Core Theme
This content is a critical discussion and interview questioning the effectiveness and perceived authenticity of high-carb, low-fat (HCLF) diets, particularly in relation to fitness and overall health, contrasting it with a meat-inclusive approach.
What's up, Primal Gang? We have Copy TJ
interviewing Dairy Amy.
Hey guys. So, I'm here with Hi, fake
vegans. My friend Amy and Amy the dairy
Amy who eats dairy milk chocolate and
drinks milk. Okay. And also saw her
comments saying how how healthy cheese
is and stuff. And behind the when she
she shows herself in the videos, she
claims that she's on high carb high carb
low fat, but that's all lies. And here
we have a copy DJ on the left. And she
also claims to be on high carb, low fat
and just eating fruit and whatever, but
actually she she says that uh she's on W
foods and whatever and she also eats
KFC. and I want to ask her some
questions. But a bit of background. Seriously,
Seriously,
when I first met Amy a year ago, she had
like no fitness whatsoever. She was like
a sedentary slob. Like minus 50 if we
had to. Yeah. Like literally like she
did a 5k, her first ever 5k in like 38
minutes 59. And now what times do you do
for a 5k? My PR current PR is 25
minutes. All right. So um 5K I guess it
means 5 kilometer run. Correct me if I'm
wrong. 5 kilometer wrong run and she did
it first in 20 whatever man 38 minutes.
Yeah. And uh then she did it in how much
do you do for a 5K? My PR, current PR is
25 minutes. That's pretty good. And
that's like in like under a year you got
that. So that's a good improvement. Six
to seven months. Yeah. And I barely run.
Actually, I'm going to ask you the
questions and then Yeah. We we'll like
Are we supposed to be impressed cuz you
run 13 minutes faster?
Get to the the secrets, the juiciness.
So, um, so when you first started,
uh, doing running and you were just doing
doing
5ks, what was like your training
plan for like leading up to now? Like
you're doing once a week, twice a week,
intensity, low intensity. Tell us. No
training plan, just 5ks and 100k, over
100k of cycling a week. Okay. So, that's
kind of a plan. itself
like the 5k I don't do the 5k every week
I would say between two and four times a
month I did a 5k all out and the rest
was m maybe like just jogging a little
bit but most of the time the most of the
cardio come from cycling
cuz you you don't do it often because
you hate it that's why you don't do it
okay cuz I saw you your face is like
ultra red like you you look like you're
about to pass out. Cycling bands. So,
you think cycling is what helped
improved your running times from like
someone with no fitness to now like
getting quite decent results? Yeah. For
someone with no muscles and didn't work
the muscles like no squats, belly, belly
and muscles like coming from zero
muscles most. How come you have zero
muscles? I mean, look at yourself. Do
you think you have zero muscles? What do
you mean? Maybe you have like some type
of malnutrition because you don't eat
meat. You only eat um some milk,
chocolate, and drink some pasteurized
milk. That's not enough. I already told
you. But uh how can you claim that you
don't have any muscles? Like look at
yourself. You clearly do.
The cardio is mostly coming from cycling
uh climbs. Mhm. Yeah, climbs. So, she
actually looks wellfed, like a well-fed
girl, but um it's the vegan diet that u
kind of makes her look inflamed and uh
and all of this. Yeah, she would
definitely look look a lot more hotter
if uh she would just just eat meat and
fruit and that's it. No grains, no seed
oils, no dairy milk with like dairy milk
chocolate. She could have raw milk, but
yeah, what's the point? Better than just
better just have some red meat and
organs. What's a climb? So, a climb is
like typically like um a long hill that
doesn't have to be like the steepest
hill, but it's very uh steady um all the
way up and it's like I would say at
least 2.5k.
Yeah. And does this has to be explained
that what is a climb? Come on, man.
Yeah. 5% grade. And they like Yeah. Do
you have a car? like how are you getting
everywhere? Like just by going by bike.
Is it from commuting or Oh yeah, I
forgot to tell this is really important.
So um by commuting everywhere uh I don't
have a car so I do everything by bike or
walking. So that's where most of the
fitness gains are coming from. Yeah.
Wow. So cycling, commuting like
throughout the week and then like once a
week or every other week you do like a
all out Brussels sprout effort running
at park park run. Did you say? Yeah,
park run. So what's a park run for those
that don't know? It's a free event. So
it's a collective free event and you've
got to uh you can walk all the 5k. It's
a 5k course, but um most people go there
to race and then you can go all out or
you can go super cruisy. Okay. It's up
to you. So the time against the clock is
just for yourself really. Yeah. Okay. To
improve the fitness. And where is park
run to improve the the um ability to uh
adapt to stress. Okay. That's all you
improve. You don't really improve
fitness. the the only way you would
actually improve your fitness. Yeah,
sure. You you have to do some so-called
training. But for what exactly do you
train? Just to run around in circles for no
no
reason. Yes, you have to somewhat do
some type of movement to adapt your
muscles, but you have to get the basics
right, which means you have to get the
nutrition right. You don't need only
sugars, okay, for your muscles. You you
you need red meat. But I know that uh
they won't listen. But I'm I'm just
telling you my viewers.
Um you have several places like all over
the world. You have park in UK, you have
park in uh Japan, park Australia, USA.
Uh you can actually watch um on Google
and type park. You can watch on Google
and if you go there, you're going to see
a bunch of brainwashed people who go
there to run for no reason in a circle.
I guess that some of them are getting
somewhat paid because they are like
influencers or whatever and they show up
at these places. At least they don't do
it for completely free. Okay. But you
guys, you guys are just destroying
yourself for absolutely no reasons. park
world map and you will find the places
where you have park should be and you
need to buy some some nice shoes from
from companies that uh are are basically
brainwashed into to doing this sport and
they they get a bunch of money from from
you the consumers every country right
you should uh yeah in every country in
every country they have stores with this
comfort they are really comfortable
shoes man I spent And I spent pretty it
was pretty expensive that shoe man. I I
spent a lot on on some running shoe but
it's it's really comfortable guys. It's
like walking on clouds when you I'm
walking on cement but I I would not use
it for running. It's just comfortable to
walk in. Just to wrap the video up, what
benefits have you noticed from
increasing your running times? Like how
you feel in your body?
you feel more
tired. Um, and yeah, man, this these
people uh think that they have improved
sleep just because they um they um they
ran a lot. So, the question is how did
how does she feel now? Let's see what
she says. Have you noticed anything of
how you feel vitalitywise or digestion
wise? More sleepy. And um when she
starts her videos, she starts it like
this. may sound a little
stern. Yeah, that's how she sounds
or healthwise or mentally wise.
Um I would say from improving my cardio
from cycling mainly and the 5k runs as
well. Um
I think I just feel more blood flow
overall in my body. More blood flow
digestion also is better. less um sore
throat from uh uh you know this thing
like acid reflux. I used to have this
when I was uh at my unfetest and now I
don't have this at all. Wow. So that's
really the reason why she has that is
because her her digestion is is getting
faster. Okay. Cuz yeah she needs the
food really fast. So the the digestion
gets like faster and um the food just
gets digested more easily because uh she
does these physical activities. Good.
It's really interesting. A lot of people
have reflux. Yeah. Even myself when I do
like certain things
like Yeah. of it. Like what? Like eating
a lot of sugar and and um just drinking
a bunch of uh uh banana smoothies with
lot of sugar and it gives you like
heartache. That's what you you're
feeling cuz that's what I felt like
increasing. And you guys, both of you on
high carb low-fat diet that you claim
that you're doing, you have zero
progression, dude. Zero. Like what did
you progress in all these years in 10
years or three years at least, man?
And in three years, no progression like
in terms of in terms of uh getting
stimmer get real. The fitness does help
with digestion wise and and you're
looking great. You're looking more
healthy. And yeah, I'm going to show you
some some girls who actually glow. Yeah.
So, I'm going I'm going to edit this
video actually and uh yeah, at the end
of the video, I'm I'm going to include
some some um some uh um some girls that
actually throw meat. Going to leave a
link in the description down below of my
friend not interested Amy. And yeah,
thanks for the video. Thanks. Oh, it was
just a a link of of her YouTube. Okay.
already. I'm I'm already subscribed. So,
yeah, I know that. Yeah. Thanks for
watching. But that's what she says. But
the video is not over, guys. cuz yeah,
