2:29 always weird especially over here
2:31 now. So many things. Um normally I like
2:35 to start with like a little topic that I
2:38 sit with spirit for. My god I to speak
2:42 today before going live I sit with
2:45 spirit to see if there's anything that
2:47 wants to be spoken on for the
2:48 collective. And it wasn't really much
2:50 that came through um honestly actually
2:53 it's funny we're talking about time um
2:55 to slow to slow down actually to like to
2:57 take a pause to take a moment. And today
3:00 is 66 also. Happy 66 if you celebrate
3:02 portal days and what have you.
3:05 Um almost like just you know take a look
3:08 in the mirror if need be. But like just
3:10 to slow down, just to slow down and to
3:13 have presence and have awareness, which
3:14 is kind of funny because I feel like all
3:16 week I've been there except for
3:20 today. Like today has been real real
3:23 hard to do that. And it's like I like I
3:24 said personally I've been I can feel
3:26 this lioness energy trying really hard
3:28 like to take control. Um anyway, not
3:32 important. That's personal [ __ ] But
3:34 that was what was coming up today. And
3:36 this is stuff like we know. This is
3:37 stuff we all practice. most of us
3:39 practice, right? But yeah, take a
3:41 moment, especially if there's any like,
3:43 you know, decisions going on and things
3:47 like
3:49 that. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Especially
3:54 on a date to like today, right? 66. If
3:56 you ascribe to that notion of like
3:58 portal days, right, they're they're
3:59 portal days, right? Things are a little
4:01 bit more open, things are a little bit
4:02 more available than they normally would
4:04 be, more malleable than they normally
4:05 would be. Um but whatever can you can
4:10 work with at this time. I don't want to
4:12 say
4:14 um there's other things around that you
4:17 may not be aware of as well that you can
4:19 work with including things that you
4:21 don't want to work with. Yeah. Yeah.
4:23 It's giving me like mirror. It's giving
4:24 me like illusion a little bit. Um so
4:27 maybe that's also like part of this
4:28 recommendation to slow down and just be
4:30 a little more present and be a little
4:32 bit more aware.
4:34 um today
4:39 especially.
4:41 Yeah. Yeah. So, that's kind of all they
4:43 wanted to mention, but I do want to
4:46 share um didn't even do the time stamp
4:49 for
4:52 that. Trying to like hold this fire,
4:55 man. Uh I want to talk
4:58 about forgiveness.
5:01 um which I know you know some of us are
5:03 tired of that word uh but it's an
5:05 important word and it means a lot of
5:07 things but this is what we came up with
5:09 the patron weekly so for those who are
5:12 not aware and who are interested in
5:13 Patreon uh the second tier we do an
5:16 additional weekly just for the rainbow
5:17 tribe just focusing on the energy of our
5:19 collective and it's it's been live
5:21 mostly re like recent weeks but during
5:24 the live um there was a ritual
5:27 recommendation to come up and and we
5:30 were all kind of collectively like
5:32 really in agreeance with that as far as
5:33 like resonance cuz what it forgiveness
5:35 really is like it's lightening the heart
5:37 right like ma was coming up very
5:39 strongly um actually I guess it's kind
5:41 of making sense too with the the
5:43 recommendation of today right to kind of
5:45 slow down to take a minute
5:47 um because with this forgiveness energy
5:50 that was being recommended to lighten
5:52 the heart right it's also lightening the
5:54 heart in face of judgment in a way right
5:56 if you are familiar with mahat and the
5:59 weighing the feather against the heart
6:01 sort of mythological lore, metaphor,
6:04 whatever word you want to use for it.
6:06 Some people look at it as one or the
6:07 other or both.
6:11 Um,
6:14 forgiveness. I knew he was going to come
6:16 in here. I could sense it. Hey,
6:19 buddy. What's going
6:22 on? Wait, what?
6:25 What? Do you need something?
6:28 Something told me to check his food
6:30 before I came live on here and I was
6:32 trying so hard to just get focused to be
6:34 in a somewhat uh balanced energy for the
6:38 live. Buddy, do you need
6:42 something? I think he does, but I really
6:45 want to finish this thought. Let me take
6:46 a little sip of water first.
6:52 But forgiveness, a lot of us know and
6:54 are aware that with forgiveness
6:58 um it's a compassionate
7:01 release for others and for yourself,
7:04 right? The my
7:07 throat. The things that weigh in our
7:09 hearts or are tied to our hearts, even
7:11 if they're like small minute little
7:12 memories, right? The little like I think
7:14 I mentioned this maybe even in the
7:16 weekly, I don't totally remember. Um,
7:18 even the moments where you're going
7:19 about your life and you just have like a
7:20 weird flashback of like a weird
7:23 embarrassing moment or a moment where
7:24 you're like, "Oh, I did really say it
7:26 like that." Or, "Oh god, that really did
7:28 happen to me." You know what I mean? I
7:29 think we all have those moments as
7:30 humans. Even those things, they take up
7:32 space. They take up weight. They add
7:34 weight, right? And to practice
7:37 forgiveness is to allow for the release
7:38 of that, but also to like give it's a
7:41 gift. Forgiveness really is a gift. It's
7:43 a gift of of relief. It's a gift of
7:45 relief. It's a gift of release and for
7:48 all involved, right? Even if like, you
7:51 know, there's the whole ego portion of
7:53 that where like if someone does like
7:55 hurt us obviously um or upset us that,
7:59 you know, our egos kind of don't want to
8:01 give them that. That's like very human
8:03 and not everyone feels that way. All
8:04 humans are different. But that's not
8:06 uncommon, right? To like not want to
8:09 relinquish that. Um not want to give the
8:11 gift of that out of this notion of like
8:13 they don't deserve it, right? Um, but we
8:15 know, all of us know like deep down that
8:18 actually just hurts us and that affects
8:20 us. Um, and to go
8:22 there isn't always easy. Um, so this
8:26 ritual came up and so a lot of us did. I
8:28 think a lot of us did do it. I need to
8:29 like check the comments again to see how
8:31 many in the rainbow tribe went ahead
8:32 with it, but I definitely did it last
8:34 night. And so today, while like my
8:37 lioness has been trying to come out, um,
8:40 I my heart has also been releasing a lot
8:42 as a as a result. not consequence but it
8:45 is a consequence as a cause and effect
8:46 right of doing this ritual. Um but even
8:50 with that like there's something about
8:53 that also in terms
8:55 of slowing down and taking a
9:02 moment to feel to hear the whispers. I
9:05 also keep getting this like mirror
9:06 illusion thing too kind of floating
9:07 around in the collective
9:12 today. But that would pertain to that,
9:14 right? Like when we're practicing
9:16 forgiveness, I think it's also really
9:18 easy
9:20 to get focused on the other side. Get
9:23 focused on the other person. get focused
9:25 on what was done, what was said to us,
9:27 not how we contributed or not our role
9:31 in in these kinds of situations, right?
9:34 And yes, obviously forgiving ourselves
9:36 for, you know, sometimes allowing
9:38 certain things to go on longer than they
9:40 need to or putting ourselves in a
9:41 position that we really knew better,
9:43 right? That does happen. Also, we're
9:44 human. But also, there are times when we
9:47 actually do [ __ ] up, right? And there
9:49 are times when both people [ __ ] up. I
9:51 would say most of the time it it can be
9:52 it can be a miscommunication or f up on
9:55 both sides of the
9:57 table. But I think that it is a lot
9:59 easier to just not admit that. I think
10:02 there that's why this mirror energy is
10:04 coming up a little bit. Yeah. I want to
10:06 say this is a mirror energy. Like it's
10:08 not just about presence. It's not just
10:09 about slowing down. It's about like just
10:11 like really sit and really take a like a
10:14 true look. Take a true look on this
10:16 portal day.

16:29 literally just be like social time,

17:18 looks riled up a little bit, which is
17:20 also kind of interesting.

18:12 willpower that you are attaining in this
18:15 state. You're becoming as strong as a
18:17 mountain right now by doing

25:21 it. When you're ready to let go of the
25:24 conflict, it's time. But they're really
25:27 encouraging now. Like they are they're
25:30 really they're really encouraging now.

25:36 Um, but you got to deal with that three
25:38 of swords first to go forward with it in
25:41 a balanced way, in a peaceful way. Yeah.
25:43 It's like only go for this when you're
25:44 at really at peace with yourself and all
25:46 of the elements around this cuz I keep
25:48 getting again this tugofwar like either
25:51 because there's a person or people
25:52 around you that don't want you to have
25:54 this or they like there's some sort of
25:56 like direct conflict there which again I
25:59 don't know may speak to the kind of

26:02 you it's because of what you want.
26:04 You've struggled to make peace with what
26:05 you want, but you want what you want,
26:07 right? So, it's like there's a little
26:09 bit of dealing with like
26:11 um some complicated feelings there if
26:13 that's the case. But that's what
26:14 spirit's
26:16 saying. Once you accept what makes you
26:21 happy, go about in a balanced way and
26:23 enjoy it, but do so in a balanced
26:27 way. Okay. It's a very It's actually a
