and this is a long one I'm the general
manager of hotel to stay so I oversee a
normal operations and just a bigger
picture like finance department
marketing sales most hotels where you
come here will be at the front desk like
for five minutes at least because you
have to go to the main the main
procedures like filling your
registration card giving your credit
card details your passport and
everything you just let you charge the
credit card automatically so you don't
have to do anything yourself
for example guestbooks non-refundable
rate so the credit card details are
automatically sent to muse and you can
program the system that way that it will
already charge the credit card when the
reservation is made with all pms systems
your receptionist I had to do it all
manually or maybe reservations employer
or anything so it saves a very much time
to choose for automatic payments and we
can talk to the guests a lot more
because we're not looking into our
we have our night shift at who always
did the payment manually and because
they we switch to automatic now they
have so much more time that almost like
looking at at their shifts and they were
pretty bored so we're adding just some
new tasks like cleaning tasks so there
we could save some more time in cleaning
for that just a normal day today
cleaning so we chose to not spare a
receptionist because we always want to
people behind the desk but we were able
to set in just this less time for
cleaning just for the housekeeping in
the general rooms after hotel one of the
things I like most about Muse that they
think first about a guest experience and
from there they will add new features or
start developing it took a few weeks to
really get Muse going and yeah the
easiest thing is that the team learns
very quickly people the worker pretty
young they started working here with
most of them without any experience in
the hotel industry so because it's so
easy system to use so it didn't took
them for their training and everything
