0:02 So then guys, we are just around the
0:05 corner for the launch of the iPhone 17
0:07 models, but some of you guys are
0:08 thinking that you're not probably going
0:12 to get this new iPhone 17 or the 17 Pro
0:15 Max or Air because there is a brand new
0:17 iPhone Fold that will be releasing
0:20 around about this time next year. And
0:24 today I want to go over the top 10 leaks
0:26 we've heard about for the iPhone Fold
0:28 that's going to be coming out in a year
0:30 from now. And let's start with number
0:33 one. So to begin with, what about the
0:36 existence then of an iPhone fold? Well,
0:38 we've had leaks in from the likes of say
0:40 Mark German and we've also had it from
0:42 Mincchi Quo who have both confirmed that
0:45 Apple are looking to be making an iPhone
0:49 Fold coming out in 2026.
0:51 The design of this phone is going to be
0:53 essentially very similar to like the two
0:55 phones I have here on my desk like the
0:59 Honor Magic V5 or the Samsung Galaxy
1:02 Zfold 7. So, it's going to be kind of
1:05 like a book type of phone. So, with this
1:07 then you would have a bigger display on
1:09 the actual inside and then you'd
1:11 actually have say a normal kind of bar
1:14 sort of design on the actual front. And
1:15 funny enough, that does actually lead me
1:18 on to the second big leak, and that is
1:20 what about the actual screen sizes we're
1:22 going to get with this actual phone.
1:24 Well, we have heard that the outer
1:26 display, so this is the one that you
1:27 would have when it's closed, this one
1:30 would be a 5.5 in display. And if you've
1:32 heard of a 5.5 in display before with an
1:34 iPhone, well, yeah, we did actually have
1:37 this. We actually had this display size
1:40 with the likes of the plus models we had
1:42 in the past when we had say the iPhone 6
1:45 Plus, the 7 Plus, the 6S Plus, yeah, the
1:46 8 Plus. Do you remember those phones?
1:48 They weren't that long ago, but what we
1:51 essentially had, we had a 5.5 in display
1:52 on that. Obviously, we had the big
1:54 bezels and things like this and also the
1:56 home button and obviously that was Touch
1:58 ID back then. But yeah, this is going to
2:01 be now the actual size of this new kind
2:03 of foldable phone that we are going to
2:06 get. It's going to be a 5.5 in display.
2:08 But then on the inside when you actually
2:10 open up this phone, the size of the
2:12 screen then will probably be just under
2:14 8 in. And we've been told it's probably
2:17 going to be about 7.8 in big when it's
2:20 completely opened up on the inside. So
2:21 it is going to be essentially like an
2:24 iPad mini on the inside. Even though the
2:26 iPad mini, the first generation, that
2:29 was a 7.9 in display and now we got 8.3.
2:31 But going back to that 7.9 in, that
2:32 gives you a rough idea of kind of the
2:35 surface area of the screen that you are
2:37 going to get on the inside of this
2:39 actual phone. So that is quite exciting
2:40 to see that we're going to get that kind
2:43 of size inside of it. Now for the third
2:45 big leak, and this is one of the big
2:47 reasons why Apple have not joined the
2:50 kind of foldable kind of phone market
2:52 recently, because they've been wanting
2:55 to perfect their phone to be absolutely
2:57 perfect when it comes out. And this is
2:59 all mainly to do with that crease and
3:02 also that hinge. If they had nailed this
3:04 out years ago, I'm sure an iPhone fold
3:06 would have been out ages ago. But
3:07 they've been wanting that you won't
3:09 actually have an actual sort of crease
3:12 in your display or a very very little
3:15 noticeable crease and then also for when
3:16 you rub your finger over that crease
3:18 sort of thing, it won't sort of dip down
3:20 like into a hole or something like this.
3:22 And it's quite durable. And we've heard
3:23 that Apple have invented a patent that
3:25 they've submitted and that it's going to
3:27 be made out of a stainless steel and
3:28 it's also going to be made out of
3:30 titanium and also maybe out of a kind of
3:32 like a liquid kind of hinge. That's what
3:34 we've been hearing with this new kind of
3:36 hinge design. And with this then we will
3:38 have basically no crease like I said and
3:40 also it won't really fill that dip
3:42 either. So this leak on its own I think
3:44 is a big one because obviously this is
3:45 one of the big reasons why people don't
3:47 really want a foldable phone is for that
3:49 exact reason. And it looks like Apple
3:51 might have sorted out this issue. And
3:52 I'm sure that other companies will
3:55 probably start copying a very similar
3:57 design for that going forward if Apple
3:58 have nailed it on the head and getting
4:01 it perfect. But then for the fourth big
4:03 upgrade we've heard about and that's all
4:06 to do with Touch ID. Now you might be
4:08 thinking, how do I authenticate myself,
4:09 you know, on this large display when
4:11 I've got it open if Touch ID is on the
4:13 frontacing camera? Well, it looks like
4:17 Touch ID is coming back to the iPhone.
4:18 But what it will essentially be it'll be
4:20 a very similar button like we had with
4:22 the iPad Air and we got in the iPad
4:24 normal and the iPad mini. So it'll be a
4:25 button on the side what you put your
4:27 finger against and this will be able to
4:29 authenticate yourself and things like
4:30 this. This is really good that this is
4:32 coming back and then obviously this
4:33 stops actually having that sort of
4:35 dynamic island on the inside of your
4:37 iPhone so you can actually use that full
4:39 display. But then moving on for the
4:41 fifth big upgrade and that is all to do
4:43 with cameras and there will essentially
4:46 be probably four cameras on this phone.
4:48 The first actual camera I'm going to
4:50 talk about is going to be on the outer
4:51 side of the phone. If we've got that
4:53 Touch ID, maybe we'll just have a whole
4:55 punch camera this time round because
4:56 obviously we've got Touch ID. There's no
4:59 point putting Face ID and Touch ID on
5:01 this phone at the same time. So probably
5:03 on that 5.5 in display, we'll just have
5:05 a whole punch camera and that's where
5:07 that will live. But then on the inside
5:09 when you open it up, there will probably
5:11 be another hole punch camera, there will
5:13 not be dynamic iron because of that
5:15 Touch ID. So this is great news to hear
5:17 that we'll have one on the inside too.
5:19 But then next of all, like you can see
5:21 on these renders here on the rear of
5:22 this phone, we're probably only going to
5:24 get two cameras on the back. And most
5:26 likely this will be an ultrawide and
5:29 also a wide camera. Most likely we'll
5:31 probably get those 48 megapixels cameras
5:33 that we have like right now. And
5:34 obviously you'll be able to a bit more
5:36 of a better kind of zoom. Maybe up to a
5:39 10 or 15 time zoom capability, but they
5:40 would not be the same of say like an
5:43 iPhone 17 Pro Max or 16 Pro Max. You
5:45 won't be able to go up to a full
5:48 telephoto full range on there. This is
5:50 what not this phone is designed for. If
5:51 you want to have that better kind of
5:53 camera, then obviously, you know, people
5:54 are going to be saying that you should
5:56 be opting to get yourself say a Pro Max
6:00 or a Pro model instead. But then for the
6:01 sixth big leak we've heard about and
6:03 that's all to do with colors. And
6:05 according to Mark Gur, he believes that
6:07 colors are going to be quite simple on
6:09 these phones. So probably we're just
6:11 only going to get a black or white color
6:14 or a silver color with them. Like I did
6:15 say probably this phone's going to be
6:18 made out of titanium most likely or
6:19 maybe a bit of stainless steel in parts
6:21 of it. But the color range is going to
6:23 be kept quite simple. You're not going
6:25 to get exotic greens or exotic blues
6:27 probably or exotic oranges. You're not
6:29 going to get anything like that on this
6:31 phone, at least for this first
6:34 generation of this phone. But just
6:35 quickly guys, I want to tell you about

8:28 it's all to do with battery life. And
8:29 it's one of those questions that you
8:30 probably been wanting to know is what's
8:32 going to be happening here. Well, just
8:34 like the likes of the iPhone 16 and the
8:37 iPhone 17 Air, we're going to get one of
8:39 those sort of carbon lithium batteries
8:41 put inside of these phones. In fact, the
8:42 phone like I've got right here, the
8:45 Honor Magic V5, has actually got one of
8:47 those type of batteries in it right now.
8:48 And in fact, in this phone, you got the
8:51 range of about 5,600 milliamp battery
8:53 inside of this. And yet, it's super
8:55 thin. Remember, this phone when it's
8:58 closed is only 8.8 mm thin. And it looks
9:00 like Apple could be adopting a very
9:02 similar type of battery into their
9:05 iPhone fold. What is great news to hear.
9:06 So, if you were worried about battery
9:08 life, I am going to say this, when it's
9:09 closed, it's probably going to give you
9:11 even better battery life than say an
9:13 iPhone 16 Pro Max out there. But
9:15 obviously, if you open it up more and
9:17 use that outer inner display, far more
9:19 than that outer display. Obviously,
9:22 probably battery life might drain down a
9:25 little bit more than the iPhone 17 Pro
9:26 Max, what's about to come out, but
9:28 probably not much in it, I would say,
9:30 because obviously the capacity is
9:32 probably going to be bigger. So, this is
9:33 great news to hear. We will be getting
9:36 this with the iPhone Fold. But funny
9:37 enough, moving on from this, for the
9:39 eighth big upgrade we've heard about is
9:41 that we're also going to be getting a
9:44 new type of the C1 chip. Maybe the C2
9:46 chip. Remember the C1 chip came out with
9:48 the iPhone 16E. This is Apple's custom
9:51 chip for communications, for 5G, for
9:54 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. What they've built
9:56 from the ground up and it's even more
9:58 efficient now. And the great news is
10:00 this kind of type of technology, this
10:01 chip, maybe the next version will be
10:03 going in the iPhone fold. So this means
10:05 that your battery life will also be
10:07 extended out. What is great news to
10:11 hear. So moving on for this then for the
10:13 ninth big leak we've heard about and
10:15 that is all to do with the release time
10:17 of this phone. Like I did say at the
10:19 beginning of the video, it's most likely
10:21 going to be coming out around about this
10:22 time next year. So, we're looking
10:26 towards September 2026 when we're going
10:29 to see the launch of the iPhone Fold.
10:31 It'll probably be in say the early teens
10:33 of September when we'll actually get the
10:34 announcement. Uh just, you know, very
10:36 similar to like right now it's at the,
10:37 you know, just before the teens, you
10:40 know, September 9th is the or dropping
10:42 event. But then probably around about
10:44 two weeks later, late teens, early sort
10:46 of 20s of September time is when you'll
10:48 be able to get your hands on this iPhone
10:51 Fold for the very first time. So, this
10:53 is really exciting news to hear that it
10:55 is only around about a year from now
10:57 when we're going to get the iPhone Fold.
10:59 But then finally, for the 10th big leak,
11:01 we've heard about and that is all to do
11:04 with pricing. Now, we've heard lots of
11:06 mixes of what the pricing could be. And
11:08 what I would be saying, there's a lot of
11:09 people out there who are going that the
11:12 price is going to start at $2,500
11:15 or the price will be $2,500.
11:17 I doubt this is going to be the case.
11:18 And the reason why I say this is because
11:20 when you've read those articles, it's
11:23 been saying that it'll be $2,500
11:26 for say the one terabyte option of the
11:28 actual phone or even maybe a two terbte
11:30 option of the fold phone. Not the
11:32 baseline version. The baseline version,
11:34 we've been told from leaks and rumors
11:35 that we've got in here that is more
11:37 likely going to be starting at about
11:41 $1,800 to $2,000. And to be honest, that
11:43 is a very similar kind of pricing that
11:46 we are getting with other phone out
11:48 there. fold right like the Galaxy, you
11:50 know, ZFold 7 here with that pricing for
11:53 that. It's a very similar kind of price
11:55 there. And I can't imagine Apple will
11:57 want to go even higher than that because
11:58 obviously they want to get the same
12:00 slice of the pie of what like Samsung
12:02 are getting. That's why the likes of say
12:04 the Ultra 25 by Samsung is a very
12:06 similar price to the iPhone 16 Pro Max.
12:08 In fact, the Ultra 25 is slightly more,
12:10 but you get the idea. They're not going
12:12 to go higher than the competition out
12:14 there. they want to keep it around the
12:16 same sort of pricing. But really guys,
12:18 those are the top 10 leaks that we've
12:21 heard about for the iPhone Fold. Are you
