purpose, you need goals. Since we
already have a mindset, okay, I'm going
to be working hard. I'm going to work as
much as you need. That's perfect. You
you're going to be hardworking. But to
work hard you also need to work smart in
that case. And I'm not saying like stop
working hard and only work smart. You
need to work in the both ways. And to
achieve that you need to have goals. The
moment you have a goal let's say let's
achieve radiant. Now we can create a
plan to achieve radiant. I need to play
five games a day. I need to play five
match every day to increase my aim. And
let's say I'm going to be doing board
reviews every day just to increase my
game understanding to not make the same
mistakes over and over.
And it's like that's the plan already.
Now let's move to the discipline. What's
the discipline for? Why do we need
discipline? It's good when you have a
goal, when you have a plan. The moment
you had it, you're like, "Okay, I'm so
motivated. Let me start doing that."
Most of the times what happens the
moment you start at something sometimes
it's going up and it will start going
down slowly no matter what because
you're getting tired you are not as
motivated as you were at the start of
the things I mean that's natural right
everyone knows about that so that's why
no matter what since you set a goal for
yourself now you need to be disciplined
about that like okay I want to get
radiant I said to myself I'll be doing
that I'll be doing that I'm disciplined
and I'm not letting emotions take over me
me
>> they will be keep playing the same
difference but now they don't have
confidence. Okay, keep up with the same aim.
aim.
>> So that's the thing. So that's why you
have a discipline, you have emotions in
the same case. So why decided to put
emotions and discipline together? A lot
depends on your goal. If your goal,
let's say to achieve radiant,
you don't need to go like very harsh on
yourself. You still can be enjoying the
game, you don't need to be like playing
12 hours a day to achieve that. The most
important is how you will be doing that
and that's very important to understand
the purpose to understand the to give
the mindset for yourself to have a goal
and have a plan. It might be very
confusing at the start but the moment
you will understand that even before
going to the second video third video
when they will be uploaded you will
understand that it's easier to put aim
game understanding protocols communication
communication
I don't know like everything in game
because we have so much stuff in game
there is game is changing every time
there is a lot of adaptations and all of
that and that's why for example most of
the people is asking us how are you
consistent how are you not reacting on
the certain topics. It's about mindset.
It's about having a goal. It's about
having the plan for yourself. If you
just come to play the game and just
enjoy with your friends, that's most
likely your goal. That's why you don't
need to like, okay, I want to get ready.
No, that's a second goal already. And
for each goal, you have different plans.
If you're coming to play with your
friends and you're removing your goal to
become a radiant, you're just going to
be enjoying with your friends. So, just
enjoy your time. Right now you playing
the run games to achieve radiant. Now
you have a different plan. Now I'm going
to have a routine. Now I'm going to have
a clear mindset. I'm going to be coming
So that's the thing that's why there is
needs to be a purpose of playing right.
and unfortunately I need to answer that
most likely not. If you watch to most of
the esports players also some of them
sometimes has bad games bad times when
they were playing bad for example during
the season and that's unfortunately how
it is the game is changing a lot there
is a lot of adaptation happening but
what you can do you can increase the
amount of games you'll be playing good
and that's why for example your
consistency is going to be growing so
for example you starting from having
from 100 games 60 games good and 40 games
games
And by improving yourself, by working on
the foundation we'll speak about, by
working on the rest of the things,
you're going to be increasing the amount
of games you will play good in this 100
games. And from the time it's going to
be 65 to 35, it's going to be 70 to 30,
80 to 20. So I hope everyone understands
that because most of the times to always
play good, it's not about how great your
aim is, how good your game understanding
is. Of course, it's very important, but
everything will be relied on that
foundations for yourself. The stronger
you have your foundations, easier it
will be to gather the rest of the
topics. Hopefully, it's understandable
because I know it might be very
confusing, especially maybe there is a
misconfusion because sometimes people
think that when they come to the shooter
games, it's just about aim and have a
good game understanding. But if you'll
go and check all of the traditional
sport, all of the stuff for example, the
mindset and the goals you put for
yourself is the most important because
that's what is going to lead you,
motivate you sometimes, right?
>> That's why we are here honestly, right?
We are not here to just come and in one
click get the trophy, right? We're here
to have to enjoy this kind of moments.
Don't be scared of them.
>> So that's why it's going to be easier to
achieve. Sometimes you can play good
even when you play bad. There is a games
when you start 08 that because of your
mindset because of your goals because of
the plans let's say and whatever you did
you will trust yourself and you will
know okay I did enough I'll go up anyway
no matter what so you don't really
getting affected on that second of all
you can be also while you're playing 08
you can be still helpful for the team
since you have your goals and that's the
thing that you always go back on you
always focus on that it will be easier
to not get tilted. It will be easier not
to get frustrated. I know it might going
to sound a little bit more into the
esport. But that's why I said in the
announcement that this will be just for
everyone for the every esports player. I
mean for everyone it's like it's for the
esports players. It's for the fans. So
you basically can put the same things
into no matter which direction you want.
You can put it into the esports like a
goal to become an esports player to go
to have fun with your friends to have a
goal to become a radiant right to have a
goal to become a great cipher player.
That foundation is will be like
important for anything you will set for
yourself. And I think the most important
all of that and I think the most easiest
one mindset and I I put it on the first
right. I put it before goals. I put it
before plans. So what's the idea of the
mindset? Your mindset is to work hard.
Your mindset is to achieve the goal no
matter what. I'm planning to achieve
radian. I'm not going to spend time on
the teammates that I have. You just
don't have energy on that. You have your
goal and you're going to be doing that
no matter what every day. you have a
discipline and you don't care what's
happening like it happens it happens to
everyone everyone who starts the road
from the diamond to radiant everyone is
getting that teammates there is no
exceptions that someone is not it's just
about the way you going to react into
that and if you have a good mindset if
you have prop proper mindset you won't
be even noticing that I hope I explained
everything correct and everyone
understands the way I see this stuff I
want to say one more time that it's only
my opinion in and I'm only speaking
based of my experience based of just my
own opinion right that's why it can be
different to anyone else it can't be
wrong it can be right I'm just only
sharing my opinion based on the years
that I played already in esports with
the people that I work with so that's
why it's my opinion for me it's very
important to make this video first so
later on the rest of the 23 videos I can
make I can be sure that all of the rest
of the videos will be based on this
video and this will be a big foundation
for the rest because for me it's just
incorrect if I'm starting the project
and I'm just starting from the topic
that everyone wants to hear but without
the proper preparation for that topic.
So that's why in the second video we'll
speak about aim and all of the additions
into that topic. Thank you so much
everyone for watching the video. I want
everyone to leave a comment and write
down what is your mindset and what is
your goal in Valerant specifically what
do you want to achieve and what you
planning to do to achieve that right now
for some people I'll try to answer and
give some suggestions so that's why if
you want to hear my suggestion please
write a comment and also please
subscribe to the channel and uh leave a
