guys this is the coolest thing here's

can do this all by yourself at home to

it can be any towels any size but
smaller the better just on your hands
what you want to do is you want to

right hand put it right on the temple

want you to to grab the towel like this
so you're basically putting it over top
of your hand grabbing it with your thumb

and left one backwards
so the towel is just for grip so you're turning

and you're holding
and again pull up your glutes

the deeper you breathe the better it's
pushing all the fascial pressure up
in the skull and the skull bones are moving
turn your head to the left
and breathe three times through your mouth
to the right slowly
and you're going to feel even your jaw softened

tissue so basic little tissue you got it
at home
you're going to take your finger for you

to want to do it with the towel
you're going to take the tissues you're
going to put it in your in your ear like
right in the base of your ear and just
like you're twisting
a shirt
you're going to twist the fascia
backwards on your right one
and forward on your left one now i can't
hear you you can't hear me but let's go
do this
so
turn your head to the right three breaths
well
it sure it's quiet in here
it's gonna quiet everything down but
what you're doing now is you're removing
all the fascial tension up through here
and one last thing
we're gonna go back to the clasp okay

the cloth here
where you take your fingers and you
pinch it together and on your neck right here

you're gonna just take
push it in there get a good grip on the
skin and turn your right one backwards
and your left one forward
turn to the right three to three breaths
pull your glutes in again pull your

it will not only remove the tension in
the face filling up collagen you'll see
a lot of our before and after photos
but in addition to that it's going to
reduce the stress because the jaw is a
primary driver stress it's going to make
you look better feel better if you do it
