okay let's learn how to create a
different types of charts first have a
look we have a really simple table which
consists of fruits theater and their
prices in order to create a chart first
we have to highlight our table data go
for the insert select the chart so by
default if your table consists of only
one there as in our case which is on the
price column so your chart will be like
pie charts let's just start editing the
appearance of this chart on the top side
here you can see the title of your
charts let's type Here Fruit prices in 2022
after that let's have a look this chart
editors part which consists of two
sections which are set up and
customizing inside of setup you can see
chart type I'm going to change this pie
chart into 3D pie chart okay you can
also easily change this pie chart like a
column based charts bar chart or even
like line charts okay and the next step
here we can see the customizing in this
customizing let's have a look all this
labeled parts first let me open up the
chart Style inside of chart Style you
can change the background color let's
apply the one color like this you can
also maximize the items inside and after
that here comes the pie chart instead of
pie chart you can add some donut hole if
I was select here 25 you will see it
like this small hole and then what else
we can do we can also label our slices
let's click here I'm going to select the
value so now on every slice I can see
the price of give even fruits so you can
also convert all these stingy based
values into percentage actually it
depends on how you're going to visualize
your data okay this is all about the
style of your text for example let me
say this part so as you see the style of
the step also has changed next one is
the pie slices so depending on your
fruit type you can also change their
slice colors for example the first one
is the Apple let's say Apple's color
will be red one the second one is the TV
the color will be green one and the last
one the banana the color will be like
yellow so then here we have a distance
from the sensor if you're going to
visualize or even just analyze only one
fruit you can make a distance from the
center let's say I'm going to do it for
the Apple part again 25 okay and then
the last one is the legend section
Legend it means where you have to locate
all your fruit theaters so by default
they are on the bottom side but you can
easily move them to the left side to the
right side or even to the top sides next
one let's have a look we have another
table which illustrates the students
grades for test number one and test
number two again let's highlight our
table go inside of insert select the chart

okay here we are now we can see the bar
chart or it's also called column charts
so the first step that I'm going to do
is to rename it let's say it is a student's
student's Gray

so now I'm going to go inside of
customizing let's have a look at the
chart Style let's make it 3D column
charts okay again you can change either
the background color it's up to you how
to visualize later
okay the next one we can see here chart
exist titles again I already have a
chart title if I look at the horizontal
one it says just a student so I'm going
to rename it like students me

okay so all my changes that I did here
is already available here you can also
rename them by just double clicking this
section and uh here vertically we can
see the numbers let's give a title for
this vertical numbers I'm going to click
this vertical axis let's type here Grace

is already available in this my uh chart
section okay what else I can do let's go
for the series section and let's uh
click this data labels to label all the
students grades for the both tests in
the same manner you can also change the
color for this given columns too and
also one more thing if I will change the
grid for one student so then my column
charts also will be changed because
these two are connected with each other
and at the same time you have to make
sure that your data on this chart is
clear so which means the audience should
understand your chart without your table
there okay so okay here I can see the
students create their names and they
test both tasks so it's really readable
clear and understandable
so the next part here we have another
table which illustrates the number of
courses and the year here on the top
side so inside of the Sable we can see
just random numbers actually these
numbers mean the number of students that
have registered for this indicated
courses in this years so let's say I'm
going to highlight my whole table right
now let's go for the insert select the
chart again let's change this column
chart like light chart okay I can see
here the courses on the bottom side this
is the number of students so here again
by double clicking you can rename them
and also add here vertical line let's
say I'm going to create a column chart
for all these indicated courses but only
for the last year okay so you have to
highlight these two columns by pressing
the control button let's go for the
insert okay here we are I can see here
the courses from Massachusetts to
chemistry and vertically we can see here
that 2022 so now let's say my column
chart should illustrate the number of
students only for English course but all
in all these indicated years again I am
going to highlight this in my header
section let's highlight this English
part let's go for the insert and select
the chart okay my this column chart
illustrates not only English course but
also ICT and biology courses so even if
I have highlighted on the English row it
also illustrates the data above English
courses too like ICT course biology
courses so let's fix this problem okay
again I'm going to go inside of setup
section right now on the bottom side I
mean the horizontally I can see all my
three courses and the 12th side we can
see all these ears with different colors
so in the serious part we also can see
all these years so now inside of series
section if I could see the courses then
it will be really easy for me to delete
the extra ones and leave out all the
English course in order to locate all
those courses instead of section first
thing that they have to do is to click
this part switch the order of rows and
columns let's click it let's go inside
of ICT click the three dots and remove
it biology remove it so now I can see
all my English course and just easily
rename it like English
versus years yes years or you can also
type the number of reduced to the
students in English course between and
