0:37 is that all you need to do that I've
0:40 realized all you need to do in
0:45 life is live you know me personally I
0:47 always get so caught up thinking I need
0:49 to be doing something and I'm not
0:52 knocking on doing things it's okay to do
0:54 things it's cool but I always had this
0:58 feeling that I I need some objective it
1:01 needs to be like a Miss I need to always
1:04 be going here doing this doing this
1:07 evolving becoming enlightened
1:10 learning uh working out you know like I
1:12 just needed to do something and I still
1:19 realized is that all you need to do is
1:23 live that's all you need to do
1:26 like because life is this
1:28 spiral it's this infinite spiral of expansion
1:35 everything that is going everything that
1:37 you need to happen is going to come to
1:40 you within the spiral so if you miss an
1:42 opportunity it's going to spiral back
1:44 around and it's going to come
1:47 back everything that you need to happen
1:50 in your life is going to happen whether
1:53 you like try to make it happen or not
1:56 it's going to happen it's
1:59 guaranteed you you're going to end up
2:01 where you're meant to end up regardless
2:04 of what you think or what you do or how
2:06 you occupy your
2:10 time all you need to do is just keep
2:12 going keep
2:15 swimming it's like life we're just we're
2:17 just in this big ocean right and we're
2:18 swimming or we're
2:21 floating all you have to do is just keep
2:24 paddling or float just just don't give
2:26 up and that's it that's all you need to
2:30 do in life like that's really it
2:32 now this gives you a freedom because
2:33 when you realize all you need to do is
2:36 live to just be you know there's doers
2:39 and then there's
2:41 beers some people are always needing to do
2:42 do
2:45 something and some people can just be
2:48 like you know how a cat or any animal
2:50 you know how a cat just can sit there
2:54 and it just is it just exists and it can
2:56 sit there for hours and it just seems so
2:59 peaceful it's because that cat doesn't
3:01 care about doing things that that dog
3:03 that animal doesn't care about doing
3:05 things all the
3:08 time this is Neurosis this is a result
3:10 of the thinking
3:12 mind is we always feel like we need to
3:22 something but when you realize that you
3:24 don't need to be doing something and
3:28 that you can just exist and just be
3:30 now now you're not doing things because
3:33 you feel like you need
3:35 to now you're doing things because you want
3:37 want
3:39 to can you see the difference Can You
3:41 Feel the
3:43 difference when you feel like you need
3:46 to be do you need to go to work you need
3:49 to do this you need to do whatever it's
3:54 like there's tension it's it there's
3:56 resistance when you switch from the
4:00 doing mindset to the being mindset
4:01 and suddenly everything you're doing is
4:09 it that's different because it's relaxed
4:11 it's instead of like feeling like you're
4:13 getting tugged on this chain rather
4:16 you're just going you're just flowing
4:17 everything's just
4:20 happening you
4:23 know I I say a lot of the same things in
4:25 a lot of my videos and I think that's
4:28 because it's my core message this is
4:30 what I need to get out there because
4:32 this is the work of my
4:34 life this is what I've always been
4:38 focused on my whole life is what I'm
4:40 teaching so I'm going to keep repeating
4:43 myself until and I'm going to say it in
4:45 different ways but say the same thing
4:48 pointing to the same
4:51 truth because that's my life's work and
4:53 and I want I want you to know it because
4:56 it brings me peace it brings me peace
4:58 knowing that all I need to do is just
5:00 exist to just be
5:04 myself like a cat and just
5:08 be it's peaceful it's amazing it it
5:09 opens you up to
5:13 love when you're so empty in your
5:15 Consciousness when you just exist you're
5:30 everything I love doing this I really do
5:32 I I I just like
5:35 talking it feels so natural it's like I
5:37 can get into the Flow State so easily
5:43 talking I used to make like Vlog videos
5:45 and a lot of people they always comment
5:46 or say like bring back the Vlog videos
5:48 or people will message me and say bring
5:50 back the Vlog videos because I know
5:53 they're entertaining when I make a vlog
5:56 it's it's not me like I'll give advice
5:58 but that's not the main goal of the Vlog
6:01 usually it's for entertainment and most
6:05 people in this Society they want
6:08 entertainment and I understand that I
6:10 like entertainment because when you're
6:12 when you're like so immersed in an
6:13 entertaining thing when you're scrolling
6:15 on your phone what happens is you
6:17 naturally your mind is empty this is
6:19 what I'm talking about this emptiness
6:21 but you don't have to rely on
6:24 entertainment if you train yourself to
6:25 have an empty
6:28 mind then you don't need to scroll on
6:29 your phone anymore to do it there's
6:31 nothing wrong with that but you could
6:40 here and I'll just feel the same like
6:42 it's all the same and it's it's good
6:45 it's life I'm alive do you ever do you
6:48 ever just stop and you just think I'm
6:51 alive and you just really let that sink
6:54 in like Beyond any level you have before
6:56 like on the deepest level and you're
7:02 that's a beautiful
7:04 feeling and when you're empty you have
7:10 more but
7:12 yeah if I want to make entertaining
7:14 videos I might but it's just so fun it's
7:16 so fun to just talk and to just do this
7:18 like this is what I
7:22 enjoy you know I built my channel off
7:24 the entertainment and then I pivoted so
7:28 heavily into talking and just trying to
7:30 give you wisdom
7:32 because that's what I care about I care about
7:33 about
7:36 wisdom that's my life's work
7:39 again and maybe it'll take a while for
7:41 me to find people who want that wisdom
7:44 as opposed to people who want the
7:47 entertainment and that's okay cuz I'm no
7:51 longer attached to the external or what
7:54 anybody thinks that's the freedom that
8:00 mind if someone is judging you and they
8:02 feel some type of way about you that's
8:04 their problem not
8:07 yours it's not your
8:09 problem now if they're judging you and
8:11 it makes you feel a certain type of way
8:13 if someone's judging you and you feel
8:16 bad about it now that's your
8:19 problem you understand it's not their
8:20 problem that they're judging
8:23 you it's your problem that you're feeling
8:24 feeling
8:26 it so when you get beyond that to a
8:29 point where it doesn't matter what
8:31 anyone thinks it doesn't matter what
8:33 anyone says to you or judges
8:36 you and you can do that by becoming
8:39 empty and meditating
8:42 and peeling back the layers coming into
8:54 are anyway 8 minutes not bad actually no
