Neil godly and I'm the owner of a very
successful studio and I'm also the head
mentor it's my business at the art
fitness sales now why are the headed if

we're not going to tell me that in a minute

and what qualifies me to tell you that
is I've been in the industry for 15
years I have a personal training studio
that supports eight full-time staff and
I'm pretty much free to do what I want
most at the time because the gym runs on
its own and that's why I want to teach
you how to do things properly so let's
look at this so you need more need why
do I say that for so many people that I
speak to that's what the first thing
they're saying I need lives when in fact
it's two things that are broken now the
okay so what's your marketing message
yeah so who I who are not necessarily
and why they do now this is a very short
video but ultimately if you don't know
what your client wants then you're going
to be putting the wrong message out
there so if you advertise your program
on price then the chances are you're
going to get a lot of useless needs a
lot of rubbish leads
however if you attract people by talking
about their pain and offering a solution
to the problem then people will see
value okay so that's mark in simplified
who both how and why do people want to
see you you have to you have to know
these four things so they keep improving
yeah okay and then you need to know who
painted these people ready you know how
to us be free stone either way it
affects somebody yeah it's not the
weight loss that they gonna solve it's
the problem of feeding when they're
in social environment is the problem of
being a feeding unfit and not feeling
like a role model to their children
that's the pipe and what problem that
you saw or you might make things easy
for them you might have a step-by-step
process but the property ultimately
certainly is the pain that they're in
now if you can do the problem enough
then you create value and people will be
coming to you for these reasons and not
price these ones were a lot more
committed so learn me your message each
side out is key
they you're going to get the right
people through the door if you don't get
this one you're going to get wrong names
hence more needles you don't need more
days now let's just say you've got a
great marketing message that you might
have or somebody done for you or you've
yourself process is all wrong so it
no mention it doesn't address how
insulting and it doesn't position you as
the solution so the moral to this header
is if you need more needs you don't need
more knees we need to look at the
message and you need used to have the
process to be in line on it if it's not
you're not going to close those cellars
or you're going to get those clients
that are uncommitted that are always
trying to beat you down on price and
will not see value in what you do and
will always be jumping from one thing to
the next and that's going to affect
retention so look back be more needs you
need a good message and you need a good
sales process in order to get you there
